    The rooms at this hotel are so clean, and so well maintained. The pillows are fabulous. You have choices of firm and soft. I hate a hard pilow. Comfy beds too. There are coffee makers in the room. They still give you little samples on the bathroom counter, and the staff at this location, specifically Donald because I checked in at like 1:00 a.m., is fabulous. I love Donald. I love checking in and seeing that he is at the desk. I did have a problem though, my TV was programmed incorrectly and I had to switch rooms. But other than that it would have received five stars. I intentionally flew back late from Dallas so I could stay at this hotel rather than one I've never stayed at in Dallas. I like to do that since Atlanta is only 2 hours from home. Stay here! They do have a pool and an outside area, but I have not yet used those amenities. I never have time. But everything is very well maintained, and the grounds are quite lovely.

    We loved the cleanliness of the facility. It would have been helpful if the pool was clean though. We tried to get in a swim but there was paper (looked like torn tissue) everywhere in the pool. Other than that it was a marvelous stay.

    Our first stop was on the way to see family. We arrived late at night and we were tired. The front desk staff wasn't overly friendly. I was having issues with opening our door and had to go back down to the lobby from the 6th floor only to be told to pull UP on the handle. The room was clean, however the bed was uncomfortable and had a dip in it. The breakfast options were great and the morning staff was so sweet. On the way home we decided to stay again as the problems we had were very minor The stay last night was perfect. The bed was comfortable and again the property is clean and well maintained. The front desk was amazing and even mentioned how to open the doors (not knowing that we were aware of the situation from our previous stay ) We even enjoyed a meal from a local take out. The flyer was in the lobby near the elevators. We would recommend this location to anyone needing a nice place to stay in Atlanta

    You can tell this property is high traffic with high traffic. It’s harder to maintain. The staff was nice helpful and everything was picked up and clean. However, there were some maintenance things that needs to be addressed in the room. The shuttle was prompt and courteous.

    Our stay was pretty good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle to the airport was convenient. Breakfast was good. Only one elevator worked and was extremely slow. Sometimes had to wait 10 minutes just to get to the lobby. Several of the ice machines didn’t work so it was a pain to get ice because of the elevator. I would stay here again.

    You have to pay for parking and after my friend parked his car right up front in Veterans parking which we are retired disabled veterans his back window was broken and they stoled his wallet and fire arm. Hopefully, we don’t get any hassle getting his windows fixed and they reimburse him.

    There was only one elevator was working and it was, shall we say, quirky about whether it was going up or down. The front desk staff seemed tired. Don't get me wrong, they were efficient and handled any requests, they just seemed tired. I'm sure if I had to work a holiday weekend I'd probably feel the same way. Otherwise the property was great, for our needs the location was ideal!

The location is incredibly convenient—you are just minutes away from McDonald’s, Ruby Tuesday, and RaceTrac, making it easy to grab a quick meal or snacks. ​The rooms themselves are very good, but the hotel could definitely use some upgrades, especially the elevator, which feels outdated. Additionally, the room items are showing their age, and housekeeping could pay closer attention to detail; the AC units and vents really need to be properly dusted. ​It’s a comfortable enough spot because of the great location, but management could really elevate the experience with some maintenance and modernizing.

    Although the room was seemingly cleaned, I woke up to ants in my pizza which was terrible. The breakfast was mediocre at best. The housekeeping staff wouldn’t provide towels even while attempting to service our room. They told us that we had to get them from front desk…but why??? Only one elevator was working so it made the wait time for an elevator horrible. Changes need to be made before I book again.

    Stairwell was disgusting with food and cigarette butts and trash.     But friends, if you stay here and get a room on the first floor, be prepared to just not sleep at all. Food prep for breakfast is right near rooms 103-108, and there is a very loud slamming door in the hallway that the staff use regularly. Got in from the airport at 1:30, and got woken back up at 6:30 by slamming doors, loud plumbing, and crying children.

    The staff was excellent. However, I had some issues with parking costing extra, and getting stuck in the parking area because the key fob would not open the gate, and having to wait for an attendant to buzz us out. Lastly, my room smelled. We reported it to the staff, but since the hotel was booked solid, we were not able to change rooms. We ended up purchasing an air freshener for the rest of the trip; however, it didn't really help with the issue. Besides that, everything was great!

    Location was excellent and room was good value. Reception staff were very helpful. We had an early morning departure and breakfast was ideal for our needs. Not a fault of the hotel - our baggage had to be picked up at International Terminal but hotel shuttles only pick up at Domestic arrivals. We had to take a shuttle back to Domestic which funnily passed by our hotel. The following morning we decided to take an Uber back to the airport for our international flight.

