Reviews
The hotel staff is frequently praised for their friendliness and efficiency. However, the hotel's cleanliness and condition are consistently criticized, with guests often mentioning stained sheets, dirty rooms, and outdated facilities. The location is generally seen as convenient, but the surrounding neighborhood can be perceived as unsafe.
- Friendly and efficient staff
- Convenient location
- Unclean rooms and facilities
- Outdated and poorly maintained hotel condition

The room I stayed was very old and extremely dirty. I had to clean the toiletries shelves twice to get rid of the surface dirt and dust. The cloth hanging pole was also very dirty and had to clean before I used it. Bed sheet stain, luckily I brought disposable travel sheet. 2nd day I changed room course the refrigerator was ramping noises that disturbed my previous night sleep. Breakfast was good though with waffle machine. A note to add, the inn is under renovation and saw rooms were furnished with a 100% makeover. Hopefully, they renovate all the rooms. I picked this inn cost it’s inexpensive and near the marketplace where I attended the 5 days trade show there. If vacationing I would choose elsewhere unless I was assigned those fully renovated upgraded rooms. All the different shifts staffs were always friendly down to the breakfast staffs. Anyone making a reservation got to request newly renovated room in order to enjoy the stays.

The people at this hotel made it okay. When we stayed there they were in the middle of a renovation. The beautiful courtyard was not usable. Our room was old with chipped furniture, unreliable tv service, sagging mattresses, scuffs on the walls, etc. We loved the breakfast and the nice woman who kept it well stocked. The front desk staff were very helpful. I can imagine this would be a nice place to stay after the renovation is complete.

Hotel was being refurbished, but the room and breakfast was great, the dining area was spotless. That was down to Carol the extremely friendly cleaner. The Inn was being refurbished so that was the only downfall but one has to make allowances for that. The staff were polite, informative and friendly, they should be congratulated.

There were cockroaches crawling everywhere. It was disgusting and will never stay again.
- 1/5
Very Dirty! There was a 2 inch gap between the door outside and the floor. Ceiling was chipping away. Smelled, hair on the toilet, and bedding was dirty. It took a whole 15 minutes to check out and go to Wyndham. Pictures were very misleading online! Couldn’t get a refund…willing to take the loss due to safety

Hotel under construction. It will probably look nice but while you're there it's a very difficult hotel to pay a high cost for. Located by aquarium which is convenient.
- 2/5
The hotel was going through construction. There was construction debris all over. Room was not clean. There was significant amount of black fungus in the shower. We decided not to shower during our stay and ended up getting another hotel for one day for shower. There was no bath towel. Went downstairs and the gentleman in the counter provided me with some. The door did not lock automatically when you leave the room. Reported to the staff and they ended up moving us to another room. The second room had towel but black fungus persisted. The location was convenient (the reason we go the hotel). The breakfast was good. Wi-Fi connection was stable. Both rooms and bathroom was small and clumsy. Staff was friendly and professional. Interacted with three of them for various issues - they we all professional and courteous. They listened to the problem and made good effort to resolve them. The parking was cheaper than other hotels nearby.

The hot breakfast that was available. The fact that the hotel is under construction and open for business is absurd. If it wasn't for the fact that nearby hotels were either sold out or triple the rate I would have found another means of lodging. The bathroom was very small- the room was dusty, one had to request the room to be serviced. There's alot of homelessness on the path to the hotel.

That is was close to where I needed to go They didn't have the room I reserved. So I was given one with a double bed 1st room they gave me was disgusting where there was a used pair of socks on the floor as your walked in. It wasn't clean and even The towels weren't folded it was a gross mess. 2nd room they gave me the thermostat was not working. 3rd room they gave me was gross as well and the toilet never stopped running. Worst hotel I've been in years. The people who run it are Ghetto AF.

There was a roach in the room. Hotel is currently under renovation.
- 2/5
The hotel was under renovation but our room clearly had not been updated. None of the outlets in the bathroom worked, and only one worked in the actual room. The bathroom lights would flicker on and off while in the bathroom. The bed sheets/cover were definitely very stained making them look like they weren’t clean. Only one elevator worked and waiting on the elevator took an extensive amount of time. Had we needed to stay more than one night, we definitely would have spoken to the front desk about these issues.

