Asked to change to high floors but was charged 130 dollars

Parking is the only negative at this beautiful hotel. Warning that the street parking right next to the hotel is prohibited, even though the street signage is unclear. Just trying to avoid $45 valet fee. Lovely hotel in fun location.

Only negative thing I can find about this hotel was that there was no fridge or ice machine. Everything else was fantastic. Will definitely be back.

staff was really helpful and friendly. hotel was a bit rundown, but in a great area. We’ve stayed at other hotels in the Atlanta area that we prefer.

One of the blinds in the room was broken but I was able to work around it to get what I wanted (them fully open). Otherwise room was clean / well-maintained. This may be more of a personal preference but I didn't like the alarm clock and separate radio in the room (just clutter to me; my own devices, while not remotely new, are still nicer than ones provided. Fridge put in my room at my request worked WELL. Otherwise hotel is really well located. I had no car and wanted no car. Rooftop bar was nice but was more geared towards bigger crowds / events. The bar off lobby was very cool, as was restaurant. Food at restaurant was exceptional. Service at restaurant could use some work but overall was fine.
- 3/5
Unfortunately nothing. Nothing was open when we needed it - nowhere to get breakfast or coffee or lounge outside of the room besides a cramped lobby. Restaurant wasn’t open on weekdays until later in the evening. Rooftop had an event one night and wasn’t open during the day, restaurant had a private event the night before. Rooms felt dated and the layout was tight. This is a historical renovation. Between 6-7am they brought a lift out to do something on the exterior of the hotel, constant loud beeping. This work should have been done mid day, not in the morning when people are sleeping and relaxing. Thoughtless management.

The rooms were very clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I also really appreciated the little extras (like the steamer in my room) and the quality of the amenities. A little noisy Friday night.

I’m a little bummed after high expectations. The rooftop was closed both nights of our stay due to party reservations. Also, our room was a bunk bed room, which I didn’t expect at all— it felt very summer campy. Furthermore, we were in the basement with two outside walls, so it was very loud. We were awaken on Monday morning at 8:00am exactly to a pressure washer right outside my window. Definitely didn’t feel luxurious. Staff and service was great though. The Valet guys were awesome!!!
- 5/5
Beautiful old store! Very comfortable bed and fabulous shower. Welcome Champagne at the front desk when we arrive. I would stay there again for sure when coming down to Atlanta.
- 5/5
Very retro cool.
- 5/5
Kind staff, clean room, great amenities, and cute bars!
- 1/5
Nothing ! You ie Booking.com , booked us in a substandard bunk bed room ! It was in the basement and next to a smelly kitchen. We had to pay extra to change the room. The rate was actually higher than their own rate. We are really disappointed .
- 2/5
Not a great place to stay if you enjoy quiet rest. Two loud bars - one on the roof, one in the basement - means bass reverbs through the historic walls of this place. Requests for a quiet room were basically met with a shrug from the staff. The brand and vibes are very cool... but wish they focused more on the actual basics of a hotel.

We love the Hotel Clermont! As soon as we opened our car door, we were greeted by Leon, who proved to be helpful in so many ways during our stay. Once we checked in, Brandon offered us a glass of champagne or a nonalcoholic beverage. What a sweet way to begin our stay there. The room was very comfortable and beautiful. We ate dinner at the restaurant on site the first night we were there. The food was fantastic. Harrison was our waiter and he was very attentive and lovely to work with. We can’t say enough about the Hotel Clermont. If we were coming through again, we’d certainly be back. We also look forward to visiting their sister properties.
- 4.5/5
The style of the hotel itself and the rooms were extremely enjoyable, with offerings of a bar on the roof and fine dining on the lower level (sadly there wasn't able to try since there was a event going on). The room design is comfortable with a plenty of windows for natural sunlight, tile bathrooms (and a cute plant by the shower). Even though it was a one night stay, luck wasn't on our side and multiple cars within the valet parking lot were broken into before security was able to chase them off the premises. In order to rectify this issue the hotel covered the police report, sorted out window repairs the same day, and refunded the purchase. They absolutely made the best of a poor situation. I wasn't sure if it was a poorly timed experience but there was a point where there was no hot water the morning of, but hot water was back within a few hours. I hope there's an upgrade to future parking security to include cameras to make it easier to spot anyone trying to break into vehicles in the future and a better wall to prevent access from multiple locations.

Really cool and quirky boutique hotel. Read the history.
- 5/5
Loved the location and the space was beautiful! Would definitely stay here again!!

Hotel was very nice and comfortable. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Some of the common areas- bar and adjacent lounge area could use some general zhushing- dirty air vents, furniture left askew but all staff members were very friendly. We would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

The bed is the star — genuinely comfortable, soft, and plush. The bathroom is spacious, the decor is cohesive and cool, and the overall aesthetic earns its reputation. Front desk staff were warm and helpful throughout. Arrival was smooth, and room service delivered ice and dog bowls promptly after check-in. The mini mart is a step above — stocked with canned cocktails, mocktails, and actually decent snacks. Small touches add up nicely: complimentary water, earplugs, postcards, a white noise machine, and a multi-device charging clock radio. The QR-based valet request system is a genuinely clever convenience. And the ILeftMyStuff.com lost item app is one of the most thoughtful guest recovery systems I've encountered — got an email alert, confirmed ownership, and arranged next-day pickup effortlessly. For a property charging 4-star luxury rates, the valet service fell flat — no one offered to help with bags, a cart, or even to hold a door. $47/night overnight valet stings on top of that. The room itself is on the small side; the wardrobe drawers are essentially unusable because the doors can't open fully in the space. No blackout curtains is a real issue if sleep is your priority. The A/C never reached the temperature I set on arrival and stayed inconsistent the entire stay. TV options are limited to Netflix and DirecTV — fine, but not what you'd expect at this tier.