    Overall I enjoyed my stay i was not able to partake in any amenities. Unfortunately breakfast on the weekend starts at 7am and I had an early flight. I do know it smelled delicious and I wished that they opened at 6 like during the week. I was very saddened by that considering that was one of my main reasons for choosing this place. My biggest purpose was the shuttle which we did utilize. And it was very clean and arrived early and on time. I appreciated that. Upon arrival the rooms were clean but freezing i had to adjust the temp as soon as i walked in. Felt like Antarctica lol glad the ac worked. But i needed heat. Overall I would stay again.

    To make matters worse, the shower curtain in our bathroom was absolutely disgusting and appeared to have dried blood all over it. After we requested a room change, the new room had drainage issues with the bathroom sink. Overall, I left feeling extremely uncomfortable and unclean after this stay. I also have another reservation booked for an additional night, which I will now be canceling due to this experience.

    Overall an ok experience. This was our second time staying here. Our first experience was 3 years ago and was terrible but decided to give it another try. It was definitely better thanks to the breakfast staff!!! Each staff member was helpful, nice, and professional.     Better than sleeping on the airport floor…it is what it is. Older place with glimpses of trying. Staff laclustre coffee didn’t work. Chaos for shuttle. Driver asking for tips. Would only stay again in a pinch…oh and some doors the handle goes up to open others down. Would be good to know that at checkin rather than getting to room thinking the key doesn’t work and having to go back to front desk. A few changes and they could be really good.

    The elevators were not working properly. There were two and only one was working. You had an employee operating the one elevator. Then when trying to get out of the parking lot with your key card they were not operating properly. We had to press the call button to alert someone to lift the arm. To get back in the parking lot we had to back up and have someone press the button and the out arm went up for us to enter.

Pool not available… room which was suppose to be no smoking had smoking smell and more smoking in the hallway.. two elevators one which was working had to wait over 15 mins each time we left and came back.. had to pay to park at the hotel itself.. not valet.. $15! Then I was told if I paid in advance (which I did) I didn’t need to pay anything ag location well I get there they request a $100 deposit.. it what irk me is when we checked out she said she released it but she hasn’t called or check the room to relay any damages not there there were any bit still! What the point of the deposit at all then! I don’t recommend this hotel.. unless you are desperate

    The broom was disgusting first when you pull out the bed there was underwear and socks and trash. All in there you know the bed had I don’t know what kind of stains on it. It was horrible and then the dressers and stuff like that they’re all like somebody threw something in the garbage and splattered everywhere. It was all over the wall and stuff like that. They don’t wipe none of that down. I had to go buy bleach and and clean all that up. I don’t like to be complaining, but you know it was horrible. I stayed there three times never complained only this time.

    In comparison to reviews on Google, it appears Expedia inflates and exagerates the stars of the hotel and the distance to main attractions. This hotel is more on brand for a 2 star hotel, not 3 as listed on the site. The cleanliness is not there and im convinced that it must be extremely surface level. There are stains everywhere, and I found cookie pieces and a dead bug under the AC/heating unit. For the first time ever staying in a hotel, I can hear people upstairs stomping around as if it's some kind of apartment or project housing. With the exclusion of two people, the staff had an attitude problem. You couldn't ask a simple question about the type of meat that's being served for the free breakfast without rudeness, or being looked at funny. This was my first and last time staying at la quinta Inn.

    Customer service was equally disappointing. Staff seemed uninterested in resolving issues and were slow to respond to requests. When I raised concerns about the condition of the room, I felt dismissed rather than helped. Additionally, noise levels were excessive, making it difficult to rest. Between thin walls and hallway disturbances, sleep was nearly impossible. Overall, the experience did not justify the cost, and I would not recommend staying here. There are far better options available at this price point.

    Where do I start ….lets start with the fact that the staff member took over 30 mins to get me checked in , he proceeded to answer the phone while checking me in , when I got my key cards me and my boyfriend went upstairs and couldn’t get the door open , we had to go back downstairs to tell the front desk person that we couldn’t get the door open while heading there , the elevator buttons were smashed in ! It took almost 10 mins to get the elevator! When I came down and told the desk person he told me to “pull the handle up , we went back up and tried again and had to ask him to call someone up , my boyfriend eventually got us in. This all took well over an hour …..we got there at 8:36 and didn’t get out of the hotel until after 10 pm and missed going out to eat dinner . We also had to pay for parking separately. For all of the inconveniences you would think it would be somewhat comped but nope , he told my boyfriend the price but took over 30 mins to just pay and get the parking card . While checking out we showered and noticed the tub was dirty but we were having to move the handle back and forth to get the hot water to work . It was my worse experience at à la Quinta I have ever had .