It’s looks very run down and judging by appearances you won’t be impressed. But it was a bad stay. Check in was fast and easy, the clerk got us all set up right away. Parking is safe. Our was wasn’t grand or fancy. But it wasn’t dirty and the bed was comfy. The breakfast was good. We walked home late at night in the area, so it’s not a shady area and conveniently located to downtown. So if you have high standards, you won’t like this place, but I would stay there again.
- 2.5/5
Location was good, quiet. It was undergoing work, although our room was very very tired and in need of some tlc. Very dated.
- 4/5
The facility will be greatly improved when construction is completed. I only had a few cable stations. No local stations.
- 1/5
The hotel is under construction. The room was not clean. The drapes would not close. We had allergic reaction to something teied to lysol the room, that did not work. We spent a total of maybe 1 hour.
- 0.5/5
Absolutely nothing.
- 3/5
The room was fine but definitely just a place to sleep, nothing special. The hotel is really close to a lot of restaurants and spots like the aquarium/ Coke museum, etc. The room was never serviced over our three day stay. We also found some dead roaches in our room by the tv.
- 3/5
The staff were all very nice and helpful. The lobby and breakfast area looked good. There was something for everyone at the provided breakfast. The room was not in the best shape. The door kept getting stuck on the carpet and you could see light coming through the bottom and side of the door. The bathroom door had a big crack in it. The beds were very comfortable. The location is very close to the aquarium and world of Coke.
- 2/5
Our room’s air-conditioning unit filter was caked with dirt and lint, which we cleaned off upon arrival. There was a nearly inch gap under the door as the trim was missing and paint was peeling in the shower. We had looked at leaving and getting another hotel somewhere else, but we were unable to find another one within our budget near the downtown area. Atlanta was very busy this weekend with volleyball and soccer and rooms were pricey. The only saving grace for this hotel was its kitchen/breakfast staff. The women were friendly and outgoing and the food was good.

The staff is helpful and nice, but this place is run-down. I believe there are something, probably bed bugs, as I was bitten on my hands, arms, and face. The hotel pictures are far too nice and do not show the real condition of the property.

The location was great The hotel was under renovations nothing was said at all on the website and there was almost no amenities. The noises from the street it being a motel and their broken elevators came us up till 3 am each night and the price was the exact same as surrounding 5 star hotels.

The Inn at the Peachtrees is in dire need of the renovations that are under way. However, my room was clean and somewhat updated, it was very "bare bones". The bed was comfortable and clean. The shower barely had any water pressure. The included breakfast was very good, consistent, and the breakfast area was updated and clean. The staff were very nice. Although I arrived at the hotel at 10:30 AM, I was not allowed to check in until 3:00 PM - not a minute sooner even though I know my room was ready! The hotel is located in the center of town, within walking distance of restaurants and points of interest. However, I could clearly hear ALL the road noise from inside my room late into the night and early morning.

Older room but location was good, walking distance to everything downtown Atlanta. They were under construction so hopefully the rooms will be updated and will be a great stay! Recommend it !!!

This is essentially a motel with access to rooms from at outdoor corridor. Had a hard tine falling asleep, super noisy from other guests in the hallway and street noise. Cold air blowing no matter what temperature you set up on the thermostat. No light in the corridor as you get off the elevator at night. Breakfast was decent and staff helpful. This was sketchy. Would not stay here again.
- 1/5
Photos were not accurate, extremely sketchy and not clean. Also, just in a generally horrible area - so much homeless and not safe to walk at night.

The room and the bathroom were not properly cleaned. The room charge was quite high but they did not provide proper bath items or even a bottle of water. The night staff at the front desk (after 11 pm) was really creepy and made inappropriate comment. The other front desk staff was nice though

This property looks nothing like it was supposed to. The pictures do not match the actual property. Very disappointed.

