This was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms were not clean, amenities broken, and the check-in process was so slow. My family and I changed rooms twice during this one night stay.

Staff was great working with what they had available! Building is not well kept. Definetly needs a remodel or atleast some simple repairs. Was a great stay overall.
- 3/5
The breakfast was good and staff were helpful. The hotel is a little run down though. The shelves in the small front desk shop were not well stocked and there was no vending machine. There was however a drug store and other stores within walking distance (approximately 15min each direction)
- 3.5/5
The location is great & comfortable beds. There were no towels in the room & the shower was hard to turn on. We’ve stayed numerous times at this location & this is the first time that has happened.
- 3/5
Good location, bed was comfortable, shower was nice. AC was insanely loud and sounded like it was gonna break. Sounded like a spaceship lol. Outside of the room, the hotel felt like the AC didn’t even work. Toilet shot water out of the back of it onto the floor everytime you used it
- 2/5
My room was in shabby condition. The shower bar was hanging by one screw. The toilet seat was loose and hard to use. There was only one chair in the room. Service was every third day we stayed five days requested Service twice and we were ignored five days with no room service. The lock on our door and the door leading out to the parking lot would not work with a key card without juggling it. We were told we had to deal with it, but the hotel was going to be rehab in the near future. I have stayed at many Wyndham’s and never had this kind of service.
- 1/5
Quite possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Made last minute decision to go down for a Braves game, so unfortunately all of the hotels near the stadium were booked up. List of problems during my short stay here: the door did not lock at all, you could just push it open; the A/C did not work; the fridge did not work (there were two fridges in the room, one old broken down fridge and I guess it’s “replacement” which also did not work; only one trash can in the room; the place in general was unkept, dirty, and badly needs a remodel. Positives: the bed was comfortable; the WiFi worked well.

Passable
- 2.5/5
The staff were friendly and ready to help with a smile. It was passable as a purely weekend place to lay our heads. Get location close to arena and convention center which is why we came. Easy check in and out which are big in my opinion. The sheets and beds towels were very clean. It's an older hotel and it shows. There is nothing wrong with that per say but it had a certain dinge to it. There was still hair in the bathroom , the extra door latch was loose, and the air only worked on 60, but it was hot everywhere in there. And for the price I was expecting just decent everything, not sub par most things. We didnt complain about these things as they weren't deal breakers just a place to lay our heads

Overall, we were pleased. Thankful for the breakfast they served. We plan to stay there next year when we return

Convenient for our stay Staff was rude- I’ve never experienced anything like this in the HOSPITALITY industry! They were rude to us and to other guests. Started out waiting in a line to get our key since I checked in online. Was told by front desk staff that booking.com messed things up when we check in online and I had to provide payment all over again. I was reprimanded for using booking.com and was told to always go directly through the hotel. There was ONE person working at 11pm on a night there was a ball game so they were understaffed, and I believe this caused frustration on their end. There was a gap in our room’s door that was big enough that someone could have watched us through. Creepy! Tried to fix a waffle the next morning and the batter dispenser was clogged. I didn’t realize it (thought I was using it wrong) so I asked for help. The staff snatched it and said “let me fix it before you tear it up”- like what?! We went somewhere else for breakfast. Will never stay here again!!!
- 1/5
This was my worst hotel experience! I mean awful! The lobby furniture looked like it belonged in a frat house! The elevator was filthy! Floor, walls and ceiling in elevator was disgusting! The sitting bench in the room was filthy and the front desk staff was horribly rude! Talking to guest like they were children. And not enough staff at the front desk. I WILL NEVER STAY AT ANOTHER LA QUINTA INN!!

The breakfast bar was awesome, the property was extremely well maintained, staff was just very friendly and welcoming. Whenever I visit Atlanta this is where I will be resting my head.
- 3/5
Old and not very clean halls or pool area. Room was cleaner but stained carpets and curtains. Very loud halls with kids crying and running. Breakfast was very slim and very much prepackaged.
- 5/5
The hotel is nice and clean, very convenient parking spot and close to the highway and shopping centers. Only a couple of young front staff members who are very rude and need some manners on how to communicate with the guests. Chandler and Tony are excellent. Breakfast is below standard
- 4/5
Enjoyed my stay. Just need more fruit at the breakfast nok
- 4/5
All of this written the staff was pleasant with real southern hospitality at the complimentary breakfast and upon check-in.

We recently stayed here and the property is not maintained at all. The room was dirty, some of the staff members were very unprofessional. I do not recommend this hotel.
- 4/5
Breakfast was decent. Room was clean and quiet. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful.
- 4/5
The room was spacious and clean for a one night stay. The staff member at the front desk was very stern and advised us that we must follow all of the pretty strenuous hotel rules or we would be charged extra fees. We weren’t allowed to get a luggage cart unless we left him our IDs and signed a form and we weren’t allowed to fill our water bottles with the complimentary water in the lobby. Not a bad property, just weird rules.
- 1.5/5
The last person that helped us was very friendly and cleaned our room and apologized multiple times. I booked two rooms and only received one key at first, went back to the front dash and received a key to a room that was not done being cleaned. I was reassured it would be clean before we came back from a concert, it was not. We came back to the exact same filthy room after midnight. We had checked in at 3:45pm. The beds were not queen- barely full size beds-room 400.
- 2/5
The staff It was not clean. Smelled of urine in the stairwell. Key cards would not work. Booked for 5 people and was only given 2 double beds with no pull out. When ask for a blanket was given a sheet.

Waited about 20 minutes to check-in, but staff was very apologetic, do other than the 100 degree lobby, I was ok to wait. Got up to our room (king bed, suite) and noticed there were no blinds/curtains on the 2 windows. The curtains that had once been there, looked like a tiger tore them to shreds. Only half of the lights worked in the room—one of them was DIY, as the screws and pieces were on the desk next to it. The smoke alarm was also DIY, as it was sitting on the desk. The floors in the room felt wet the entire 2 night stay…thank goodness we all packed shoes. 😅 The window in the room was lacking a screen and opened enough for someone to fit out. A little scary! The elevator did not work for part of our stay, which made staying on the 5th floor super fun. I asked if we could enter through the doors around the building to be closer to our room and was told no, enter through the lobby only. Well, the outside doors were NEVER locked at any hour. Breakfast was meh. Eggs were restocked, but there weren’t any other foods unless you wanted cereal or a 20 minute wait for a waffle. Paper plates were apparently not being restocked either. Also, why do hotels only give you 2 towels for a 5 person room?! And when you ask for more, they want the other 2 back before you get new ones. We probably won’t stay here again. I watched 3 people get told the rooms they booked were unavailable. Also, the Braves lost. So that was the cherry on top.

breakfast. The gentleman working at the reception desk displayed a very poor attitude. He was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. His appearance was also concerning, including long and dirty nails, a dirty suit, and visibly dirty, blackened teeth. Overall, I found the experience extremely unpleasant. What stood out the most, however, was the way he treated people. He was not only rude to me, but he was also arguing with other people who came in, which made the situation even more uncomfortable and unacceptable.

The location and price. My family loves the shopping. Carpets need cleaning. The pool floor needs scrubbing or painting. The guy at the front desk is not very likeable. You don't have enough towels and later tells you to bring dirty towels down in exchange for clean ones. I hate I used them and went against not going again.

The man working the front desk and the manager should be fired. This is the worst experience I have had in 40 years of traveling for a living. Carpet in hallway and room was stained and buckling. Coach was so stained we were scared to sit on it. No chair for desk and front desk said nothing was available. Would not give us a different room and said we were free to leave with no refund because "we had been in the room 15 minutes". Blinds were broken and TV's did not work. I would have still left but the Braves were in town and there was no other hotel rooms available. Breakfast was out by 08:00 every morning.. I will tell everyone I know to never stay at LaQuinta and I will never book another room from you.

