    Required a $300 hold on top of the money paid for the room. Management said it would be released 10 business days after checkout. It’s been 13 days and the money is still on hold and having trouble getting to the customer service line. They also no longer offer the room with the floor to ceiling windows which is why I booked it in the first place. I stayed here previously before they renovated and rebranded so I was expecting to get the same room as last time. Especially since they still advertise this in pictures. Corner rooms now have windows with the bottom half covered.

    Kudos to the female manager, she was outstanding and the staff workers were excellent. I have never visited a hotel were the entire staff was so professional and friendly. We will definitely be back on our next vacation, keep up the outstanding customer service.

    The experience I had at this hotel was very horrible. The staff from the management to the employees were very unprofessional and rude. The construction was a total inconvenience. The sheets was filthy It had to be changed several times and I also tumbled at the facility however, the rude management trying to make this right by bringing alcohol and wings to my room and thought that was reasonable compensation for all that I experienced that ruined my entire birthday weekend. My overall experience was complete utterly and unsatisfactory me, and my friends was very appalled and will not return to this location. The management could have been much better with communicating

    Great view of the downtown ATL area. Also close to the Georgia Aquarium and CocaCola Center . They didn’t have a Microwave or an miniature fridge for our baby milk .

    I think they should update the pictures so it can show more of the hotel, the pictures that is on there is giving false information the pictures are showing more of where the residents stay. There incidental fees is $300 a night after I was told it was $200. The staff didn't tell us that they are renovating, the bars was not open. They did have the store part making drinks but it wasnt the same. The pool area was closed at the first sign of darkness.Everyone wasn't on the same page. Cleaning staff kept coming to our room to clean after we checked in and before we checked out.The room was amazing.

    There was construction going on in the hotel we were not told about. We woke up one morning and it felt like I was inside a dentist office with the drilling noise. The restaurant was under construction and closed as well. The bar food and drinks were very good. The front staff did take one night off our bill due to the noise which was very appreciated.

    Room was nice and clean. However, everything else was not to par. The hotel had major construction going on and most all lounges, elevators, dining were closed. The area was very confusing, and staff was not a lot of help understanding the process. Also, if a hotel is not going to be operating to its full capabilities, then this should be shared before check in. We stayed because of these amenities, only to not have them. The room was expensive and added parking made it higher than it should have cost. I will find another hotel next time.

    We had a great stay overall at the W Hotel. While the lobby and some other areas were under construction and only one elevator was operating which caused a bit of inconvenience the experience was still very positive. The room was excellent, comfortable, and well-designed. What really stood out was the food: both the restaurant and in-room dining were superb. Despite the minor disruptions, we truly enjoyed our stay.

    I booked a room here and they didn’t have it ready when I got there couldn’t give me a time when it would be ready so I settled for another room without being compensated for their mistake. Then I was not notified the pool and wet bar was closed before hand I would have never booked here for the price if I had prior notice.

    The rooms were very nice and clean. The food was also good and it was in a good location… close to the aquarium and park area and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go to Right off the bat when we arrived the whole front was closed off under full construction… dust everywhere and loud chainsaws and tools actively in use. To the point where I couldn’t hear the front desk employees talking to me… We had no idea this was happening obviously, otherwise I would’ve chose another hotel…. Anyways I looked passed it and looked forward to going to the pool, and it was closed!!! We couldn’t use it. Went upstairs for a meal which took long but was delicious and the waiter was very kind. The phone in our room didn’t work. We spoke to the front desk and they offered us $50 and late check out. It worked out for us but we were still upset about the pool situation more than anything as it was part of our itinerary.

    our check-in time was 4 o'clock. We got there at 4:15 and our room was still not ready. I booked this two months ago. I had asked for a king bed in the room and they had none. They only had two queens so what's the purpose of booking it ahead of time? Then the room pictures on Hotels.com with the two sided walls of window was not what was the room we got there was a whole piece of wall in between the windows and for what we were using it for for pictures kind of ruined it. I will never stay at this hotel again.

    I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at your property. However, after ordering lunch, our total came to $158. I called the kitchen and was told that the front desk would take care of the balance. Yet, upon checking out, I was shocked to find an additional $58 charge on my bill.     This hotel is not what it looks like very dirty and dusty very dusty. There was old spots that look like poop on the floor. The walls look like they wiped it with old dirty cloths the inside of the hallway of these hotels downstairs lobby was pretty clean, but once you get to your room areas they lifted like 1990 hotel rooms out of date. The pictures was very deceiving not worth that much money for that hotel. It was horrible. The people were cool, but the hotel was horrible. Location was good once again. Hotel was horrible. The beds were disgusting. The bathroom was extra.     It was great ! The hotel wasn’t a problem at all. It was the fact we parked across the street instead of valet and the morning we went to leave our window was busted and car was broken into . Us and another car was broken into. The hotel did nothing all they could say was “not our property, and we recommend valet for those reasons” so no help there. The man who lives in the parking lot told us what he saw and what time . And they still couldn’t do anything.

    Check-in time was 4:00 p.m. We made it a little after checkin and was told our room was not ready. We had to wait an hour before we could checkin. Upon entering the room we realized our tv was not working. It took about another hour to correct this problem. We also were to have robes in our rooms. I had to request for them and didn’t get them until the next day. I definitely could have stayed at a different hotel for the price I spent.

    That was no microwave in the room. The only refrigerator in the room where are the refrigerator filled? Alcohol that you had to pay for which means. I had to eat my food cold in the middle of the night at the my event. The iron in the room did not work. Dial that they gave me stop working. The lighting in the room was horrible.

    Overall our stay was fine, but the room was not cleaned well - stains on the walls and nightstand. Also the frosted wall in the shower made it awkward for a family stay, there was even leftover command hooks up from when a previous guest attempted to cover the frosted wall. The hotel staff was nice and the spa services were great, the room just left a lot to be desired.

    I proposed to my fiancée at one of the EWow suite with a couple of family, Spent the night there and left behind my new jacket with AirPods in the pocket in the closet. We called them immediately and less than 24hours and they said nobody reported any lost item. My question is what happened to investigating the room services who cleaned the suite after we checked out. The person on the phone told us that there is nothing they can do about it. We also couldn’t track the AirPods as they switched it off immediately. Clearly they have unprofessional people working as staff with them at the hotel which doesn’t come cheap……… the management needs to do better as this is a very experience for us.
