We stayed one night to attend an event in the city. The hotel was easy to find, convenient, and parking was a breeze(there was a charge). The staff were welcoming and most helpful. They definitely are the highlight of the hotel.

This was a late night reservation made after work ended late. The price was very reasonable and we were blown away by how nice this place was. The lobby was beautiful. A lot of attention to detail has been put in the lighting and details of the hotel. Our room had a pool view and even though we didn’t have time to swim it looked very nice and well maintained. The entire area surrounding the hotel was very nice and felt very convenient. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the pool!

Very well maintained hotel and the location is great. I’ve stayed here a few times and I’d return. One thing I did not really love was the ac in the room. The vent location was off in the corner and kinda behind the big black out curtains near the window so they blocked the vent a bit.

First time staying at this location with two under two. It was very clean and the front desk was so helpful from check in to check out. Tristian and Trina were so pleasant and welcoming! The regency lounge was great from waters, drinks, snacks and quick breakfast access 24/7. The outdoor pool space was so relaxing with a great view- pool is very shallow which was perfect for little kids. Parking was easy and hotel was close to the perimeter mall, restaurants, food hall, target and the CAMP family experience with paw patrol which the kids loved. We really enjoyed our stay and will book again next time we are in town!

I didn’t eat at the dining but I went there in the morning during buffet time and it was empty and any time I’d walk past “The Barrel Room” it was empty so not sure how the food is here. They do have a Starbucks on site but they don’t have all the items on a regular Starbucks menu, however you can definitely get your coffee and pastry. They are also close by some shopping area. The only down side I have with them is that in my booking out said parking was included but upon checkout the Receptionist said I had to pay for parking. I told him it was included in my booking reservation and that’s why I had book with them in the first place. The receptionist was very understanding and was able to remove the parking charges. Edit: 05/14/26 The parking fees was in fact not removed and I was charged $50 for parking and when I called Hyatt to remove the charges, I was told it was not gonna be removed. The hotel overall was good…. However, parking is not included and you’ll be charged a separate fee.

Hotel was nice and staff was kind and helpful but the location is terrible. If you have a car or don’t need to leave the property much, it shouldn’t be too bad, but we ended up spending a lot of extra money on Ubers to get around.

Stayed for an event, property is in a business park area. It is as described and I would stay again.

The hotel was clean, front desk staff excellent service. However, housekeeping didn't supply clean towels and face cloth nor was the room cleaned the next day unless you called the front desk to ask for that service.

Clean room. And good amenities- used the gym multiple times. Front desk staff was good along with food service. My toilet broke during my stay and did not get fixed for a whole day, and I had to raise the incident 3 times.

Receiving bad info upon calling hotel prior to choosing the hotel. We went to the Brookhaven Cherry Blossom Festival and selected this hotel due to phone conversation with hotel that supposedly checked to see if a shuttle ran from the hotel to the festival and that parking would be reduced to $15/day. Only to find on arrival no shuttle and parking was $25/day.

Very disappointing on cleanliness and quality level. I would not recommend. Also the first room they gave me was worse and i asked to be moved. I felt very disrespected during the check in process with the lady being rude, intrusive, and nice nasty. As I approached the counter there was no greeting just “ id and form of payment” First of all why are you asking for both before greeting and asking my name! I truly felt suspicious of her wanting to hold my card as if she was trying to capture the image on their camera or something. I was asked to write down my email for my receipt and as I’m writing she is thoroughly reading my info on my id card!!!!!!!! It was late and I was so tired from traveling I let it slide but now I regret not saying anything to her. After the checking in nightmare I go to my room which was clean however, the mattress was lumpy and full of springs. My husband and I kept the room because again it was late and we had an early morning so we did not have time to go back and forth with the receptionist. I would not stay here again based on that receptionist and the low quality worn out mattress. Hyatt do better!

The check-in/out process was easy and the staff was very nice! The main issue I had was not having a microwave in my room. The floor that I stayed on (6th) had one near the elevator, but that was a bit of an inconvenience to have to walk around there to heat food up! The nightly room rate definitely warrants having a microwave in each room, c’mon now!

The room was clean just missing the bathrobes. Breakfast was horrible $25 voucher per person no one mentioned and they advertised 7 days a week buffet but there was no buffet. Staff in the restaurant unprofessional, and don’t know the food on the menu. I ordered chicken sausage came out pork and manger told me it was chicken … food unseasoned and waited and hour for it. Manager told me it was okay that I waited an hour. I also ordered a latte and water that never came, and after speaking to the waitress multiple time on how to fix the food the unprofessional chef still came out asking questions. They didn't clean tables immediately after people left. And after the hour food still came out wrong. Worse experience ever will never book there again.

