Stayed at the Hyatt on 265 Peachtree. Room was clean & adequate for our one night stay. Hot shower, comfortable bed. Price was very reasonable & located within walking distance to the Americas Mart which is why we stayed here. We had wanted to eat in the Sway restaurant on the top of the Hyatt but didn't know prior reservations were needed & you could not call you had to go to the restaurant to see if there was availability. We chose to eat in the buffet style eatery on the lobby floor. It was OK & waitestaff were all friendly & efficient. There was also a large bar area but we did not go there. We had a learning curve about the elevators. As our room was not located in the main building but another building so we had to solicite help to find our room & take a different elevator to get there. Parking was available underground at the hotel for $60 a day & well worth it for convenience & safety. Would definately stay here again.

I had injured my leg the day before we arrived. But when we arrived they put me in a wheel chair and they carried all our luggage up for me and my husband. They helped me find a rental scooter. The restaurant staff even asked to carry my plate to our table because I couldn’t hold the plate and try to hold on to chairs to get back to our table. Our room was so clean and we were so comfortable. Great staff. Perfect down town location.

This staff was more than helpful and willing to assist. Everyone was kind and eager to assist. The beds were dirty and the room was not throughly cleaned prior to my arrival.

I enjoyed my stay. The location was spectacular. The room was odd but comfortable as I was traveling solo. The frosted window from the bathroom to the sleeping area was weird and wouldn’t have been ideal if I hadn’t been traveling solo. But it was great for the business trip I was on.

Staff was great and very helpful from valet to the desk to bellman, bar and restaurant. The type of room I had reserved were all given away when I checked in. Instead of giving a refund, they offered an upgrade to a 2 room suite with a balcony, which I happily accepted. It made my week long working trip much more stress free. The bathroom in the suite was surprisingly small, but had everything I needed. Loved my morning Nespresso.

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous and very clean. Great price. This is such an upscale hotel and located in a great spot. The attendant that check us in, was not so friendly. He was actually going to check another couple in ahead of us and he knew we were there first. And when we asked a common question about continental breakfast, he sniggered as if it was a stupid question. Overall we will definitely stay here every time we stay in Atlanta.

The moment we arrived the Guest Services people were accommodating, welcoming and supportive. The lobby staff and hospitality attendants were friendly, did a great job and happy to help. I thought the bar was great, best grilled cheese and tomato soup in the South, the bar and restaurant staff great, the restaurant food is okay/good. The location was perfect for us and we enjoyed a large room with a balcony. Good stuff, representing Atlanta very well.

The shower wasn’t cleaned properly before our stay. There was hair stuck to the shower walls. One of the water bottles in the room already had its seal broken and was previously opened. Someone probably drank it and then filled it back up with sink water and put the lid back on. The bed was okay, not very comfortable. It was a priced decently.

The staff at the front desk never seemed bothered assisting me or the other guest asking questions or for assistance!

Surprisingly the Hyatt did not live up to my expectations. The rooms left a lot to be desired. This one my first time staying at this Hyatt location and will be my last at Hyatt in general; I just don’t see the value in the stay; other than location convenience.

I could not believe the breakfast it was not your usual. It was complete with an omelette bar and anything really you could imagine for breakfast. The room was nice and comfortable, and there was a nice feature down on the bedframe when you stepped off at night in the dark lights would come on right there for your feet to help you navigate. And there was enough lighting in the room.

We used to stay at this property a lot, but haven't in years because we haven't needed to be in downtown Atlanta. It was just as good as we remember it or even better. All the staff were very, very nice. The valets were exceptional. The location was very convenient for our needs this trip. The hotel was well kept and very quiet except for occasional street noise and that was the fault of the folks with really loud vehicles. We slept great. We'll definitely go back in we need to be in downtown again.

Valet parking and room check-in were very easy. The location is great. There are plenty of attractions within walking distance of the hotel. Dinner and drinks at Polaris was exceptional. I couldn't think of anything negative that I could say about this visit. I enjoyed everything. The hotel was clean, and everything was in good working order in the room.

