    I understand that thing happen but the pool would have been great to use especially for kids. There was a few interruptions with their service network and issues and then elevator one elevator did not work. I kept going in and out which made it difficult to go to our floors especially for those who have difficulty walking.

    It was not what I expected for a La Quinta or Wyndham hotel. Needs updating. Internet was down each day I was there. I couldn’t properly complete my work. Room had a wet dirty smell when air/heat was running. Asked for an iron and never received it. TV remote didn’t work properly.

    The room i checked into the tub was stopped up and the TV did not work. I called down to the front desk about the TV. After over an hour of no one coming to check on the TV I called again. The person asked if I was told how to reset the TV. I said not. I thinknits the remote. They told me to come down and get another on. I did. This one did not work. I went back down and was moved to another room. I went to the bathroom in the middle of the night were I found a huge roach on the wall. At around 6:45am I was awaken by a knocking sound from across the hall. It was a dog knock on the door loudly because the owners had left him in the room alone. This lasted for about 1 hour.

    The hotel was just your average hotel room, we did enjoy the coffee in the hotel room as well as the mini fridge. One of the lights in the bathroom was out, the front desk agent said they are having those replaced. There was only one trash can in the hotel room which was in the bathroom, you could hear the toilet flush from other rooms and the toilet flushed loudly in our room as well. The complimentary breakfast was nice. Close to certain things nearby such as a grocery store, coffee shops, and other places to eat.

    The room was nice & clean as well the bathroom. Had some issues with TV service, the rainy weather may have played a part in that being with Dish network. But absolutely loved the instant hot water on tap! Great variety of breakfast in the mornings. Very friendly staff too. I'd definitely stay here again.

    The bathrooms look clean but actually need to be deep cleaned from the previous person. I had two rooms due to the above concerns and both were in “appear to be clean” mode but were not actually clean. The carpets feel wet and you must keep shoes on to stay dry. I would highly suggest going elsewhere, it was a total disappointment as this hotel chain is typically clean. Stay away! Wish I would have read the previous reviews before booking.

    Clean room 720, top floor, end of the hall. Mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave. Tv easy access to YouTube, clean bathroom, decent hot breakfast, eggs, sausage patties, potatoes, muffins, waffles, juice and coffee. Excellent restaurants and stores in the area. Close to the Braves Park. Dee was awesome, friendly, informative, and quick at check in. $100 a night, reasonable. Would stay again.

    Breakfast was good, front desk staff was great, kind and very helpful. Thank you! I dont think the cleaning staff clean thoroughly as we noticed our pillow cases (and possibly sheets) werent even changed. Our second night in we found an empty box of condoms stuffed into one of the 4 pillow cases from the previous guests who stayed in the room. We didnt get any room service for new towels or sheets our 4 nights being there (making sure we took off the do not disturb sign so they can come) and I had to ask the front desk staff so I can change the sheets myself. (Front desk input a request to clean our room but they still didnt come to clean)

    The staff were pleasant but the room wasn’t too good. Bathtub clogged to where water backed up and had my feet in dirty water, toilet overflowed, dust and stains on the towels. Some lights not working. Only one elevator in the entire building is not cool, I walked up the flight of stairs (to the 6th floor) more than I should have just because the elevator was crowded or taking too long.

    The hotel staff lack of communication amongst each other almost ruined my trip. I paid for a very late check out and they kept harassing me asking when I will be checking out. Knocking on my door twice and at one point coming in unprovoked after not hearing a timely response. (I got up in less than a minute.) Stains were left on sheets, pillows, my bed was dirty. We complained they never came to clean it. If you have your do not disturb sign on your door, expect to be disturbed by the staff who doesn't communicate.

