However, there were significant issues with the water supply, leading to inconvenience and dissatisfaction. The location was also a point of contention, with some guests appreciating the proximity to attractions while others found the surrounding area uncomfortable.

This low key and comfortable hotel is located adjacent to the high rise where the US passport Atlanta is located. I came to overnight to process my passport in person. It was convenient and hassle free. I also came on the MARTA train direct from the airport. The MARTA Peachtree Station is located across the street. I arrived as a late checkin but the hotel checked me in quickly and my room was so very comfortable. It was a short night since I wanted to be at the passport office early but I left my personal items in the room. I was able to wait out the expedite service for my passport which was ready before the checkout time. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone in similar situations who need a short layover in Atlanta. This property has great location and is convenient to mass transit.

Great, clean rooms. Very spacious! The only down side is of course parking but it’s Downtown Atlanta so it’s expected. Staff was super friendly and the hotel’s restaurants were absolutely amazing.

This property is located right at entry to Marta Station and in close proximity to Atlanta's StateFarm Arena & World Congress Center. It is a hidden beauty upon walking through the doors you see beauty and elegance. Wonderful Staff and very nice room.

The staff was great We booked a room here and most places offer parking but 60$ a day is insane no swimming pool
- 5/5
I stay here frequently and love this hotel. PERFECT location and staff is amazine.
- 3/5
While the hotel was clean, I felt the overall experience did not justify the price. For the cost of the stay, I expected more amenities, such as a mini refrigerator and microwave in the room, but neither was provided. The towels were rough and uncomfortable, and the shower left a lot to be desired. Additionally, the layout of both the hotel and the room felt confusing and chopped up, making the space seem awkward and difficult to navigate. Unfortunately, I left feeling that the stay was overpriced for what was offered.

I stayed at Hotel Indigo for one night because I had a 7:30 a.m. passport appointment for my 4-year-old son. The location could not have been more convenient—the hotel is in the same building as the passport office, which meant I didn’t have to deal with Atlanta traffic, wake my son up extra early for a long drive, or worry about finding parking. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and very comfortable. Room service was excellent, and every staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and helpful. Staying here made what could have been a stressful morning incredibly easy, and I would definitely stay again.

Front desk staff was very helpful, I forgot my toothpaste and I received a complimentary one. The staff at the entrance doors always greeted me as well. Everyone was very pleasant, from the cleaning staff in the hallways to the staff teams at the front lobby.

Bathroom was a good size with nice lighting. The shower had really good water pressure. Staff was very unhelpful. We had 6 luggages for 2 people and struggled through the revolving door, which was push only. I left my husband outside with the bags and walked into the lobby to ask the front desk staff to open the side walk through door, which was locked. They initially refused and told us to use the revolving door. After saying we had 6 bags, the lady reluctantly came up to the side door and unlocked it, and then left back to the front desk immediately without offering any help even tho we were clearly struggling. Disappointed. There is a 2 part elevator, one from level 1 lobby to level 2. Then one from level 2 up to guest rooms. This wasn't pleasant with the bags but was okay otherwise. But, the elevator doors closed extremely fast and I've witnessed it close on multiple people during my stay. Also, there is a beautiful winding double glass staircase going from the lobby to the level 2 elevators, but it's blocked off? It would be much more pleasant to be able to walk up the staircase and only take the guest room elevators up than wait/be in the lobby elevator for 1 second. The room was clean, but had some dust accumulating around and drapping off of the headboard lamps. The main thing was we accidentally pulled up the sheets when on the bed, but it revealed a massive brown stain on the mattress. Didn't dare to pull up the sheets further than the photo attached.

Upon entering the hotel, all staff were welcoming and helpful. The convenient restaurant was a hidden gem to the stay. The food was a 10/10. We also took our 67 pound lab who was excited about the squirrel filled parks nearby! He was welcomed as one of the guests. Definitely coming back!
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel, location is close to everything!! Everyone is so polite and helpful.
- 5/5
This hotel is very nice and the rooms are clean. Only downside was the guests across from us kept letting the door slam every time they came in and out and we could hear it in so loud in our room if you are a light sleeper it's terrible.
- 5/5
Everything was great, except we had to keep asking for new towels each day. Parking was expensive and the walk from the parking garage was not so great.
- 5/5
There room was nice and the staff was great. My only complaint is parking.
- 3/5
The TV did not work. The location is good if you need to be downtown in ATL. Not a lot a good restaurants around and the one at the hotel is not cheap. The gym is basic but gets the job done.

Wonderful experience in all aspects. The only thing I could complain about is the microwave being all the way on the first floor. But other than that, this was an amazing place to stay as a solo traveler. Quiet, clean, smells great in the halls AND rooms, modern, easy check in/checkout

Parking for valet is $60 bucks, staff was somewhat friendly it depends on who you spoke with it so im not going to make one person ruin it for the ones that was nice. overall my time was great for the one night stay.