    The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, and the shuttle service was on time with a polite and professional driver. However, the room and shower cleanliness could be improved, and the air conditioning unit repeatedly turned off despite not being set to auto. Overall, my stay was consistent with what I generally expect from a La Quinta property.

    Our flight was delayed because of weather from Chicago and I called hotel to let them know we would arrive late possible into next early morning, the hotel front desk told and assured us it was noted and fine. As we checked in the early morning a new rep there told us we lost our reservation and had to pay another night. Not wanting to argue and tired we just paid again. This place has terrible customer service!

    Have room ready when people arrive to check in at 3. we had to wait till 430 to check in (we arrived at 4 because room wasn’t ready. No functioning TV in fitness room. Toaster did not work the first day, sort of worked second day. Eggs etc were lukewarm. Coffee was weak in dining room. No bath mat—had to use towel. We liked the room itself, good WiFi, exercise room was nice. Staff was pleasant just not super efficient.

    Generally the room was OK for a one night stay. The bed was very comfortable. It's nice to know the rooms are all protected by smoke detectors, but ours needed service when we arrived around 6:00 pm and then again before 7:00 am. The reception/front desk staff was friendly & helpful. The shuttle service to & from the airport was wonderful.

    We arrived to the hotel and there were police everywhere with lights on and the streets were blocked off by police. There is a bar across the street and it was so loud all night. Our room was old and really run down. Rust on everything- all the light fixtures and anything metal in the room. Breakfast was lacking. All hot things were cold and nothing restocked. I read the reviews and they had good ones so not sure how that happened. La Quintas are usually very nice and clean but not this one. Bad location for sure and needs updating and cleaning.

    It was very noisy. It’s a bad area. There was police activity all over. We couldn’t get into the hotel because the police had it blocked off the bar across the street was noisy all night long hotel gas were fighting in the parking lot and in the hallways. The hotel is very rundown. There was rust on all of our light fixtures missing molding around the room. Our pillows were really old. It needs a facelift.

    The staff was wonderful. The evening shuttle driver Brandon was so considerate and courteous. He went out of his way to help a passenger I happened to be on the shuttle with at the same time. The check-in counter gals were also friendly. The room itself was fine. Overall it was clean, the bed was comfortable and everything was pleasant. The only criticisms I have are that the tv didn’t work, and this seems out of the hands of the hotel, but there was loud music playing late outside. I fell asleep just before 11 after putting in ear plugs, so idk when it finally stopped.

    the signal in the room say that the sheets and comforter would be change until the third day until ask. I ask for an extra pillow, the guy who was working the front desk on Monday said that he would get one and never get it and wasn't helpful on help us for information on how to get to a place. We was only giving two of towel and wash cloth. And the two women who work the front desk at night and morning time wasn't any help either. One women who was working the nighttime was rude and pay more attention to her phone. There wasn't any blanket in the room. But there were two guys, one who drive the van shuttle in the morning on Monday and the other guy who work at afternoon/nighttime cleaning was friendly, nice and helpful with find a way to get to place we need to go to. Why don't the signal by the elevator and the other elevator don't work. The web site says that y'all transport guest to place but didn't.

    It was listed that 97 dollars including taxes and fees. But when i arrived at check in, they hit us with a 100 dollar incidental fee. We weren't prepared to pay and had to come out of our meal money. Sent my sister into a full blown panick attack. The dresser drawers didnt work. The shower dripped heavily all night long which caused me to over sleep and miss breakfast. Worst experience ever and i wanted a refund but hah doubt a crockex hotel likd that wojld ever refund someone

    Donald at the front desk was very nice and the breakfast provided was adequate for an empty stomach. Sadly our room smelled very bad, but we had prepared for that by bring some air freshener and lysol spray. We really never felt safe outside while waking our dog after dark, as evidenced one morning seeing a few cars that had been broken into. I also never saw any security personnel out there enforcing the mirror hanging parking permit and saw many without. Spending $12 a day for parking is a deal, but only if everyone is paying and that someone is enforcing it. Thanks and kudos to Donald!

    Check in good, because we had a very late check in! The bathrooms exhaust was not working, so when my friend got out of the shower, they fell hit the ground hard! That morning we told the receptionist at the front desk, and she was to leave a message for the manager when they got there. We also asked them to fix the shower curtain and exhaust before we returned. (And clean towels)! Curtain was hung, towels were there, but the exhaust was still broken. (Manager never contacted us. The check out day, we once again wanted to talk to the manager, but they weren’t there yet. We needed to leave to drive home, so we asked again for them to contact us. The management NEVER did! Didn’t even check to see if my friend, who fell hard, was ok or needing anything.