Absolutely nothing. Absolutely nothing.
- 3/5
However, my room felt quite worn and not very clean overall. The upholstered chairs had visible stains, which made them uncomfortable to use. While the bathroom seemed to have been updated more recently and was in better condition than the rest of the room, the main living area clearly needs attention. There were also some maintenance issues. Part of the carpet near the door had been removed, leaving about a two-inch gap where the flooring was exposed. Additionally, although the TV had DIRECTV, I was unable to get local channels and the available channel selection was very limited. One factor that the hotel may not fully control but still affected my stay was the noise outside. My room faced the street, and throughout the night there were people yelling outside. The noise continued on and off until around 6 AM, which made it difficult to sleep. Overall, while the staff were pleasant and it looks like renovations are underway, the current condition of the room and the noise made the stay less comfortable than expected.

Staff was friendly. Continental breakfast was basic. Rooms are definitely older. Building is under renovations. Lots of construction. Doors to room are located on outside of building like old fashioned motel. Only accessible through the lobby which has a locked door that is accessible only by room key or front desk. Sometimes you just have to remember you get what you pay for. But in a pinch this wasn't terrible.

Room was extremely subpar, there’s nothing to warn you that you’re going into a construction/renovation zone. Nighttime front counter attendant was dry and borderline rude. Room was damaged, upon arrival the “clean” rag in our room was visibly disgusting and stained black. The TV doesn’t even work, and the door in the bathroom is so close to the toilet it damn touches the front. This door is also severely water damaged and splintering, along with the wall behind it. Curtains were stained and I will absolutely NEVER EVER stay here again!

What's that was the uniqueness. It's a nice smaller hotel. And once I get done with the renovations , i'm sure it's gonna be even nicer. I'm really curious what they're going to do with the Courtyard area, if anything that's a great spot down there and something else that's great is the kind lady who does the breakfast in the morning, she does a great job. It's a nice breakfast and it's probably nicer. Breakfast than most of your bigger chain hotels. And that's not exaggerating at all. She does a great job, it's good. I mean, you couldn't ask for more really from a hotel in downtown Atlanta, under renovation. It's got its own style like I said, and and it's well worth what you pay for no issues at all.

Breakfast was nice for people who eat animal products. I do not consider this a negative because it is a perfectly fine breakfast for a hotel of this rating. The woman catering breakfast was polite. The beds were comfortable with nice pillows of varying comfort. Check in at 3pm. If I hadn't missed this detail I would have chosen this place. When I read "parking on site" there was no listing that it was for a fee and this was also a main reason I chose this location. So it was to my dismay that I learned that parking on site costs 25 dollars a night - a steal for downtown parking but unpleasant considering I just assumed "on site" parking entailed that it was free The guy who checked me was polite ,in principle, but seemed not entirely overjoyed to be there. The basket in the coffee maker in my room was missing and no one replaced it despite me being told they would. The courtyard looked not much like the picture and what's more they were in the process of renovations. Neither lamp next to the bed worked. One flickered in an eerie way.

The location of the property was a bit sketchy. The pictures online its deceiving. I was charged for a purchase that I did not authorize or ordered. It was for a dinner and drink. The property wasn’t maintained. The rooms were disgusting, the mattresses were full of stains and filth. We didn’t fill safe on property with the amount of homeless people around which led to a worker getting in an altercation with homeless guy. Parking garage was full which led us to pay for parking else where, when listing had it included. We ended up requesting a refund and didn’t stay at property. I wouldn’t recommend this property at all.

Being out of town for night out with kids you've got pretty close to anything to your surrounding being at walking distance to local vendors downtown if your open to it. Aquarium down the block was a plus. Hearing noisy surroundings making sleeping a little more difficult, but if your used to the city shouldn't be a problem.

the shower was simply set up poorly the water leaked into the bathroom area when I asked if they could mop the area there was still water on the bathroom floor . Bad for business I would suspect .I would recommend that they put a squeegee and a mop in the bathroom because the water makes for a possible slip and fall situation .

There was construction that was not communicated prior to booking. At one point my entry to my room was blocked off because of a scaffolding that was put up. It was incredibly inconvenient. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was pleasant.

