Guest fighting from 12 midnight until 4am kids running around property at 4am waking up everybody. I had a business meandering never went back to sleep. Check out

I enjoyed the friendly staff and how easy everything was. The location is right next to a train where we heard tracks all night and the floor was filthy. Even after my shower and walking around a bit there was dirt on my feet again.

Staff was amazing. They were under renovations as I stayed there, but they tried to not inconvenience anyone as much as possible. Great stay overall

Staff was great. The lady and the front desk was great. Close to venues as we were going for a show.

The room was fine for my 2 night trip but goodness the carpet outside the rooms and by the vending/ice machines reeked of urine and vomit. Just a few little updates would make this place perfect for quick Atlanta trips. Plenty of parking for $12 per night. A lot of the guests do hang out in the lot but no one was obnoxious.

We all know motel 6 is not the best but having homeless people sleeping in the corridor was a unique experience we will never forget.

Basic rooms with good working heater/AC, hot water, refrigerator and coffee maker. Plenty of parking.

If you're looking for somewhere to lay your head for the night, this is the place. No bells or whistles whatsoever. Sketchy surroundings, extremely noisy traffic including a train, poorly kept rooms in desperate need of multiple repairs, limited parking but have the nerve to charge $12/night , unknown hallway odors, etc all contributed to the poor score this place gets. On the positive side there's a fridge & microwave, the TV is good sized, the AC blasts, and the beds weren't too firm.

One of the washers and one of the dryers was out of order and the manager wasn't aware. There is a metal plate in the road next to the hotel and the majority of our stay we heard the cars driving over it which sounded like a loud power drill. We couldn't sleep. The door doesn't close flush so you hear all the traffic all the time. Desk light didn't work. No shower gel or soap just a very small bar of hand soap for handwashing. Outdoor carpet was filthy and very old. A loud argument broke out when we first arrived among other guests. Door was slamming and people yelling.

Parking was a little tight, a woman left her 3 younger children at the motel by themselves and they were throwing a basketball and football through the parking lot around everyone’s cars. They were screaming and fighting with each other out in the parking lot and running up and down the halls. I didn’t complain about them to front desk but they were right outside the office throwing the balls at the building so they had to have seen them but didn’t say anything.

Room clean, however the plugs next to the bed did not work which was inconvenient. The hotel itself was located pretty close to the center of town but a little run down, and the parking lot was small. The room itself was very fresh and clean overall a good budget stay.

It was close to where I needed to be. Seem to have started updating in the rooms. Housekeeper was rude, hallway and building needs repaired & cleaned. Smelled like urine in hallway.

Very clean Reserved handicapped room. Did not give me one and nasty desk clerk insisted I didn't book it. Located in a questionable area. Very noisy all night. Filthy carpet on walkways that was peeling up - safety hazard. No breakfast. Said it was due to covid. .

It was OK? I got there at 7:30pm, 4 and a half hours after check in began for the day. There was a sign on the glass, the employee stepped away. Eventually she came back, but said there were no rooms ready yet. I had to wait another half hour, even though I came so many hours after the check in start time. I'm fortunate I didn't have anything to rush to.

The hotel is in poor condition. Hallways are unkept and dirty on the second floor. Outside general area was also unkept and dirty. Room was clean and appeared recently remodeled. Decent room to stay in and the parking lot was well-lit. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful at check-in, but there were a male and female staff that were not very friendly the next day and the time of check out. I would not stay here again, but the price was cheap compared to other hotels in the area if you're looking for a night stay.

Lady at the check-in was very kind. the room was very clean. the walls are quite thin and heard people above us, so had to turn the tv up a lot to not hear that. coffee machine was broken didn’t have the tray part to actually make the coffee. AC for heat didn’t work but bed was comfy. no hair dryer or iron board.

By far the best one as far as cleanliness, location and convenience. Forgive me if I mispell the name but Rhinesha was super supportive and professional and assisted in an urgent situation. 10 🌟's

The bed was very comfortable. The room had good AC. The TV worked and the basics (water, shower, toilet) all worked. Absolutely horrible manager. Didn't have housekeeping my entire stay. This person has anger mgmt issues, but above all when I clearly explained how someone came into my room and went through my stuff - he was combative from the beginning instead of trying to understand the issue. STRONGLY recommend the 3 star hotels (same price, better customer service and better rooms). Speaking with corporate mgmt about this (if there even is any). It's not worth the trouble of being spoken to like a piece of trash. Shame on you.