The beds were one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on in a hotel. Also, the bath towels were so soft that even my kids noticed. Lastly, the temperature of the room was able to be adjusted- so many times I feel like we adjust the temperature but the room doesn't change. We were able to make the room comfortable for us which was very nice! A Waymo from this hotel to the Georgia Aquarium was about $10. My only complaint is that when I messaged the hotel via Booking.com they weren't super responsive. I requested a fan for our room, and their reply (I had to follow up a few times) was a very flat "no." However, once we were there the staff was extremely kind and helpful so maybe this was an automated response.

A perfect location for any downtown Atlanta event. Plenty of affordable prepaid parking nearby. Good dining within walking distance. Close to State Farm Arena. And the hotel itself is clean and quiet.
- 5/5
Great stay we will definitely be back. Very clean and the beds were soft. The staff was very nice and it is very close to everything. One of the things it is close to is a restaurant called metro and they are open for lunch breakfast and dinner 24/7. Its a really cool place and the food is great. One other thing that is right across the street is a CVS but that CVS has stairs that go down and when you walk out of the CVS it turns into a underground food court with a few stores and it was a really neat place as well.

I was able to use the gym to workout like I wanted and had a great and comfortable stay. I would stay here again.

Good room. Had everything you wanted. AC was at 66 and hard to regulate. Lovely hotel with very helpful staff
- 3/5
Staff was great. The rooms, hallways, lobby is from the 90’s. It needs a big overhaul. Things chipping on walls, floors, paint on walls, marks on furniture, etc…
- 3/5
The overall experience was disappointing. Breakfast was over-priced with small portions, cold food, and slow wait staff that was very disinterested. Our room had nothing but a view of a parking garage with no natural light coming in. I never write reviews and have very reasonable expectations, but this experience was disappointing. Not at all like other Hotel Indigos I’ve stayed in before. I will say that the valet parking attendants were very helpful in directing us to the self-park option.
- 1/5
Bring a cooler. First hotel I've ever stayed without a refrigerator. Tried to get a coffee one morning and was treated like a 5 y/o. Had to wait at the hostess stand while being rang up $4 and then instructed to follow to the bar where I sat and was brought a small cup of coffee and w sugar packs and carton of half and half. Horrible hotel for as much as I paid. $60 parking as well. Never again!

If you’re looking for convenience, this is a good spot. If you’re looking for customer service, find some place else. Got to the hotel about 5:30 pm Saturday (2/28/26) pull up, valets standing by the valet stand and no one decided to make their way to us. Cool, grab our bags, walk into the hotel by the valet, they still say nothing. No welcomes, no directions. Just huddled around the stand engaged in their own personal life conversations. Front desk staff was nice during check in.. but after that nothing. Stayed here for 2 nights, went in and out the hotel at least 10 times, and the not 1 time did anyone say anything to us. Valet staff is more concerned with their phones than job. Oh, and go somewhere else to eat and drink, the bartender Blaine might be the rudest person we’ve ever met. My friend and i sat at the bar Saturday night and she did not greet us, Never asked us if we needed anything else, never asked us if our drinks were okay because they were not but we did not want to “bother her”. Another group came and she treated them the same way. If i were you reading, find another hotel to stay at. It is not worth the cost.

We brought our family for a convention because it was close to the world congress center. Getting to the hotel wasn’t hard but it’s $56 for parking on the parking garage without in & our privileges and $55 for valet with in & our privileges - we just didn’t know before hand. As we got into the hotel there was a great effort to mask the intense pot smell throughout the hotel. It wasn’t a bad stay, but just didn’t meet our needs as a family. The rooms were clean, nice & updated and the beds were comfortable. The front desk staff & restaurant staff were friendly and helpful, so no real shot to the hotel. It just wasn’t our ideal environment.

We stayed in a King Bedroom and it was wonderful. The texting interface with staff was so very helpful. We were able to get a mini fridge delivered to our room. Our bedding and towels were clean and comfortable. The TV has a good amount of channels and the WiFi is really fast. Parking is $55 a night for valet, but it was really helpful and made it so much easier than having to self park. The area is pretty central to downtown, we were going to the State Farm Arena and the GA Aquarium and the walk is only 15 mins but the Lime Scooters are all over and it was only $4 for a ride from the hotel there. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in downtown ATL.

Room was generally clean. Staff was generally nice. Except when we checked out they were rude. There was a fiasco regarding our breakfast plan that we paid for but didn't get. But did get refunded for. Overall I had to ask for several other things to be done during our four day stay. Although they were generally receptive and had an easy texting feature to talk with a staff member for help. If I stay downtown again I'll be choosing a different hotel.