I did not get up for breakfast! The guy at the Front, Rick< was amazing an helped me tremendously! Turned my very painful night into a great experience. There was a roach in the bathroom so that was a lil distasteful and the size of shampoo and conditioner was not enough.

The hotel is very well located, which was great, but honestly, we didn’t feel safe inside our room. The door was broken, and to close it properly we basically had to slam it, which sometimes woke up our neighbors. The room looked clean, but it always smelled like cigarettes. The breakfast hours were also a bit odd. Every morning around 8:00 a.m., there was loud construction happening in nearby rooms, with constant banging and people talking loudly, which made it impossible to rest. Throughout our entire stay, we kept feeling itchy, and on the last day, we realized there were bed bugs in our bed.

Parking garage is a great idea and our vehicle wasn’t damaged but the garage itself was a nightmare to get into and then trying to park was even worse. They are renovating which is good and other than the parking and weed smell it was an ok stay. The night manager however was talking to a police officer as overnight he was apparently held at knife point and his cell phone stolen. So not a great neighborhood but they are trying to improve on safety and overall appearance.

Worst hotel experience I’ve had. I have pictures. Things not clean. Bed was super small. Sheets didn’t fit. Bathroom fan dirty. 2 towels for 3 people for 2 days. Apparently water wasn’t available to wash towels. Air conditioner smelled and was noisy. TV was fuzzy and didn’t offer much. Tried to call property 4 times in the week before visit and and no answer. WiFi was terrible.

The pics on the website are terribly inconsistent with what we experienced. With all the ongoing remodeling the property should be closed. The mess and conditions were dismal. We felt like we were in a third world country. The TV service was dismal and could not watch any news or football game and had to leave the property to watch our college team Saturday evening. The safe did not work which made us very uncomfortable leaving any valuables behind. Never received any cleaning service while there. Would never recommend this property.

Roaches in the fridge, in our food and crawling from behind the headboard within only a few hours of checking in and running to the corner store. Have been given the runaround for the past week and a half. Essentially we paid for a hotel we staid no more than 5 hours in, checked out that day because they had no more rooms available.

When we arrived we were greeted by the desk attendant who was very helpful. That was the best part about our experience. Once we arrived to the room we turned the television on, which was fine, but when attempting to adjust the volume found out that the remote did not work and the desk person told us there was nothing they could do about it. We would have called them but, instead, had to go to the lobby since the room phone was unplugged and had no way to plug it in. The sockets on the light fixtures did not work. Only about 3 sockets in the whole room did not work. We went downstairs the first night and asked for an extra blanket and some pillows since we had 3 people in a two double bed room and were told that we did not need it since we had two beds. Even though when I booked I was clear to put three people. No one ever came in to clean the room or provide clean towels. We asked for clean towels on the second night and we, again, were told that they simply did not have any and we would have to figure it out. On top of that, the shower pours water onto the floor which causes major water pileup so we had to use one of our precious few towels to take care of the water so we wouldn’t be charged. Last was breakfast. While the breakfast was very good. The woman putting it out was miserable and clearly did not want to be there. We were told by the desk attendant the first day that breakfast was from 7a-9a every day. Sat and Sun we were essentially yelled at for being 10 min early

Desk clerks were super friendly. My room and the breakfast area were exceptionally clean. Towels and bedsheets were stained, but clean. It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room and toothbrush and toothpaste offered at the front desk if requested. Beware- hidden fees. $100 deposit and $25 a night parking fee.

This showed up as a 3 star hotel. We paid around 130 a night for this. We got there and it was broken down, dirty, and more like a motel than a hotel. We did not feel at all comfortable staying here and left for another hotel without staying a single night. I opened a complaint to get a refund with hotels.com and they are attempting to get ahold of the property manager to get my money back. However I still haven’t heard back and still haven’t gotten my money back. I would warn anyone against staying here.

