Clean room, exceptional service, and an overall wonderful stay. The staff was incredibly attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. A special shout-out to the pool bartender, Laura—she was absolutely amazing and made the experience even more enjoyable. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This was our first time back in a few years. The hotel has definitely done something because the place was spotless and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The Club lounge was fantastic and everything was great and calm. The only thing I didn’t like was the bar/restaurant connected to the hotel. The food was great and bartenders great. But, when you pay for high end food and drinks nobody wants to listen to someone else FaceTime, watch a video or talk loudly on their phone. The bar was a cool vibe but this lady ruined it. I wish a dress code was enforced because if you can afford to come to a nice place then you should know better than to wear a profanity shirt. Otherwise it was great.

Unfortunately, the in-room experience and late-night service didn't quite match the luxury price tag. The drain in our bathtub was broken, meaning it wouldn't hold water or stay full. Additionally, we tried to order late-night room service, only to find out it wasn't available at all. For a property of this tier, you expect fully functional room hardware and 24/7 dining options. The staff and the lounge perks are wonderful, but room maintenance and late-night food availability definitely need improvement.

We loved the room! Everything was very well clean and even the whole hotel was nice! The workers there was all nice and friendly! Anyone that’s a adult that wants a nice get away it the right place to stay! The only thing that brought a sad face to me and my husband was the fact that we paid $600 for the club lauge and come on! They literally had finger foods that you could get from Walmart for wayyy less than that my husband an I was excepting a way better snack bar for the kids and my son did not like the chips bc those was not real chips we talkin like Doritos or Cheetos and when my kids got hungry they didn’t serve snacks all day for the kids it was only for like 2 hours and then they put it all up so think about it… 2 hours for a snack lounge for kids and yall only had ham and fruits nothing for the kids to really snack on that food snack was mostly made for adults not kids so I felt that $600 was a wayyy rip off!

Sadly the beds /pillows were absolutely terrible Prioritize was lovely Americano restaurant was excellent say well as the staff we had three meals there all excellent Beware sun leaves pool area at around 230-3pm which is a negative only because we chose this property in. Part due to the pool and ability to hit he in the Atlanta sunshine Overall a decent stay but sleep is crucial and we didn t get much

Clean and tidy; the staff was very well equipped and helpful. The hotel feels 'luxurious' certainly. However the design is a bit odd throughout the lobby and main spaces - they feel a bit disjointed. The menu at the bar for dinner was interesting - too small to have good basics. Too funky really - even the cocktails were a little too odd. That would be my only complaint.

This property has to be one of the BEST hotels I've stayed in! The room was perfection. There wasn't one speck of dust, prints or smudges in the room! The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, I was stunned at the massive size of the 55" big screen TV, etc. I could go on and on, seriously, my chin was on the ground and how perfect this place really is!

Overall we had a very enjoyable stay. There was nothing I could point to that really displeased us. But the room could have been cleaned earlier in the day.

The staff was soo amazing and attentive I really enjoyed my stay.

Maintenance tried to repair the TV and phone but were unable to fix them during our stay. The next morning we were given a credit for breakfast, which we appreciated. I have stayed at this hotel many times before and it is a beautiful place. I’ve never had a problem like this before. My family came all the way from Tennessee just to spend this one night celebrating with me, and we spent quite a bit for the stay, so it was disappointing that things didn’t work out the way we had planned. That said, we decided to make the best of it and went out to dinner and did some shopping to fill the time. I would still stay at this hotel again because I love their rooftop pool—although I didn’t get to enjoy it this time since it was too cold. I do wish the hotel had considered offering a complimentary night or a future stay so we could redo the experience, but maybe next year.

The Valet Service was the best service of all. They're were so patient with us especially with my wife getting in and out of our vehicle. The Upcharge for the Club Intercontinental access is ridiculously high in pricing. Standing in line for a long period of time for check in needs improvement. The curtains in our room had holes in them due to wear and tear but never an excuse because they should have been replaced.

Yes, on some photos there was a smell like back up sewage so the smell was awful. This was my second time visiting there. The first time was wonderful. This time was wonderful. It was just the smell employees was wonderful. Oh my God I love the new year party through for the people it was wonderful. It was only the smell that’s all but other than that I will be returning. Everything except the smell of the backup switch

I’ve stayed here countless times for staycations! The location is perfect, rooms are clean, but one requirement is that we always have a club room. It’s worth it every time!! It beats Grand Hyatt and any other club room I’ve ever seen. Staff from check in and club level to departure is always kind and helpful.

From the time we checked in with Elijah things were outstanding!! The front desk staff, April, Mamdouh, and Kerstin were so attentive. The staff of the Americano superseded any expectations we had. From the hosts: Tre and Felix to all the wait staff Fabi (the BEST), Jada, John, Patrick, Jasmine, and Holly EVERYTHING was wonderful!!! The environment is relaxing and refreshing. The food and drinks were top-notch and the decor is exquisite! The beds in our room were some of the most comfortable I slept in. The room was a nice size, very clean, and the view of Atlanta was wonderful! Everything about this trip was perfect during our stay. Nothing.

People were really nice, view was great. they overcharged me by 173 USD, which they returned when I call them, but just not a good look to have to pay attention to your bank account or you lose your money. No reason was provided as to why this happened.

The waiters were good. The food selection is a little more bland than what I thought. No salmon on the menu.\n Nothing quick on the menu because sometimes you may go on a restaurant and not want to Eat gourmet style. Maybe you just wanted something small, quick and have a couple of drinks.

The staff failed to explain that there is a $35 daily amenity fee, for which I receive 25 credits toward the mini bar or food service. When I asked him if such a thing exists? His response was No, No, we hold $ 99 per day for incidentals. I missed the chance to take advantage of this.

