Easy, friendly check- in. Our room was immaculate. The only thing that might bother folks is a background drumming-like noise. Our room was at the end of the hall, next to a room marked staff only. We think the low rumbling might have been laundry machines. It was not enough to bother us but was quite puzzling on the first day.

Overall, the property was good. The sofa was starting to look worn and stained and could use replacement soon. The sheet on the sofa bed had a small rip and no additional blanket was provided for it.

Most everything! The front desk guy was wonderful! Cheerful and bubbly and very helpful! Not enough parking. A trucker took up 4 spots and made it impossible not to take a charging spot.

The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and comfortable, with the exception of the pillows, which never seem right when traveling. 😀 Appreciated the breakfasts. Parking was challenging at times. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

I loved the spacious suite room we had. The bed was comfortable & the bathroom was clean with a lovely shower. I appreciated the black out curtains for sleeping in. The kitchen was convenient to use. We will stay again when we come to Braves games! Luggage carts were difficult to steer

The receptionist noticed as I was walking up on a crutch with a knee injury that he was going to accommodate me by putting me in a lower room like the one I was .. I thought it was the sweetest! They didn’t have any wheelchairs or equipment for handicap just in case so I rode in on luggage cart and they didn’t have a word to say .. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The fact they don’t have walkers or wheelchairs to accommodate handicapped .

Large area for dog walking

Clean room,great staff. I let the front desk know that I'm allergic to dog hair and they were able to accommodate me to a floor with no pets.

Reservation procedure was not handled correctly at my initial check-in. The room that they finally gave me walls were dirty. Did not have wash clothes. The faucet in the sink in the bathroom was loose. Some of the lightbulbs didn’t work.

We had a lovely stay. The room had a king bed, a pullout sofa, full-sized fridge, cooktop, dishwasher and a good sized bathroom and shower. I was impressed with the accomodations. I would have preferred to have smart TVs in the room. They have directTV but the commercials are out of control, so I wish I had the option to log into my streaming services. Also, The tile around the pool was very slippery. Otherwise, it was exactly what we needed.

Carpeting in our room needed cleaning. Bathroom was clean and well organized with fresh towels, but our room’s air conditioner was very noisy. Breakfast was very good and staff at the front desk were helpful.

We chose this hotel due to being close to Truist park. The size of the room was impressive and I loved having a full sized fridge. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic hotel me and my son was well taken care of and the room we had was outstanding except the sofa bed it was absolutely awful but it’s not the hotels fault I just wish I could have you to a 2 queen bed room and I wasn’t ask by anyone if I wanted to upgrade but completely alright because the stay was fabulous and I will stay there again when we come watch another Braves game so thanks for the hospitality and thanks to the very nice employees that was working during my and my sons stay again Thank you and May God bless you abundantly

The hotel was clean friendly staff my only issue was the shuttle my husband and I was in town for a Atl Braves game and our name was written down on the list to board the shuttle. The problem came when the driver of the shuttle did not go by the list and basically went by first come first serve which excluded me and my husband out we had to end up using Uber to and from the game.

Everything was excellent! The valet service to the game was top tier!

The bed was also not comfortable at all. And there were lumps in the sheets, probably in the small blanket but still uncomfortable. The staff was pleasant and always greeted you when you arrived. Breakfast was free, and it was fine? What we normally expect from a hotel free breakfast

The property was very clean and the staff was very friendly. They also offer complimentary popcorn, cookies and cold lime water. When the address is plugged into the Google Maps it takes you back onto the highway. Also our rooms door was very loose to the point we could only lock the top flap. And the door was loose on the shower.

For the price we paid for two rooms, I was very disappointed in the condition of both. They were both a bit outdated. The baseboard was peeling off of the wall, the cabinet door that opened to where the fridge was stored was rotting. One of the rooms had closet doors and one did not. Our room did not have an ironing board, but the other did. The sheets and comforter felt like plastic. It just overall was an okay stay. I would probably try to stay somewhere else next time we are in that area.

At check-in, the staff was very kind and welcoming. However, being 11 pm, we were given an ADA room, which to me, screamed "bottom of the barrel" in room choices. We paid for an Expedia package of air fare/rental car/hotel. The a/c in that ADA room was so loud that we quickly turned around and went back to the front desk for a new room. We were given another room on the same floor (2 out of 6 floors), that wasn't ADA designated, but it was pretty clear to me that the rooms need some TLC and upgrading. The bed quality is always the 1st to go in any hotel, and this was no exception. Mushy and soft. Rooms were not as clean as it could have been as seen by hairs on the bathroom floor and such. The bathroom door handle was broken. The closet door's tracks were broken so the door would not close. Some of the electrical outlets did not work. We were never up early enough to try the breakfast, so I can't speak on that. But, I did go work out at the gym and there were plenty of treadmills and even sanitizing wipes to wipe down the equipment after use. Parking was free, but something was going on in ATL that weekend we were there (April 24 - 26) and it was clearly a sold out hotel. We were attending an Atlanta Opera performance on April 25, so we picked this hotel due to its close proximity to the venue. Check-out was also smooth. Staff was lovely.

