    This is a nice hotel. I was recently there on a young trip with my daughter, and I probably wouldn’t stay there again with her because it was loud at night. It would be a very fun place to stay at for a girls trip or something like that. There is a fun pool with a bar, but it was hard to sleep because the other guests were very loud. You can hear everything in the rooms next door. There wasn’t a fridge in my room, which I didn’t think to check on online because there usually is one. I don’t always use a fridge, but I brought a few things from home this time. It’s just something to keep in mind if you need one. The staff was super nice, and the hotel was in a convenient area. I would come here again with friends, but probably not with my younger kids.

    I like how the front desk man when we checked out made things right for us he was so very nice and apologized for some one else and he wasn’t even there that day He deserved a raise cause he went above and beyond I didn’t like the manger bought us a plunger for toilet like we work there instead of him trying to fix it even tho other staff that does that was not there yet for shift

    The decorations of the hotel are beautiful. The staff was nice and helpful. Location convenient. I did not appreciate it not having fridge. I understand not having a microwave but not having a fridge nor did it have closet. That was just a little different for me.

    Nice, modern hotel, clean amenities. the only complain I have is what they call "breakfast included". what the hotel considers as breakfast is a cold bagel sandwich that needed to reheated in the microwave.

    Really enjoyed our stay here over the Memorial Day weekend!! Very modern clean rooms and great lobby…nice vibe all around! Didn’t think I’d take advantage of the games in the lobby, but really liked the shuffleboard and kept eyeing the other games. The couches in the lobby are very nice and comfy. Great place to hang out with family and friends. The hotel is in a good location within walking distance of good coffee (For Five Roasters!!), different restaurants, museums and convenient to the expressway. The parking was very convenient and safe. $55/night felt steep but gave the flexibility to come and go throughout the day. I wish it didn’t rain the whole time because the rooftop pool looked really nice. Only small complaint was the front desk associates when we arrived could’ve been a little more attentive and less flighty when tending to guests. Despite that, we definitely plan on coming back!

    Location - easy access to my final destination which was SCAD. I paid for breakfast and all that was offered (only when I asked) was a reheated frozen bagel but the center was still cold when it was brought! Because the check in was at the bar, lighting was always bad and this place is not good for the elderly.

    The aesthetic is nice but the service was not great. I had to call the adjoining hotel to get ahold of the front desk because no answered after calling 3 times. Additionally, it took an hour for housekeeping to bring towels up.

    Great stay in a spacious, clean room with excellent in room amenities. Only negative is check in delayed to 4pm and staff were not very apologetic or in a rush to resolve so had to hang around an hour waiting. Check out however was easy.

    I did have to wait an hour after the official 3 PM check-in time to get my room as it seemed cleaning ataff was understaffed or maybe had a lot of rooms to flip. One of the front line workers provided a bag that had snacks to customers who had to wait which was nice. The only thing I wasn’t too fond of was that if you wanted to use their bag storage area, your bag would be stored on the floor. My flight was early in the day and I had some time to kill before check-in, but I didn’t wanna carry my personal bag while I explored the city. When I asked staff if I could store my bag in the baggage area, she was more than happy to assist me. I asked whether my bag would be stored on a shelf or on the floor because I am a germaphobe, and she was transparent and told me that it would more than likely be on the floor. I ended up just taking my bag with me and exploring the city up until my check-in time. It would’ve been better if they had a shelf for personal bags instead of storing people’s stuff on the floor.

I like how they had games in the lobby along with a dj on the weekends. It gave like a club/lounge in the lobby with the bar in the middle and games to enjoy. The room was beautiful, nice lil view, and loved the rooftop area. Overall a great place for my bday weekend. Ehhh can’t say there was nothing I didn’t like about this place. Kind of wish they had a tub but that’s not really a huge deal to no book again.

