    The hotel has potential. However, the rooms and hallways appear worn and outdated. Overall cleanliness could be improved in those areas as well. There is no television in the bedroom of the one bedroom suite. Just one television in the living room area. The bathtub appears to be peeling, and if it’s been painted over multiple times rather than replaced. The lobby is the cleanest, most updated part of the hotel very welcoming and well maintained in comparison to the rest of the property. Staff was pleasant, but renovations and better upkeep would make the stay more pleasant.

    I just stay for 1 night, the main issue is that seems this hotel is short in staff, the checkin was on 3pm and I get my room unitl 5pm, they said have a big group checkin out in the morning ans still cleaning a getting rooms ready so was a big line on front desk, other than this was a nice stay.

    We were disappointed that our large Suite did not come with a microwave or actual refrigerator which was inconvenient traveling with our pet. The parking was slightly inconvenient as it was full in the evenings and several cars taking up two spaces. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will be booking here again in the future.

    I actually booked this stay for my mom and daughter. They were soo impressed of how nice the hotel was and clean. They love their room and loved all of the amenities included. I want to give an huge thank you to LaTrice, who helped me book the room. She was the sweetest. Also, to the 2 ppl who drove the shuttle to take and pick my daughter up from her dance class. My mom and daughter loved their stay and the staff. Also, the hotel is walking distance. There's plenty of restaurants as well. My family raved about their experience to the point that when I visit Atlanta again I will be staying there.

    The water never got hot in the shower. The refrigerator didn't work so all of our food spoiled, and some of the towels had poop on them and when I called the receptionist for fresh towels I NEVER RECEIVED them. I had to wait until the next morning to find a maid and ask her for new towels.

    Where do I start………I was double charged for the room, I was charged $25 per day for parking and I didn’t have a car, there were no trash bags in any of the trash bins that were in my room, there were supposed to be a pullout sofa which it wasn’t and that was one of the reasons I picked the suite, the hotel is very outdated. I was very disappointed and I will never stay at this hotel again.

    I didn’t like the parking. I paid 25 dollars to park but I had to ride around for almost hour trying to find a parking spot. Going back and forth from all 3 parking lots. Finally I went in and complained and one of the employees that was getting off agreed to let us get her parking spot. I mean if I got to pay for parking, at least make sure I have somewhere to park. Very unsatisfied about that parking experience.

    Staff was great and courteous.. Bartenders great.. Shuttle drivers was friendly and knowledgeable about great place to eat . It was my husband 50th birthday which they helped to make it very memorable.. The only thing I didn't like is the confusion of taking the breakfast back to your room.. One day a staff member will say its okay... The next day different staff member will say you can't.. get all staff on the same page

I find this to be very inconvenient; I would have preferred to stay at a property where I could be in and out with ease and not have to use a key card to leave the parking lot and of course; I did not appreciate the hidden $24 per day parking fee.

    Greeted with a great welcoming smile. Had a small hiccup as my little one vomited in the bed and when the housekeeper were asked to change the linen they only changed the flat sheet and left the fitted sheet and it has as much vomit as the flat. Disappointed to find upon my return from my day outing. However will be returning as I love the hotel and it is very convenient for me as I am close to my family.

    I really enjoyed my stay at Le Méridien! The lobby and room were beautiful — stylish, comfortable, and had a great atmosphere throughout. The overall environment felt upscale and relaxing. The only thing that stood out was the bathroom — it felt a bit out of place and didn’t quite match the rest of the elegant decor. Otherwise, a wonderful experience!

    my room was not clean, There were dirty towel left from the previous guest rolled up in the closet. Told front desk twice. I had to go get my own towels for me and my guest. Front desk never answered phone. I received an email about times of resturant and bar opening and closing. times were incorrect. Follwed time in email. Restuarant was closed by times followed in email. Not a good experience

    Conveniently located in the thick of Perimeter area shopping, food and parks, this impromptu plumbing nightmare turned into the perfect staycation. Great pool, wonderful bar—with awesome co-work vibes. On-site restaurant (we only grabbed dessert but it was tasty) and HUGE suite. Staff was knowledgeable and personable. There were some guests that were having a bit too much fun, but their rowdiness wasn’t heard through walls or at night, which is a huge plus when traveling with kiddos. I’ll definitely be sure to refer visitors here!

    This was a last-minute, one-night stay. The check-in staff is nice and friendly. The lobby was clean and welcoming. I booked a one-bedroom king suite. The living room setup was unusual, with the sofa sectioned away from the TV. I had a problem with the showerhead, which was promptly fixed. There is a daily fee for parking. My disappointment stems from the fact that the amount to be held on my card was never discussed. I was distracted by the friendly conversation with the agent when I presented my card and forgot to ask. I checked my card that night and called ge front desk. They claim their policy is a $150.00 hold/authorization when reservations are made through a third-party app. The representative never stated the amount. Furtheemore, it seems deceptive.The reservation that was paid in full for one night, with the only incidentals being parking. Yet, they are still holding the authorization. This same weekend I had a two-night stay at another hotel chain, through a third party app and the authorization was only $50. and it was released the same day upon checkout.