Very clean property from lobby to rooms. Staff were great and very helpful especially when we realized we forgot 2 necessities. They have a bar that is open every evening. Hot breakfast was delicious and included. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel seems to be very well kept and maintained. Our room was nice. Bathroom was very clean. In my opinion, there should be more lights in the room. The lamps don’t provide great lighting. The breakfast was okay. Great variety of choices. We didn’t get to use most of the amenities due to time.

I like the room size and comfort of the room. The location allows easy access to the highway and there are plenty of great restaurants in the area. This hotel is a great value for the cost. I enjoyed my stay! Well, I have been staying at this hotel for several years. Once a year I visit the Atlanta Dogwood Art Festival and I stay here. I was very disappointed in the H Bar food I ordered one evening when I did not want to go out. The food changed over the years and I will most likely not buy food from the H Bar again. It was not fresh and not worth the money.

We had to park in an office building parking deck next door for overflow and walk back across the lot to where the hotel was. Definitely an inconvenience!

Close to attractions 2 hour delay on room! All guests were irritated! Poor management and then we downgraded rooms because we had a weeding nearby and needed to change and get ready! Poor poor management! Shame on the customer service staff as well…offer a $15 discount and we have to downgrade! Get real! Last stay at Hyatt house! Do better Hyatt! Not up to standards.

Good breakfast options. My sons and I were in the pool daily. It was warm and refreshing. We got fresh towels and housekeeping without asking. My flight was stuck on tarmac for two hours and staff was accommodating letting us check in later.

Location I paid for the bigger suite with a view and we were given the room for a person with a disability. Disappointed! Not much of sound barrier with children running up and down the halls screaming late late at night and 6am. We were on a vacation and did not get much sleep.

I love all the amenities, the quietness , the ambiance was peaceful, the area was around everything and anything. The design of the room is perfect like having a little condo for the length of your stay! The outlets on the lamps didn’t work.

Me and my husband enjoyed our stay. I booked a trip for his birthday. I do recommend that you add the birthday package for an additional $50. It was amazing. All the staff was really nice and kind. The cleaning staff was very patient and the food was delicious.

Super nice hotel but mismanaged laundry as there were not enough towels in our room or in the pool area. And speaking of mismanaged, a group of mothers let their pack of wild girls scream in the pool for 2hours Saturday night while they sat outside and drank.

Very convenient location to Cumberland Mall and lots of shops and eateries

The room was clean and almost perfectly kept in good condition. Towels were thick and plush and the bathroom ventilation actually worked. We got in late so we couple advantage of the Happy Hour or billiards. Breakfast was good but they had a hard time keeping all the foods stocked due to many guests attending breakfast at the same time.

Checked in a little late and was welcomed by friendly front desk associates. I stayed in the suite with the full refrigerator.. excellent choice. Small issues not worth the mention on here spoke with FDA when I left. Super choice and stay. The accommodations were great.

Breakfast was good but ladies put chairs in doorways so u couldn’t get coffee until 7 silly buck and a quarter for a room and should be able to have a coffee (there was a pot in the room, but no coffee or creamer, etc. to go with it. And parking was ridiculous. You couldn’t get in and go anywhere and they’re wondering enough spots for all the cars.

We’ve stayed at the Dunwoody location and because it’s closer to the city, there are extra fees and the breakfast is smaller but they have an omelette station. The only complaint we have this stay is that the fire alarm went off twice, there was no communication of what was happening. We went down the first time with our kids. Then it went off again an hour later with the alarms staying on longer.

My 11-year-old daughter was absolutely disgusted and distressed by the bugs, making the room completely unusable for our family stay. I immediately went to the front desk and spoke with an employee named Siri (spelling approximate). I reported the ladybug infestation and requested a different room. Hotel's Inadequate Response: Siri stated the hotel was "at capacity" and no other rooms were available When I asked what solution they could provide, he responded "I don't know" No apology was offered for the unacceptable room condition The only compensation offered was allowing us to take complimentary items from the hotel store (I took a bag of popcorn, my daughter took a Twix bar) This "compensation" is completely inadequate for being unable to use the room we paid for Impact on My Stay: I was unable to use Room 209 at all - we did not sleep there, did not store belongings there, did not use any amenities I was forced to make alternative sleeping arrangements with my twin brother's family who were also staying at the hotel My daughter and I essentially paid for a hotel room we could not use!

Bathroom walk in shower drained into the middle of the bathroom. Made BR floor wet and slippery. No hair drier in room and took walking to the front desk to ask management to find one. No restaurant or bar in hotel, only microwave food.