Tim, the front desk help in the evening. He has a very belittling demeanor and argues with you or is aggressive with “his way or you can leave”type attitude. He had the audacity to comment about my situation with check-in to other guests while I’m standing to the side just listening. He is the reason I will not return in July and December.

Not the best choice. Check in felt like we were all in trouble - getting yelled at reminding us there is NO SMOKING in the rooms (of course you cannot smoke in the rooms). Little deli area to purchase water was closed at 10:30 pm even though staff was present (why not make that available to guests?) Hotel overall very run down, hair dryer dirty and not functioning, generally clean in the rooms but sticky floors in elevator and common areas. Breakfast subpar and staff seemed very unhappy being there with the exception of one or two (mostly the housecleaners seemed to be. Housecleaners were pleasant whenever I encountered them. Definitely will not be staying at another LaQuinta Inn moving forward.

Upon check in I had to get the attention of the man working the desk because he was on a personal call and very loudly talking on speaker phone. Continues the call while checking us and everyone behind us in, and said many times he wishes he didn’t have rooms and that he hates his job.

Hair on sheets in both beds and on towels in the bathroom. Check in was painfully slow as employee was arguing with unhappy customer and then complaining to us about that customer. Also stopped mid check in to great a friend of his and chat with her. Probably 6 people in line to check in and no sense of urgency. Refused to let us ring up drinks from the “store” until all other check ins completed. No blackout drapes or shades so full sun first thing in the morning. Charge for internet. Very disappointed as usually been happy with stays at La Quinta properties.

None of our room keys worked after attending the Braves game that evening. We were told by the front desk that this was a common occurrence due to the stadiums security systems! If that's the case, guests should be alerted to this fact upon checking in!

This was not the best experience. Stayed at the same hotel last year, but this year's performance declined. Upon arrival, the room assigned had not been cleaned, so the front desk clerk had to assign us to a new room (her performance was great!) In the new room assigned, the floor lamp had an open circuit, which created fears of electrical issue. We found a used cotton swab in the drawer of the bathroom that had not been cleaned, the toilet seat was loose, and the door handle to the bathroom was broken. The window covering on the room was inoperative, and the window coverings and lamp coverings appeared dirty and dated. On Sunday morning at breakfast, my wife had problems getting the staff to get her hot water for her tea (since there was no microwave in the food area), and the performance of the food service staff was non-professional (server stayed mostly on her phone and acted inattentive). The food was not hot, and a food inspector might have had issues. The front clerk was the one redeeming value of this stay--she was great, and advised us that the property was scheduled for renovation within the next couple of months. Unless things dramatically improve, I cannot recommend returning to this property.

Got out of there as quickly as we could.

While I gave this place a 3 star, it is a high 3. The washer and dryer is filthy and the key card kept losing its programming. The key card for this place cannot be placed near electronics and the staff doesn't tell you that unless you ask about why you have to keep going back to get it reprogrammed. Mostly the problem was with the staff. They are not helpful and that negatively affected my stay.

I've been staying at this location almost every week because it's close to my wife's job and I travel a lot. The new staffs are very rude and they wouldn't let my wife check in before I arrived, we have the same last name and we are frequent customers. It's the first time I heard that every party's name are required to be on the reservation, they told me that a new company now owns this location and for me to get familiar with a lot of changes, both staff members wouldn't contact a manager to allow me to speak to them

My daughter and I traveled well over 12 hours and were traumatized by another property so I booked us into this hotel drove another half hour to it only to be told we could not check in until 3 o’clock in the afternoon of that day. I said we would be willing to pay extra, but we were told there was no room, so we had to sleep in the car on the property. When it finally came time to check in, we were given keys to the room and we went up to the room. It wasn’t bad but it could have been better. Like I said, my daughter and I had been traumatized by the hotel before and anything would’ve been a palace compared to that. The next day, my daughter received a call that I needed to go down to the desk and give them a copy of my ID. I did so and at that time, they also had me sign a paper regarding smoking in the room. I also signed that. I have emphysema and there is no smoking or candle lighting or anything like that around me. When the vacation was over and I got home and checked my credit card statement, the hotel had charged me an outrageous amount of money (I can’t put the exact amount because my review was flagged for that reason) stating that I had smoked in the room. Please beware of this hotel. That is a scam.

The room was just as description stated however, my main disappointment is the fact that the hotel is Pet Friendly and charges an extra fee if you have a pet but doesn’t allow pets to stay in the room alone. Traveling to Atlanta to explore with my family, and many places don’t allow pets indoors therefore they have to stay at the hotel. They continuously called me during my stay, not quiet hours, during the day, with complaints that we need to take the dogs with us because they bark during the afternoon while we were out. I just don’t see how you allow pets and charge a fee for them but then complain when dogs are being dogs. It really put a damper on our trip and we will never be back to this specific hotel location- mind you we’ve been to other LaQuintas and they’ve never complained about our dogs being left alone or barking.

Great place to stay.
- 4/5
Very good
- 5/5
We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, although it was included. The place was very quiet and safe, and we didn't have any bad experiences.
- 1/5
They charged me $25 just because I checked out 15 min late even though I checked in pretty late like 12 am!
- 4/5
People smoking pot in the parking lot.
- 4.5/5
The air don't cool the room up.
- 5/5

Arrived to property later than planned. Nightside check in staffer was pleasant and helpful. Dayside check out was away from front desk for a long period of time. And did not address my concern. Just told me to take a card and wouldn’t share a name. Hotel could use a renovation overall. Room was decent. However we did find what appeared to be rodent droppings in the bathroom. Didn’t have the breakfast. We did enjoy the coffee and tea at entrance. Auto doors at entrance was a nice touch. One of the elevators smelled heavy of marijuana.
- 5/5
Great stay.
- 0.5/5
Staff was rude and it was just a run down hotel the security locks to get in building did not work and the doors to the building were propped open and the light over the mirror in the bathroom did not work toilet did not flush properly
- 2/5
Room keys didn’t work half time had to get new ones. Didn’t work at all on any exterior doors Elevator didn’t even go to all floors
- 5/5
Elevator was too small.
- 1.5/5
Staff treats you like inmates at a prison- they're rude and dismissive and make nothing about the stay seem special. I didn't feel like a paying customer, I was treated as an inconvenience
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable room. Would stay there again. Met all my needs.
- 2/5
Rooms are more of a motel than hotel. Carpet throughout was worned bad and inside room spelled of soiled carpet from animals. Bathroom sink stopped up, breakfast had no identifying labels to know what you’re eating, staff was just there. Parking area very limited lighting that I stayed in my car for hours one day until a much closer spot came available near front of hotel. This place gave the feel of motel where everything goes.
- 5/5
Excellent staff, room and stay
- 1/5
How close it was to where we needed to be Staff was rude, extremely rude. From the moment we walked in the door till leaving
- 3/5
Sofa with multiple stains... Shower curtain holder broken... Great staff.... Good parking...