This all happened after checking in, taking 2 separate elevators to my room, noticing it smelled horribly of cigarettes, requesting a new room, taking all my stuff back down via the 2 elevators, grabbing new keys and heading up to my new room via 2 elevators again with all my stuff. There’s no bellhop and only 4 trolleys. None was available upon checkout. The location is great. Near public transportation, restaurants and a CVS within walking distance. Housekeeping was great, they did a fantastic job. There’s valet with QR code to request your vehicle, really fast service.

The check in was fast and had us on our way to the room soon after stepping into the hotel. The room and bathroom were very clean and the bed was comfy. We also liked its proximity to our sports venue that we were attending as well as several restaurants that were located both in and around our hotel.

Very clean, good customer service. The next morning we woke up to a message that there was a water valve break on our floor and we had to pack up and move to the next floor to shower and get ready for the day

What I did not like was the room service. On my second day, I noticed hair on my bedsheet and a dirty towel with brown and red spots folded as if it were new in the bathroom. I requested room service to return in the afternoon they did, and they replaced them. The next day, I noticed the bedsheet had not been changed, though there were no issues with the towels. On the third day, the bedsheet again had not been changed, and there were three dirty towels in the bathroom along with a cleaning wipe that housekeeping had forgotten to remove. I informed the front desk that whoever had been cleaning my room in the mornings should not return, as the service was inconsistent. It seemed that some housekeeping staff were good, while others were not professional at all. I felt unsure about the room’s cleanliness, so I ended up cleaning the bathroom myself to be safe. Overall, there is definitely room for improvement, particularly in housekeeping. The location of the hotel is great, nearby the convention center and the downtown attractions, the breakfast was excellent, and there is a mall nearby with plenty of restaurants.

The hotel is beautifully kept up and modern. The pictures are accurate. What is not as well represented is how excellent the staff are with special mentioned of Thomas and Hiba. Hotel management goes above and beyond. Thank you for a superb four day stay. The conference center is only a 10 minute walk, with amenities like the CVS across the street and a cute Irish pub one block away.

The room had a strong, unpleasant smell. Carpet also had a bad odor. The bathroom had no exhaust fan. Heater was not working, and the thermostat was broken. The hotel did not even provide a TV remote controller in the room. Overall, the property feels old and in urgent need of renovation. Surprisingly, despite being listed as a 4-star hotel, there is no proper parking facility. Honestly, I don’t understand how Expedia has rated this property as 4-star.

The room was spacious, clean, and had incredibly comfortable beds. The hotel staff were incredibly kind and welcoming as well. I will absolutely be back!

Hotel was very clean and the entire staff were friendly and very helpful! Would definitely stay here again!
- 3/5
Very clean and solid ambiance. Fairly convenient to food and other needs. Valet was very friendly and quick. Restaurant was disorganized and scattered, also incredibly overpriced but staff was friendly and food was… fair. The bad: The front desk staff was good with one exception. There was an Indian man who refused to believe me that my key to the elevator wasn’t working. He claimed “that doesn’t happen here” in a condescending way… so, I had to show him after he pretended to fix my key and it didn’t work, again. Then, my other key wouldn’t work for the room. He pretended and claimed to fix that one too but it didn’t do anything and I am sure he was just pretending to fix the issue. Finally he issued two new keys. The guy just needs training or something because he really took my experience back a notch. Overall the stay was fine and the hotel was very clean and bed was nice.