They made everything seamless, communicated clearly and efficiently, and overall so sweet, patient, and understanding. Always look forward to staying here bc I know the staff is lovely!

The property wasnt bad. Upgrades definitely need to be made in the rooms. Overall it was a comfortable stay, but i did expect more. Ive stayed at a Hyatt House before, with nicer rooms.

Not terrible for staying here one night but would not want to stay here for longer than one night. Breakfast is okay but you get what you pay for. Probably won’t choose to stay at this hotel again.

Limited parking caused us to park off-site. The surrounding area is not the greatest so I felt uneasy about having my vehicle parked off the hotel property. Turned out not to be an issue but more on-site parking is still needed.

The only issue we had was someone was smoking weed nearby and it carried into our room through the vents. Other than that, the staff was great and the room was nice, especially for the price!

We asked for a pack and play which they’re advertised to have but they said to wait until morning for house keeping to arrive and then said the house keeping doesn’t know where it is so our baby had to sleep on the bed with us. We also asked house keeping to make the sofa bed 3 times to which they said they would and they never did. Not the best experience but thankfully we were not at our hotel for most of the day.

Hyatt House Cobb Galleria was a great stay! The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly, and the rooms were spacious. The lighting setup was a little odd, but nothing major. Good parking and super close to Truist Park — I’d definitely stay here again!

Sink was clogged when I arrived and they never fixed it and said they couldn't switch my room. They only have house keeping 3 days out the week. And they didn't even have King size sheets avaliable for me to change it myself so they gave me queen size sheets and I had make bed myself each night. Had take out trash myself to dumpster outside. Plus they are scammers. They charged my card 3 times! Day I arrived. Day after I checked out then 1 week later. I will NEVER stay there again.

Staff was great, room was clean, however the smell of weed overrun our room from the ventilation system. This will be an ongoing issue with more states being accepted in the recreational use of Marijuana. Having little kid's around with this is not what I want them to get use to smelling. We all had a great time.

Elevators were out of service. We are 73 years old and could not get a room on the 1st floor. Had to carry bags upstairs.

Casi perfecto todo, el desayuno si vale la pena, bien preparado y siempre listo, el estacionamiento hay suficiente, lo único que no le di 5 starts porque pedimos unas cosas antes de llegar y no la cumplieron y lo otro es que no hubo gel de baño cuando llegamos y cuando pedimos la limpieza tampoco lo recargaron, pero es algo muy básico, de resto súper, muchas gracias.

The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. My family enjoyed the indoor pool and billiards table. The breakfast was very good and well maintained. Our only problem was being so close to the interstate so it was loud, and our doors slammed shut and were hard to lock.

Price per night is slightly higher than it should be in my opinion but would stay again.

I didn't have any pets, nor did I make it to breakfast. The entire staff was so polite and helpful during my stay. I had a few hiccups, but management was swift with taking care of my needs. Mr. Fitz apologized for my inconveniences and immediately addressed my issues. The maintenance guy was quick and thorough with all my issues. Donovan, the maintenance guy, knows his stuff. He explained everything he was doing as to not have me wondering why. I appreciate that. The kind lady who works at the front desk during the day is "the face" for Hyatt. She always treated me like I mattered. I do wish that the televisions were more updated so guests can stream movies. The beds were so comfortable. I slept like a baby. I'd recommend this property.

Our room was very outdated and dirty.

It was more than I was expecting. Toilet was broken, but they did fix it right away. I enjoyed the closeness of places to eat, shop. Enjoyed playing pool. I most definitely will be staying there again and again.

Was great for location for where i needed to be and the price was fair. The HVAC system in the room was loud, if you were to watch tv it would be so loud you can hear it oitside the door. You can walk sown the hallway and hear everyones tv. At night and during the day you can hear the room doors slamming because the doors auto shut hard after opening. You have to call the front desk to get the room cleaned, this is not automatic here and they dont tell you this. I stay for a few weeks for my job. Other than that everything else was great but the weekends the hotel becomes a packed house full of party goers.

One of the primary reasons I selected to stay at this location was because of the facilities they had on site. I was traveling for business and I wanted to get laundry done so that my clothes were not wrinkled. When I arrived the night that I checked in, I asked about the laundry facility and was informed that the washer and dryer work on quarters only and that the front desk would normally be in charge of making change but they didn't have any at the time and that the first shift would be able to accommodate me. I had a business meeting in the morning, but not early, so I agreed. But when I came down in the morning, I was informed that they still did not have any quarters and that the person who would be able to rectify that would not be in until noon. I did not have a vehicle of my own and there was no place nearby to get quarters. I had to do my best to un wrinkle my clothes by steaming them in the bathroom, but I am very annoyed about that aspect of my trip.