    This is usually my go-to place when I need a getaway or have family visiting Atlanta. Unfortunately, this stay wasn’t up to the usual standard. Our rooms were missing basic items like trash can liners, and we had to purchase Lysol wipes ourselves to clean the tables, sinks, and toilet. We requested extra towels and were told there would be a delay, but they never arrived. To make matters worse, the night we checked in, the fire alarms went off repeatedly until around 4 AM. This visit was a very inconvenient and disappointing experience.

    The housekeeping staff seemed only to make the bed. Coffee supplies weren’t replenished, and trash wasn’t removed. The entire end of our hall smelled like pot so much so that it was seeping into our room. The bed was comfortable. Our room was quiet. Parking was easy as was check in. Location was convenient. I would stay there again but only for the right price.

    Upon check-in around 6pm I discovered during a shower the shower curtain had what appeared to be clumps of shaving cream with hair in it. I notified the front desk and the gentleman agreed to have it replaced and the room “refreshed”. However that did not take place. I requested it be addressed 2 additional times It wasn’t until the next afternoon around 12 another front desk employee changed my room upon request. I was given a breakfast and beverage voucher however I insisted to be compensated for a night. As I was unable to shower an entire night I paid for. I have yet to speak to the manager of this property. I was told since I booked from a 3rd party they won’t be able to assist with my issues and can only provide the vouchers.

    I was in a suite. Don’t get me wrong, the room was nice and so was the view, but I don’t understand not having a refrigerator or microwave in the room. If you want to heat something up, you have to go downstairs to a tiny room with one singular microwave and hope no one else is using it. They have something that’s kind of like a refrigerator in the room but not really. It has this sticker that says something like “cannot keep anything under 55 degrees properly refrigerated”. So is it a room temperature-ator? There’s also a sticker on It that says it’s not a refrigerator. Well if it’s not then what is it? And why not just have a normal mini fridge in there? There were a few stains on the couch and chair pillows, but other than that I had no problems.

    Then to find parking it was noted $25, which at least wasn’t included in the description. But oh well. Our key card doesn’t unlock the gate to the parking. Neither does the assigned CC.. but the phone number. Same with exiting. This was a headache as we were in a hurry. Luckily a fellow guest helped us out. The host at the front desk could’ve mentioned the paper upon check out if we had used the private lot. Also, we had encountered the same individual walking at 11am as we did at 8am just walking the lot. Not a guest or staff. Very questionable as some of the areas behind the hotel are dimmed. The marble in the bathroom was chipped, as in damaged. There were stains on the floor and no ventilation for the bathroom to breathe, concern for mold to grow and paint to peel. Other, the mini fridge didn’t seem to cool anything other than a room temperature Red Bull. I did enjoy how we had some apps, as a tv preference and they removed all logins/cleared the cache by personal/upon check out so A+ No HBO Max though if you wanted to watch a UFC or DAZN if you wanted to login into your account to watch the show.

    Very dirty rooms, outdated amenities. Disgusting conditions I had to change my room due to smeared fecal matter on the outside of the bathroom door. No one is checking behind housekeeping. One person who is over maintenance help switch my room to a lower suite from the one I paid for which was premium king suite at that point i was frustrated and tired. Front desk was no help when i addressed the situation. Please check reviews and think twice before staying at this hotel.

    Housekeeping busted in my room 5 times unwarranted without knocking asking if I'm checking out. This started at 7am and continued until 11:30am. I told them I'm not checking out until 11:45. However, they still continued to use there key to invade my room without knocking 1st. Awful to the least!

    Great staff, great entertainment, great restaurant/bar and great room. Love everything about this place. I stay here when I come to see family…yes I like the staff better than some of my family, haha.

    We came to this property from an Airbnb nightmare. The process to get a suit at this location to accommodate my family was quick and easy. The staff member that checked us in was very professional and nice. Our room was very clean and equipped with everything my family needed. We will only be booking at this location in the future.

    When I travel to Atlanta either for business or pleasure, and when I don’t want to stay downtown, this is always a great option. Close to everything, mall and restaurants, and close to city. Two thumbs up!

    Great staff. Friendly and attentive. However, the room was very dated and in need of repairs. Rips in dining chairs, cabinets that wouldn’t close, broken items in bathroom.

    Very friendly staff the hotel was nice I loved it and the stay. Only thing I had a problem with was the room was hot even with air on. May have been something wrong but other than that everything was great!