    The room was filthy. I checked in after 11pm from a lonnng flight to see a bed with crumbs and human debris inside. I called the front desk to be told there is no housekeeping on site but I could come downstairs and pick up a “fresh pair” and change them myself. The bathroom shower was filled with all kinds of pubic hairs and leftover junk. I was so grossed out I slept on top of the covers and ran out as soon as I could on check out day. The carpet reeked of urine. This was the worst stay at a Laquinta so far! TERRIBLE!! I will be writing to corporate.

    Room asigned without being cleaned 1. bath room, e.g. stains of pee and poo all around the toilete, blood on the shower walls, hair all around and little peces of toilete paper. 2.     The room we initially checked into, had blood stains on both beds. The only reason I didn't give a one star is for the customer service from the employee who switched our rooms immediately. They didn't come and clean our room ever and we had to ask for towels, and wash cloths. The location is decent, the hotel amenities aren't too bad either. The second room that we switched too was a complete down grade from the room we were in currently. The rook cosmetically was way worse than the original room but the beds weren't bloodied with old blood. By this time it was too late to cancel or try and rebook another room. Overall experience 2/5.     Guest rooms are not cleaned well. Beds were lumpy. Bedsheets looked used. Pillow covers didn’t appear fresh. Towels were thin and fraying. Musty smell in the room. The only big plus is that the property offered a microwave and fridge in the room. And the buffet breakfast was a life saver - multiple options to choose from and very well laid out display.

    Do not stay here if you want a full nights sleep. The staff wasn’t bad for the most part and the hotel was what I would consider ok condition overall. The biggest problem is all the noise outside of the hotel from a bar that blasts music until 3 in the morning. I heard this every night (except Sunday) during my week long stay and it interrupted my sleep every single night. It’s not something the hotel can control but, everybody needs to be aware of it. It’s also clearly not a safe area.

    Staff was very nice and helpful. However, can definitely be a bit cleaner. They do have carpet which has a smell to it but overall evening was ok.

    Easy and efficient shuttle. Friendly and hardworking staff- they were hit with a wall of people because of government-caused airline chaos and worked through it with grace. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was fine but mostly extremely processed food.

    We had to get takeaway as there was no restaurant and the company didn’t even knock on our door and we opened it to check as it had been a long time and the food was cold. The hotel and staff were good and close to airport

    Waited in huge line that didn’t even move an inch in 30 minutes. Probably took an hour or more to get room tickets at 11:30pm. Awful! Place isn’t well maintained and hallway smelt smoky and musty.

    Other than the small hiccup with the elevator (it needed to be reset to start working again; only happened once) it was an absolutely BEAUTIFUL and comfortable establishment. The guy that handled my check-in was absolutely hilarious and delightful and I literally could've stayed in the hotel lounging all day; it was that comfortable.... breakfast was delicious and every inch of the place was spotless. Definitely recommend this place

    Daily parking fees was one I might of overlooked, but the $200.00 per room security deposit (I had 2 rooms) was a surprise. I will be reluctant to book again.

    The staff were really nice, helpful, & accommodating. The rooms are a little dated, the pool was green with moss, not very well maintained. Overall, it was good and had everything I needed to put my head for 12 hours.

    The friendliness of the front desk staff — even at 1:35 AM. I had called ahead to let them know that I would be arriving after midnight. The gentleman was even so kind as to tell me about the breakfast hours - which I really did appreciate.

    I don’t understand why i pay for parking at a place i am staying per night. No one checks for security. The y asked for a 200 deposit for parking as well. Surprised by that.

    there was water in the front for guest. when i poured some into a cup black sludge cane out if the container. i informed the young lady at the front desk and showed her. I explained to her that it should be removed immediately and cleaned. she never removed it and guest kept drinking from it.

    This was a beautiful hotel my sister really liked it she said the hotel was clean and the hospitality was great. Thanks to the front desk staff my checking was seamless and housekeeping for keeping surroundings clean. Everyone always greeted you with a smile. We will definitely recommend. The only issue was with the ride at the airport it was hard to find and when I tried to call the hotel I got persons from out of country who did not know what they were doing and caused frustration. It was all forgotten when she got to the hotel.

    The night time front desk person was super rude. But when we came downtown the next day the morning front desk person was really nice. They put us on the forth floor and the entire floor smelled of pot. The room across from us was loud all night. The only thing that was ok was when our fire closed we couldn’t smell the pot but it was not a place we recommend at all. It’s too late for us to change anything now. We are stuck here. The breakfast was great with lots of options and it was hot food like eggs and sausage but if you can handle the pot it’s a hotel for you, if not find another and make sure if you take the shuttle it’s to the right one as there are 4 hotels with the same name but one is south one is north etc. they will not tell you or come get you if you get on the wrong one and that happened to a lot of people we were with all of us we’re staying at a different La Quinta Inn. But the shuttle drivers didn’t ask or tell anyone,