Has not seen maintenance in a decade. Plumbing did not work in bathroom. Asked for a different room but hotel was full so had to find another location. Pieces of the wall missing. AC in lobby not working.
- 5/5
The staff was great! They provided excellent service. The room was clean. The area was safe.
- 3/5
Property could use some update.
- 4/5

- 5/5
Great
- 2/5
The door did not lock from the outside or the inside of the hotel room came back to my room And the door was open also the breakfast was not good did not have many selections
- 5/5
The only negative feedback I have is that the breakfast options could have been better. We stayed for two nights, and overall, our stay was phenomenal. My standards are high from having personal experience from working as a housekeeper at the Renaissance Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee.
- 0.5/5
The night worker Thomas was very helpful. When i arrived to check in the supervisor, Tony and the General Manager of the hotel was making fun of a guess who hosted walked in before me. When I called them out on it Tony’s whole attitude changed towards me and he be came very hostile and rude. Tony demanded my payment and I informed him I checked in only and made my payment. I reluctantly handed him my information he did a few things and threw my licenses back on the counter. The general manager then asked what they said and I told them I heard and would be filing a complaint. Both of them just laughed. Without any information Tony then just threw the keys to the room on the counter and walked off. I left to spend the afternoon in town and came back that evening to find a dirty room. Clothing from the previous guest was still on the floor, the bed looked like it just had been made, no new sheets and the floor has not been vacuumed and the toilet was clogged. We were waiting to inform the front desk of this issue and several other guest were letting them know their air conditioning was not working. The next morning the maintenance man informed the front dest that yes the reason the air was not working was because the compressors were out. All in all if you’re thinking of staying here don’t. It’ll be a waste your money.

- 3/5
Parking after hours not convenient. Limited access to entry doors.

- 1/5
The reception told Me that room are sold out but I did make reservations. So unfair
- 5/5
Awesome location and amazing front staff!
- 1/5
Breakfast was horrible served the same thing everyday. The lady that prepped the food did not want to refill anything, as if she paid for it. Room was filthy had to clean toilet myself, husband didn’t have access to room with medication inside room, was made to sit outside for hrs with chronic illness in 90 degree weather
- 5/5
Its not a 5 stats hotel, but it is clean, its smells good and in good condition. staff was very nice
- 5/5
Staff was great and room was comfy
- 1/5
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience here was incredibly disappointing. The staff was unprofessional and escalated the situation unnecessarily, and the cleanliness and safety were terrible, ultimately resulting in us being asked to leave. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a more hospitable and fair environment.
- 1/5
Breakfast was terrible, bed has stains, front desk is lazy
- 1/5
Front desk staff was not helpful nor the manager
- 3/5
Breakfast was ok. Hotel is old and needs renovated. Elevator made you feel leary about it. Staff gave me a room it wasnt clean then they gave me another room. The carpets feel moist so we wore house shoes the whole time. You get what u pay for i gues

One night around 10 PM, without any prior notice, the receptionist, Tony, suddenly turned off the lobby lights and yelled, “It is quiet time!”, leaving everyone confused and uncomfortable. At first, I thought he was just having a bad day. The next day, I discovered unexpected charges on my credit card. When I asked for an explanation, he was unable to clarify anything and even told me, “You are not listening,” which was very disrespectful. He completely ruined my stay. At one point, I needed clean towels, and he told me I had to personally bring my dirty ones to a bin near the lobby before he would give me new ones. Unbelievable. On Sunday, I saw more charges. A kind female receptionist tried to help but had no authority to fix anything. She told me to come back Monday to speak with the manager. I delayed my departure to 7:30 AM, only to be told the manager wouldn’t be available until 9 AM. I tried to explain the manager and he refused to help me. Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Stay away from this place.
- 5/5
Very spacious room. Friendly staff
- 1/5
The guy at the front argued with me about my service dog and said he didn’t care about the ADA regulations. My first room had no light in the bathroom, they moved me and that room’s toilet was clogged and it was dirty.
- 5/5
The rooms are amazing and comfortable
- 1/5
As soon as we walked to our room we noticed trash thrown all over the hall. Next to our door was a mound of trash and dirty towels and we checked in late so they had time to clean it. The bathtub was very dirty with black mold and also the bottom of the tub had a thin Matt that was coming up and had mold all below it. Terrible stay.
- 3/5
Parking is free
- 5/5
Attentive staff. Rooms are very spacious, and the furniture was in good shape and actually useful.
- 5/5
The breakfast menu was fresh. The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff was nice and courteous.
- 4/5
It was ok for a reasonable place
- 1/5
This stay was horrible. They tried to scam me. Staff stated I was smoking in room and alarms went off to alert. Time stated on alarm ticket I was standing at desk checking out and then back in. Manager asked to accompany me to my room to check alarm. Manager stated no smelled no smoke and couldn’t understand why it went off. Manager also stated I wouldn’t be charged. I was charged then reversed then charged and reversed again that when my bank blocked this hotel from my card . I have then entire interaction recorded. Smells like mold sink was clogged the entire stay. Staff was rude. Breakfast was half cooked. Breakfast was supposed to start at 6 am but started at 7 was over at 715 because no food was left. This was the worse stay ever. Don’t book ever
- 1/5
Bed bugs, roaches, and stains all over the room… DO NOT GO HERE
- 1/5
This was the straight up GHETTO. People live here like it's an apartment building.
- 1/5
It was dirty, there were odd situations, and they openly talked about their hourly rates...which made it feel gross to go lay in a bed.
- 3/5
The breakfast was great , good variety. The parking is safe.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and helpful, but property needs to be maintained or upgraded. Multiple broken fixtures/items. Fixtures broken in bathroom, fitness room, and items around main areas.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. Great customer service and clean rooms.
- 1/5
Incident Summary: • Time and Location: The interaction took place in the lobby area—which I noted is covered by security cameras—shortly before 4:20 PM. 1. Service Failure: I requested room service twice and never received it. After being here 5 days. Staff Misconduct: When I requested towels, a staff member Sam the Executive of housekeeping. yelled at me and refused to give. Defiant Misconduct: When I informed the staff member that I would be filing a formal report regarding this treatment, she stated, "I don't care if you file a report." Threat of False Reporting: The staff member subsequently claimed that my presence while waiting for the towels made her feel "threatened." She advise another staff member to call the police. At no point was I aggressive or unprofessional; I was simply waiting for the basic amenities I had requested multiple times. I am currently in contact with the Cobb County Police to document this threat of a false report. I expect a full investigation into this staff member's conduct and a written response regarding how the hotel plans to rectify this situation.
- 1/5
Staff is rude. Place is dirty and breakfast was mid.
- 3/5
Tony, the front desk staff was wonderful and knowledgeable….the entire hotel could use some type of renovation throughout….the room didn’t have a working smoke detector and the fold out coach and window sill was dirty and stained!
- 4/5
Room was spacious.
- 4/5
Worth the stay
- 5/5
Nice accommodations and very well kept properly.