    The first room I was assigned had a strong, overwhelming mildew smell that wasn’t just isolated to the room, it seemed to affect the entire floor. On top of that, the cleanliness was questionable at best. The bathroom still had visible soap scum and grime, and it didn’t appear that the room had been thoroughly cleaned or scrubbed before my arrival. I requested a room change, which was granted, but the second room came with its own set of issues. The television had visible lines running through the screen that distorted the picture. When maintenance came to look at it, the only response I received was essentially, “at least it turns on,” along with the explanation that there were no replacement TVs available. That was frustrating, especially considering an unoccupied room (my original one) clearly had a functioning TV that could have been swapped. Cleanliness was again a major concern in the second room. My pillowcase had someone else’s makeup on it, which forced me to change the bedding myself. There were also visible drink rings left behind on surfaces, and overall, the room felt poorly maintained and not properly reset for a new guest. I ended up wiping down and scrubbing things myself just to feel somewhat comfortable. Overall, the stay was uncomfortable and far below what I expected. Refund?

    The room was nasty. The walls had soda or coffee stains, and the doors were dirty too. The bathroom was also dirty. There was pubic hair on the floor and other hair as well. The receptionist at night was nice, but in the morning at breakfast she wasn’t as friendly. I’m not sure why. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you have no other options haha

    My stay was going perfect until I found a beg bug. I spoke with the staff as she promised a check out and refunded deposit as well would take off the nights not stayed. But she has not done so and it upsets me for I was in town for my brother funeral and had to leave early due to there bugs.

    I have never stayed at a hotel where there were toiletries missing and house keeping was gone by the time I checked in. Bathroom doors were falling apart with door knob even missing. Refrigerator made so much noise that I couldn’t sleep. The room had a terrible smell. What more can I say??

    Breakfast is hotel breakfast, elevator near the room didn’t work so we had to walk all the way across the hotel to the main elevator which is very slowww. There were no sheets or pillows for the pullout. When we checked in there were some random sweatpants and a towel in the closet. Overall the quality is a 5/10. Price was good but you get what you pay for.

    I booked a room at this hotel from March 29 to April 2, 2026. The room was in an unsanitary condition upon arrival, including visible dirt, hair, and debris in the bathroom. Housekeeping services were not provided until the fourth day of my stay, despite multiple requests. Staff refused to clean the room earlier, citing an undisclosed policy of cleaning every four days!!! which was not stated at the time of booking. Basic services were not provided: trash was not removed, clean towels were only given upon repeated requests, and on one occasion a staff member hung up on me. A listed amenity (hairdryer) was missing and only provided after two days. The room conditions were unacceptable, including a non-functioning air conditioner and a strong odor of mold and dampness. Staff were unprofessional, refused to identify themselves, and denied access to management. Police were called on April 1, 2026. The responding officer (badge number 427) provided a case # 2026090060 He stated that this was a civil matter and there is nothing he can do, I can only dispute the charge with my credit card company. This hotel is not just bad—it is disgusting: dirty, old, and smelly, with rude and unprofessional staff at the front desk! This was the worst hotel experience of my life! I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this hotel if you don’t want to ruin your trip and expect even basic comfort!

    I booked our hotel via hotels.com and when we arrived they had given our double room away. They “upgraded” us to a King Suite with a pull out couch for my son to sleep on. The couch bed was not the cleanest and was not comfortable. The bathroom floor was nasty and the living area had a funky smell when you turned the AC on. Overall my family and I were very disappointed with the stay. We were in town for a surgical procedure at CHOA and didnt have the time to find another hotel. Will not be staying here again and will not recommend any families coming to Atlanta for CHOA to chose this hotel. Pay the extra money and stay else where.

    The lady who checked me in, Maxine, was wonderful. The bathroom in the room needed attention. I'm not sure that housekeeping was doing a thorough job. There was a blue tinted dried contact lens in the floor and dust/debris in the corners. The hardware on one of the bathroom doors was loose and it appeared that perhaps some mold had been growing on the bathroom ceiling and had been patched or painted over. The breakfast bar was clean and what you'd expect. Overall it was still a good experience, but they would be well serviced to focus more on maintenance and upkeep.

    It was almost in center Atlanta so big buildings, breakfast was provided freshish there was waffles to make, cereal, potato, egg. Coffee was not good. Our towels in the room were stained. Bed was good, and ac was great. Shower was cleaned, water pressure was amazing. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

    Check in was okay. They do serve breakfast so that was okay as well. The walls are thin so you hear everything. I had to call front deer from my cell which was inconvenient and when I did talk to someone she was kinda rude. The actual room was so unsanitary I went to go buy my own cleaning products. They didn’t have any rooms to move me to. The light next to the bed flickered. Someone wasted chips in the elevator that stayed for two days. The location was the best part of the hotel. I would pick another place to stay for anyone reading.