I highly recommend this hotel. Everything about our room was excellent. We were in a king efficiency. The room was clean, the bed and linens comfy, best shower ever, like new appliances. Everything was up to date and working properly. Plus the layout was perfect for an extended stay, as in indefinitely. And the staff was friendly and super helpful!

Great stay for a busy weekend. Parking was a little crazy but manageable. Unfortunately the water was turned off on the property so we missed a reservation that was paid for in advance, but besides that everything else was great.

Carpet had holes in it when entering room. Door needed to be replaced. It was hard to open and shut. Cabinet door for the frig need to be replaced. Doors furniture needed to be replaced. Practically falling apart.

I was very disappointed that I had to wait until 4:20 before my room was ready , which through the rest of my night off

The room was chic and modern, the breakfast was fresh and provided an array of choices beyond the ordinary, and the atmosphere was both quiet and inviting. I came for a conference and will look to book this hotel in the future anytime I need to be in ATL.

Booked it because the breakfast and parking were included. The breakfast was impressive. 2 waffle irons, bread selection, scrambled eggs and omlets, smoked sausage and reg sausage, mini biscuits and gravy, fruit, juices, coffee... tons of options!! The staff at check in and check out were friendly. The room was very spacious. I'll be back next year!

Was there for the MLB all star game. Staff was rude and not helpful throughout the stay. Shuttle service that was to be available was never running when we needed it. Breakfast was to run to 10. Went down at 9:45 and they were packing everything up and didn’t care that we were there to eat. Very frustrating experience.

The staff was exceptional. It also would be useful to have a change machine in the laundry room. Also the pullout couch mattress was in bad shape and needs to be replaced it had yellow stains on it and was old. Was not comfortable to sleep on.

The furniture in the bar area was stained and we couldn’t reach the front desk via text or phone to get a shuttle back from The Battery on Sunday evening but our room was great, the staff was otherwise incredible, and we would definitely stay again.

Great stay! Beds are a little tuff and firm. But overall room is was clean and plenty of space. Quiet rooms too, pool area was great and indoors. The breakfast was spot on and plenty of seats. They do have chargers for EV but the parking lot is not big and other cars will park in the EV spots and not move. So moving forward if there is a way to check plates when they are busy to make sure the spots are used last cause we were on a trip and do depend on the chargers for leaving. The bar staff is ran by the front desk staff and when they are busy we felt like we were bothering them. Other than that we loved the stay and everyone there was super nice to us.

This hotel was perfect for visiting to attend the braves game. The room was clean, staff was very friendly and we had a better experience at this hotel than the Marriott closer to the stadium. This hotel is also quiet and you can’t hear noise from other rooms. I was worried when renting it since I was going based off reviews, but I was actually impressed. They even had a shuttle to take you to the Braves stadium, it worked out perfect for us.

We love staying at this location when we visit Atlanta. The parking is convenient, the only complaint I have are the small parking spaces and the road right outside of the lot since they’re doing construction. But it’s a short drive to great places such as the Atlantic station and midtown. The free breakfast here is way better than any other hotel we’ve stayed at.

Tesla charging station, comfortable beds, a kitchen, full sz. refrigerator/freezer, separate sitting area, a television that turns 360 degrees for optimum viewing in the sitting area or the bedroom. Nice shower, a bar and free breakfast. Normally, I turn my nose up at buffet breakfasts. This hotel had Irish oatmeal, yogurt, fresh melon, nuts, pumpkin seeds, all sorts of egg options and dark roast coffee…. everything one needs for a healthy meal. I would suggest that the interior common areas need a refresh. The staff was great!

In town for a Braves game- did not even know there was a shuttle to the game! That was a HUGE perk! And for those with EV-s there were plenty of Tesla destination chargers available! Great stay and we will definitely book again when in ATL. Thanks!

Room 207. A suite with living/kitchen area and separate bedroom. I was very comfortable. Sofa was large and comfortable. Bed was comfortable as well. Enjoyed the breakfast.

my bill was 1555 total.. Both charges are still pending. The manager was kind and explained but, it still didn’t make sense. I have never been charged that way

The property was convenient for the attractions like aquarium and museum. We had booked for three nights the space inside was sufficient for us as we were mostly outdoors..best is the breakfast served in the morning ..dont have to go about searching for dining areas with kids..we didnt get any time to use pool nor work out area..nor did we have any glitches during the stay ..also it provides free parking which is harder to find around this area..

I am giving this a 3-star because I had someone knock on my door at 2:47 AM only to realize it was a pizza delivery person putting flyers underneath our doors. Very alarming feeling and I could not go back to sleep. I was only there for two days, but it made my stay very shaky. It even spooked my kids and they were up all night as well. I don’t think I will be returning to this hotel or recommending it. Although the front desk that staff were very polite and the breakfast was amazing and better than any other breakfast I’ve ever had.