Satisfied
- 1/5
First room was not clean, food still left in the fridge, asked for another room. Was out on the 5th floor both elevators did not work. Got to second room and the bolt like had one screw in it. We continued to inspect stains on the floor. Looked like blood on the window blind and trash under both beds. I canceled the reservation and left for another hotel. The entire facility smelled like Marijuana.
- 1/5
The room was not clean.
- 4/5
Our family of 3 stayed only one very cold night. The room was spacious and clean. The AC was working. The heater smelled so we had to turn it off. Bathroom door did not close and extractor fan did not work . Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Building needs update.
- 2/5
The rooms are just dirty. Dirty carpet, dirty curtains and just bad smell. Not enough towels. Dont recommend unless theres no options
- 4/5
The Cons: Room needed a few repairs. Upon initial entry to the room, there was coffee rings on the dresser which showed it did not get a wipe down and the hard floor surface had debris on it as well. The Pros: The front desk and dining staff get a A+++. Friendly, professional etc. Great location close to everything in Atlanta. Price was very good. Breakfast was hot and they offered a small variety of items.
- 2/5
Need to improve a lot
- 2/5
* The hotel is very dated and exterior needs much work and repainting. * The interior carpeting near the main elevator on the first floor is extremely old, looks dirty and appears to be peeling off the floor. * The main elevator has stains on the walls, above the door and appear to be permanent. * The guests appear to be locals (not travelers to the city) and from an extremely low financial bracket. * All front desk employees do not wear uniforms or name badges (regular Street clothes is the average attire). * I extended my stay and booked extra nights to give me time to find a nicer hotel. I placed a "do not disturb"sign on my door handle and left my room for approximately 2 hours. I returned to all of my belongings missing. I informed the front desk and they discovered that the house cleaning crew entered the room (despite the Do Not disturb sign) and began to clean it, and threw all of my items in the dumpster (Clothes, Hair clippers, electric shaver, food, toothpaste, toothbrush and other items). After nearly 30 minutes or so, the house cleaner responsible for discarding the items retrieved them from the dumpster. I requested that they wash the clothes, and discount the price. They did. Will not return.
- 4/5
In the bath towels and wash clothes (yuck) Bring your own towels!!
- 1/5
Although the hotel is pet friendly, the room smelled straight like dog pee, and there was pet hair on the bed. The staff was also very rude.
- 1/5
I will never go to that hotel again very bad service. The carpet was soaking wet from the hallway to the windows in my room. It smelled bad and they would not trade my room. I left a day early. The butter for the food was very cold and no one would allow you to use their microwave. They had grits that was impacts to make how are we supposed to fix the grits for breakfast and you can’t use a microwave for it unbelievable could not find a cart for the luggage. The front desk lady said you have to go on all the floors to look for one very nonchalant the Night Shift guy that was there when we checked in 11 o’clock the night we were supposed to check in p.m. never said anything about praying for your pet the next morning. A lady told me I had to pay $75 for my dog unbelievable never again.
- 3/5
The property needs a lot of renovation
- 3/5
Did not get the king size bed I booked. Breakfast was suppose to be 7-10. There was no food at 9 and they didn’t put out anymore. And every-time you went outside someone was smoking pot.
- 1/5
Arrived around 11. Potential guests in the lobby were rude and disrespectful to the front desks worker while I was checking in. Police were eventually called to handle the situation.
- 1/5
The staff are very rude they only put sheets on the beds to cover up when I asked for a blanket I was told they ran out and I put my towels n wash cloths out to b washed never got them back went to go get some was told they r short on towels n wash cloths they will find me some when they can. The room was very dirty it looked like it was never clean the heat and the heat n the air didn’t work n the room.
- 5/5
Nice quiet place to stay for a few days. Great staff and management was amazing. I would recommend this hotel free hot breakfast rooms a very large bed was comfortable.

For us, We checked in and realized that the mattress was too low in the center and my wife couldn't sleep for at least 10 min as she is in post partum phase after delivery of the baby 5 months before. So, I went to ask for a change of room and the reception said that there were no rooms available, he said no one complain about that mattress before people will come and adjust and leave, if we want we can check out and find another room at 10:00 PM. We were so tired travelling so we said we can't search for another room and asked if he can at least provide a sheet that we can get to put in the center of the mattress. He told us they already load the room with needed sheets and towels so they guests don't request for more. I went back to the room and he called us and said there is a cancellation of another room due to credit card denial and asked us to check out our room and come pick the new room key. So, we checked out and picked up the keys, and the keys didn't work, I went back to check on them and been told I don't know how to use the keys. I went back and tried my luck but it didn't work. Then I called them to come up and help me open the room, then they realized the room they provided is not at all available for check in. They gave another room which is on 5th floor. Finally after couple of hours with my wife and 5 months
- 5/5
The man who checked us in was incredibly effecient. As be finished checking in 1 person he was starting to check in another person because there was a long line. He was so friendly and even gave us extra towels because he knew we had kids but the rooms only have 2 towels in the room. The hotel was clean and in a nice area of town
- 3/5
It was okay. Initially got checked into a room that was already occupied and overall staff was minimally helpful

Clean room, clean hotel, friendly staff
- 4/5
The location was great. Tony, the front desk staff member was friendly and knowledgeable. We had to change rooms due to our 1st room's toilet leaking when it was flushed. Staff made sure we were placed in another room. The breakfast was great. The rooms were clean. Staff were organized. I feel that the hotel itself needs some renovations. Overall our stay was great.
- 4/5
Good
- 1/5
In the last evening I went to the front desk for some new towels and told the man why the room didn't clean or change the towels as I clearly requested in the morning when I had breakfast. By the way, the hotel hallways and surroundings are dirt.
- 2/5
Staff was great, breakfast was fine. Rooms are run down and dirty, but the biggest issue is safety. My room was definitely entered by someone (my chair, tv and remotes were messed with) even though I had my “do not disturb” sign out, and they actually don’t clean rooms until the 3rd day (I was only on my 2nd day). Would not stay again.
- 3/5
Room wasn’t fully cleaned found trash and an open drink in the fridge. There was always a bleach smell in the bathroom. Staff is great

Worst place to stay at. Staff was rude and disrespectful. Original room was nasty
- 3/5
Staff, room and house keeping services.
- 1/5
Awful. They tried to act like they didn’t see my reservation although it was paid in full. The room wasn’t clean. Had to switch me to a clean room. Customer service was awful. My son stayed there as well and when I wasn’t there they harass him every day. They locked him out the room. He had to call me to get the door opened. I am requesting a full refund.

Everyone so sweet clean good breakfast
- 1/5
This was the worst stay ever! The front desk refused to give us an adequate amount of towels for the entire week of our stay until the final day when a new gentleman gave us the adequate amount with no problem. There were no sheets for the pullout bed and when we went to the front desk, they gave us pillowcases because they said that was all that they had. We ended up having to get our own sheets for our small children so they would not be cold. The air conditioner in the main bedroom was broken and I didn’t realize until the second day I had to unplug and plug it back up for it to come on. We stayed for five days and we’ve stayed at this property multiple times, so I’m unsure of what has caused the condition to deteriorate this bad. We now understand why the price is so low. We had to continuously take out our own trash and they said to leave it outside of the door. We also had to bring our sheets and towels downstairs and exchange them for new sets. During one occasion of having to exchange our own linen and sheets, my wife was walking past one of the housekeepers and she said “ you can leave those here”. Then when my wife went to the front desk to get a new set of sheets and towels. The housekeeper yelled down the hallway to the front desk clerk “ I didn’t see no sheets in here!” as if we were stealing sheets and had not exchanged the equal amount. This was obviously disproven when she looked. Again, having stayed here for multiple years and been