    In my room, neither the bathroom light nor the extractor fan was working; I was left in the dark for two days. The room was dirty, and on Sunday, no one ever came to service it or change the towels—yet they did show up today, Monday, at 8:00 AM, knocking on the door under the pretext of checking to see if I had already left. Breakfast was a complete disaster. I believe this hotel is vastly overrated given the high price one pays; without a doubt, I will never return to that dump.

    I tried to extend my stay and the lady at the front desk told me I would have to check out and pay another $150 plus my fee to stay which didn’t make any sense because I already had a $150 hold from my booking, first of all you guys have such a high holding rate to begin with, I’ve stayed in 5 star hotels and never paid a $150 holding charge.     I reserved a handicapped room. The room we were given had a very low toilet. There were bars there to pull yourself up but it was not a suitable handicapped situation. There was no hot water. There was a standard bath tub with a transfer chair which would have worked except that the side of the bathtub was so high the chair was not stable when moved over the side of the tub. When we checked in, my daughter a CNA, told the desk about the inadequacies of the room. The desk called us when we were out and told us they found us another room. We went to that room which was a true handicapped room however this room had not been cleaned so we were right back to the first room which happened to be on the 6th floor. Needless to say we will never stay here again.

When we asked for better accommodations or a refund, the police was called on us and asked us to leave the property.     The hotel was very dirty, and the housekeeping was terrible. During 5 nights, the sheets were changed only once, and both the sheets and pillows had a strong, unpleasant smell. The breakfast buffet they advertise is not worth it at all, very limited and poor quality. The staff was cold and unfriendly, with no real customer service. On top of that, there was a lot of noise in the rooms, making it impossible to rest properly. This hotel does not match what they promote. I do not recommend it at all.

    First, I was charged three times for a single room, which immediately created frustration and required time and effort to address. Customer service throughout my stay was poor—front desk attendants frequently did not answer the phone, even when calling for service requests. The overall environment felt chaotic and unsafe at times, with customers openly arguing in the front lobby. Cleanliness was also a major issue. I encountered bed bugs, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor, and the bathroom and closet doors were not flush, making them very difficult to close. The room itself had multiple maintenance problems: • No hot water in the shower for the entire stay • Extremely high water pressure, which left my skin irritated after showering • Very loud AC unit, and the thermostat did not work • Microwave hot plate was missing • Shaky elevator, which was uncomfortable and concerning Housekeeping was also disruptive, knocking and waking me up at 8:00 a.m., despite no request for service. Breakfast was disappointing as well—the juice was heavily watered down, which felt cheap and poorly managed. Overall this stay was stressful and uncomfortable and far below the standards I expect from Wyndham property. Between billing issues, cleanliness concerns and lack of responsiveness.

    The best thing at the hotel was the friendly staff. I booked this hotel because of the good reviews but was highly disappointed. The walls were extremely thin, we could literally hear our neighbors flush the toilet and hear their television word for word. You can hear everything in the halls. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the pillows and top cover had spots on them. The bathroom looked and felt very outdated. The toilet was not secure and moved and the bathroom gave a feeling of uncleanliness.

    Room was filthy. I am curious to when the last time the floor was vacuumed. Comforter was stained. Shelf under the bathroom sink was so dusty that you could write in the dust. Furniture was dirty and stained. Service was terrible. Our room had a pullout couch. It was an argument and a struggle to get the bedding for it. Took three tries. Counter person always had an excuse. Breakfast was fine.

    The hotel SMELLS LIKE WEED! I read the reviews and thought it can't be that bad. NO I do not recommend this hotel! First of all there is a $250 deposit even though I paid online, the front desk staff were not friendly and not unprofessional. The carpet was nasty and dirty and outdated. I always stay at the LaQuinta's and they are usually nice! This one had drug dealers walking around outside. I did not enjoy my stay. The breakfast was okay.