Comfy room , clean, and pleasant staff.
- 4/5
Yes, the place is very clean and the staff is really friendly and attentive. No USB in the rooms so make sure you bring a wall plug in but overall very nice place and you’re right in the middle of town near everything
- 5/5
The room was a clean, upgraded room, and an excellent customer service experience.
- 5/5
Very clean room
- 5/5
EXCELLENT‼️
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Very clean and modern hotel. My only complaint is that there is no fridge in the rooms.
- 5/5
Very impressive.
- 3/5
I want to start by saying that the staff were fantastic. They were kind, friendly and very supportive. It was more that the experience itself wasn't ideal. I wrote in my check in that I would like a quiet room, on one of the upper levels with a view if possible. Instead I got a room with a car park as my view, a room fan that required ear plugs and a TV that didn't work. I did try to call down but was put on hold so many times and for so long I actually took the TV off the wall myself to fix it. Turns out the chords weren't even plugged in.
- 4/5
Friendly staff! In special NES, Nicky and Joy at the restaurant!!! Clean rooms!
- 5/5
Great service and accommodated early check-in
- 4/5
Clean room. Close to restaurants and attractions in downtown Atlanta
- 5/5
The hotel and room were absolutely perfect!! The only gripe is the ability to charge phones and watches. The outlets in the rooms do not provide enough amperage to charge them at the same time.
- 3/5
The room wasn't ready at the time of check in, which was frustrating. We didn't get to our room until 4pm. The staff were great and were helpful. But after travelling all day and getting to the hotel prepared to have a room and then waiting in the lobby for an hour wasn't the best experience
- 5/5
The staff was extremely helpful during my stay. The valet stood out the most. Sterling was so kind and professional and went above and beyond. Excellent customer service everywhere we went in the area of the hotel.
- 5/5
Spotless room. And courteous staff
- 5/5
Probably the best hotel stay I’ve had in ATL in a very long time. I’m veryyyy impress!
- 5/5
Nice property
- 5/5
Great hotel and rooms has good quality bed and everything in the room
- 5/5
I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Indigo. The hotel was very clean, and the check-in process was quick and easy. I had a nice chat with the hotel manager, who was friendly and gave great recommendations for places to eat in the area. Although I only stayed one night for a concert nearby, I was really impressed and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
- 3/5
Only two clean towels in the room and when we called down to the desk they made us come get them instead of bringing them up,One of the outlets in our room actually started smoking and smelled like it was going to catch fire when we charged our phone!I also asked for a view and it was of a wall.
- 5/5
Wonderful! Beautiful hotel with great food. Extremely clean!
- 5/5
Everything was nice, the only thing I was disappointed with was there wasnt any mini fridge and microwave. But aside from that it was nice.
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay here even if it’s just for one night. It was in a great location downtown and the rooms were spacious and luxurious.
- 5/5
Stayed at Hotel Indigo for a girls weekend. Safe, clean, and very helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again.
- 4/5
Was surprised that the breakfast that was an option, in which we selected, was limited to 50$ per couple. Any order over would need to be paid. Not noted when selecting the option that a limit exists.
- 4/5
Maybe a little expensive for the area, but you get what you pay for and you get a lot!!!
- 4/5
The location is beautiful & the staff is friendly. The location is great as well. The only con is the hot water is EXTREMELY hot. Me, as well as my sister butnt ourselves multiple times because we forgot how hot the water got. The people standing outside of the hotel are a little sketchy but sometimes that’s common in downtown areas. Otherwise, I liked the actual hotel & staff.
- 5/5
Very nice clean hotel. Friendly staff
- 4/5
staff was excellent
- 4/5
Thomas at the front desk was excellent , it honestly made our entire experience at the hotel something to remember. The breakfast was incredible . Only reason this review is not a 5 star is because our view was not good facing the inside of a garage. The Valet people were great too. Would stay here again for sure! Thomas is the man and deserves nothing but praise , he went above and beyond.
- 5/5
Very great customer service
- 4/5
The stay was overall a nice stay. The valet parking was such a blessing and all the valet staff was a delight. Before arriving I texted with some of the hotel staff and they were all very helpful. But upon checking in, the man at the reception desk, I never caught his name, was quite rude. I interacted with him 3 times during my stay and everytime he was rude and seemed as if he didn’t want to even deal with me. The one night of my stay I was trying to figure out the room service and couldn't get the menu to pull up via the QR code provided in my room. So I went to ask the front desk downstairs for help but when I saw it was the same guy still at the desk, me and my Fiance decided to forgo room service all together than to deal with him again. On check out, there was a new girl at the front desk, which was a legit relief, and she was such a wonderful change in mood. She was very friendly and helped me check out so smoothly. I personally don't think I'd stay there again just from the interaction with the front desk. It was a very nice room, the view from the windows was of a parking garage which left much to be desired, but the rest was very clean and comfy. Worth the price. Just wish I'd been made aware of the $100 security deposit before booking.

Get location for events at State Farm. Hotel clean, has a restaurant/bar for those that doesn’t want to venture out for food.
- 5/5
Loved it !
- 3/5
Room was clean and the location is perfect but I had quite a few issues with staff and timing of them coming to my room. The shower steam triggered the smoke detector (verified by staff) but came to my door while not even dressed.
- 5/5
Clean room Staff friendly Walking distance Loads of shops nearby Quiet Really liked it here
- 4/5
Clean room with great view and very quiet on a very busy street.

