    I always wanted to stay at this hotel (really any state) but I was in ATL it was a top tier experience. Highly recommended and will choose here, so far top 3!!!! Restaurant chef’s kiss.. spa rejuvenating… THE ROOM! Very Much So. Room service… YES.

    Very outdated and out of shape hotel. Service was terrible. The restaurant was utterly garbage with slow service and highly expensive food. The elevators move at a snail pace. Hence, if you are on a top floor, be ready to wait 10 mins by the elevators to go down. Maybe it was a 4-5 star hotel back in the day, this one is more like a 3-star hotel. I’m surprised of it because historically Lowes hotels had great service and top notch facilities. Perhaps turning it to a Days Inn on La Quinta would work wonders for this property.

    The hotel is very well located in the trendy Midtown neighbourhood, short walk to several restaurant/cafe options and the park. Modern hotel with all the amenities you would hope for, comfortable beds and big bedrooms and bathrooms. Nice bar downstairs and friendly staff. The only let down was the disconnect with the porter when we had to change our rooms, we waited over 30 minutes for our suitcases to join us at our new room. Would have been quicker for us to just take our bags with us.

    They take your deposit pay for their valet services even if you don't use it every time you go in and out of their parking you have to pay up to 30 something dollars each time the refrigerator that I received in the room was beat up and nasty looking

    When I walked in it smelled so good and clean. Luxury at its best! The breakfast buffet was featured on the weekend. The food was soooo good and fresh. The only thing I didn't like was not having an exhaust fan in the bathroom

    Best stay in ATL so far. The staff is friendly, professional, and accommodating. The location is conveniently located downtown, walking distance to shopping, sites, and restaurants. The hotel has great amenities. Our room was stunning, clean, quiet, and cozy. almost shed a few tears because I had to leave. Sigh. Back to reality.

    The room I received had stains in the carpet as well as the sofa and rips all over the desk chair. Scratches all over the desk, side tables. Assistant manager came to room took pictures to send to his manager. I was given a suite (which did not offer the double beds but a sofa bed and king bed) this was for two night with my son as he was moving out of a dorm. The suite offered no hot water in the shower and frankly I was so grossed out from the wear and tear of the rooms. I tried to get a room at several other hotels but most were sold out for the evenings I needed. You might think getting a suit was better but it was not. It did not accommodate my travel needs. I will not be staying here again.

    This is an exceptional property located in the heart of midtown, close to many restaurants and attractions. The neighborhood is very vibrant and safe. The hotel bar is beautiful with bartenders who treat everyone like they are the only people there. Rooms are very clean and quiet. Bathrooms are spacious.

    The staff was OUTSTANDING in all areas. Friendly, attentive and helpful. Visit Julian at the Ashland bar- he is an amazing bartender and all around great guy ! Front desk staff - always helpful. The bell representatives and housekeeping angels were super nice ! Also the Exhale spa is magnificent. Yasmin is a doll, Bridgette- exceptional massage therapist and the gym was well stacked with higher end Nautilus machines and plenty of room. I had a wonderful weekend stay at Loews Atlanta!

Everyone was very respectful, so great customer service. My only negative was not being able to use the room refrigerator without being charged. The frig was already stocked but there was a price for each drink, snack and usage. That seemed cheap to me. Considering how much we are paying for the room, parking and services, at least let the customer use the room refrigerator. Loved the stay though, had fun.

    The fish that was cooked in the kitchen gave the entire lobby area a bad smell causing me to leave. It was very strong and unpleasant although I eat fish regularly. I also paid for a grand suite and a double bed room and one of the rooms was not available for 2 hours after check in time. I was offered 50$ but I feel like that was an under compensation for my inconvenience. Lastly the toilet in the grand suite was very loud to flush and I told the front desk and he just said I’m sorry…. I’ve had better stays but this time I wasn’t too happy.