I'll preface this not so good review by saying that the staff I interacted with while there were all excellent, friendly & helpful. The hotel on the other hand is a dump. 2 different rooms and no functioning climate control unit. Very dirty rooms. Very dirty bathrooms. Food and garbage under the dresser and things like ketchup packets on the window sills. The key cards become un-activated for no reason. Vacuum cleaners sitting in the hallways all night. I know I wasn't checking into the St. Regis, but a minimum level cleanliness is not too much to ask.
- 2/5
The location was great for what I needed to do, but the property is in disrepair. I my room were two smoke detectors and both were wrapped in plastic. When I brought this to the attention of the management, along with numerous other issues, I was told "it was okay". When I mentioned that I thought that was against fire code. I was told to leave it alone or I would be charger $45.00 for each. At that point I let the matter drop and went back to my stained, cut up, and none working room.
- 2/5
The room was very dirty, we had to bring our own cleaning supplies for the bathroom, vents and ac were dusty and both the carpet and curtains were stained. We had to wait 2 days in to our stay for toilet paper to be brought to room. And our key cards were very tricky to use, sometimes it took 3 or 4 times to get in the room. Overall, we weren't very happy with our stay.
- 3/5
Staff was good but it was very noisy with rowdy guests. Felt like a college dorm.
- 5/5
Decent Place to stay. Had everything we needed.
- 4/5
Once checked in, they don’t clean the rooms every three days like they say they will.
- 4/5
Once checked in. They don’t clean the rooms every three days like they say they will.
- 2/5
Parking is not convenient. You can only go through the front lobby. My keys to my room would not work each day and had to go get it fixed. One of the reasons I picked there was the gym and it was out of service. The floors in the halls were dirty.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 2/5
Was moved to 3 different rooms and heat did not work properly, but heat in hallway worked. Did not treat the ice on the walkways
- 5/5
Great parking
- 1/5
I requested my room to be cleaned on three separate occasions. Each evening when we returned to the room it was not cleaned. When I inquired as to why, on the first day, I was told that housekeeping was short staffed that day, and that they were only cleaning checkout rooms. I asked if I could have clean bedding and towels to which they gave them to me and we had to change our own bed line after already having the same linen for four days. The other two days when I requested for the room to be cleaned, they said that housekeeping couldn’t get to it that day. All in all my room has not been cleaned in in over six days now. Completely unacceptable….
- 3/5
Very basic breakfast, mattress looks dirty, cleaning rooms is not everyday on your stay
- 1/5
The room was filthy. I called the front desk to ask him to have someone come up to clean a disgusting sticky gob looked like puss on the carpet under the desk and was told there were no other rooms and that they don’t clean stuff at the time we called which was 6 pm I had to clean it with the towels in the room about dog wouldn’t lick it up or something. The. I looked under the bed and there was garbage under the bed ! And there was no security lock on the door it was missing a piece I have pictures of all that I have said here in this review once o settle down I will be calling corporate to put a complaint in about this hotel. We have stayed in many la quintas but this was not up to par with any of them. We will never stay at this hotel again.

- 1/5
Very long wait. Pre paid for room. Sold out of room I paid for in advance
- 1/5
Will never stay there again! Waited 45 mins to check in bc of an issue system issue. The evening manager was extremely rude and yelled at the children, was rude to the customers. I missed a reservation bc of the inconvenience and the manager refused to compensate us for it and it was extremely rude to us about. He cursed and yelled amd was extremely unprofessional. When we finaly got checked in he didnt even give us directions to our rooms. Poir hospitality. The suite i booked was bot worth the money in its condition. It wasnt terrible but definitely flawed. Also the walls are super thin, elevators disgusting and barely functional. The gap underneath all the doors are like 1 and half inches so you can see under them and literally hear every word anyone says. And the key cards are trash we got locked out of our rooms every other time. Doors around the buildings dont work so you have to park around the back and then walk all the way to the front. It was terr I ble and i will never go back
- 3/5
Room was okay internet connection ,ice bin was not working.
- 1/5
Disgustingly neglected room with rude staff. Worst experience in my 30 years of traveling
- 2/5
The majority of staff had attitude problems. Their key cards are crappy; always had to go back and get new ones. The inside building needs a lot of fixing as it not kept up and you can tell. The breakfast is a hunger games for all and they barely put out any food. No ice machine was actually working. The gym was not functional. Only one out of the two elevators was working. All doors were locked except the front one which made parking an issue. No functional meeting room or business area. The tv’s kept turning off. No real room service; you had to ask for what you wanted vs them coming in to do service. We stayed there for close to two weeks. At the end the staff were a little better, But overall not sure if my family and I would stay there again
- 5/5
Good price/valeu

Clean room, quite night sleep. Just stopped to sleep as this was a passing point but would stay again.
- 3/5
Dirty carpet. No hair dryer in room. I called front desk and they said they had one but that I had to come down and get it from them. Not very good service.
- 3/5
The evening front desk crew was amazing. The breakfast was severely lacking, the elevator stopped working, and the room floor was stained.
- 4/5
The room and the bathroom was clean. Nice location.
- 3/5
tmorning and didn't finish
- 1/5
Key cards don’t work and have to be replaced frequently. The attendant had a bad attitude. Won’t return
- 3/5
Hotel and rooms are a bit tired. Rooms are spacious and bathroom is clean. Staff is wonderful
- 4/5
Room was clean. Staff was alright but their was a couple of people that upset me. Other than that I had a good time.
- 3/5
Front desk evening big tall guy is very sarcastic and doesn't treat the guests with respect
- 5/5
Clean room and quiet

Service
- 2/5
I noticed him at an empty table when I checked out. YET AGAIN, Staring at me. As I am a night, owl and work at night in my career.. I am awake in the late hours.. And every time I went outside to smoke, I felt very uncomfortable and awkward every time i went outside my room, to smoke downstairs.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
Clean room and great food
- 1/5
Canceled my room because I didn’t have physical copy of my card with me. Room was paid prior to arrival , they needed a card for incidentals which is understandable , but didn’t take tap , wouldn’t type the card number in or wouldn’t even give me time to get a physical copy of the card. Wouldn’t let anyone email it in and I traveled 3 hours for business. Canceled it with out giving me a chance to do anything and was extremely rude about it also . Just rude customer service!
- 3/5
Breakfast is lacking
- 3/5
Found roachs in the room
- 2/5
The room was shabby. Carpets in the hallway and room needed to be vacuumed. The fitness center was out of order. The cafe did not have forks. Overall experience was poor - checked out after 1 night due to the lack of cleanliness.
- 3/5
.
- 3/5
Room was good, Tony was kind, helpful and very nice but the old lady doing the breakfast or arranging the breakfast was very rude and disrespectful.
- 2/5
Specifically, (1) I had issues with 4 sets of door keys, (2) The hallway smelled of someone cooking; it was pungent. (3) The corridors was unusually busy with foot traffic of people that were not guests of the hotel. (4) I did not feel safe, (5) My bathroom had less than a full roll of tissue available.
- 5/5
Clean rooms friendly staff

