The staff waa extremely friendly and courteous. It was so convenient to the Braves game!!! It waa wonderful just to be able to walk back to the room. There waa no hassle! The sheets were a little scratchy, but the pillows were super soft!

We had an extraordinary experience! The room and bed were very comfortable. Also, it was very quiet on our floor. The staff was very friendly and professional! The most important thing was that we were in walking distance to Truist Ballpark and a number of restaurants.

The location honestly could not have been better — being right at The Battery made everything so convenient with amazing restaurants, shopping, and entertainment all within walking distance. The rooms were gorgeous, comfortable, and had amazing views. Every detail felt thoughtfully done. This was hands down one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had, and we already can’t wait to come back. If you’re looking for the perfect mix of luxury, comfort, and fun, the Omni at The Battery is it!

They did not follow thru and comp a night. Nor did they add points for a free night. Also, Construction at the nearby hotel that is being built next door is very loud, throughout the day and late past midnight.

Great experience at the Battery. We were able to walk around and the hotel was right in the middle of everything.

The location was great. Easy access to the stadium. The fire alarm system needs to be updated. The light is annoying! Tried to cover it up and the alarm went off. Also I was told that I could get to the stadium during game time but I got there got stuck in traffic I was traveling from NC with my son. So we had to go find somewhere to hang out until we could get in. Called hotel and no one was helpful at all. Was on hold for at least 25 minutes and I hung up.

I called the hotel and reviewed my original reservation with expedia to ensure I got the room I wanted. Omni upgraded my room with the upcharge of course for the balcony view room. They aren’t supposed to do that once booked with a 3rd party but they honored what my phone rep did. The balcony view for the stadium is a must book room. Book that room directly with omni hotels so you know what you are getting. Everything was great and the battery area with shops and restaurants was nice. T.I. (ATL rapper) Even did a free short set in the battery after our Saturday game. If a braves game is your bucket list, book the balcony room. You wont need tickets to the game in that room ass you can see 3/4 of the field. We stayed multiple nights and did go to a game. You wont be disappointed, spend the money and enjoy! Go find T.I. In the battery and omni balcony view atlanta battery for videos. Tic tok/instagram.

This place was amazing from the time you walk in the door to check-out time. The staff were super friendly and attentive. The view from our hotel room was pretty nice look at the Braves Baseball Stadium. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Atlanta!!!

Room was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. They seemed not stressed, which I view as a sign of good management. Valet was seriously overpriced but fast. Towels were large. The hotel was very convenient for a concert at the Roxy. The shampoo and soaps all had lavender in them, which I'm allergic to and they didn't have another option, so I had to buy some soap. We ate breakfast one day at National Anthem and found it much better than what we got the day prior down the street.

NO BREAKFAST OFFERED. WAS SUGGESTED TO GO TO THEIR RESTAURANT WHERE 2 PLATES OF PANCAKES AND A PARFAIT WERE $60! ABSURD THAT NO BREAKFAST IS OFFERED, ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY HAD A BALLROOM OPEN WITH COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST BUT IT WAS FOR A COMPANY DOING A CONFERENCE IN THE HOTEL, NOT FOR THE HOTEL PEOPLE. THE LADY SITTING AT A TABLE, MONITORING THE BREAKFAST, WAS INCREDIBLY RUDE TO MY 10 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER FOR WALKING INTO THE ROOM AND ATTEMPTING TO GRAB A PLATE. WE DIDN'T KNOW BUT I STILL CAN'T BELIEVE THAT FOR HOW NICE, AND EXPENSIVE THIS HOTEL IS, THEY DON'T OFFER ANYTHING.

The room was fabulous, the view of the stadium just offered such an amazing view. Spotless, excellent accommodation, however, the hotel experience provided by the entire team, from the valet team, to the front desk, particularly, Mr. Lord, absolutely impeccable, so professional yet so gracious and kind it’s what gave this hotel experience a true 5 star feel. We have been very fortunate to have stayed at many 5 star hotels at many major cities and can confirm that our stay at the Omni Hotel has been by far our most enjoyable experience. We humbly and gratefully thank you all!!!! Will be back:)

For the most part everything about our stay was awesome. As soon as we arrived the staff came right over to unload the car and help inside. Every staff member and the service they provide is outstanding. The location is great. You literally walk out the back door and you’re right at the entrance to the stadium and all the restaurants are right there. It was so nice just to be able to walk outside and have access to all the restaurants with out having to drive anywhere. There were a few things that we didn’t care for. The room itself was super clean but for what you’re paying for it’s a very basic holiday inn like room. There was nothing special that stood out. That was just a very minor thing that just kind of disappointed us. The other thing is it’s very noisy. The walls are paper thin. You can hear EVERYTHING in the rooms next to you. You hear the bathrooms, the tv, other guest conversations, and I’m sure you can figure out what else. You hear absolutely everything going on in the hallways and it was like every door was designed to slam shut. Maybe we just got unlucky with the people staying our floor, but sleeping was difficult. The other thing that really bothered us was the fact that they charged $58 a night to park. I know it seems like more and more hotels are doing this but to me it’s absurd. They don’t give you any other option. Aside from that it’s a great hotel and the best one in the area that we stayed at so far. We will definitely come back for our next visit.

What a great location! The Omni @ The Battery was incredibly convenient. The staff were professional and courteous and responsive. When we called to complain about a guest smoking weed next to our room, they responded promptly and somehow managed to fumigate the hall sufficiently to eliminate the odor of ganja.