Great for a concert at State Farm Arena.
- 5/5
Excellent service, room is very clean, Bed and linens are super nice
- 5/5
We really enjoyed our stay at Indigo. The room was clean, fresh and looked to be newly remodeled. The location was perfect for jumping on the Marta. We felt comfortable walking around to the different restaurants. What made it the best was the staff! Everyone was super helpful, kind and genuine. I have to give a shout out to front desk-Thomas. He always had a smile on his face and ready to give good info/suggestions! To the valet guys—you were all amazing! They were also always helpful and kind-shout out to Brandon and Jordan (there were a few others I didn’t catch their names) but all were amazing!! Fantastic crew at that hotel. You guys made our stay next level amazing! Thank you!!
- 3/5
My room was across from the parking lot (8th floor) and was very loud. There was a consistent humming noise that made it hard to sleep. Otherwise very comfortable.
- 5/5
Walkable area nice restaurants around and great atmosphere
- 5/5
Pillows were the worst part of the stay.
- 5/5
Very clean nice lobby great location to Atlanta mart
- 5/5
Great location and very clean.
- 5/5
It was a great stay!!!
- 3/5
The staff and the room were great. My low rating is related to the surrounding area once we stepped foot outside of the hotel.
- 5/5
This hotel was fabulous! The room was very clean, front desk staff were friendly and we enjoyed dining in the restaurant as well. Very convenient downtown attractions too. We will definitely be staying here again.
- 5/5

I have stayed at the nearby Westin in past visits. So, I decided to try a new hotel brand with a luxe vibe. This hotel did not let me down. It's took away from the street line. One can miss it, if he/she is not paying close attention. The lobby is exactly as pictured in the photos on Hotels.com. I was already impressed with a text reminder of my hotel stay from the hotel. The online check-in process is the way to go. I arrived later than expected. When I walked into the lobby, there was a front desk associate waiting with my initial bill and room in an envelope. The process could not get any faster than that. I was provided directions to using the elevators to access my room then off I went. I had two hours to get ready for The Weeknd's concert. When I opened my room door, I was totally impressed. The decor is modern contemporary. One of my favorite designs. The shower is nicely sized. Everything was clean and bright. Hopefully, my first impression of Hotel Indigo will be my everlasting impression. The place is close enough to walk to Mercedes-Benz Stadium and the Aquarium. There is a Hard Rock Cafe and Hooters across the street. The Waffle House, Centennial Park, and Landmark Ferris Wheel is a short walk. I have a travel group. I plan to add this hotel brand to the list of great and safe stays. It's not a Dubai, but it can be a close second.
- 4/5
I loved the room and the view but the bed was very uncomfortable
- 2/5
It’s okay not the best. Asked for more towels I had to go down stairs twice and the front desk rep looked annoyed and had to see if they had any left… it’s a hotel you should always have wash cloths and towels.
- 4/5
Really nice and in a great area! Felt very secure and comfortable. Little mishap happened in the beginning but was easily made up for with no questions asked. Very friendly customer service as well. Would recommend if wanting to explore downtown.
- 4/5
The hotel was new with nice clean lines and furnishings. It was quiet and the staff was friendly. The location was great for our needs.
- 5/5
Front desk staff were very accommodating. There is always a law enforcement officer that roams the area and are extending help of the best places to visit while you are in Atlanta.
- 5/5
The place was clean and tidy, which was great. Super walkable area—easy to get around on foot. Service was alright, nothing fancy but everything worked fine. Overall, a pretty good stay!
- 5/5
Everybody was friendly, professional, and courteous
- 5/5
The hotel is very nice in the perfect location. I highly recommend it.
- 1/5
Check in was ok. Rooms were dirty as well as the bathroom have hair on the floor. Fitness center wasn’t well kept.
- 3/5
The check-in did not go well or as expected. The desk agent took the incidental deposit off of a card that I asked him not to do and of course it doesn’t get placed back on the card until 5-7 days later. I could’ve presented another card for the incidentals. He admitted his mistake but nothing could be done about it at the time. A manger or leadership team member heard what happened offered free dinner and drinks. Although that didn’t solve the issue, he at least offered and seemed very concerned. I thanked him for that. Everything else went great. Food was great, service was great and other staff members were great.
- 4/5
Nice and clean and its in a good area safe and the staff was very nice
- 5/5
Booked here last minute at a decent price for Cowboy Carter-ATL,Night 3!! I'm so glad I did! Location was perfect, able to walk to many attractions, venues, & great restaurants within minutes. Steps away from the Peachtree Marta station, which we were able to ride to the Mercedes-Benz stadium for $5 roundtrip. Felt very safe, police presence everywhere & police station around the corner. The room was very nice, clean, spacious, and beds very comfortable. A mini fridge can be placed in your room, at no extra cost, but u have to request it. Customer service was top notch, professional, and very nice. I did valet my car, but it was worth it. Parking is a little difficult. I would definitely stay here again.
- 4/5
The hotel was mostly nice and clean. We did have a big bug in our room the last night. The hotel itself does not offer much but it’s close to a lot of attractions. I would stay again.
- 3/5
Our TV didn’t work and we couldn’t get it to work at all. It was very inconvenient
- 4/5
Across the street , there was that same presence at the mall. We definitely felt safe but couldn't help but wondered what would happen if that wasn't the case. Thanks to the property management/cooperate and the city of Atlanta for making the investment in safety. We certainly will stay here again.
- 5/5
Fantastic hotel what a great value! Too bad you dont get to use the glass steps. Its a little sketchy out front of the hotel but its right across from the hard rock!
- 5/5
Easy to check in and out. Convenience location and easy to walk around. Comfortable stay for a short weekend
- 5/5
This was my first time ever staying at a Hotel Indigo, and it was wonderful. First of all, the property is beautiful. I stayed two nights because I was in town for one of the Atlanta Beyoncé concerts, and the staff was so friendly! Sterling at valet was super nice and courteous. I also really enjoyed the bar. They even had SirDavis whisky. I would definitely go back.
- 5/5
The room was clean, and well organized. A few small lights did not work but the bathroom was very good, including providing supplies in refillable large dispensers

