Great staff great rooms best hotel in the area for the price range by far.

I liked my room. The staff accommodated me when I requested for a new room as the 1st room I was assigned smelled like "pot". He went ahead and looked for another room and it was perfect!

The bed was comfortable that's about it. Our toilet wouldn't flush the bathtub.Wouldn't drain and woke up in the morning to the bathroom floor being flooded.

No pool as advertised

This is my fourth or fifth time staying there. A shame that they got rid of their meat choices in the continental breakfast now served. Waffles, toast, bagels, and cereal are nice, but some pastries would be good. The coffee maker in the room was missing a piece, but rhey gave us a better one. Rooms were pretty quiet, but I could use a harder mattress. Not too many choices on TV unless you pay. Still, for around a hundred a night..

The registration and breakfast area were clean and welcoming. The staff were welcoming and efficient. I had an issue with my key card and they immediately handled the problem. They also were able to give me a room where I could park my car right out front. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have had at a motel in years I had a business meeting via Zoom and the WiFi was excellent. While I was happy the room was clean, the scent of the cleaning products and/or deodorizer was overpowering for a couple of hours. Perhaps use a bit less or air out the room a while.

Nice to have Queen beds with 3 pillows each! 2 more negatives: …could not use coffee pot, it lacked pieces; …and phone didn’t work. We didn’t bother calling staff. Front desk staff (Yamin) was professional, accommodating and friendly. Allowed us to leave at Noon. Why did the maid unlock our door and walk in on us next morning, though? Not good.

The ceiling had a lot of spots where paint was missing on the ceiling like it was being repaired for a paint job. Light over bed was out. And not enough towels in room. When I called the next morning front desk was made aware of every thing and he apologized and I asked for a late check out and received an extra hr.

Quality inn is okay but they were nice place. I went to room for coupe nights and they were nice inside but one negative problem is refrigerator bad & smell like mold because no work! I did went to office to front desk, he said he will come to check the room but he won't let me switch the room and he isn't show up in my room.?. I was hard to explain to him because he was different languages because I am deaf as well. I was accepted hard, I was not use the refrigerator.

Beds were clean, room was spacious. bathroom and sink arrangement were nice and offered privacy. spacious closets. AC was good. Plenty of parking. apart from the highway noise, no issue with fellow travellers ( lots of rooms and only a couple of rooms close to us were occupied ). nice tv. pleasant and huge breakfast area strange smell coming from the bathroom, which was gone by the next day. floor was not clean ( sticky chewing gum right next to the bed ) dirty chairs at the breakfast area ( need to be scrubbed ). the hot breakfast refers to waffles only. staff need to be in uniform or atleast professional clothes and pleasant to customers.

there's some cosmetic things on the outside of the motel and inside the room (like the ceiling) that show wear and tear that made my family joke pointing at it and saying "Quality." But really no, 9/10.

The staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable. It is right off the freeway for those traveling through. This property has so much potential. Unfortunately, the rooms have decent fixtures, but I am not kidding the finishings (especially the grout) looks like it was done by a kindergartner. It made the room feel really dingy and dirty. Maybe this is a recent acquisition but they should have a few decent rooms while they are fixing it up. ?‍♀️

The coffee pot was broken. There was not any shampoo and conditioner in the room.

I booked two rooms only got one. I was told that I had to notify someone of that but what I booked is what I booked. He had an attitude and I was told not to touch anything.

Usually stay here when I’m in the area. Staff is always friendly and the hotel is a little older but it has easy access to a lot of the metro area. Just use Waze and it will get you some where on the side streets faster when traffic is bad on the interstates.

The management is rude and if they are booked, just know you won’t receive a refund

The room was not good. There were long black hairs in the toilet, I tried to flush them but the toilet was clogged. The carpet had a red stain that looked like blood in the vanity area. The mini fridge was very loud, I had to unplug it. The tv remote control didn't work well and the tv was in analog mode so I couldn't watch it the first night and had to wait until the next morning to have it fixed. The bed covers were very thin and ripped, not warm. I was looking for a warmer blanket but there wasn't any in the room. The breakfast menu was very limited.