    Great vibe when you enter, great location (midtown way better than downtown). Great room with everything you need. We paid more for a city hotel with a pool. We had a long day of travelling and wanted to chill out in the sun whilst our daughter splashed around in the pool. The pool is meant to be heated- it was not and it was FREEZING. So we couldn’t really use the hotel as we planned. The front desk said they would get the engineer to turn the pool on- great, but pools take hours/days to heat up so that’s absolutely useless to us. Booking.com said they spoke to the hotel and we were meant to advise them we wanted the pool heated when we checked in?! Ludicrous.

    I left this hotel to stay at another, the staff told me a lie and did not cancel my room. Bad Service, run away from here. It’s a shame you have to lie about cancellation of my room. Did not stay, 50 a night for parking. The hotel do not accept certain cards.

    I stayed on the 10th flloor, it was overlooking pool/party area. Too noisy on 6th floor, had 2 drunks shouting and fighting for 2hrs on 1 night, no intervention from hotel staff, until a guest informed them. Rooms, 3 hangers on leather straps held on by thumb tacs. No coffee/tea making facilities in the room. Varying room rate, seems like you pay more for noisy weekends

    I have been in a lot of hotels and find them to be similar and would give them a 3 star rating but this hotel The Moxly from checking in to checking out proved to be a 5 star hotel. The room rates were very much affordable and the rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. The front desk staff was so polite and friendly at check in. Parking was a breeze and their outdoor amenity areas along with the indoor bar was actively live and entertaining. I plan to return to Moxy and definable would recommend to others.

    Parking $55 a night using a license plate reader which never worked. Had to pull a ticket and take to front desk/bar to get out of garage. Quite a hassle! Didn’t love check in at the bar or DJ blaring music in lobby starting at 8:00pm. Also our room was right next to “rooftop” bar and there was a loud and bumping party (loud with another DJ) The front desk/the bar said they do karaoke every Saturday night, so if your looking for a quieter stay then Moxy is not the hotel!! It would have been nice to be told up front that Saturday night was a huge party so we could either move rooms away from rooftop or not stay at the Moxy

    Its a cool atmosphere. More like a club than a hotel. The ad is very misleading. You pay for parking 40 a day. The breakfast is 30 a day. Drinks are very expensive. The bed was stiff and the bathroom door only closed halfway.

    I like the amenities and decor. Clean, modern and fun. Lot of fun games and outdoor area was great. The late night vibe was weird. Loud dj music with what I felt like was people there who were not guests. Music was till 1am. Bar open even later. With that being said, we could not hear it in our room. It’s was really strange crowd. Bar tenders were not attentive. In our room the toilet set was broken. We were given a voucher for breakfast in connecting AC hotel. We did the buffet. It was just ok. Breakfast sausages were cold, muffins dry.

    The front desk agent "PJ" was the true meaning of a concierge (Moxy Midtown Atlanta). He was extremely kind, helpful and resourceful. He represents southern charm and hospitality. I loved the atmosphere of the hotel, very warm and inviting. The rooms were designed to perfection. The bathroom was beautiful, I want that shower with the subway tiles. The sliding farm door, very HGTV. Then you get a full length mirror which I need for my fit check. They even had makeup removal wipes that get the job done before you hit that fluffy pillow. I logged into Netflix like I was right at home. The only thing I was missing was a nice bar of soap. They had the shampoo/body wash, I prefer soaps suds and lather in my life when I need to be clean in all the right places. Next time, I'll just bring my own and we'll make it a 10/10. n/a

    The ac in the lobby was out, handsoap in place of shampoo, no direct access to ice so we had to request cups of ice from the bar. No refrigerators or iron in rooms. Location is great, but for the price it was less than convenient.

    The lobby was lively and unique at night, it was also always clean and quiet during the day which gave it a very unique and fun vibe. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room service for replacing towels, room setup, and amenities were very good. From check in to check out it was worth a visit especially if your stay is longer where you'll get to utilize the amenities even more.

