    It was not what I expected. There was a loud bar . I heard a banging noise near my room. The tub was tiny. People were walking around with drinks. I left early .

    This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. We arrived after a 9 hour drive , The valet didn’t notice us, greet us or even look up from his phone, I honked to get his attention, he didn’t take our bags, or open my door , and just pointed to a cart & said there’s the cart. He helped load the cart after we asked , my friend and I pushed the cart inside , it was heavy with wheels that didn’t turn well. The front desk wasn’t much better, three girls all chatting with eachother , never even looked up to greet us. I had to get their attention. I asked them for a bell in man to take the cart to our room, they said the valets do it if they have time , they’re wash

    AC stopped working, TV can hardly stream anything. Rooftop floor was sticky. The only crew that was holding it down was the valet. I asked for my receipt after my stay and unfortunately there was lying ass Angel again who still hasn’t emailed my receipt for my hotel stay. Choose this last and don’t let them lie to you. I would’ve spent way more $ with hotel if they didn’t suck.

    The room was relatively clean, but the shower grout needed to be freshened up a bit. Otherwise I give it a 9. I had a lighting issue in the bathroom that was not fixed after I requested it to be fixed along with another light, but I just think it was an oversight. If I had followed up, it would have been corrected. They fixed one and overlooked the other. The bar was very good with food as good as any mid-priced chain restaurant. Shout out to Elliott who was outstanding at the bar!! The location is outstanding with easy-quick access to Marta and near all of the best restaurants! For the price, this was a special treat and if the prices stay the same, I will continue to book every six months for my market trips.

    Tried to charge me a $250 smoking fee, orchestrated a fake photo as "proof" that did not depict what the room even looked like. 2 employees of the hotel had been in the room due to the air conditioning and never mentioned and marijuana smell.

    The WORST stay I've ever had. The hotel stinks like mildew, the manager is rude and unhelpful, the air went out in our room and we had to switch rooms after midnight with not even a "sorry for the inconvenience". The cleaning staff woke us up by shouting down the hallway. They ignored Expedia when they called and emailed to address our complaints. Doesn't tell you that you also have to pay 60$ for parking and that's THE ONLY option besides finding public parking that charges a lot. Worst stay ever, I've never even left a review for anything before until this disgusting place. The manager is awful and will be no help to you.

    It was close to alot of things The comforter on the bed had a big tan dirty spot from a women's makeup on a 8x8 inch square. Meaning the comforter was dirty. And the pot smell was rough at times.

    For what I paid I thought it was a good deal. Location was great close to shopping and quick trip stores. The pool area could be better. Parking was weird too but overall fine. Limited seating by the small pool was a disappointment.The Rooftop pool is a more of a selling point than an amenitie. Housekeeping staff is good rooms were clean and accommodating.

    I can’t even say enough great things about this hotel! I am crying in the airport because I don’t want to leave. Literally in tears. Angel at check in was the most professional sweetest attentive start to my fabulous experience with hotel colee! She complimented me every day she say me during my stay. The hotel staff was over the top, from the valet to Sister restaurant! Speaking of the restaurant onsite “Sister”…Ariel sho took care of us the first and last day of our stay while dining there, was outstanding! She remembered my name and my partner’s name throughout the stay. Her energy felt like family. I can’t compliment her enough and she truly made me feel so welcomed. The hotel is well maintained and such a hip esthetic. They even had a live violinist playing one day on the lobby. He was awe inspiring! The small touches like a pitcher of fruit infused water in the lobby to complimentary fruits there too and bottled water in the rooms throughout the stay, wow! The hotel smells lovely in the lobby, the rooms, the halls everything is clean and comfortable. The decor and art throughout the property is just perfect vibes.     Now to the negatives. We tried to go to the pool but chose not to because there were guests playing music so loud and being so obnoxious we just left. Our room was gross. Huge stains on the wall, peeling wallpaper and mold in the bathroom. The straw that broke the camels back for us was the morning we were leaving, we woke up to our bathroom light no longer working. So we had to shower in the dark. All in all the hotel needs a good deep clean and is seriously run down. I would not recommend staying here if you are in the Atlanta area.