    I stayed here for one night in late September. Was in Atlanta for a business trip and very much looking forward to meeting up with coworkers for a drink and some prep prior to the next morning's meeting. The room itself was comfortable and spacious. The menu, guide, and info options on the TV remote were disabled for some particular reason. Not a huge deal, but when you are paying $300/night it would be nice to have all amenities fully functional. My biggest disappointment is related to the construction and extremely poor "temporary" bar/restaurant. My coworker and I got in after 7pm and met at the "temp" restaurant only to find that it was a tiny conference room with round, banquet style tables, a tiny makeshift bar, bright, conference room lighting, no music, etc., etc. Zero effort put into creating at least somewhat of a temporary vibe. It was so off putting and we felt borderline embarrassed having even walked in there. There was one other table there laughing at how awful the space was. Bartender was great though. I understand the hotel is under construction but don't forget part of the enjoyability factor of staying in a hotel is being able to partake in the onsite amenities. The overall experience was lackluster at best. Luckily there are several places within walking distance so we meandered somewhere close by for a quick bite. That was the extent of my experience in Atlanta.

    I stayed at this hotel because it was on Amex website, therefore I figured it would be a great hotel. The hotel was just okay. When we checked in the guy did not give me no info on how to connect to WiFi or areas around there. When you entered the hotel it smells so good, when you leave that lobby floor the floor we was on smelled very bad and the room did also. The bathroom was not mopped. Honestly I didn’t even want to stay, that next morning we jumped up and left so fast. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all.

    I was looking forward to staying at this hotel, as I’ve stayed at other Loews hotels, and have enjoyed a very luxurious experience. I was staying for just two nights with my family. Upon my arrival, the hotel was under renovation, so the lobby was unavailable, and the cafés and restaurants were not super clear on how to access them. Additionally, I was on floor 18 and the hallway reeked of urine which was very alarming and off putting. On my last night, I witnessed a physical altercation between one of the patrons and the valet staff. I was so disappointed with my experience, and honestly felt that I could’ve stayed at a motel for the experience I got. This was not luxury. I don’t recommend!

    The hotel was also very noisy. You could hear your neighbor flush their toilet. It was ongoing construction, which made it difficult to get into the hotel or walk around the hotel lobby. On a positive note, the staff was great (Mr. Reggie Knight)and handled my concerns promptly and professionally. However, despite their efforts, the overall experience was disappointing and I would not choose to stay here again.

    The hotel is undergoing renovations now, but this is my go to place when I want reliable and friendly staff. On the weekend the noise from Peachtree street is a little annoying. The billing between what I reserved and what I was charged can be difficult to work out but other than that it’s an above average accommodation for Midtown Atlanta.

    I didn't like that the property seems to be under renovations/construction, and I wasn't aware before coming as I wouldn't have booked. it wasn't noisy however the aesthetic I've gotten in pictures was not that then I got there, and their restaurant / bar seems to have been moved temporarily to a small conference room type are, not appealing at all.

    Everything was so clean. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Concierge was very attentive on your arrival and departure from the hotel. The room and the view was beautiful. The bathroom and bedroom was very clean. It was wonderful and I will be back. Special shoutout to Mr Douglas for the room tour and hospitality. And special shoutout to the general manager (I can’t remember his name), but he was so accommodating and helped me to check in early and made sure I got a room with a view. Such a lovely time.     Cristal from Al provided great customer service. We booked two double beds about five months ago, and unfortunately, somehow, it slipped in the Loews system. When we arrived, we were offered only one bed, a king-size bed with a mattress. Unfortunately, it would not work for us for many health and adult reasons. Anyhow, she immediately helped us out by getting us two normal beds. Thank you so much, Cristal!

    Furniture in downstairs bar and seating area were worn, so it that made it look less upscale of a hotel. I requested something special in my room since it was my birthday and staff agreed but there was nothing. Lol Overall, nice weekend.

    I was not pleased with our stay at all. We normally choose the Omni but thought we would give this hotel a try. Very disappointed. We were moved 3 times because our room was unacceptable. Our dining experience at the hotel was not good as the food was poor quality, cold and not prepared correctly. We were told it was because of staffing issues. Still this is unacceptable for such an establishment. We will not be returning.