    The air conditioner was making so much noise that I couldn't sleep. I had to turn the air off and sleep without air at all. The mattress was also very worn and had dips in it, which made it extremely uncomfortable. All of the trash cans by the exit doors of the building were overfilled and looked terrible. I've stayed at hundreds of hotels, and never saw one so unkept.

    The staff at Checkin were speaking a different language when dealing with me. Our room had red stains on the carpet and curtains. The room and hallway reeked of marijuanna. Our next door neighbor was blaring the TV all day and night. I tried calling the front desk 3 times and no one answered so I went downstairs and no one was at the front desk. I had to yell to get someone to come out. I asked for extra sheets for the pull out couch and was told the hotel is full and I can’t have any. My husband went downstairs and asked and was given extra sheets.

    The hotel seemed appropriate from the photos and reviews (booked through Expedia) which is very important to me since it was just myself, my son, and small dog. The first red flag was when the front desk clerk (who was training another) came out from the back office to help with the check in process. I became speechless when he proceeded to shake his hair onto the check-in desk while scratching both sides of his head. The other clerk just looked at him and continued checking us in. There was a 159 deposit for damages (ok) and a $25 pet fee(ok) and I was handed the usual paperwork to sign. My son and I took our things to the room and it seemed appropriate at first glance. I walked to the window and noticed a crack that extended from one side to the other- i took a photo and immediately notified the front desk (I did not want to be charged for the pre-existing damage. I then decided to insect and take photos of the room and found that there were at least 2 bottle/toothpaste caps in the sink drain, the wall the thermostat would not turn on, and when I manually adjusted the air conditioner/heater the smell of “something burnt” came out. We left the property at 3:09pm after I stopped at the front desk to report the additional findings and show photos. They told me it would be taken care of. The whole experience (head scratching, pre-existing damage, bathroom cleanliness, etc…, prevented us from staying there- now my worries included bed bugs and other pests.

    The waffles were really good, The rooms are huge. There were three of us. One put the office chair in the bathroom and slept there and the other put the reclining chair in the foyer area of the room and we have a queen who paid for it so she got the whole room to herself sounds strange but it really worked out. I have no complaints this is my go to emergency housing

    If you’re simply looking for a place to sleep, this does it. However, my boyfriend and I noticed the room was not particularly clean. We saw several hairs that did not belong to us in the bathroom, and the bath mat looked like it had a huge shoe print. Not all functions on the TV worked and the walls were very thin. We could hear other guests clearly at all hours of the evening. Lastly, breakfast was advertised as served from 6-10 and it was pulled shortly after 9. This hotel was not much cheaper than other, much nicer hotels in the area so for this price we were slightly disappointed.

    Not the best la Quinta I’ve had. Room service was very aggressive. Not allowing me the opportunity to fully dress or prepare myself to get to the door to open it. Most of the towels and the bedding contained different hair follicles throughout my stay. And a slightly safety concern is the windows do not have screens. And there appeared to be a mold smell coming from the pipes but it smelled for sure like mold. Overall the brown gentleman that works in the evening at the front desk was always kind and greeted me as I was coming and going.

    I’m sorry but this stay was not good! The breakfast was sad. The hallways smelled so bad of weed it made us sick. We had to clean our room upon arrival as it was not cleaned!     Moved to three different rooms: first had poop on window and door, second had a pee stained bed, leaking water from toilet and shower with the ceiling coming down, third room smelt like pee which housekeeping said was in carpet nothing they could do. The owner and supervisor were rude and lied about refunding money. The advertisement said slept 5 but only had rooms to accommodate 4.

    Good overall. The room was nice and spacious but also very outdated and generally dirty feeling. There was a wet spot on the carpet when we arrived, also. The staff were great and I even got a room upgrade for free. The lobby was very nice, too. The breakfast was horrible to the point where I would consider the food inedible - the eggs were like tasteless rubber; the potatoes were undercooked, and the juice must have been made with a concentrate where they mixed Atlanta's horrible tap water to make. It almost would have been better to not provide any breakfast that to offer what they had.