    Staff was amazing, front desk staff, valet, night club/lounge attendants, over and beyond in service! Hotel itself nice, just need slight updates. Theme of the hotel nice and the roof top lounge really nice and you get in free if a guest of the hotel. Nice perks, you don't have to leave the hotel if the weather isn't good because it's all inclusive of most things you'd need. The neighborhood excellent, mall a couple blocks away, restaurants, banks, etc. My only complaint I don't like carpeted floors in the hotel room and parking is convenient but expensive, 59.00 per night with in and out privileges.

    Gorgeous Hotel‼️Fantastic for a family of 3. Pleasant and helpful staff, room service was top tier; the food from the restaurant Sisters(located inside of the hotel)was cooked to order and tasty‼️ The rooftop pool was very warm despite the weather being very windy. Not to mention that the skyline view is amazing! My daughters and I didn’t need to travel far for shopping and eatery because everything was near the fabulous Lennox Mall which is within walking distance of the hotel. Not to mention that the Marta train station is also nearby which allowed us to travel around the entire Atlanta metro area .

    The hotel was modern, clean and in a fantastic location. The staff on reception were super friendly and helpful. The Breakfast was very good and Monica and Andres serving breakfast were simply excellent and a credit to the hotel. Room service was a huge let down, failed to provided enough towels one day, failed to replace shower gel and shampoo when empty another day, failed to take out trash twice, failed to make up room at all one day, failed to make up hotel before 5pm on at least 3 occasions. I notified front desk who were helpful in resolving but it was frustrating to have to keep reporting issues. I asked to speak to the hotel supervisor 3 times but at no point did they make themselves available to discuss my concerns.

    The hotel was very nice, I just have a few complaints. First off, the iron didn't work in our room and I had to call for a new one. It took staff 30 minutes to bring me a new one and we were almost late to our event. Secondly, parking is a TOTAL SCAM!!! Parking should be free if you're paying for a room, period. To charge guests $26 from 7am-7am is insane, especially since check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 12noon!! After only one night, my parking ticket total was $46!!! Outrageously Ripped Off!! That's almost half of my room cost!! And lastly, breakfast wasn't free! I've never stayed in a hotel that doesn't have complimentary breakfast! As a Marriott member, I should not have to pay for breakfast! But it's ok, it was my fault for not doing better research on the hotel before booking. The rooftop lounge sold me on the hotel but after seeing the crowd that was going up, my husband and I decided to just enjoy our room instead. Our room was nice, but we won't be back.

    This was a lovely stay for Memorial Day weekend! Only downside was that it was very rainy in Atlanta! The rooftop was cute and chic…the outdoor pool was beautiful!!! Just couldn’t enjoy because it rained! Great time! I will always love Atlanta!!!

    We went to the bar at 7pm at asked for a cup of coffee. The bartender told us they only have coffee for breakfast. Meanwhile, a large beautiful coffee machine was sitting on the counter. Definitely better places in Buckhead to stay!

    The hotel and stay was incredible. The only thing I’d suggest is that they figure out something with the public parking next to the hotel. They charge you every single time you go in and come out. The valet is $59/day which is ok.

    I booked this stay expecting to enjoy the pool for my birthday, only to find out it was closed in the middle of May. This was extremely disappointing because the pool was a major reason I chose this location. Guests should be clearly informed ahead of time if amenities like the pool are unavailable.     The staff were very courteous and helpful. My accommodations were clean and well maintained. The bar was nice as was the live DJ on Friday. I enjoyed my meals and had an overall great stay. Brittany was great as she checked me in on Thursday night as I arrived late. Marlo was a dream as well. Thanks guys!!

    Hotel was really cool, but the room really needed to be vacuumed. Also, don’t put showers in a hotel that are tiled floor to ceiling if you aren’t going to clean the grout. The floor of the shower looked really gross and dirty.