Very dirty. Carpet was dirty. Bed sheet was dirty. I have to change it to the new one myself. (Bed sheet, pillow case and blanket). The iron
- 5/5
No issues with stay, also Tony was a great deal of help and knowledge of what was around
- 1/5
Super frustrated. Arrived to check in and discovered that my pet fee wasnt attached to origninal booking and that there was a weight limit on the pets. Because of this weight limit we got turned away at midnight and were not allowed to check in.
- 4/5
Great place for a mini vacation
- 2/5
Parking was good, staff was friendly, shower had someone else’s hair in it. Wasn’t cleaned properly
- 3/5
For the price, the room was alright. Things weren't in great condition and staff seemed like they were more or less just there for the job and not really to go above and beyond, but at the price, it was good enough for what we were looking for
- 4/5
Very good service! Tasty breakfast!
- 2/5
Was put in the “basement” where all the people with pets were. Hallway was very loud- doors slamming all night. Room was dirty and sheets were stained.
- 3/5
Room was clean. They did enter the room while we were gone even though we had the "Do No Disturb" sign on the door. Breakfast was decent, but could use a couple more options.
- 4/5
Parking was easy plentiful and secure . The staff was friendly and informative. The building and room was very clean
- 5/5
Great place to stay.
- 4/5
Yes
- 1/5
The room smelled bad and when I told the front desk and asked if they at least had room spray, they said no. The carpet in the hallway was extremely dirty, so was the carpet in the room. The next door neighbors were extremely loud throughout the night screaming and slamming doors and when I brought up to front desk, nothing was done as they continued throughout my entire stay. Also, no hair dryer in the room.
- 5/5
None
- 1/5
No one helps us
- 1/5
Someone up there is clearly not doing their job on maintaining this place clean and functional. The other room our group had was even worse. There was no proper water flow that bathtub was clogged with all nasty stuffs. The beds and headboards were filthy, and it looked like the place hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The breakfast was just as bad — the food was cold and unappetizing, and the area didn’t seem sanitary at all. The elevator was old and felt unsafe. Overall, we were very concerned about cleanliness and safety. Doors didn’t lock properly, and everything felt poorly maintained. We honestly can’t believe how much we paid for this kind of experience.Avoid this hotel at all costs. It needs serious cleaning, repairs, and management attention.
- 5/5
Clean spacious room and good breakfast
- 5/5
This is a top-rate hotel at an economy rate with comfortable, easily accessible rooms and features and a friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed our stay.
- 5/5
Everything was very nice
- 5/5
The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious.
- 4/5
No wait to check in or out.
- 3/5
The staff were very courteous but the condition of this hotel has definitely dereriorated since the last time we stayes here. In desperate need of some renovation and deep cleaning.
- 1/5
Extra sassy rude man who makes you feel like your not welcome also my room was by the elevator i heard everytime someone came off of went in! I left a day early just feel good staying there!
- 4/5
Amenities
- 3/5
My number one issue is cleanliness. There was hair in the shower. Everything else was ok. Breakfast was definitely pretty basic nothing great. The elevator stopped working and we were on the 4th floor so that was fun. It was not the worst stay just not my speed. The plus was the rate which should’ve been an indicator it would not be very grand.
- 3/5
When I arrived, they will not allow me to check in at 2 PM until I called corporate. Then 10 minutes later one of the guys at the front desk told me they found me a room when they were already clean rooms available in the first place
- 3/5
The property needs maintenance. It was hard to open the door to the room and unable to enter through the side door so I had to walk all the way around to the front entrance. The elevator is out of date and needs maintenance and is due for a new inspection several months ago.
- 5/5
Door locks replaced. New carpet
- 1/5
Room carpet floor had stains like some one jurked off recently. Sofa had water stains visible you can see. Windows had mold. Some one really need to hire handyman to address all this small problems.
- 4/5
Only complaint
- 5/5
Nice staying!
- 1/5
Upon my arrival the room was very untidy. The guest prior to my arrival checked out and no one cleaned the room. When I asked for it to be cleaned I was handed the sheets and was told to do it for myself. This sounds crazy and upsetting because I paid for a service that was never rendered. I would advise management to look into what’s going on here.
- 4/5
Staff was very friendly
- 1/5
Nasty and dirty . No couch , no blankets , no extra nothing . Hair in tub , blood on sheets , overbooked our room thanks to Expedia horrible service as well . Got downgraded to another nasty room
- 5/5
Great stay quiet and nice rooms
- 3/5
The staff was very professional and courteous. The breakfast food is disgusting. The halls could have been vacuumed and the room furniture is outdated.
- 2/5
Woke up at 6:30 am to a dog barking and howling. Dog continued to bark until I finally said screw this bc I couldn’t sleep and left. Employees obviously had no intentions of fixing the situation and let everyone on my floor suffer and lose sleep. Will not book again.
- 1/5
When I went to the property, the reservation was canceled. was that it wasn’t there. They’re overbooked now how do I stand? Not happy with this.
- 1/5
Clean room, the worst hotel ever
- 1/5
The floors in rm 202 are FILTHY and have STICKY substance spilled on it. Two of the lights in the bathroom do not work. The toilet seat was broken and fell off. The shower has MOLD around the soap dish; Someone left their clothes in the drawer which tells me that no one CLEANS these room, proof with the NASTY floor!! The furniture is in shambles; The room smells. There was 1 trash can for the entire rm. The card for the rm door didn't work and I had to keep getting it re-keyed which was a pain in the butt! The trash was left unemptied across the hall from my rm where there were trash containers. Outside the building there is a damaged column by the entrance of the building that is TAPED with caution tape and looks like it will cave in any minute. The breakfast was a joke. Sat out and left to get cold. If you didn't get a waffle, you didn't get hot food. The pot that the grits was in was not hot. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN! I have pictures. WHERE DO I UP LOAD MY PICTURES OF THIS DUMP?? WYNDHAM SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO HAVE ITS' NAME AFFLIATED WITH THIS PLACE. :(
- 2/5
The beds are small, there’s a lot of noise in the hallways, and the rooms smell like cigarette smoke.
- 5/5
.
- 3/5
The staff was extremely kind, professional and all seemed willing to make sure our issues (there were plenty) were addressed. ZERO complaints whatsoever about the staff. The pool was closed; it would have been nice to know that prior to or at booking. You can tell this is an older building and is definitely showing its age, but the room was decent. The walls are extremely thin, though. Shower had great pressure & temp. Breakfast was what you'd expect.
- 2/5
Staff was nice. I liked that breakfast was included but didnt really utilize it.
- 5/5
Our room was clean and the beds were so comfortable! Will definitely stay here again whenever we come back to Atlanta!
- 5/5
Housekeeping staff was courteous and helpful!
- 2/5
When I checked into my first room, the sink was not working properly. So I was moved to the second room which had a problem with the water in the shower draining out. The manager, a young black guy with mini dreads said that he would comp my room for the inconvenience.
- 2/5
The property itself on the outside was very nice. The staff was decent. The entire hotel needs to be deep cleaned.
- 2/5
I have a feeling the guy checking me in didn't know what he was doing. The lady at the next computer checked in 3 different guests while he still struggled with me. I checked in online via a link that was provided so I thought it would be easier. That was just a waste of time. He was putting in numbers manually to make the total what it should be. I would NOT recommend this place for an extended time. One night at most. I stayed 3 nights. The room was never cleaned. I had to ask for clean towels. Soiled towels were never taken away. Breakfast was horrible. Not enough electrical outlets in the room. Supposed to be 2 queen beds. They were full at best maybe twin xl. -100/10 do not recommend.
- 5/5
Laundry wasn't up to par, but nice stay.
- 4/5
All rooms she have mood removed in rooms and bathroom doors should close for privacy. Breakfast could have more of a buffet with better options
- 1/5
The breakfast was not fresh and the facility was dirty inside and outside. There is plenty of staff who are doing minimal cleaning.
- 1/5
The corridors to the room were filthy. The room was even worse. The bed had the covers messed up as if the staff was lying in there taking a nap. I will never stay here again. This hotel should be closed due to the unsanitary conditions.
- 1/5
The entire stay was bad. Floors smelled either of trash or Marijuana. The room wasn't clean, and the breakfast wasn't even worth looking at. We will not be coming back.
- 5/5
The staff was very helpful and the room was nice and clean. When we had an issue with the first room they were very accommodating and moved us to another room.
- 5/5