Romm was clean, breakfast was good, although the process a little convoluted. Parking was inconvenient due to Hyatt providing event parking and over booking their garage, so we had to park in overflow down the street.

When I come to ATL, this is my home away from home!

The beds were in poor shape, hard in several places, costing my guest and myself to lose a decent night's sleep. The bathtub was extremely small, hard to get into, and lacking any handrails to assure our safety while showering. The ad featured the use of computer resources; none were available. The room rented was at a premium cost, as I intended to treat my guest to a fancy stay in a quality hotel. Shame on you, Hyatt Regency Atlanta!

I booked a stay at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The rooms look very outdated, and the carpet felt extremely dusty and had a bad odor. The bed was squeaky, which made it uncomfortable to sleep. On top of that, the bathroom shower was awful, with very weak water pressure. Overall, the room did not meet my expectations.

The property was in a fantastic location downtown only 2 blocks from a live music restaurant. We were also able to see a parade coming through downtown from our balcony. I didn’t like seeing the homeless in close proximity to the hotel.

The room was dirty. There was hair in the shower and a lot of discoloration on the floor. The description says a shower/bath combo but it is just a shower. The bed is HORRIBLE. It is probably as comfortable as a sidewalk to sleep on. The air conditioning in the room didn’t work well so it was always hot in the room. The toilets are LOUD, you will hear all those around you being flushed. Parking is either valet or self parking in a sketchy garage, both are expensive. Overall I don’t recommend this room at all. The only this it has going for it would be the location. Personally I will never stay at the Hyatt again. Trust me when I say keep looking and avoid this property.

We checked in as a bus load of students arrived and were told due to a convention, our room we originally reserved was not available. Our check in agent Julie quickly worked to find us another room and held our luggage while it was quickly prepared. We enjoyed a drink at the bar in the beautiful lobby and Julie called within 20 minutes to say the room was ready. Excellent service on a very chaotic day for their staff.

Location I have secured room with 2 queen beds with balcony months prior to the concert. At time of arrival, they gave my room away and gave me a room with 1 queen bed with a “roof” view. The customer service rep states they are the sold the same price. I paid $292 for 1 night in a room I picked to match my comfort. Instead, I was given a $150 priced room and was told it’s for same price. Laughable service and unfair treatment. Do better Hyatt!

My room was switched at the last minute so recvd a smaller bed and no balcony option . The room was very small

The workers were very nice. The AC didn't work or you couldn't tell. I set it to 65 before leaving for a concert and when i got back it was still 73. When we got back it was 1am and we desperately wanted to go to bed.The outlets on the left side of the bed didn't work either.

Was staying on the 14th floor and on Saturday night from 11p to 4a there were cars racing up and down the streets and people screaming outside. The area around the hotel is central but there are many unhoused people on the streets close by.

Th air conditioner didn’t work and spent the weekend in an 80 degree room. Maintenance came and after an hour working on it they said the motor was bad. I’ve been trying to contact the front desk all day but that seems to be impossible. I will never stay here again. I’ll go back to my normal hotel in ATL the Hilton Inn.

This hotel was gorgeous!! I loved the courtyard feel of the inside of the hotel with all the trellises on each floor and the lighted elevators. The room was immaculate and very comfortable. My friend and I went up to the rooftop bar for a drink and caught the sunset over the city. Wow! I would definitely stay here if I was in Atlanta again!

Check in was delightful from the minute we drove up, from the valet, doorman, baggage personnel, front desk to housekeeping. Lounge personnel were exceptional for the deluge of people they had during IU playoff! Great experience at Hyatt Regency Atlanta downtown.

Balcony was great

I was disappointed with the deluxe room with balcony. They put us on the second floor. The view from the balcony was one of construction and a covered pool no Atlanta Skyline. I paid almost 700. For a less than average hotel room. When I spoke to the hotel desk they reminded me that I had went through a third party (Expedia). They told me they couldn’t put anywhere else because a game that was going on.