    The entire hotel was clean and the aroma from the time you enter the hotel smelled so refreshing. The hotel was so convenient to shopping malls and other plazas, it also had great amenities like rooftop lounge/bar, pool, etc. The ambience there and the design was amazing, the staffs were phenomenal especially Jessica. She made me feel so safe and comfortable during my solo stay, she was very nice and polite. All the staffs were nice. 10/10 recommend!!

    The Sun lounger should be a much better state, a few of them were broken or wear out . The situation with the elevator going to the rooftop should be fix maybe by prioritizing the customer staying at the hotel over the visitor going to this roof top. There is a lot of bad review about but you still haven’t done thing . Incredible this type of hotel isn’t proof sound . People walking a bit loudly can allow us to sleep . Same situation when people are showering or going to the toilet it’s felt like was in top of us. People are horrible besides feel like a hotdog aren’t to confortable . Could’ve change . One last thing however design the closest position blocking the A/C wao really no expected. Personnel at of the hotel really cordial, helpful, and nice .

    The staff was really nice! JB, Rebecca & Angel were awesome! Great customer service, great hospitality it felt like home, the hotel was very nice and clean, it had a rooftop bar & lounge, an outside heated pool, valet parking, as well as a few restaurants inside.     Tried to get a drink on the roof top and was turned away by one person he seems to have a issue with the person I was with like it was personal he was not professional at all and I found out that the guy works for another company not with colee that made the experience bad because we had a room and just wanted to come up and get a drink I was asked if I had anything sharp in my purse that could stab someone why would I have that in my purse the couple behind us was not asked that I don’t know if I’ll be back after that

    Simultaneously historical and modern, accessible if you have mobility issues. The location is PERFECT and steps away from Jackson Square and Muriel's restaurant. And they have parking available for a fee. The staff were super helpful. This is my go-to place in the French Quarter; we can't wait to come back here!

    The room had a chemical smell similar to lacquer. It caused us to have headaches and not able to sleep. We got up at 4:00 am and left as soon as we could get ready. The heat and air was controlled by a master controller and not by the room thermostat. I couldn’t get the fan to work to help air out the room. The hotel itself feels old. It seems it’s just an old hotel that was rebranded. Not our most enjoyable stay.

    This property is very nice especially the rooms . They are a bit small especially the bathroom. But very clean and nice !! Great location! The decor of the lobby is mediocre. The lobby needs updating. The elevators need updating . There’s a roof top bar and lounge , I noticed a lot of young people was coming there from off site late nights to attend. The bar area is nice but the bartender was a bit rude to the customer beside me , overall great stay , Parking is pricey but you get that in Buckhead

    The staff was very nice and hospitable! The whole hotel was nice and so was the room but I just wish it was better lighting in the room to do our makeup lol! The rooftop pool was also nice, small but nice, I appreciate the fact that the water was not freezing cold. And to top everything off rose n rye is on the very top rooftop, which is such a vibe!!

    We loved access to the club,pool and Gym. The room was cozy but very accommodating, loved everything about this location and looking forward to visiting again in the future. I don’t think they’ve done a deep cleaning on the floors or in the rooms. Furniture looks dingy. The lobby is the only place that looks somewhat clean. The walls are very thin so you can hear toilets flushing, brushing teeth, people talking in the halls, or doing other things in there rooms.

    The place was nice, be aware valet is $60 per day. There is a parking area (but you have to pay as well of course) best to do valet! The room was smaller than I thought. I’d have to say is they should thoroughly check everything before allowing people to check in. Two lights weren’t working, no body wash and the fridge didn’t work either.. the second day the AC went out, but had someone minutes later came to fix the issue. Staff was kinda, local area, nice hotel.

    Clean room and convenient location. The only problem we had was the room we stayed was too loud and vibrated with club music at night disturbing our sleep every night. Not sure that was because of the weekend; we heard the loud banging music after 9pm for several hours on Friday and Saturday. Other than that the room was comfortable and service was good.