I did not have breakfast but the stay was amazing. The beds were a little hard but the room was super clean only thing was the way the shower door are made water was every where and everything was dialed after we couldn’t get dressed in the bathroom. Overall fantastic stay though.

No sheets or extra blankets for pull out bed. Had to request them once we go back to room and wait some time which it was already close to midnight. The front desk did send some but told us they had to be requested upon our arrival.

The only thing I can suggest is updating the bathrooms to really bring it to that 4 star quality.

The room was clean ans spacious but the bathroom door in the bottom corner looks like it got wet from the shower. Did not like that ice machines were on certain floors only. The food for the breakfast buffet was good but really expensive. I had to park across the street in the parking garage that anyone could park in while i paid to park in their garage.

There was a fire alarm that went off the last night we were there. We had both already had a very busy few days away and needed to go to bed early to get ready for the long drive home. The fire alarm caused us to have to wake up and get dressed to come stand downstairs for a while waiting to be able to go back in. We were never even told what was going on.

The hotel, and room were very clean. House keepers checked on us daily. Parking was very easy attached to the hotel. I liked the shopping mall and different restaurants near by. Truist Park only 18 minutes away, that we attend a concert there. My only complaint was my daughter wanted to purchase a bottle of water at 3;00 am because her throat was dry. The girl at front desk didn’t sell it to her because she had did her inventory for the night, so she gave my daughter a bottle of water from the back office. She just kept telling my daughter about her inventory which was unprofessional.

Everything was great, from the early check in accommodation to check out. All staff were super nice and helpful. I will definitely be staying here again when I am back in town!

The hotel lobby was pretty. The micro fridge in the room barely kept things cold. The pull out bed was really uncomfortable. The room (carpet had stains) and especially the bathroom was not clean. Bathroom by the restaurant did not have soap for two days or possibly even longer, even after I mentioned it to staff. $25 breakfast buffet is not worth the money. Coffee was good. Check out is 1hr later than most hotels which is nice.

We enjoyed our stay. The property was very nice. We had a couple of complaints - one is that there was mold in the shower. I feel like this is almost a common occurrence now a days, but that doesn’t mean it should be normalized. Also, our door didn’t deadbolt or lock all the way. You could literally open it without the room key. Also, parking costs $16 a night which threw us for a loop. When you pay for somewhere to stay you just assume parking would be included. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious.

Bathroom didn't feel clean. Peeling paint in the shower stall ceiling and mildewy tile floor. Front desk staff acted like I was doing them a favor by staying there.

Room smelled moldy and was kind of dirty. Expected better for a 4 star hotel, was definitely more of a 2.5 star hotel.

The hotel was immaculate, the area was extremely quiet, and the parking garage prices were reasonable compared to other hotels. The pool was really nice although I wish someone would’ve cleaned all the bugs out. The only thing people should be mindful of is that the hotel is not walkable to anything but there are restaurants & a mall within a very short ride.

Certainly did not match my expectation of a Hyatt. Even though they responded quickly, the toilet did not function properly. It would not flush. All the furniture was scratched. There was a big gash in the wood in front of the drawers. Plaster on the bathroom wall where they had replaced the toilet placeholder was not smoothed off. The towel racks were just short bars that did not hold the towels. There was no place for a washcloth in the shower.The room felt damp most of the time. And odors of some kind of cover-up lingered.

We rented 2 rooms. One was perfect, the other had an odor. The staff was understanding and took care of out issue. It is a fairly quiet hotel. Food was ok, nothing special. It was very clean. Overall I would stay there again.

The only thing I didn’t like was the expensive parking fee.

Our next room had less mold, which is also documented, the air conditioning didn’t turn off. It was kept at 58° and running the entire time, the maids went through our room with a do not disturb sign on the door, they clean the room, but we did have medication and such in there that we don’t know if there was stuff touched or missing, etc.

It was an excellent stay. We had a minor issue and when reported the front desk clerk took care of it right away. Now that is service. Even when we called down to ask for towels, within five minutes, we had it. Hands down the best customer service yet. Thanks!

Stuff went over and beyond to accommodate me in an emergency situation! I am forever grateful all staff were bubbly and friendly! Rooms were so nice and everything was so clean!