- 5/5
Great place to stay
- 4/5
Excellent location, good stay but a bit noisy however they provide ear plugs for everyone.
- 5/5
Love the location of this hotel! Food is extremely overpriced, but it’s all about location, location location!
- 5/5
Very clean and friendly hotel in Downtown Atlanta
- 5/5
I had a great stay for the 4th of July weekend
- 5/5
Was a great place to stay and reasonably priced,,walking distance to most everything downtown
- 5/5
Everything excellent expect the restaurant with subpar and over priced food and the elevator. In regards to the elevator- you have to take one to get to the second floor and then a separate one to get to any floors between 3 and 10
- 5/5
Really nice hiotel. Good service.
- 5/5
Hotel and staff were excellent! Great room!
- 5/5
Only downside was early bar/resturaunt closure
- 2/5
Not cleaned
- 5/5
Very nice, safe and comfortable location!
- 5/5
Very friendly staff, clean property and very close to attractions and restaurants.
- 5/5
Clean comfortable rooms.
- 5/5
I must say that the staff there is absolutely amazing- I can’t rave enough about the hospitality they showed us! Also, the hotel was very clean, gorgeous rooms, and delicious breakfast at The Draft bar and restaurant that’s inside. We were able to walk throughout downtown ATL. The Georgia Aquarium, Coca Cola Museum and Children’s Museum is 12 min walking distance from the hotel. So much to do/see. We had a wonderful time and we will definitely be returning back to stay!!!
- 5/5
It was a great stay.
- 5/5
Front desk and everyone friendly. Excellent service. Loved the guy who greated us when valet. Give him a big raise!!!!
- 5/5
It was great , the hotel is located near public transit , a lot of attractions and food options
- 4/5
The hotel is absolutely beautiful! Parking in older big cities sucks but other than that it was great
- 5/5
Great property
- 3/5
The first room had a strange smell in it like it wasn’t properly cleaned so they gave us a new room with a straight view to the garage. Also, when it rained the cable went out. There was also a lot of homeless people in the vicinity of the hotel. Don’t plan on staying there again.
- 5/5
Our stay was great except our room was warm. It didn’t seem to cool
- 5/5
Thanks
- 5/5
Great hotel, amazing guest services, good location and great check out time for those who have a late flight. Will definitely be coming back again.
- 5/5
Fast friendly service
- 5/5
The staff were very sweet to me, and even assisted me in finding local Starbucks (gotta have my coffee), and attractions. They had an answer to absolutely all of my questions! I thank them for helping me have a great mini vacation. I will definitely be back!
- 4/5
Beautiful room, comfortable bed and tasty breakfast. One elevator didn’t work and staff didn’t give good information at check in
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Hotel was close to everything in downtown. I had a great stay.
- 3/5
On the last day, a server told me the hotel and restaurant are separate companies, and that the hotel already includes a 15% gratuity in its payment to the restaurant. So I wasn’t supposed to tip separately. That said, I was still fine paying what I had written down, as the servers were kind. When I got the final bill, however, most of the tip amounts didn’t match what I wrote—only one day matched. I believe I was overcharged by $31.95. It's not a huge amount, but when the charges seem totally random, you just want a clear explanation. I’ve called seven times since checking out three weeks ago. One call lasted 40 minutes because we went through the line items on my bills one by one, and the hotel staff agreed I should get a refund. Each time, I was told someone would follow up—no one ever did. I work full-time and can’t keep chasing this during business hours. If you buy the breakfast package, ask in advance about their tipping policy. The stay otherwise met expectations.
- 5/5
The check in process was quick and easy and the staff has been so friendly and helpful! Very clean and convenient location. Would definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
very satisfied with the service.
- 5/5
Convenient, clean, great staff
- 5/5
Great stay, highly recommend! Friendly staff, great food downstairs and amazing to have a work area if needed
- 5/5
Very nice hotel. Comfortable beds. Bar could have been better stocked. But the hotel is walking distance of several bar pubs and restaurants
- 4/5
It was a good stay. Nice hotel, centrally located.
- 3/5
Damaged floor and hidden stains on bed sheets
- 5/5
very clean and nice location
- 5/5
Walkable to restaurants.
- 5/5
Nice and quiet