From the moment I arrived, I was treated extremely rudely by the staff. The older woman behind the front desk will cut you off, as she did multiple times during multiple occasions to me, if she even begins to suspect you’re about to ask her for something. Additionally, I found multiple used pimple patches and an empty container of menstrual medication in my bathroom

We wait at least about 2 hours for our vehicle in the valet parking.. everyone else was getting they vehicles before us ... plus they had our name wrong on the ticket.

Very clean and beautiful hotel! Staff was very friendly too! Parking was a little confusing but I also didn’t read up on it before we got there. Valet only is the tunnel under the hotel. Cheaper parking is down the street. Will definitely stay here again!

Staff - they processed the security deposit transaction even though there were no damages reported. Now they won’t give me the $75 back. I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone and no one is helping. All they are telling me to do is WAIT!!!! I’m on vacation, I shouldn’t be worrying about this from a big hotel chain. Horrible customer service.

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous! The staff was amazing as well. The rooms were very beautiful and clean. However I would greatly recommend the linens be reconsidered. They were very hard and stiff. Also very thin. I was very disappointed in the bedding. I was freezing and you could literally hear the sheets crunching all night long.

My stay was really nice. The staff and rooms are cozy and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Reservation says four and there were only accommodations for two. When called front desk and asked for more, was told they were shortstaffed and they only had sheets available and she would have to go down to the basement to get them when she could. They weren’t providing to us until we went 15 floors downstairs to retrieve them ourselves.

For the price of the breakfast it was mediocre, very limited items, no variation for coffee drinkers, but heres the kicker the server dropped a mug on the floor it fell rim down and he placed it back on the zbrlc

Our stay here was incredible. The customer service was top tier, the room was clean and well maintained. The atrium was absolutely beautiful. Don't skip out on the 22 Storys restaurant for late night bites. They serve an amazing spicy chicken sandwich and the drinks are poured heavily. There is also a mall connected to the hotel with plenty of other food options and a CVS. I would absolutely recommend staying here and will do so in the future.

Options near by. We did it in the AAA parking garage. Breakfast was good. Very near to aquarium and world of Coca Cola and easy transportation around. Good restaurants around too. Nothing to complain. Nice and helpful staff at the hotel.

This hotel does not offer parking for its guest, you must pay 65$ for valet every time you want to park at the property unless you find cheaper parking else where which then you would have to walk a block or more to get to you’re hotel. The rooms are not noise proof, you can hear your neighbors talk and you can hear cars on the street and mind you we were on the 11th floor. They also gave us a shared room (doors in the walls that connects to a different room) without asking us if we were okay with it. They also gave us “complimentary water” which charged us 4 dollars each because we weren’t HYATT VIP members.

The family and I loved our stay at the Hyatt in Atlanta. It was close by to main attractions, it had a beautiful view of the downtown area and it was very clean, modern and great amentities and staff! Would recommend 100% and do plan on returning!

In the heart of everything downtown

Worse hotel I’ve stayed at by far. Booked because I wanted valet parking and upon booking valet and a 24 hour store located on site seemed like a win until …. I got there it was like a club entrance people smoking weed and drunks all over. No valet parking is $35 extra and 2 blocks away no store was available closed since Covid I was told. Lobby smelled of alcohol and weed. I have small children and was very uncomfortable. Sheila was a terrible check in person no compassion at all very rude and basically wasn’t her problem . Never again and I expected more due to the Hyatt regency reputation they are nothing compared to Chicago Hyatt Regency I have had parties there . Do not stay here unless your here to party downtown Atlanta and have no kids and like weed smoke and loud noise until clubs close at 2am

Room was great, very comfortable. Was in the Radius Tower, lovely view & room had a nice layout. 22 Stories has great food & service was great even late on Christmas night. Staff were all very nice.

Shower in 1410 needed cleaning. Mildew in the wall tiles. Consider using e-tip for housekeeping. Customer can scan a QR code and leave a tip. Had no cash and didn’t have the energy to look for an 🏧. Everything else was fine.