My room had a moldy mildew smell when we checked in. I informed the front desk and housekeeping. I asked could I switch rooms but was told the hotel was packed. She did refund my parking and sprayed lysol. That didn't mask the smell and everytime I walked into my room it was horrible.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room had a little wear and tear from use but overall it was a nice stay.

Loved this place.. Very convenient to everything … For the price it would be nice to have a free breakfast buffet for the guest.

Beautiful and comfortable

Very nice/helpful staff, good breakfast, comfortable bed, good gym. My only complaint is the $18 parking fee. There is no reason for it over the weekend. Other than that I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very clean, comfortable property, located in a very quiet part of town. Friendly staff, comfy bed and pillows. Do not order a rollaway bed, as you will not get it, due to fire safety reasons. Lastly, pool was dirty. Pieces of debris and very cloudy water. Wouldn't get in it.

Made a reservation for 1 room for 5 guests. On the app, it said roll out bed available upon request. Obviously we would need one since there were 5 guests. We were told that we wouls have to get a different room and pay almost $100 more just to get a roll out bed. We declined and 5th guest slept in the floor. There were 3 towels only in bathroom and the shower was some dirty. The property itself was beautiful, but the amenities were lacking

Staff was great, not enough parking.

After a 12 hour drive, the hotel was like an oasis - beautiful and refreshing. We were too tired to go out but the bar and grill had excellent food, great service, and a very cool vibe. Property was immaculate, front desk welcoming, and the beds high quality. Would definitely stay here again.

Ice machines are only on a few floors. Our room was clean but the bathroom walls and the piece of furniture housing the refrigerator and TV and drawers looked like a dog had chewed them.

It's truly unfortunate that I have to rate poorly for this property, esp. given that this was my second stay with them during the course of this calendar year. It was because of that first time, and the excellent experience that my family and I had that compelled me to stay there again. The receptionist on my first night there was not hospitable at all. Upon walking up to check in, she neither greeted me nor asked me the usual question of asking for my reservation details - information which I simply supplied without prompt. Her overall attitude was a bad one, and quite surprising since I tend to stay at Hyatt properties, and I don't encounter this level of poor hospitality. Her bad attitude continued when I called the front desk asking them about the sundry items that are in the bathroom and the fact that there was a small, used bottle of lotion that was left and not cleaned prior to our entering into the room. The room also felt a bit older than the room I stayed in back in January, and the sinks (both bathroom and shower) were a bit clogged with water after only about 10 seconds of running water. I purchased 2 bottles of water that first night, and the girl charged me 4 (something I only discovered the day of checkout). Everyone else I encountered at this property were fine, and friendly, but the first night's experience with this receptionist, coupled with the room (albeit mild) was enough to have me feel disinclined to stay here again.

The hotel was clean, quiet, and relaxing and the staff was very polite and professional at all times.

The lobby of the hotel was beautiful but the rooms were not well kept. The carpet was dirty, the bathroom door in room 635 was hard to open or close. You can see scuff mark on the walls the shower grout between the tile was not clean well. There were guess smoking marijuana in the parking multiple times throughout the day. I probably won't stay here again.

We really enjoyed the location of the hotel. It was a restful stay.

Well-constructed property in a serene, quiet setting. My room had a nice view of the garden. It was quiet much of the time. There was an event booked outside but still was mostly tolerable in terms of noise and it ended timely for the evening. Bed was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, there was a large stain in the carpet on arriving which looked set-in and the shower curtain looked like it had never been changed; it was yellowed on over half of it. I declined housekeeping except for this one request; she said she would take care of it and that never happened. My only other issue was the parking; was not aware that it was $16/night until arriving and no alternative parking. The arm was broken as well, so it looked like anyone could park for free, but since I honestly shared that I was parking there, then I was charged? Seems an unfair business practice. Location was not far from the highway and relatively close to a decent selection of businesses in the Perimeter/Ashford-Dunwoody area. Overall, an acceptable stay.

Didn’t like that I ordered a Margarita in the Barrel restaurant and bar and was charged extremely high price for the drink. If they were going to give me a specialty margarita they should have given me the opportunity to approve or disapprove the purchase.

Room was nice!! Parking was an added expense but worth it in the safety aspect.

The lack of amenities in comparison to the average Comfort Suites, or a similar hotel, was surprising for a hotel that looked this nice. It was always really noisy at random intervals throughout my stay, whether that was people talking in other rooms or doors constantly opening and slamming shut. The bathroom also seemed to not have a working fan, so I think mold was growing on the bathroom ceiling?

For me and my family. Sheets. Etc. shower door broke (glass door) when getting in shower