    Very fun atmosphere. There is pool table and several other games around downstairs bar, rooftop bar next to pool. Only down side was ac was out in indoor bar/game area. They were working on it, apologized, and gave everyone a free drink. Will definitely go back

    My friend and I stayed for 4 days, and we didn’t have the best experience. The hotel was nice, but on 3/4 of the days there was no coffee in the coffee station, despite being told it was available from 11-6. We also weren’t told about the coffee station when we arrived, we asked a staff member on the second day where we could get a coffee from locally, and he then showed us the coffee station (this was a different person to the person that checked us in). The WiFi was down for 3 of the 4 days that we stayed as well, which as tourists was a necessity for us. There was no apology for the inconvenience, and whilst we understand it was out of the staff members control, a bit of customer service/compassion here would’ve gone a long way. We also weren’t advised that the hotel would be holding $100 on our card for each day, to cover any damages/issues that we could’ve faced during our stay, so that was a surprise when we arrived. We were advised it would take the $100 out on a daily basis, but it actually came out in one lump sum, so again we had to come back and double check that this wasn’t going to be a daily payment of $400. All in all the stay wasn’t bad, the beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were nice.. we just didn’t have the best experience with the WiFi/lack of customer service from the staff, and wouldn’t choose to stay here again.     I liked the hip and trendy vibe but did get noisy at night. When you have to get up early for business training, it's not good if the music is blaring past 10pm. Staff were professional, and the rooms were clean.

    Wonderful hotel. Great staff. The type of hotel you would want to visit if you are ready to have some fun. They had a DJ in a lounge and there were people having a good time at the bar. The rooms were comfy and quiet. The hotel was super clean. The bed was a wee bit too firm for my liking, but I had a hard time sleeping due to an overactive brain, so that could have contributed. The rooftop pool was our favorite part, and the food and drinks from the rooftop bar was delicious. We spent the majority of our first day at the hotel, at least until dinnertime. The ambiance is vibrant and fun. We look forward to staying here on our next trip!

    Upon arrival, the vibe was VERY unorganized, i.e., no carts to take luggage upstairs and the front desk staff sent ME on a wild goose chase all around the hotel on different floors to look for one, and NOT one in sight when we checked out and had to make several trips to the car, VERY inconvenient for guests!! Our bathroom shower leaked all over the floor, the picture on the wall fell off and stabbed my thigh leaving a huge purple bruise. Just to name a few reasons for this review. Check in was also a nightmare.

    I love that i didn't have to leave the property to enjoy a full meal and alcoholic beverage. My only gripe is that there weren't any ice machines on any of the floors, but there were ironing rooms...? I didn't like the fact that i would have to go to the bar/check in desk (in my pajamas) just to get ice. Other than that, i enjoyed my stay and festivities.

    The elevators didn’t work (I’m all about steps but 10 floors - come on). We tried to order food and they said “it hasn’t been replenished since last week so it’s all old.” Huh? My wall unit air conditioner didn’t go below 71 and when I asked the bartender/front desk person about it, she said “I’ll send someone up.” But didn’t ask for my room number. Bring your own soap and shampoo because the immovable pumps they have in the showers don’t produce much, and body wash/shampoo combo that doesn’t lather isn’t eco-friendly, it’s just cheap. Don’t expect anyone there to help you. They have no clue where anything is or how to run a hotel that caters to grown ups.

    I have always loved staying at MOXY Hotels! But Moxy Midtown will always be my favorite, why you ask; well let me tell you! QD! QD! QD! QD! The hotels concierge; so happy and welcoming and gave my friend and I so many recommendations on where to go, what to eat, where to shop! SIMPLY AMAZING! Appreciated seeing QD every morning on the way out!     We had an awesome stay at Moxy Midtown! Check-in and out was a breeze. We loved being able to hang out in the "lobby" and play games, it felt like a living room with our own full bar! The beds were comfortable, and the room was super clean—the little touches like all the hooks on the wall and M&M's in the snack room. We parked in the garage all weekend and walked everywhere we wanted to go, the MTA was easily accessible too. We will stay here again for sure.