- 5/5
Great stay. Wish our room had a refrigerator but that didn’t ruin our stay!
- 4/5
The property itself was of standard cleanliness and safety. The area of downtown Atlanta is rough but that has nothing to do with the hotel itself. Convenient location. The staff was somewhat non-responsive to requests in service with long waits or requests that were forgotten about or confused. Small things tho. All in all, a good stay.
- 4/5
The Lobby
- 5/5
This hotel has wonderful customer service, and the facility is amazing. The rooms were very clean, and the amenities are wonderful. Definitely going to stay here again when I'm in Atlanta again.
- 5/5
Very unique property
- 4/5
Comfortable accommodations
- 5/5
We were here for FWA and rough weather. Having a hotel so conveniently located, with friendly, understanding staff, rooms that made the few friends we showed it jealous, a perfect location for reaching the convention hotels, MARTA, and food court/options mean that, to us, you guys just became our 'main hotel' for future conventions.
- 5/5
Clean, good location, and staff was attentive and friendly!
- 5/5
Only thing I viewed as negative was the parking options valet or structure
- 5/5
Safe and clean.
- 5/5
Large rooms
- 4/5
This property was in a good location, and it was within walking distance to Centennial Park, the aquarium, and the Mercedes Benz Stadium. There’s a public parking garage right by the hotel or you can do valet. It’s about the same price wise. There were a few homeless people around the hotel, but there also always police around. We were on a high floor, so we never heard any noise outside. The rooms were clean!
- 5/5
Highly recommend the hotel indigo! Friendly, professional hosts, front desk and valet.
- 4/5
I had an amazing stay would love to stay here again everyone was friendly first time to Atlanta
- 5/5
Comfortable rooms
- 5/5
Perfect
- 3/5
THE HOTEL WAS NICE I ARRIVED LATE AND THE DOORS WERE LOCKED SO I WAS TRYING TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET IN AND IT TOOK A WELL FOR SOMEONE TO HELP ME SO I ENDED UP GETTING WET
- 1/5
The road was closed due an event. Hotel did not inform us prior to arrival. We had to park somewhere else and walk to the hotel. We are handicapped. Front desk was not helpful or very sympathetic.
- 1/5
Absolutely terrible all around
- 5/5
Great!
- 2/5
Nothing was to like, but the valet guys are awesome.
- 5/5
Was right where we needed to be. Hotel was gorgeous
- 5/5
The hotel is amazing! Bar and food were great.
- 3/5
Booked room to surprise wife with a night in the town the room in my original booking list had a room with a beautiful view of the city I talked with someone to reiterate the occasion and let’s just say I got a city view alright … two ft outside the window was a adjacent building… I know I know but I ask for a view not a wall when asked if I could upgrade even split the difference was told sorry we’re full we apologize for the inconvenience didn’t even attempt to try .. beautiful place , clean , quite , customer service lacks big time unfortunately…
- 5/5
The staff was very accommodating and friendly! Very clean rooms, quiet and comfortable.
- 4/5
I like how everything was clean (especially the bathroom). The decor was pretty as well through the hotel. The only thing I did not like was there was no refrigerator. However, they did say prior to check in that you could request one (I wasn't sure if it was free or not, so I did not bother). The front desk ppl during check-in, late night towel request (she didn't have any, but she kept her word and sent housekeeping that morning), and the guy that checked us out were all great (I wish I got their names in case some types of incentives are involved). The valet guys were helpful (they allowed us to check in then move our car, but we decided to valet instead). It was noisy in the morning, but it is located downtown Atlanta so that was understandable (ear plugs were provided on the nightstand if needed). We did not get to utilize any of the amenities, but we will definitely book again and hopefully next time we will be on time and stay longer. Overall great stay!
- 5/5
Hotel was very nice. Easy to get to
- 5/5
Very Excellent stay and very near to a lot of dining options, Merto.
- 4/5
I was there for a conference. The location was good for that. The hotel itself was nice enough, and the staff were all helpful. The amount of homeless people, and prostitutes was the most I’ve ever seen at a hotel near a major conference center. The security guards don’t do much, in fact I walked by one of them being “serviced” by one of the protitutes returning from dinner one night.