    We left a night early because there was a very strong pungent smell in the room and scratching sound all night long. I spoke with the front desk about it the next morning. While he was very kind there wasn’t anything g that could be done about it. I also chose a room that was not ADA and when checked in we had the ADA room. It wasn’t a problem u til the next morning when my belongings got wet due to basically the whole bathroom being a shower with no real separation from shower floor and bathroom floor. The water formed a river all over the entire bathroom floor. Foot towel was soaked along with my dirty clothing items that were on the floor in my laundry bag. Staff at property was extremely nice . Just wish the hotel room was in better shape. I had to spend an extra $200 on another hotel night somewhere else and was not refunded from Marriott for the night I lost due to room condition.

    The security was a little aggressive at night regarding the seating areas. I think if an area is closed off there should be a clear indication of this. The carpet on the 11th floor was flooded. Otherwise everything was great. The food and service at sister was amazing. Check in and out was seamless, the scent on our floor was amazing. Yes if you are a light sleeper you will hear the noise from the rooftop. The tv on a 10 volume can drown it out.

    Stayed at the Colee hotel this past weekend, our room was on the 11th (top) floor. The carpets on the top 3 floors were sopping wet from a major leak causing everything to smell like mildew. They were running strong industrial fans to try and dry the carpet but these were ran all night long and were not where near a quiet white noise fan. Was looking forward to using the amenities of this hotel, the rooftop bar was closed for private event and the infinity pool was half empty. The rooms were clean and no complaints about them other then the dam feel from the leak. Parking is also expensive so expect to pay at least 60 dollars more than you booking fee for parking.

    I loved my stay … my room was so comfy , oh and the bed was even more comfy … very clean hotel , nice decor , smells good . I absolutely loved the rooftop bar . The concierge was extremely nice and helpful , while I was getting into my Uber , the lady opened and closed my door for me since I had so many things in my hand lol .. overall my stay was 100/100.. I will be staying at the Hotel Colee again.

    The location is what attracted me to this hotel. If I could give review off of that alone it would be a 10/10 however there are a few concerns I did have that were not fully addressed. I believe the hotel needs “quiet hours”. Every night we were woken up multiple times in the night from either the floor above us , or the maintenance room or the workers. The bed was so extremely uncomfortable that my husband ended up sleeping on the mini sofa just to try to get some sleep in comfort. Also Valet is a bit pricy as well especially when we were never told about “discount parking” directly in the same parking lot.

    The rooms are nicely decorated but the throw pillows are not cleaned and never should be used in a hotel, there were small holes in the furniture, the bath tub was old and needed to be replaced. The parking lot that customers are forced to use because there’s no street parking or any other parking options is a complete scam. It claims to be $25 for overnight, 24 hour parking but the time resets at 7:00 am. So it’s not actually 24 hours and this information is not transparent. I rather pay a tab higher prices for a hotel that includes parking.

    The room I was given was extremely small, and the bathroom had no counter space for basic necessities. The faucet leaked whenever the cold water was on, so we had to keep a towel on the counter the entire time just to catch the water. The thermostat was also unreliable, which made the first night uncomfortably warm. I’m not someone who complains often, but I genuinely expected more for the price and the occasion. The best part of the stay was the bed—it was incredibly comfortable. Unfortunately, this will likely be my first and last stay here. I’ll be sticking with Embassy Suites from now on. 👍

    The room was very clean, i enjoyed the amenities they had available based upon the weather as well as the breakfast being very delicious! i don’t like how you have to pay everyday to eat breakfast and i don’t like how they have no refrigerators in the room, not even a microwave as well as me not knowing how to use the coffee machine... other than that it was cool, i enjoyed the host who told me she was new and she had glasses i forgot to catch her name but she was very polite.

    Everything was great except for parking. The self parking lot charged exorbitant rates for parking. I got charged 36$ one night for about 15 hours of parking and 43$ for a second night. Even when the rates on the sign says 21$ for 24 hour parking.

    Our second time at this hotel. Love the vibe the deco the atmosphere! Our front desk checking was flawless . The staff especially Our check in person was fun and engaging.     Celebrated my boyfriend and I’s two year anniversary here. Check in staff were so sweet and sent up a bottle of champagne to our room with a stack of complementary breakfast buffet tickets for our stays in the future. Hotel is chic and cozy. Ate at Sisters restaurant for lunch, food was OK at best but staff was very nice and accommodating. Will definitely be staying here again for my future staycations in the city.