    The room didn't match the pictures on Expedia. I booked a 2 queen bed suite with a pull out couch/ sofa, and the Moxy hotel didn't have suites with a pull out couch. There was no mini fridge or microwave. I travel quite often and this was a disappointing stay.

    This hotel is so focused on being quirky it has no actual focus on hospitality. “Front desk” which doubles as a bar is staffed by people who are annoyed and not at all service oriented. I waited 15 minutes at the “front desk/bar” while a staff member busied herself and never once glanced up at me despite being 3 feet away. Another patron walked up asking for a drink and the staff member proceeded to lecture her on how all 3 of the staff were busy. There is no minibar in the room, no closet (just odd pegs on the wall with hangers), no room service, no place to eat breakfast, no in room coffee machine. My TV service cut out every few minutes and when I asked for someone to come look at it, no one came. I asked where I could get dinner and I was directed to the restaurant in the adjacent hotel, which was a sad little lobby bar with 3 dishes.

    Room was spacious and bed was comfy. The bathroom was very nice, very clean and modern. Only giving 4 stars because if you need to iron, you have to use the IRON ROOM lol. A bit inconvenient but otherwise, a great stay.

    The check-in is at the bar. And if you wanna drink at the bar, most of the time there’s not a bartender just there it’s usually just the person that’s working the front desk behind the bar and they don’t apparently do both jobs and they will not offer to get you a drink if you want one. They tell you that you have to wait for a bartender. And every time I wanted to cocktail or a drink or whatever I had to wait like 5 to 10 minutes for someone to even show up while the person is standing there right in front of me behind the bar, but they won’t help me because they’re supposedly I guess work in the front desk only.

    I thoroughly enjoyed my stay—it was comfortable and relaxing. However, my only complaint is regarding the public WiFi. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to log onto a secured network, which made it difficult for me to work from my room. This limited my ability to fully enjoy the space. I would suggest offering a secured WiFi option for guests who need to work with proprietary or sensitive information. Overall, it was a great experience, and I hope this enhancement can be made for future stays.

    Loud hotel that is very proud of their brand and their own tribe. Not worried about providing a good stay to a those who their staff called “don’t know their brand”, because if you do you whisk know that music will play loudly by the pool until after 10 pm and penetrate the thin glass windows of every room ( they say it didn’t matter which floor and to not bother to change rooms).

    This place is a VIBE. Please consider booking your stay here. The staff was lovely. They have a very fun karaoke night on Fridays. The location is convenient and the rooms are clean. I've been to the Moxy in NYC but this one is the BEST mostly because of the staff. A special shoutout to Jordan, Sydney and the DJ (DJ boom). They made our experience in ATL much better.

    Had 2 bookings for July 9-14 and 14-16, for my birthday (7/11). It started fine, but went downhill. The brown ladybug infestation (pics taken) caused not only constant swatting, but led to my salad by the pool to be sent back right away with a bug in it. Understandable. The 2nd salad didn't make it to me before the server apologized for another bug. Drove an extra 2 hours to tan/eat by the pool. Ate 3rd salad inside. The next catastrophe was that I invited my family to come stay from the 14th-16th. We had 4 rooms total. My sister woke up to the ceiling pouring water on her. The sister with high anxiety who had to be accompanied by flight and stay in her room in order to celebrate with me, woke up to a rainfall while the other occupant was teleworking and had to abort. Most of their things wet including electronics and suade shoes while a ring thay had gone down the drain was returned to the front desk. None of this is more upsetting that her experience being woken up in this manor and causing an anxiety attack. You all comped each room for 1 night except my room because I booked elsewhere. Points were given but not enough for a 1 night stay. Even worse, my sister who woke up to a rainfall was comped the same thing that the other 2 rooms were who were not affected by the flood. All of us were also without hot water for at least 8 hours. I had a birthday dinner with guests who could not take a shower. Then the elevator went out with my sister inside. Marriott sent a few points!