You get what you pay for, check in was smooth and the front desk attendant was great but the quality of the room is not up to par, it didn’t quite give hotel but more of a motel experience. There was construction happening at 7/8 in the morning so just be mindful. Breakfast ends at 9 & not at 9:30 like advise prior so be aware of that.
- 1/5
The property was under construction. This was not the problem, they tampered with my car without my consent. They over sold their parking space but gave the assurance that there was availability. Due to the construction there were ladders and paint everywhere which I found hazardous. When I checked out, I walked into the garage to find construction workers spraying some sort of chemical and my car was wrapped in plastic. I was not informed about it and was so shocked and confused. While it’s not the staff’s fault, the service was poor and inefficient. I had to keep coming back to ask for things that should have already been communicated. A good example is overselling the lot and not communicating with folks, especially because we were paying $25 a night. The hotel grounds were dirty. I do have to acknowledge that there wasn’t much the staff could do but the hotel’s upper management should invest in providing quality customer experience. This hotel left a poor taste in our mouth.
- 3/5
Parking is not guaranteed, area is a bit shady. I did not feel entirely safe and the staff was rude but once the manager showed up it improved. I would not stay there again.
- 4/5
A little dated but there’s improvement going on so I won’t hold that against them. I hope that will extend to the rooms which could use a facelift. Not bad overall though.

There was no where to park when checking in. Handicap Parking was close to the elevator but the rest of the hotel was NOT handicap friendly at all. No safety bars in shower area, no handheld shower head. Had a shower chair but controls and shower head was so high up they could not be reached. Also, the bedside light switch was so high up only a standing person could reach that high. No microwave in room. Toilet ran continuously, bed was rock hard, A/C had to run continuously to be comfortable. The entry door did not work well. No where to set up CPAP machine close to bedside- side tables were so small. Was in the process of being renovated. Did NOT look like posted picture at all!! Neighborhood was quite bad, I did feel safe once I got into the hotel. Breakfast was very nice.

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience at this hotel. Upon check-in, I was given a room with a serious plumbing issue—every time I took a shower, water would flood the entire bathroom. I reported the problem right away, but no action was taken throughout my stay. Additionally, when I requested clean towels, I was told to come downstairs to collect them myself and to bring the used ones with me. This level of service is unacceptable and far below basic hospitality standards. I regret spending my money here and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
- 2/5
Very dated. Very dark. Parking is down below. Very safe behind locked doors, but very tight and small area to park. Got there at night and everything was very poorly lit. Rooms were very clean and comfy but the ac was just barely making it. It was working, but barely blowing. Was pretty warm in the room. Clean. Comfy. Just a little to dark and needs to be remodels.
- 1/5
The rooms are small, the rooms looked nothing like the pictures posted online. Had to continue to ask for towels and then was told to go to the laundry room and ask in the basement. The ladies in the laundry room acted like they didn’t want to help us. Bathroom was tiny. It was not worth what we paid to stay there. The breakfast area was nice and food was ok.
- 2/5
Two different rooms had showers that did not drain. They didn’t seem to ever have any change of sheets or towels when asked. I would not recommend staying here.
- 3/5
However, the room was kind of a disappointment. It’s a bummer there’s no microwave in there, but that’s on me for not reading the ammeneties better. The furniture wasn’t in a great condition and just looked rough. Some of the drawers didn’t really close properly. There was a hole in the wall by the door. And the rooms was so small. I could tell it was on the smaller size from the pictures but I was surprised by just how small it was. It did not comfortably fit 4 of us. It’s not the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in but I probably wouldn’t stay here again.
- 1/5
The fridge was broken it wont even turn on. The the shower floor wasnt draining well its always has a puddle. There waa puddle of water on the hallway
- 2/5
Room in poor condition, tv quality from the 90s with 10 or so channels and paid wifi, available parking area was dangerously small for modern vehicles. Available vending items were hilariously overpriced in an area of town with seemingly few alternatives
- 5/5
The lobby and seating area has great aesthetics, staff was super nice and helpful. And the room was extremely dark and quiet for sleeping, which was amazing for downtown Atlanta.
- 5/5
Great 3 stars hotel with breakfast, gym, parking and good location.
- 3/5
It says it’s 3.6 stars and it truly is such. Parking for the actual hotel is limited and you have to pay per night. There’s parking across the street but they don’t mention it’s unsafe and people WILL break in and bush your windows at anytime of the day. Some outlets, light fixtures, and appliances don’t work within the rooms.
- 1/5
It was disgusting. And I have bed bugs now. No joke.
- 3/5
Smooth Check In. Second shift front office personnel was just there to work amd finish his shift. Not helping not greeting.
- 1/5
The hotel was hard to find, had no where to park to check in and then charged $35 to park in a parking garage that my car could barely fit in. The staff was rude, and it was dirty. The door didn’t lock properly.
- 1/5
The first day that i was there with my underage daughter, someone came in the room without knocking asking if my phone had a dial tone. Then the day of checkout, someone knocked on the door and i said hello, she came in anyways. That made me feel very unsafe.
- 2/5
Very poor customer service. Our room was not prepared properly. My reservation was for three people. only two towels were left, no coffee cups were left. I went down to front desk to request the needed towel and coffee cups. Upon leaving then return later that evening, no one had brought anything to our room. I would not recommend this hotel!
- 3/5
This was a very lack luster hotel…there were constant police sirens all night …. Homeless people out front pan handling … it felt so dangerous. The front desk ran out of clean towels during our stay… they only bring towels to the room if you ask for them…. When we asked they were out and told we had to wait until the next morning … My 60 year old aunt fell on a step down from the stair landing … that was a real fall hazard… never to return here.