    I really enjoyed this stay because of the interior decorations ! it’s so well put together and the furniture pieces in the lobby were beautiful. The front desk staff, Montrell and his fellow worker, who dressed as a witch for halloween was an absolute pleasure whose name i didn’t catch. Those two made my stay feel welcoming as they always greeted us and made sure we were satisfied. Location was prime in buckhead being walkable to Lenox and the shopping centers in the area. The only complaint I have is the size of the rooms, which were a little smaller than i imagined, the building is between two taller buildings so there wasn’t much of a view as i wanted. Notable , there is a rooftop bar which was appealing to the eye and from the sounds the vibes were there! I don’t get to go but my room (1129) was right under the rooftop and from 9pm-2am we heard nothing but music and occasionally heavy footsteps and moving of objects. I would def ask to not be on the top floor but aside from that I really enjoyed the stay!

    Our stay at the Hotel Colee was during Halloweekend and it was super lively and just good vibes all around. Housekeeping made sure we had things if they just seen us in the hallways and the party atmosphere at the hotel was very good but also subtle if you just wanted a simple room stay.

    Front desk staff were helpful on check In and out. Otherwise, the rest of the staff all seemed like they were upset to even be there and rude. The phone in the room was not connected. No phone jack outlet to even connect it to. It was a prop. Parking was a problem. The room was tidy and clean. The hotel itself was cute and clean. Great location. It wouldn’t be my first choice to book again but it wouldn’t be my last option either.

    The property itself was clean and I loved their unique style. It would be nice if they added a mini fridge to the rooms. Check in seemed a little unorganized, but that could have been because it was busy. Any other time we had questions and at checout, they were friendly.     This hotel is located in a shopping area that does have easy access to restaurants and shopping. The hotel itself is "tired". The pictures on Expedia are not what the hotel looks like. The rooms are generally fine, but the HVAC systems are very loud with inconsistent sounds - such as irregular hissing sounds or sounds as if something is coming through a pipe. The rooms also have fire alarms systems that blink blue light at night. Both of these things interrupted sleep while on the stay. When I told the front desk about this, they told me this was normal. I am a very seasoned international traveler - this is not my normal. We also had a room with a refrigerator that did not work. To the hotel's credit, they replaced it immediately. The general area of the hotel is worn down. The pool was a big disappointment. The pool floor appeared in need of a good scrub and there were tiles missing from the "infinity" portion of the pool that was not doing what an "infinity pool" does - no water was running over this part. The chairs at the pools were also uncomfortable with a bar that ran right across your bottom. The hotel is in need of a good clean, and refurbishment. The one thing that kept me and my roommate laughing during our 4 night stay was the fake eyelashes that remained on the carpet of the floor to our room the entire time. That spoke volumes to our mediocre (at best!) stay.

    The hotel is good and in a great area. The staff was very nice. Room was standard. Good size. The issue was the humming noise coming from the HVAC. It would start and stop about every 5 minutes. We went to speak to the concierge hoping to change rooms. But, he said all the rooms basically made the same sound, some louder than others. So, moving wasn’t going to help. Needless to say, it was difficult to relax and specially to sleep during the trip.

    My friend and I came to town for The Weeknd concert and stayed here for the weekend. The hotel was conveniently located near lots of public transportation, and also had tons to do right around it. The staff was very polite and informative on the area. Keep in mind if you plan on going to the rooftop bar, it gets packed pretty early.

    It’s heavy on the nightlife - so not a place to stay if you’re looking for calm and quiet. Our room was right below the night club - and we could hear it, which we knew going into it - and we’re heavy sleepers, so it was totally fine. It was such a fun vibe, room was really comfortable, the staff we encountered was amazing - especially David Michael. Would definitely stay here again!