Very nice place would recommend anybody
- 4/5
Clean room, nice staff, and nearby restaurant options
- 4/5
Hotel was clean.......
- 5/5
Clean room
- 4/5
I did not like the fact that when you exit out, you have to come back in thru the front.. but overall stay was good
- 2/5
The people at the reception were not at all kind.
- 5/5
Clean room & amazing staff!
- 5/5
Clean room & amazing staff
- 4/5
My stay was ok. It served the purpose for which I needed it for, to rest, was on vacation. comfortable bed, clean will stay again. There were a few issues that I experience. The key didn't work all doors. Had to walk to the front of the building to enter inside. AC stop working during my stay. Overall I will stay again. Thank you!
- 1/5
We checked in around 1am after a long drive from Florida and were disappointed by the condition of the hotel. The room was dirty and very dated, and the overall appearance of the property felt sketchy. We were too tired to make a fuss at the time, but this experience was enough to decide that we won’t be staying at a La Quinta again. We usually enjoy budget-friendly hotels and understand you get what you pay for — but a basic standard of cleanliness should always be expected.
- 3/5
Not quiet, you can hear other people. Easy parking, keys dont work half of the time.
- 1/5
the rooms were dirty
- 5/5
Very clean quiet and affordable
- 3/5
Not bad just old. At least they have breakfast
- 5/5
Very clean, Great, safe place to stay.
- 5/5
It was great
- 1/5
This property is in a desperate need of renovation! worn out furniture, mold in bathroom, around tub area, soap dish area, stains on lamp fixtures inside room. I was very disappointed with my overall experience.
- 5/5
Staff was wonderful pricing was the best and facilities were great
- 4/5
It made for an easy and stress free stay.
- 5/5
Great property.
- 3/5
Check-in was nice and smooth and the staff was friendly.
- 1/5
Room was outdated. Bathroom door was broken off the hinges and would not close due to it just hanging there. Noise in the hallways at all hours of the night. Beds very uncomfortable.
- 2/5
People sleeping and not sleeping in the parking lot. People congregating loudly in the halls after midnight. Slamming doors all night. Could hear everything.
- 3/5
Poor reception staff
- 3/5
No meat or eggs for breakfast
- 1/5
Room floor and furniture was visibly dirty. Bathroom had mold around the tub.
- 1/5
I was over charged and they refused to reimburse me. I submitted a complaint to the BBB.
- 4/5
The staff were wonderful, very kind and very helpful. The breakfast was ok. Location was decent. It's a bit of an old building. Definitely needs updating. Overall, not bad. 3/5 stars!
- 5/5
Very friendly. A was in a huge hurry, traffic had put me w way later for à Drs appt. I had driven 41/2 hours for a3 15 min trip. Atlanta traffic is awful.. Was panicked. Had my 20 lb cockapoo with me. Had a crate. They put me in the terrace level. Such a great room. Spacious, French doors, extra room for tv. Only doing was the carpet, real will had gotten wet and needs to be restretched. Think Wyndham should put the money up for a paint job and updated fixtures for some rooms
- 1/5
This hotel has false advertisement of rooms, one old fridge was left beside a new fridge and the old fridge had a smell, lamps didnt work, no toilet paper holder, q-tips and old bandages was left in ice bucket, ice bucket was used as a trash can. Unsanitary for the most part, beds were old and sunk in, ac kept cutting out. Breakfast was npt replenished for everyone, etc. Never will i stay at this hotel again
- 3/5
I was told this location is being renovated after the last braves season ends. Needs digital/ better key system. Key cards are sensitive to electronics.
- 4/5
Stayed here several times for business trips. Breakfast is now just OK - very bland options. Front desk staff often hard to find. I had trouble with room key cards as it would take multiple swipes to open door. Tried to get key re-made, but no help, finally got in room. Rooms, themselves, are nice, clean and overall quiet. Common areas are showing some wear. Would stay again for convenience, but may look at other options nearby.
- 2/5
A first impression is so important and our with this hotel was not a good first impression. Will unfortunately not stay at this hotel again.
- 1/5
Gross! Too dirty too old.
- 5/5
Beds were comfortable. Breakfast options were minimal but okay. Staff was amazing and super helpful
- 1/5
Very rude environment. Everyone has their reasons of staying at hotel. There isn’t a bed time implemented. We were respectful and still harassed and profiled. You have to have some understanding of noise when rooms literally right on top of eachother like a closet. You are not at home. This isn’t not a mansion. The rooms have poor walls. Ruining someone else’s comfort is such an inconvenience. Rooms cost too much, incidentals rate ridiculous to have such dirty rooms, no renovations, and racism. This was my first experience and will never go again. If you are celebrating something or looking to be in a safe space. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.
- 2/5
I was given a room that had a smell I suspected to be mold, and around the air conditioner unit the carpet had wet, white spots. The replacement room was fine, but the thermostat battery was low and should have been replaced, as the room termperature defaults to 78. As well, the room locks are hit or miss, I witnessed several guests struggling to get into their rooms, and in one case the lock had to be taken apart. Overall, I would not recommend staying at this location.
- 3/5
Did not try the food - bed was okay.
- 1/5
Room was nasty, not clean, not vacuumied, shower dirty , air did not work right. Sheets dirty. Never stay here again
- 2/5
Overall, I would not recommend and will not be returning.
- 1/5
Overall the hotel was run down and dirty, carpet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a decade. The ac in our room wasn’t working properly and we were up multiple times in the night trying to cool down our room. Checking in took 45 minutes, which was extra hard with two toddlers up past bedtime. The front desk clerk kept helping other people out of order so even though we were first in line for checking in, we didn’t get into our room until 9:20 PM. He was very unapologetic and after 40 minutes of waiting around we politely asked if we could get our room key, and he mumbled under his breath “people don’t have patience no more”. Will not be coming back.
- 5/5
I liked everything except I should have called the front desk about the refrigerator not working in our room !
- 2/5
Room stayed at a stagnant Luke warm ish temp. And bathroom light was broken, smell was a little off putting as well.
- 3/5
The interior of the building is very thin walls, I could hear our TV which wasn’t turned up even halfway, in the hallway. I heard private phone conversations when walking past other rooms and while waiting for the elevator. Speaking of the elevator, it’s very flimsy. Literally. The panels are thin and unstuck from the wall, and you can tell the wallpaper is barely glued on. It’s decent for $110 a night based on the fact that it’s close to Truist Park and The Battery but it’s honestly needing some major updates. The beds were both sunken in and need to be thrown away and completely replaced. I would have spent another 20-50 bucks and went somewhere nicer.
- 4/5
It was conveniently located.
- 3/5
Other than the entire lamp falling apart lol it was nice!
- 3/5
- 2/5
The breakfast was limited and they ran out of food am hour before time limit. Bad supervising staff not helpful. Complimentary water in lobby never had water.
- 1/5
Arrived to a room with a broken air conditioner. The staff said there was nothing they could do and to set it at 74, which was the lowest it could go, in the middle of Summer! There was no hot tub, it was nothing like the photos, don’t let the pictures fool you. Breakfast was dismal and staff were not friendly!
- 3/5
To end things on a positive note, there is a lovely and expansive field just across the street from the hotel for dog walks, and discove
- 4/5
The only thing was that they ran out of breakfast food because their truck did not show up. We had to go eat elsewhere for the days of our stay. Otherwise, great place!
- 4/5
Friendly staff, room was clean, and location was good. Easy access to downtown ATL. Complimentary breakfast was good, nothing special. Only issue was loud A/C.
- 1/5
Ac didn't work. Stains on everything. Elevator is busted. Just trash
- 4/5
There were hardly noticeable yellow stains on each of the two beds top comforter - otherwise honestly a perfect experience.
- 5/5
Tamika was super helpful and polite.
- 5/5
I like the convenience and area.
- 3/5
It was a $150 deposit that was never mentioned in reserving the room. The toilet wouldn’t flush and water and the sink wouldn’t go down. Ceiling look as if it was repaired with putty all over it. I overheard the breakfast lady tell a customer that asked her to refill water to use the water fountain because she was busy. I wanted water to but not out the fountain down the hall, but in the breakfast area.
- 3/5
Had springs sticking out of my mattress. Shower was really weak. Pool was open but in rough condition Quiet and seemed safe. Not a bad place to stay for a night or 2
- 2/5
Rooms were poorly lit, door would not shut properly unless slammed, one of the screws in the door jam was loose, shower faucet was loose, the walls very thin, loud people in the hall way ALL NIGHT, air very slow to cool a very hot room. No hot breakfast as their truck was not delivered, we stayed here a few years ago and loved it, now we may not he back
- 3/5