    I had 2 rooms reserved. 1 room was fine, However, the 2nd room was NOT. “The Good” The staff was nice. The hotel has been updated. “The Bad” The sheets was stained. The bathroom towels were used and hanging on the wall hook. The toilet had poop in it. You get the idea. I also heard from other guests that had similar experience while we were there.

    1st room key didn’t work after multiple times of going back to have a new key made. Had to switch rooms. The room we got was disgusting bathroom dirty, stains on furniture. No remote had to go get one from front desk and then the tv just didn’t work at all. Only good thing about the visit was the nice lady at the front desk.

    The breakfast was not the best 3/10. What hotel does not offer regular cold water to drink for Breakfast. The options were, hot water and fountain water. Next, the treadmill equipment in gym did not work. Both treadmill were not functional at all. The main elevator was out of service and had to walk down the hallway to the other elevator. This elevator inspection was expired over a month ago. Will not stay at this hotels again.

    Despite the room was booked and paid for three months ago, there was no room available.     It was convenient for the price as well as the area. We had to switch rooms because the heat was not working but the attendant moved us quickly without hesitation. The 2nd was still had trash under the bed. No microwave plate in the microwave and mold was in the shower wall. The paint was also pealing. I don’t think I would stay there again but we survived. No bugs.

    Door key didn't work upon arrival until the next day team had to let me in. No one brought the key or called when it was ready. I was not advised about the breakfast the gym or I couldn't charge to my room. My key didn't work 3 times after I got it I had to walk back downstairs to get it reprogrammed. Front desk lady was rude and acted as if I was bothering her. I still have not recieved my $150 deposit. I will never stay again

    There was a loud smell of weed in the halls the entire week despite complaints. Service was very poor. Had to request for the linens to be changed after day 3 of just getting replacement towels. No cleaning was ever done to wipe down surfaces or the tub. Construction was being done on day 4 and it was loud and disruptive.

    The staff at front desk are excellent and extremely courteous. The room was great with the exception of cleaning. Was not told that the beds are not made up daily nor is the room clean cleaned but once every 3days which is unacceptable at $89 per day. My room was eventually cleaned on day 4 only after having called front desk 3 times. I gave 4 stars only because the front desk staff were all so friendly and professional. They NEED to make changes surrounding their cleaning policy. It is not acceptable to have dirty toilets and sinks with garbage piling up in your room for 3 days, and as I said, the only reason it was cleaned was because I insisted.

    I liked the outside of the property. My shower wasn't clean well enough however when I requested it to be cleaned again, the next morning house keeping cleaned it better. There was an ice machine on my floor but it was not working. I attempted to get ice but nothing came out.

    Looks remodeled but room was not clean. Hairballs everywhere and the sink was blocked up. Handle on bathroom door missing and tv turned up loud and the volume button on the remote would not work. Light out in bathroom

    Iwasnt able to check in. Front desk lady was rude and said i wasnt in the system. I had confirmation # and info and i waited there two hours. Trying to get help from exspedia and had no luck. Later i talked with customer service trying to get my refund. Still havent heard back. Ask front desk for managers name. She wouldnt intil i threaten to call corporate.

    We did not stay. After checking in and getting the key to the room, we unloaded and went to the room. As my mom opened the door, the beds were still unmade. So obviously the room had not been cleaned. We returned to front desk to let them know. The guy said there were no other rooms available and he would see what he could do. It would take 15 to 40 minutes. We waited in the lobby. During a part of that time, the guy from front desk went and opened door leading outside and stood there and vaped and texted on his phone. He then returned to front desk. When my Mom went back to find out when it would be ready, he basically said his shift was ending and the lady coming on would handle it. The lady coming on shift was angry and rude to start off with and starting berating my mom. After a few minutes, she said she would be glad to cancel our reservation. She supposedly did but since it was booked on Expedia she really couldn't. After I contacted Expedia, the hotel claimed we were the problem and denied the room being unclean but agreed we had not stayed there. Worst experience I have ever had.