The Battery Omni is a beautiful hotel and we had a perfect room with an amazing view of the stadium. Came in for a concert at The Roxy and the location could not have been better! Completely happy with everything, there was even a cute cigarette machine that had been transformed into an artwork vending machine, adorable. We would definitely recommend and return.

There was some type of water damage on the wing of our. Floor and they had commercial dehumidifier s and dryers running constantly in the hall for entire stay. For what i paid for the 2 nights and the noise i would have thought they would have been proactive and moved the guests on that wing. Access to the baseball games is only reason for stay. I have stayed at much nicer hotels with better service.

Everything was perfect. I just wish they had more vegetarian options for people who do not eat meat other than salad!!!

The workers we came in contact with, Shelly Tunde and Karry were so NICE and funny. We stayed for a concert that was held in Truist Park.....literally steps from the hotel. Valet was quick and efficient. Will definitely stay here again.

Check in was quite the hassle. Now I know we booked the hotel for a concert but the staff should have been more prepared for the event. It took almost an hour to valet park once we got to the hotel. We arrived early and I’m so glad we did or we would have missed the opening show. Since it put us an hour behind we did not have time to sit down to eat like originally planned. Also, the hotel should really be more accommodating to food options after a huge concert. Room service was not available when we got back to the room at 11:30. No vending machines or anything. The only thing the front had to offer was a bag of chips and a Diet Coke. Which forced us to door dash and finally got cold pizza at 1am which was much better than a bag of chips… but again, the whole concept here…. We paid a lot of money to stay for one night primarily for CONVENIENCE, which was mediocre. The hotel in itself was nice and all areas around it was very nice but again, I wish there could have been more options available to make the experience 10/10.

I really appreciate the convenience of this property. It is so close to everything at the battery. Truist park is literally outside making my trek to see the Chris Brown concert short.The staff was welcoming and amazing. My room had a great view and the floor I stayed on was quiet. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Hotel was beautiful, perfect for catching a braves games. Nice beds and great shower. Hotel bar was good but not opened all the time so check the hours. Id aviod the hotel restaurant unless its from the pool. Takes forever to go sit down even when its not busy.

Nice location. Room was good, shower was under sized. No microwave, no freezer in fridge. Had big issues with the tv trying to use GoogleCast. Had to ask for room cleaning. Friendly staff. Would be nice to have free breakfast for the price.

Valet parking at $58 a night is a little crazy. Service was a little off for the cost of stay but it was a clean safe place with the proximity to the battery and stadium unbeatable! Over all i would come back. The menu at the restaurant was a little wierd even for this foodie but was decent but the wait staff was excellent.

We stayed at the Omni to watch a baseball series between our Milwaukee Brewers and the Braves. The hotel is beyond nice, and The Battery is fantastic. There are so many places to eat and not enough meals to try them all out! It could not be more convenient to walk out of the hotel and go to the game. We could actually see the field from our room! The staff was all very kind. Our one small complaint was that when we left in the morning for several hours, we returned to an uncleaned room. However, we will take the blame for much of this, because we took a nap when we came back, when they probably would have done it. It wasn't a big deal at all, we just asked for clean towels, and they were delivered while we were at the game. I wouldn't hesitate to tell anyone who is visiting Atlanta to stay at the Omni At the Battery! We absolutely loved it!

Amazing property with exceptional service.

I enjoyed the convenience of the location to the baseball stadium. The numerous venues around the hotel for entertainment are amazing. Will definitely stay at this hotel for future visits to Atlanta.

I stay in hotels at least 30 days per year, and this stay was my favorite in recent memory. We had tickets to the Braves game at 1:30 but checkin wasn’t until 4. I elected to stay behind and check us in while the fam went on to the game because I wanted to avoid the heat as long as possible. The gentleman who assisted me was able to check me in early and gave us a room with a ballpark view. The view was so perfect I ended up watching the game from our air conditioned room. It was the best ballpark experience ever. We LOVE staying at the Omni for Braves games because the location is so convenient, and the Battery has so many great places to eat and have fun.

It was just beside Truist Park and we are die hard Braves fans!!

This is the perfect place to stay for a ballgame. Very clean hotel. When you exit the hotel you are right by the entrance to the ballpark. Lots of food options.

We arrived hours before our check in time and Tunde went out of his way to let us get checked in early. Excellent customer service. Hotel was great, perfect for the baseball.

This was the nicest, most incredible place we’ve ever stayed! Everyone was amazingly friendly & helpful, even though the place was packed & they were all terribly busy. We can’t wait to go back!

The perfect place to stay when you have a busy event at the park, convenient walk and great to have the valet parking - would have been even better if parking was included with the room.

Loved the battery and the easy access to the Truist park. It was great to park the car and not get back in it until departure

The first desk concierge, Susan was very welcoming and helpful. We received a free upgrade and were treated very well. This was our first stay at the Omni but we will be returning.

My son and I had made the switch from another property due to a whole host of issues. Upon arrival, Gift and Tunde (two Omni associates) noticed my exasperation. They welcomed my son and me to the hotel and went above and beyond to ensure that we were accommodated. They were gracious and kind and their actions were much appreciated! The hotel is well maintained. Service is excellent. Valet is speedy. As well, the staff at The National Anthem restaurant on property couldn't have been nicer. All around, we had an excellent 2 days. Highly recommend.

Overall this hotel is nice, situated in a good area, close to nice dining and bars. Also you are close to Truist Park.