The staff are pleasant and courteous. The room is nice and clean. The bed is comfortable. We liked it because The Hard Rock Cafe was across the street. The CVS pharmacy was also across the street which is convenient when you need some snacks.

Nice hotel. Late night staff were wonderful.
- 4/5
Beautiful hotel. Nice location walking distance to many things. Parking was the only issue. $55/night and valet needed an hour to bring your car to you because the garage was unavailable. Or $47/day at a nearby garage.

Nice place very clean.

Beautiful hotel wonderful staff especially the valet parking attendant he was very helpful overall I liked everything about the hotel will definitely still again next time I’m in town

When checking out of the hotel, I noticed varying daily rates on the receipt for the three-night stay. These rates did not match the even daily rates provided by Hotels.com at the time of booking. Although I had no issue with the total amount paid, the hotel declined my request to adjust the daily rates to be consistent across all three nights. The front desk staff was also rude during handling my request.

I was pleasantly surprised how beautiful the hotel was. My room was really nice, clean and quiet. I would stay there again and recommend to others visiting Atlanta.

Not great service or welcoming employees.
- 5/5
Great downtown hotel. Very bright and clean, close to amenities. Will definitely stay again if in Atlanta.
- 5/5
Staff were great. Very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Will book again.
- 5/5
Very nice and affordable hotel. Also, in a very convenient location
- 4/5
This hotel was a little pricey for what you get but overall the hotel was fine. Access to the rooms from the lobby is more than a little annoying.
- 5/5
Winter storm had us stuck overnight in Atlanta. The staff at Hotel Indigo were friendly & attentive. Batteries for the tv remote were brought to the room promptly. Room service was fast despite kitchen staff shortages due to the storm. They really went the extra mile to show care and hospitality to us tired, storm stranded guests. We will definitely stay here again.

Easy walk to Centennial Park, Stadium and Arena. Adjacent to elevator down to Peachtree Center MARTA station. Only negatives, having to take 2 elevators to guest rooms and lack of a restaurant
- 5/5
Very clean and modern. Staff very friendly
- 5/5
I would recommend anyone to stay there. I enjoyed our stay. It was great and friendly staff.
- 5/5
Close to State Farm arena which was the destination for the few days at Indigo… beautiful facility, gorgeous room, friendly staff.
- 5/5
I enjoyed my stay, accommodations were awesome.
- 5/5
The hotel was in an excellent location and was very friendly as far as the staff goes. People were very helpful and attentive to our needs. Check-in was pretty easy and seamless. The room was clean and the hotel in general was very nice.
- 2/5
Design of the hotel was poor. They have a grand glass staircase that they have permanently rubbed off because it was an attractive music to children. Also, my wound layout was really strange. The bathroom kind of free floated in the middle of the space. So, while the room was large, believable space was actually really small. Very poorly designed. Oh, and the elevators are weird. You have to take two elevators to get to your room. Not convenient. Would not recommend
- 5/5
I was disappointed that the room didn't have a refrigerator or microwave as advertised. I only stayed 1 night so it wasn't a big deal. Staff w!s pleasant
- 5/5
Friendliest staff I’ve encountered at hotel in a very long time
- 5/5
Good stay
- 5/5
Modern atmosphere. Downtown near Mart. Staff extremely helpful.
- 5/5
It was close to the venue we were attending
- 3/5
Loved the hotel but there’s no microwave or refrigerator and the soda machines don’t work making you have to purchase downstairs water $4 or go out to a store. Police and security sit on both sides of the street all day and there’s a lot of homeless in the area. Further down Peechtree St is a better area to stay.
- 5/5
I would highly recommend reserving a room with a view because otherwise, you will see nothing but tall buildings. Also, parking is a beast. Valet is way too expensive. I get that it's downtown, but one should not have to pay $50 for someone to park their car around the corner. Ridiculous! Other than that, the hotel is in walking distance to a plethora of dining options and entertainment, so once you park your car, you won't necessarily need it for the duration of your stay. All in all, I enjoyed my stay and will definitely return!

Valet takes forever so be sure to request car earlier than you need! Watch your tab at the bar, I had one purple lotus my boyfriend had two beer and a Tito’s, we got the bill and it was $157! They had us down for 3 of the lotus, three beers and two Tito’s. I was glad I paid attention, then they told us they could not reverse the charge to my debit card, they could make the drinks or give us cash. If you order breakfast ahead of time, they give you a paper at desk for $20 credit per guest. But they still make you sign a paper saying the full bill goes to your room, it made me feel uneasy so I requested final bill at check out and it did balance out with the credit though they made me sign the full bill still. Valet was $55 a night. There was no tub in room only shower , and no mini fridge at all. At breakfast my boyfriend ordered the smoked salmon, it was horrible. Very dry. So we sent it back and asked for something different, they acted like it was such a pain that we did not like the salmon. But they did bring the other food out and it was fine.

Great place to stay and close to the stadium for the game
- 4/5
Our stay was great, excellent and clean room, the restaurant ad bar were really good, but the elevator situation is a bit weird, and the central glass stairs were taped off.
- 5/5
The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I always have a pleasant stay.