The front desk person was comical and made checking in a fun experience over the spelling of my name. I have stayed here multiple times now and so far it hasn’t disappointed. For the price and location it is a better option in the Atlanta area. It is and older hotel so if you don’t mind a little nostalgia in the way it is set up, give this place a try for your next hotel need inside perimeter of Atlanta.

My stay was just fine, room was clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean and plenty of towels. Checkin was quick and host was very friendly (I really like that because that sets the beginning of your stay) I will stay here again if in the city. Its very convenient.

I have stayed about 3 times at this property and it was good the first two times but this last room needs a little TLC and repairs. Shower curtain rod broken and the floor was wet I guess from the AC unit. Sheets were not clean.

Generally dirty, rooms need maintenance. “Smoke Free” room smelled like someone who was smoking had just left the room, also smelled like dirty toilet. Changed rooms for one somewhat better but also had smoke ingrained into paint and furnishings. Stayed in a few other Quality Inns before and while those were not on same level with other hotels, this was by far the worst experience yet.

The place was very dirty. Walls, doors, windows. The bed was ok. Staff beating on my door at 10:00am wanting to come in to clean. They did this twice and would not stop until I opened the door. I will not stay here again

The pictures online do not show the rooms open directly to outside. I would not have booked it if I know this is more like a motel. Bathroom and bed look clean. Carpet looks dirty. I found a mosquito and two spiders in my room.

I didn’t know Quality inn was a motel , ( the doors lead to the outside ) it’s definitely a 2star , I even saw a lady of the night . Lots of truck drivers . It served its purpose (last minute shelter on a business trip ) but never again unless it’s an emergency

I’m from Cleveland and are roaches are not even half the size. As we were sitting outside are room doors, it was a lot of suspicious activity going on. I don’t know if they were prostitutes or some was selling drugs but it was a lot going on. I wouldn’t stay here anymore, The roaches traumatized me

I have now stayed here 3 times in the past year. Really one of the best inexpensive motels I have ever encountered. Staff is very nice, rooms are comfortable and most importantly, quiet. Breakfast in the lobby area in the morning is far better than I had expected.

After spending almost close to 2000$ at the hotel one of the African hotel mangers told me to leave and never come back because I was late getting out the room

Another thing was during breakfast, I was making my kids waffles and it was 9:11 and these ladies (house keeping) walk in and just starts cleaning and takes my waffles mix from right in front of me and throws it out, then looks at me when I say to her don’t you see me standing here and the mix is right in front of me cause I am waiting for 1 waffle to finish cooking so I can do the other. People as well were there ready to grab bread to put in toaster and she grabs the toaster and starts to unplug and clean it! She see the man right there with the bread in his hand. This happened everyday. Other than that the place was nice and the people were nice.

This property is currently being remodeled. Customer service was above average until it was the day of check out. The clean people come to knock on your door to make sure you "GET OUT" even before check out time. Late nights can get a little loud.

There was literally a bullet hole in my window. The whole property was dilapidated & the advertisement for a pool was outdated by at least 2 years according to the attendant. Everything was filthy. I had to book another room and check out early. Worst travel experience ever.

Checked in and was in a rush , so the man let me check in early. The first room I was in , the heat did not work and noisy neighbors. So I went to the front desk (12am) and the rep called the manager and in no time my room was moved. Can’t ask for better customer service than that. Room was clean and comfortable. Only negative is the stairs but it’s not too many so it was not bad at all. Thank you.

The hotel must have been under construction. The doors lacked paint in places. People were outside drinking alcohol and playing music loudly in their rooms. The alcohol bottles were outside the next morning.

This is a decent place to lay your head without breaking the bank. The rooms have a microwave, mini fridge and a nice large tv. The bed is super comfy and it is only about a 15 minute drive to any venue in Atlanta. This was our second stay here and we will def be staying again.