The Valet team and the staff who helped with my luggage were the only highlights of my stay—they were friendly, efficient, and truly went above and beyond. Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing. I’ve never stayed at a Hyatt this bad. The experience was far from luxury, and the front desk staff were rude and unwelcoming. Overall, the hotel did not meet the standards I expect from the Hyatt brand. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Our room was immaculate, very well maintained and offered a nice view of the city. The bed was very comfortable and modern. We also enjoyed dinner at the lobby bar and highly recommend both the Peach Ginger cocktail and the brisket sandwich. Overall, it was an outstanding stay. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

This was the weekend of the Celebration Bowl aka the HBCU national championship. This is a hotel I have stayed at before and had no issues but that day was awful. As I was sitting down eating food I purchased from Pappadeaux earlier, a gentleman and I decided to have a sit and just chat about football and get a drink while enjoy the vibes There is a bar in the middle of the floor along with a restaurant next to it. As I was sitting down this Nigerian/African guy wearing a small jacket bald headed 5’8-160lbs walks up to me in a extreme rude tone and delivery saying “ YOU NEED TO GO ,GET YOUR STUFF N LEAVE” Now mind you I’m not bothering anyone to the point I needed to be talked to and disrespected like that. He proceeded to walked up on me as I asked him who he was talking and he began to invade my personal space of course as a man I’m not backing down and of course now everyone was wondering what’s up with this guy. He leaves and returns with a younger security guard and said “ HIM “👉 pointing at me “ I want him gone” The younger security guard walks up to me politely and asked me what was going on I said nothing I don’t know what’s his problem. So he proceeds to say well we don’t allow outside food in this area due to a liability and a restaurant in the bar area. I said well of course I didn’t know that other than that I wouldn’t have did it especially by me liking the hotel. Part 2 comin

The room had a door in common with another guest’s suite. The other guest was actually a large group of people that seemed to be conducting business for a company at all hours of day and into 10-11 pm. Did not enjoy being stuck next to this group people who had clearly rented out numerous adjoining rooms the last of which had a door in common with my room. Unpleasant stay.

It was a good property and updated physical plant. The thing that was very disappointing was that Valet was full and the valet staff on Friday December 5th was overwhelmed and told me there was no room to valet. They sent us with vague directions to an offsite parking and expected us to carry bags from the off site. Thankfully I pressed them on that and unloaded at the hotel. If not I would have had a 9 minute walk to the property with my luggage. Terribly not planned for a busy weekend. I had to either walk or rent a scooter to get to car daily. This morning when I left at 5:00am with it dark it wasn’t the safest. This is my main complaint. Other than this the property and staff were good. Just think figuring out better options for parking on a big weekend is crucial to the customer experience and safety.

No parking..the lot was full ..they didn't even want us to park in front and unload bags. We had to park 2 blocks away and walk with luggage

I came in to celebrate my birthday and everywhere I needed to visit was with in mins it was clean amazing view of the city especially at night I would stay again and very affordable

I could not connect to room wifi which made it impossible to complete what i was in town for. I was not able to adjust temperature to my likeness which was weird.

The location is unique but not very safe because I encountered 3 homeless people in side the building begging for money and my husband also encountered another guy who said missed his flight and was seated on the floor asking for money

The hotel’s location is excellent, and everything was very clean. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, which I really appreciated. However, the breakfast was quite limited for the price of the hotel — I expected more variety. Also, the hotel’s restaurant, Polaris, was said to be “fully booked,” yet when we went, it was almost empty, which was confusing. It would be great if the hotel offered a reserved space for guests staying there to dine more conveniently.

Front desk staff was super nice. The room was a little underwhelming for the price. Our door had been repainted over layers of paint that had peeled but had not been sanded smooth, so that wasn’t a good look. I was surprised we could hear so much street noise on the 21st floor. The Hyatt parking garage was extremely sketchy - I was shocked that Hyatt would actually put its name on it. There was no elevator, parts were boarded up, and there was a liquor store with crime bars in the front corner of the garage!!