- 2/5

- 2/5
I didn't like that during reservation it says that it has gated parking on site, but when we got there we were told that parking lot in the garage was sold out, it is $25 per night if available, if not, you have to park across street or on the street pay for open park The AC unit was leaking that was completely understandable when I opened the door and it smelled humid
- 3/5
the hotel was fine for a short stay room was clean and you can walk to most attractions! but the fridge didn’t really work and puddles kept appearing out of nowhere in the bathroom near the toilet so we just had towels on the floor 24/7. the real problem was i landed on the night of june 27 when the storm shut down the airport. i called ahead because we had landed at 12:30 am but at that point it was 2 am and they hadn’t let us off the plane. we didn’t get off the plane until like 4 am and i didn’t get to the hotel until like 5 am. they gave my room away even though i called ahead, but the front desk was very helpful and said they had 1 room left and gave us that one. shortly after another person arrived so the room they gave me was probably theirs which sucks. the other thing is if you have a car, make sure you get a spot in their indoor parking or good luck! i was told the lot behind the hotel was not safe because it had no cameras but that i could park across the street and that one was fine because it was in the front desk’s view. that turned out to be wrong because this morning most of the cars had been broken into. i got lucky because i had a rental and had nothing in it so mine was left alone but i for sure will not be parking there ever again

The staff wasn't friendly, the hotel was old and dirty, the elevators worked intermittently, the very limited cable TV worked intermittently and didn't have network or news channels, breakfast had no fresh fruit

I recommend that place good attention, really clean

Beds are super comfortable and they have their own parking garages that is gated. You can’t enter the hotel without the front desk opening the door or a key card so that made me feel better. Rooms could use some updating but it wasn’t the worst I’ve ever stayed at.

It was an old beat up room. Drawer fronts were missing, bugs on the floor, just all around dirty. The breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable but those were really the only positives.

Could have been better

Nice

The property is very convenient to access transportation, and there are numerous dining options available to choose from around there.

The exterior of the building was tacky compared to the inside. A little uncomfortable neighborhood at night.

When I was trying to park in order to check in (following the sign with directions), the front desk guy came out and yelled “Jesus Christ”, mumbled under his breath and then pointed to an unmarked, indescript area behind the a-frame parking sign. Upon entering the room only half the wall sconces worked and the dressers and side tables looked like someone had take an angle grinder to them. This place is a dump.

The shower had no shelves and no microwave in the room. You could not access streaming services, only basic (limited) TV channels.