View of midtown, I live on Tybee Island, I lost my wife to CJD 6 years ago and after years of grieving I am starting to travel by myself. Jill and had a home on Lenox Rd in the late 70's/80's. We also visited Chicago many times and we would always stay at the palmer house but we loved staying at you hotel on Michigan Ave. Many good memories were made there. Parking expense and add on's but I understand them now. FYI, I think the Rusty Scupper Seafood restaurant use to be on the site where the hotel is.

The property was very neat and clean. The staff was amazing and really gave great customer service. I will definitely be back in march next year. Already booked another club room. The coffee maker could be more up to date. I love to have fresh coffee during the morning,afternoon and evening.

I booked a king size bed and they sold out so we had the ONLY option of two queens. Then when we were leaving to go shopping. The elevators were broken so we had to walk down 9 flights! Next we were having dinner at the restaurant. Terrible service!!!!!!!!! It took over an hour to get our food. Plus it wasn’t that good. Definitely wouldn’t recommend eating there. The following morning at checkout. I called for help with our luggage. After waiting 45 minutes. We made two trips to take down everything. Just terrible customer service. This place has really gone down on the customer service!!!!!!!!

I've stayed in Marriott’s that treated me way better for less money!!! The staff was completely rude. A few out of the bunch was a little friendly. 5000.00 wasted I will never stay here again

It was not worth the money I spent. The staff was rude and did not give me 5000.00 worth of help we got moved to a high floor and could not connect to the internet all night. Check out was the next day and I could not even get a 12pm late c/o. I will never stay there again

Great hospitality - arrived at 5AM - checkin wasn't until 4pm. They graciously got me into a room upon arrival! Best experience ever.

The staff was so nice and helpful! Our staycation was wonderful because everyone was over the top nice.

We took refuge from Hurricane Helene in style. This hotel is always great! Pet friendly so the whole family could join in the adventure and the neighborhood behind the hotel was great for a long walk to tire the dogs out. Thank you!

Property is upscale. Very clean, nice rooms and very friendly staff. Breakfast is also very good.

I was traveling for work with my adult daughter, we had a lovely spa experience, enjoyed the pool as much as possible, and the restaurant was amazing!

A great place to stay.

I would have given a five star review but I purchased three upgraded rooms for me and my colleagues that were resold to someone else. We also were not given refunds for the difference.

I had specifically phoned to let them know that my daughter was on an earlier flight but they would not let her in the room without her paying upfront. This was even the case while there was hurricane passing through Atlanta at the time and she was soaking wet. I am very disappointed in the Intercontinental Buckhead for doing this and ruining our stay.

Great hotel

Service and business discretion is over the top. I’ve used this hotel for sensitive business negotiations over the years and they never let me down. The concierge service is not matched by any hotel in the country, and I spend a lot of time traveling.

Renovations look great. Didn’t understand the bar being behind the curtains. Also need to bring the store/shop back. Overall nice service and very nice view!

Our stay with two kids was wonderful! The valet parking staff and hotel staff are very courteous and accommodating. We will return on our next stay in the Atlanta vicinity.

Well maintained and a great aesthetic a perfect location to access all of the best Atlanta has to offer . It was a shame that the room wasn’t cleaned and turned down every day. Also, the provision of breakfast tables does not meet the demand of guests during peak times .

Property was great, but there were unexpected hidden fees that I had to pay at time of checkout which made the overall cost much higher than advertised.

It was pretty nice. Beautiful view. Not as clean/new as it looks in pictures but still a great place. The honeymoon suite is obscure on the listing but not very big. Staff wasn’t as responsive as I would like. Pretty good stay overall.

My shower and sink was clogged with hair. We had just gotten to the room and thats what we saw. Took two hours for someone to unclogged and then no one came to even clean the shower or sink. The express our concerns when we left and parking was given for free.Haha

Excellent entirely. The property is beautiful well maintained spacious and clean. The staff is super nice helpful and accommodating. I paid extra for club access and it was so worth it. This hotel is just great the ambiance decor and amenities make it all worth it

Concierge level food was lacking especially for hot food. Each night was similar always fried and tasteless.

The check in was absolutely horrible. This hotel is not what it used to be! The staff at the front desk was very snobby and matter fact. This one woman , I believe her name is Kristen , was very passive. She kept speaking over me and not allowing me to finish my sentences! It was annoying!! I was moved to three different rooms because they were stifling. One of the renovations was to move to pre set thermostats and it’s 94 degrees out! The thermostat only goes to 65 and the room stayed at 74 degrees! We had to wait outside of room until room cooled off and decided to go to dinner instead. The property has moved to a lot of black and dark colors on the doors and upholstery, it was very cheap looking! This used to be a great hotel and it has changed for the worst. The minute it’s renovated or the name changes, there goes the quality of the hotel! I remember this hotel being on the news as well for a death that occurred here in one of the rooms! It’s just not a quality hotel anymore and it doesn’t feel safe. I checked out the next day! The only great thing was the bellhop named Alex, he was amazing. But other than that, I will check into another hotel with a little more class and more welcoming and not under renovations!

Staff seemed disorganized. I had trouble getting through to In-Room Dining repeatedly. Valet lost my car and then after it was found because I had to go down into the garage, they spent too much time trying to ask me what I did wrong when I checked in. -it turned out the valet who took my car did not put a tab on the car fob. It was a frustrating and weird experience I have never had at any hotel.

Amazing, clean, nice bed. After 18 hours at the Airport it was a refreshing stay. Everything g was exceptional.