Tries here again and again had to wait to check in. This time there was a lady at the counter but she did whatever she was doing on the computer and we stood and waited approx 10 minutes until she attended to us. They are out of everything. Virtually nothing in the convenience store area for treats and drinks. No vending machines work. No soap or dryer sheets for the washer and dryer. Then went and bought some only to find out the washer and dryer aren’t working. She could have told us that when I asked about soap nd dryer sheets. We stayed previously in room 217 and the mattress and room itself was good. In this second room the mattresses were old and tired, no support and the air conditioner was not putting out sufficiently. Had it set to 61 degrees but 72-74 degrees in the room. Noisy as well. Might have been the people staying in this floor but quite a difference in noise level including the flushing of toilets. 2nd floor was much quieter. Did not try the included breakfast. Anyway, this was the second and last chance on this La Quinta and won’t stay here again
- 4/5
No one at the front counter for ten minutes. Then another ten minutes to get invited to the counter to get checked in. No instructions on breakfast or other amenities or how to find the elevator. I think he was a good guy. Just distracted. Then while checking in two staff members were talking about a coworker as well as what sounded like a problem customer. Probably a better conversation to have out of customer earshot and there was more customers in line listening along with us. Then day of check out, the lady banged on our door at 9:30 am. We had let the front desk know previously and also via the text service we would be checked out right at 11 am. Not a big deal just inconvenient as it was an intended to be a sleep in morning. The hotel itself is conveniently located and was quiet. Handy to get to restaurants and the baseball park. Will stay here again.
- 2/5
Based on previous reviews I booked this hotel because it seemed good. The gym was not in use, non of the equipment worked and it was a mess in there. Air did not cool in room very well. Breakfast was okay, not much to choose from. The pool was dirty and didn't seem like it has been clean in a while.
- 2/5
Didn’t receive my full deposit payment. It was $150.00. I contacted customer service & they said it’ll take up to 10 business days. It been more than 10 Business days.
- 1/5
While the majority of the staff were helpful, welcoming, and went out of their way to assist our large group, Tony was the complete opposite. He was unwilling to help, dismissive, and made the entire experience more stressful than it needed to be. The key cards constantly failed to work, and instead of helping resolve the issue, Tony blamed us. I’d love to see what would happen if he tried using one of those cards on our room—maybe then he’d understand the problem. He also refused to provide an extra blanket, which any of the other staff would’ve done without hesitation. His attitude was not only rude but ageist, which made some of our group feel especially uncomfortable. From check-in to check-out, his behavior was consistently disrespectful. To be fair, the other staff members—especially Zack and the women at the front desk—were incredible and truly went above and beyond to accommodate us. They deserve a raise for picking up the slack and handling our group with professionalism and kindness. Beyond the staff issues, there were other problems: food being put away before breakfast was officially over, malfunctioning key cards, and leaking AC units. All things management should take seriously. Bottom line: If it weren’t for Tony, this review would have been much more positive. Unfortunately, one bad apple can spoil the experience fo
- 1/5
By far, the absolute worst hotel experience of my life. The property is extremely outdated and the staff is absolutely rude (Tony, specifically). Never again...
- 5/5
As always, LaQuinta was awesome. Our gentle Labradour was at ease. Ty.
- 5/5
Amazing hotel
- 4/5
Clise to city, avoided long traffic time in the morning.
- 1/5
Lady at the desk had no type of personality and had no business being at that front desk.
- 5/5
The place is very well kept and has a clean cozy detail about it! We'll definitely be back!
- 3/5
needs to be updated and more effort into the morning breakfast.
- 3/5
The hotel was close to my destination and shares a parking lot with Panera . The bathroom door had water damage. The carpet was stained. The shower looked like it had mold and wasn't clean around the drain. The pool was locked. The outside door access would not open. There also issues with getting into the room. Had to push and pull on the door and try the key card several times before the door would open.
- 5/5
Amazing
- 5/5
Awesome
- 5/5
Great place, property just could use some renovations!
- 3/5
The staff was really nice. They do all they can with what they have to work with.
- 4/5
No specific gluten free options. Bedding tired dropped an item and under bed not clean. Safe.
- 1/5
I got charged more than what Expedia said I would pay. Sheets were not clean. No phone in the room
- 5/5
Location near braves base ball
- 3/5
I ended up with a handicap room . Which was ok , until I go to use the shower and you have to squat or sit in the stub to get the shower . Handheld didn’t work . Was not impressed by freezing pool with stains . Then they only had a room to check in a hour and 10 mins early of check in time if I paid $30. I’ve stayed at la Quintas but this was not the best experience I have had .
- 5/5
Nice hotel. Peaceful and the “free” breakfast was good also. I give them 5 stars overall. Good place to stay!
- 5/5
Very nice will definitely return.
- 2/5
Pros: • Free parking. • Affordable shuttle to Truist Park. Cons: • “Sleeps 5” really meant 2 full beds — not ideal for families. No rollaway option available. • Room was warm at check-in and took hours to cool off. I requested a fan but was told there were none available. • Shower had visible mold on the ceiling. • Pool area wasn’t clean — could literally see dirt and footprints on the floor. • Pool furniture was worn out, and the carpet in common areas was heavily stained. • Breakfast offerings were minimal and underwhelming. • Hotel towel policy was strict and poorly communicated. My kids were scolded for BRINGING room towels at the pool (we didn’t use them), then again when returning pool towels inside. It left them uncomfortable. • We had a medical device delivered during our stay. While the front desk eventually accepted it, the process was unpleasant and stressful. Bottom line: This stay had more challenges than comforts. It didn’t meet expectations for a family trip, and we wouldn’t return.
- 4/5
The property is clean, the beds are comfortable for a fair price. The front desk staff Tony was amazing and full of information. The breakfast was good but was surprised there were no eggs just biscuits and gravy.
- 1/5
The carpet in our room was filthy. The AC was set at 68 and would not go below 74-75. The room smelled musty and like mildew. Highly do not recommend.
- 4/5
Some of the carpet and gym was damaged. The key card systems for the rooms were outdated. The staff were really accommodating.
- 5/5
Honestly, this was such a great stay for the price. I think we paid $90 for the night and I’ve stayed in $200 for hotels that weren’t even as good as this one. Breakfast is as subpar according to my husband. But since we are always limited to where we can stay because we like to travel with our dog, I was very impressed for the value, price, and location! Would 100% stay again if / when we come back to Atlanta.
- 5/5
i hate writing reviews
- 4/5
Comfortable the only bad thing is that is very outdated and needs remodeling. It has a lot of potential though and the area seemed good. The parking lot needs more light. It’s extremely dark and it feels unsafe that is so dark. The breakfast was a no but overall it was clean and enjoyable.
- 4/5
The staff was wonderful. We had a great stay. The only issue we had was with the door lock for our room. Other than that, everthing was delightful.
- 3/5
It was close to truist park. Hotel is old but it’s clean and have a lot of space in the room. I would stay again.
- 3/5
I choose this hotel because of the pool which was not open. I booked 2 queens ended up with one king bed. Ice machine on one floor not working. I was not given the password to the Wifi nor did the TV cable work.

Breakfast for my two grandchildren was satisfactory--making young people happy first thing in the morning is a plus and yours received a big thumbs-up from both of them. My double room was spacious--loved that! Disappointment: (1) was the trash around grounds from uncaring customers, but they shouldn't be left after one day. (2) I clean up after my pet but all but one of the four waste cans were completely full and overflowing. It was sickening to lift the lid to attempt to squeeze my waste bag in. (3) your lobby sitting area is planted in the center of the dining room area and upon entering after a long 5 hour car trip I attempted to place my grandkids, luggage, and pet to sit on the couch and chairs and was immediately alerted to exit the area because of the pet due to the couches close proximity to the dining tables and chairs. That was so disconcerting because we were all exhausted and I had to stand in line with dog in hand and wait for two in front of me to be served. I told the desk associate that I was simply trying to sit my family because we were so tired and he apologized for having to remove me from the sitting area but he was simply following a policy. Which I concurred with, but my God, what a silly arrangement of a lobby area that should accommodate weary travelers while the check process takes place.

Great location and price. Shuttle to ballpark!