Comfortable bed HORRIBLE front desk and operation manager named Jay Taylor. I’ve never been spoken to like that, especially when his staff went inside my room and in my stuff. No apology instead a stubborn argumentative way of saying tough luck. Guys go to Sonesta, it’s the same price and you get WAY better value.

Noisy atmosphere. Hallways smelled like marijuana. Our room was booked close to an outside door that was opening and slamming closed all evening/night long. Very inconvenient and unsatisfying.

There was still hair on the pillows and bed as if they didn’t clean the sheets at all but just made the bed. Made me feel like it was dirty so I didn’t even stay the night. I just check out. Left and got back on the road to travel. Slept in the car.

The room was renovated and very clean. Comfortable bedding. Elevator was not working. Outside carpetting on walkeays was in rough shape. And my friend walked in on someone engaging in worlds oldest profession in one of the stairwells. The room was so clean that the lysol.smell was a little overwhelming when i came in.

No breakfast here Microwave did not work. I carried it to 2nd floor to get one that did. Elevator worked sometimes, if not, had to walk 3 flight off stairs. And I told them we needed the elevator from 3rd floor because my partner had surgery Wednesday. Had to pay to park after paying for the room. Or you will be towed. We live 300 miles away. How would that have looked Auth no car the next morning. We had to stay an extra night and it was $548.00 to just sleep there. But it was clean and the housekeeper we had was wonderful. Didn't get her name. Wish i would have. Have to walk your dog all the way to the back of hotel if the property to use the bathroom. The elevator needs repaired

The hotel was low grade remodeled. Stations on walls, burn on comforters in non smoking room, bathroom door was extremely dirty and rotting, no phone service, no deadbolt, did not feel safe at all as a woman traveling

We stayed for a music festival and it was perfect. Not many amenities but we didn't need much. It did have a mini fridge and microwave which were super handy for late night snacks after the festival. Nice and clean, extra towels and pillows on request, great staff! Best of all, 1/3 of the price of the other places nearby.

I didn’t get checked in til 5pm when check in said it was at 3pm. They said they were short staffed on housekeepers. So I was patient but it was a BIG inconvenience for me because I had a concert to go to that night. Once I got checked in my stay was fine but the process prior was a headache.

Biggest positives were they let us check in a little bit early, which was so nice, and the mirror/sink area was so well-lit, it made gettting ready so easy. There is a $12 parking fee, which I will gladly pay again. Thank you SO much. We will book again.

Listing on Expedia touts free parking but when you arrive they charge you $12 per night. Management has been aware of this for a long time according to property reviews. This is not an error, it's illegal. The only reason I gave two stars instead of one is because of Jessica, the front desk attendant, who was great.

upon check-in there was some type of confusion with my reservation, which resulted in a brief misunderstanding on their behalf. it was a really nice hotel, the staff was really friendy Jay I believed was his name provided gret customer service and also recommended a good restaurant and also the housekeepers were gentle and recommended a great colombian place to eat that was amazing LOL, my only complaint is the trash outside gave the place a bad look but other than that bed comfy and big and the bathroom can use a longer shower curtain to not have water all over the bathroom

Everything was great. I had some car issues as my battery died. The maintenance guy at the property came and offer me a jump off for my battery from his car. He was great

The cleaning staff had to be contacted at 2:30 by the front office staff to get a room ready by 3 PM for my check in. I realized the next morning that they did not have a shower curtain in the room. I mentioned it to the front office staff that morning. When I arrived back to my room at 8:30 PM, the room had not been cleaned and a shower curtain was left on the bed for me to put up myself. The front office staff apologized and told me they were short staffed. They should have offered a discount or free parking ($12/day) for a future stay.