    The room needed to be updated. Maintenance on fixtures throughout the room needed to be done immediately. The bathroom was small and needed work done on the shower/tub. Valet was not an option to rate,however, for $50 a day it was not up to standard. 0 out of 10. I will not be staying at this hotel ever again for these reasons. I never leave reviews but hopefully this helps the next person. God bless.

    For Buckhead this was a really affordable option in a great location. The staff was great. The room was clean and nice.     The bad- 2/3 of the elevators were not functioning - 1 to the guest floors and 1 to the rooftop bar. Consequently, when we came in at night, we had to wait for 20+ minutes for an elevator to our room because of all the patrons trying to get to the roof. The downstairs restrooms were trashed in the morning. Such that they were unusable. Instead of cleaning those, they were focused on minor stuff in the lobby. When we left our coffee (and my friend’s Stanley) on a table in the lobby for 2 minutes while we took bags out to the car, they were gone before we could come back to get them. $15 down the drain. The lighting in the rooms is so low that it would be very difficult for a somewhat visually impaired person. And both the floors where our group had rooms smelled so strongly of pot that it permeated our rooms from the hall. In short, if we hadn’t gotten such a good deal on the room, I’d be very upset. As it stands, I’m ambivalent but I doubt I’d stay there again without a bargain.

    Staff was excellent! Everything you want is in walking distance. ( I am 66) price is right for the room. Bottom line,I have stayed at 5 star places that the staff wasn't this good.

    The location of the property was a very good location with close proximity to restaurants, shopping, night life, etc. The property itself could make some changes that would be more than beneficial. Housekeeping did not do a good job at all. There was an entire hand of press on nails on the side of one of our beds. After the first night housekeeping went into our room, cleaned a little & moved the nails into the middle of the floor & left them there. We kicked them to the wall near the trash can because it disgusted us. The next day they again left the nails on the floor but emptied the trash next to them. Ultimately the nails stayed on the floor our entire stay. The tub was clogged so with every shower the tub would start filling & not release until we cut the shower off making us take quick showers. Some of the employees at the front were HORRIBLE!! The guy who checked us in was beyond rude & should not have a job interacting with anyone. Trying to ask him any question he would just cut you off. Another employee was just as bad - talking on the phone at the front then being rude to customers calling the hotel. It only seemed like one elevator worked at a time. All in all, a cute looking hotel in a good location but the workers are running it into the ground. I don’t recommend for that reason alone & won’t be back.

    Valet service was not only unprofessional but rude, threatening and combative multiple times. From check in to check out. Terrible experience and ruined our stay. Was also charged additional 200 dollars for parking for only a 2 day stay. Hotel was nice enough. But that was hard to overlook. Will not be back until changes are made.

    Check in was supposed to be at 3pm and when we showed up, there was no room available and we did not get to check into our room until after 8 PM! That was totally unacceptable, I had to be up for an early meeting!

    My first hotel room door batteries were dead upon arrival so I couldn’t access the room. Went back to Informed front desk he reprogrammed door keys and still I had no access. We waited in front of the room until maintenance arrived. He opened door and tried to replace battery. We then discovered the air conditioner didn’t work and the room had a mildew smell. We waited there until he got us a new room and keys. That room was fine until realizing it being on the 11th floor the music from the roof top bar would cause a disturbance. I contacted front desk but there was nothing that could be done of course. Trying to sleep was difficult. As far as $50 Valet fee I wasn’t to pleased upon pulling in I parked behind two parked vehicles that were sitting to be moved as I got out she asked if I could move the vehicle forward but then decided she would go ahead and take over. At check out around 8:30 am there was only one employee available so the line was long. I left the key on the counter then called front desk to inform him I had done so was placed on a hold but he was able to confirm my check out shortly after.

    It was pretty cool that we could walk to the mall, there is a club at the roof of the hotel, and had 5 church all you can eat brunch! Staff was great. One of the valet guys was pretty rude. Other than that, nice and clean and the bed was so comfy!

    In the Hot Atlanta the hotel was a great choice. HVAC worked great in room 332. Front Desk Staff was very nice and generous throughout the stay. Great options for food within walking distance and easy access to the Marta.