Clean room easy to park I was able to see my car from the lobby

Richy Rich friendly and helpful at check in. Room very outdated. No caffeinated coffee available for the type of in room maker - different staff member said only decaf available. Breakfast (hot) is really good; many choices. Decor is funky black, silver, red; unique!

Perfect location. Near to many attractions. In site parking was convenient. Smooth check-ins and check out.

Old broken dresser, old room.

The pictures of the hotel online does match how the hotel looks inside and outside. The pictures online has been edited to make it appear this hotel is nice and up kept, but in reality it’s not. I had to pay $25 for parking. They dont give parking tickets. So if I left and came back, it’s not guaranteed I would still be able to park in the same parking lot, which risk me paying another parking fee to another parking area. I booked online so check in was fairly easy. The guy behind the counter was nice. We checked in about 11p, and the area is run down. I felt unsafe. After I got our card to unlock the hotel room door, the walk to our room was very scary. We was on the 4th floor and it was several spaces where someone could hide behind. I kept a close eye while also holding my box knife. The rooms were terrible. Long and short strands of hair were on the comforters, sheets, and pillows (hair was everywhere). I was disgusted! The furniture is very out dated. It was chipped and peeling terribly. Finger prints were on the head board. The refrigerator was dirty. It was a build up of dirt outside of the fridge as well. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was very bad experience, we had to ask for another room, because of the very bad smell, and insecure. The ask us for deposit of $100, and that doesn't say anything about it whem we reserved

There was a concert that night so it was busy. Only one person was working the front desk. Check in was slow. The gentleman working the desk was very nice though. Management should have been prepared and had more staff working.

Staff was very polite and quick.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed this stay.

It could be cleaner. My towels and bed sheets didnt seem to be changed. Had some stains. Cleaning service is only upon request and not daily. Overall, the only negative point is hygenie.

Out of a 4 night stay room was cleaned and fresh towels once. I had to go to front desk for fresh towels. Phone didn't work. Room safe broke. Shower leaked and had to have longer curtain installed. Homeless people all over neighborhood. Sunday breakfast hour later and not informed. Couldn't park truck in secure underground parking. Lot across the street not safe. Don't recommend.

They had an outside area for hanging out which was really cute, I will say this was my first time in Atlanta so the parking situation threw me off , they have a parking garage you can pay for or you can park across the street and pay there, they offered breakfast on weekends, and hotel was close to a lot of other activities,

Was een oude en kleine hotelkamer met een onmogelijk hoog bed. Was vies en ontbijt slecht, zeker voor die prijs.

Noisy (airplanes flying by, service carts at night). Overall good.

The king I stayed in had a refrigerator. The room, however, could have used some maintenance, the sink stopper was missing, and I lost a few items down the drain. The shower head plumbing was also coming lose from the wall.

The information about the hotel was not quite honest on here. The actual hotel was pretty rundown and a little sketchy.
- 3/5
Upon arrival to the room we discovered no toilet paper in bathroom. No cart’s available to put luggage on. The ice and vending machines were only on floors 1,2&4 we were on 3rd floor. Had to go to lobby to ask and that is when we were told which floors it could be found. We. Came down for breakfast at 8:40 to find no plates no eggs and the juice was watered down. We were told they were shutting it down soon so nothing else would be available

Parking was very easy underground.
- 2/5
At night, I couldn't sleep because a cart or luggage was being dragged across the hallway several times and made a lot of noise. Going in and out of the garage was also risky because it was narrow and steep. Overall, it was okay.

Excellent staff and location

We arrived one hour after check in told no rooms were ready. I wasn’t told about parking when I reserved the room so I was told there was no parking at the hotel!!! Had to pay to park across the street where my car got broken into. And the shower was broke and the shower couldn’t be turned off.

We had to check in a day late due to travel delays and the person at the front desk was extremely rude to me about it even though it had been approved the night prior when I called and let them know we would be delayed. Since I had already paid for the room in full it makes zero sense why I would get an attitude from a front desk clerk about having to check in a day late. The person has zero customer service skills and the hotel was a dump. I will never stay there again.

Everyone is and has been super friendly since the day I first checked in.