    I have photos of how aweful the rooms were. Moved twice and was offered a third room that wasn't any better. The matteress were badly stained and the one in all three rooms that were sofa beds were ripped open on the sides. Hole in the wall, wires hanging under the ac system. Ac kept going from cold to heat. Food left on the sofa bed when i took the pillows off them

    In fact the GM denied my request for a refund, sighting it was my fault for opening the window. I’ve been in countless hotel rooms where the window didn’t open OR if they did open, they had screens on them. His lack of responsibility and accountability is disgraceful and disgusting. It’s a money grab for unscrupulous people who run these hotels on a shoestring budget.

    Hot tub was literally boarded up. Leaks in the ceilings in the main hallway by where breakfast was served. Trash cans under to catch water. To me, didn’t look like pictured. Guy on drugs every where you turned inside the hotel and on the outside property. Didn’t feel too safe. Breakfast was good, though. Staff was nice.

    The card reader to the room kept malfunctioning. We ended up having to get 4 sets of key cards because they wouldn’t read. We also got double charged for the room by La Quinta when we paid for the room through a third party. We weren’t supposed to pay La Quinta at all because the room was already paid for.

    Honestly idk where to begin. When I went, I was told it would be a $150 charge (mind you, my hotel has been paid for way ahead) instead she charged me $172 the price of an actual room. When I asked, vs her saying anything she lied and said it was only the deposit. Well fast forward to my stay there, hallways smell like straight up pee. It’s people all outside the building in the parking area it’s so unsafe feeling I had to lock my door almost 12 times to feel somewhat ok. Then you can hear every single thing in the hotel. Why am I hearing a couple arguing? Somebody screaming? Elevator working was probably the only good thing about that place. I would recommend a bed bug to stay at this place, bathroom looked so low down dirty and dingy.

    I had a wonderful time during my stay, which happened to be my birthday week. The host, cleanliness, parking, and overall experience were all that I had hoped for. My only complaint was the frequent slamming of the room door, which I suspect was caused by either a guest or a housekeeper. The hotel provided easy access, complimentary breakfast, free parking, and clean, affordable accommodations. CONS: Please be aware that placing your key near your phone may cause it to deactivate. Also, note that a $150 deposit is required, and only major credit cards or real bank accounts are accepted; cash apps and prepaid cards are not permitted.

    The hotel gave a room key to a random person that came in my room unannounced and demanded I tell them where a person I didn’t know was. I had no idea who this person was and they were not listed on my contract to be given a key. When I went and spoke to a manager she told me she will have a talk with the guy who provided a key.

    Do not stay here. Every guest had problems getting into their rooms, the key card readers do not work. We had blood stains and hair on our sheets. We asked for a new room and were told that could not happen. I asked for a refund and they would not because i booked through a 3rd party app. Breakfast, milk was warm and the bread was hard. Overall just pay more to stay somewhere better.

    Unpon my arrival, the first I entered the bed was off track. Carpet had a pulled in..also bed stain on top cover. So notified the front desk agent to change rooms. I was directed to the 5th floor, room looks okay. Did not know construction was in progress? No warning, later that evening after entry to bathroom. I noticed shower was in bath, no tub. I checked it out and seen what I believe was mold. Which later that evening told the fronk desk agent. Then later notified my booking agento see about cancelation and full refund.

    This place needs a renovation desperately. The hallways are dark, the doors within the rooms have worn down edges, the card readers at the doors have to be swiped multiple times before the door will open. Our room had a bit of a smell, but you stopped noticing it within a few minutes of being in the room. I wouldn’t stay at this location again.

    The staff was friendly, and the main lobby was clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was standard for hotels in this price range, with nothing exceptional. Unfortunately, our room was not very clean. The air vents and A/C had visible dust, the bathroom tub and sink had cracks, the shower curtain was stained, the doors had chipped paint, and there was dirt in the corners of the room. Additionally, our room had an unpleasant odor that was possibly caused by mold or an old A/C filter. Aside from this, the hotel is located in a safe environment with convenient parking.

    Great location especially if you are visiting downtown ATL, stayed 1 night. Friendly check-in during our late night arrival. Room was clean. Only disappointment it did not have enough towels for 3 people. Overall it was a good pleasant atmosphere, the complimentary continental breakfast (waffles, eggs, sausage, bagels, yogurt, tea, coffee) nothing special but fit the bill. We would stay again!