The staff was very nice but the room was not what the picture looked like the baseboard was off the wall the toilet wouldn’t flush well at all it freaked of pot outside in hallway

It was a great bday stay. Jay was very accommodating. The hotel is a little outdated considering it’s in Midtown ATL but it served its purpose.

The only thing that I had a problem with is that I couldn't get the room heated up. White that being said I will definitely return to rent a room.

The staff are rude and unfriendly. I ask where is the location of my room they just pointed at it…The toilet is clog

It’s a Motel 6 but the front desk person was one of nicest people I meet. Especially when I am trying to escape a situation. He helped me so much. The room was pretty clean. However the tv didn’t work and some of the guest were loud but you could tell why people come there. The bed was definitely comfy. I did stay a few hours and checked out earlier but very thankful for the staff

I booked a King bed room, I got two doubles. The Motel didn't mention you have to pay $12 a day for parking and it isn't per night, if you are only staying 1 night, you have to pay for parking the day you check in, as well as the day you check out. So $24 to park for less than a 24 hour stay. Hope you don't like towels, you don't get those either. I happened to be there the day Atlanta got hit with a nasty winter storm, very cold and snowy. The room they gave me did not have a functional heater, it blew cold air all night. When I woke up in the morning, it was 55* in the room. Don't stay here unless your really have no other options.

Very dissatisfied not one time in 4 days did anyone come clean the room or empty the trash this is unacceptable I would never stay there again

Limited parking, which was indicated in the information online. There were other spaces, although I'm not sure what would have happened had they been full. It's a bit of a walk to the Georgia Tech area, but it was doable for me, and a nice walk.

Nice hotel for the price. Hard to find at first due to it being tucked in behind trees and other business. Sign not very visible till ya get right on it. Its on a busy rd. Close to downtown. Not bad but nothing fancy. Id stay again

Horrible room. Cigarette butts found all over. Unclean used soaps were left in the bathroom. We checked out immediately and booked at another property. They do not want to refund.

Be careful coming up the 3 flights of stairs. The steps are uneven.

The toilet did not flush. Shower did not run properly. Even though I had to stay in a smoking room, I do not smoke and I woke up, coughing in the middle of the night from smoking smell.

They never came in to clean up or make the bed

Its a motel 6, needs some updates and parking can be an issue. Rooms need some care but people are rough on the rooms. Off highway and busy intersection. Can walk to food options about mile or so away and the guy sitting in his vehicle both days in parking lot by cones, not sure if he was security or making sure nobody parked behind motel. Smoking rooms but most people who stay arent smoking cigs.

Actually for a Motel 6 this is a great property. The staff was excellent. I felt very safe. It’s in a decent neighborhood. The room was excellent with a bed better than much more expensive motels. Room was recently renovated and was very clean. Only objection was it appeared to have been a smoking room but even that wasn’t overbearing. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

My stay was great. Miss Rihanna is a rockstar.

There were 2 of us. In a room with 2 beds. This property also likes to stand outside doors and be nosey about what people are doing. I was eating some food that we had delivered through UBER Eats, I was told that we were trafficking drugs because the soda can made noise when opened. Absolutely could not recommend that a place go bankrupt more. Lawsuit for discrimination and theft is pending.

News Flash: Just because you do criminal things, doesn’t mean everyone does.

The only motel I’ve ever stayed at that was worse was The Olive in Los Angeles.

The staff is friendly and even though it isn't a high class facility, it absolutely does its job as somewhere to stay and lay your head. Its nice to return each year.

it was dirty & the doors didn’t even seem to close enough to be safe staying there. avoid at all costs! child running around property late at night unattended.

Motel is in a very convenient location. Rooms are updated and nice for a Motel 6. Big TV, fridge, microwave and new bed, lots of lighting. Tiny shower curtain that was useless so the entire bathroom got wet when you would shower. Location is next to the highway and on a major thoroughfare so it is very loud. It didn't help there was a big metal plate on the road from construction that sounded like a sledgehammer every time someone drove over it. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Hair in made up bed. Smell like someone smoked in the room.

Staff was great but the hotel is in a questionable area. Our door didn’t lock unless we slammed the door really hard. Paint was peeling off the doors. I will say the shower was great! The towels not so much as they had dirt on them.