The location was awesome, just a short walk away from parks, shopping (Ponce City Market) and the belt line. We walked out the door and hit the belt line for a great day of outdoor exercise, people watching and then ended up stopping for some great food and drinks at Yeppa. The staff were truly excellent, super friendly and informative. Bonus points to the bar, which had a strong team that knew some deep-cut off-menu cocktails, The florescent sign outside of the hotel window wasn't great, and the street was busy and a little noisy. But that's the tradeoff for staying in a central location. They provided eye masks and ear plugs to help mitigate, but honestly we didn't end up using them and we slept just fine.
- 3.5/5
I loved the vintage feel of the hotel and its location. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The beds were also super comfy and I adored all of the windows in the room and shower. There were parts of the room which felt dirty. The hair dryer was covered in a thin film of grime, there were fingerprints all over the mirror and hair in the bathroom. The sleeping quarters were nice, though.
- 5/5
Great way to spend the weekend.
- 5/5
Hotel is clean, modern and quirky in design. We booked a room with 2 bunk beds, which was fine for our 2 night stay. Water and coffee pods provided along with a few little bathroom extras. Rooftop bar was a nice too! Staff really friendly and helpful. Shame we only had a short stay!
- 5/5
Great location with good decor. Clean and fun.
- 5/5
The Clermont hotel is a classic boutique experience. They have my back and I have their back. Everything is set for whatever cultural, social, culinary or entertainment adventure you might have in mind. Great location and great vibe.
- 3/5
The noise from the lounge was very loud until very late at night. They provide a white noise machine and ear plugs in the room, so they know it’s a problem.
- 5/5
Big rooms! Really great staff:)
- 5/5
Funky reasonably priced motel close to ATL city center. Complentarty drinks at retro rooftop bar.
- 4/5
Very clean room &nice free drinks voucher at the roof terrace
- 5/5
Should think of having a breakfast done in and coffee
- 5/5
The Rooftop bar had a small menu, but what was offered was great. Breakfast is not included in the stay, but they do offer drip coffee and tea in the Lobby as a part of the stay. I did not go to the Lobby Bar.
- 5/5
The complimentary champagne was an added bonus to the check in process that was flawless and quick! Staff was SUPER accommodating when food delivery came (as if you’re not surrounded by great eats on and off grounds). All around good experience! In walking distance to the City Winery for our show! Nice!
- 5/5
Warm welcome. Complimentary drinks at check in. Cool rooftop.
- 5/5
Love the Clermont! The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Located in Mid-Town Atlanta close to shops, restaurants, the beltline. Tiny Lou's in the hotel has great food and atmosphere and the bar lounge is great!

- 5/5
It is Hotel Clermont and it is glorious. Everything good you heard is the word.
- 5/5
Unreal place. Great vibes all around. Cant wait to go back and do some karaoke in the basement
- 3/5
Great location, design and staff. They could t have been friendlier. Sadly, the noise from the strip club in the basement and the roof bar reverberated throughout the building, making sleep almost impossible. My room came equipped with a white noise machine and earplugs - not a great sign. I can’t wear earplugs as it’s super uncomfortable and the white noise machine did nothing to drown out the thumping bass that could be felt through my bed. Not a great place to stay if you want to go to bed before 3 AM. Love the building and the idea of the hotel, but I didn’t love not sleeping for four nights. Wish I had known before I booked.
- 4/5
Nice hotel
- 4/5
Tap water gross and undrinkable. $47 per night to park. No breakfast available in restaurant.
- 4/5
The neighborhood is noisy, especially at night. The room was darkish, even with all the blinds up. The staff was responsive when our remote did not work. And the valet parking (which we did not use because we did a prior visit) was expensive ($50/night!).
- 3/5
Our room was in the courtyard next to the bar which was pumping music until 3am with patrons chatting and partying. Sleep was not an option. Let your guests know what to expect if you place them next to the bar. The hotel itself is great, but not if you need to sleep.
- 5/5
Always a great stay at the Clermont. The staff is welcoming and delightful, the room is clean and unique, and it's such a great atmosphere all around. This is our favorite place to stay Atlanta.
- 5/5
The bunkbed room was great for my kids and I. I will say the room was a little musty and the walls were very thin, but the staff were excellent and the hotel is beautiful!
- 5/5
Will be back again!
- 5/5
Room was designed well, clean, and comfortable.
- 5/5
Boutique hotel at its finest. Great character and vibe. Staff were courteous and welcoming.
- 5/5
So amazing 10/10 staff and place we love it here
- 5/5
Everything about our stay at your hotel was perfect! Victor is an INCREDIBLE bartender. I tried things I would normally not have taken a chance on. The food is always amazing! Rooms are spotless and the valets are super nice and efficient! Our guy who brought suitcases to our room said he had only been working there a few days, I didn’t get his name- but he was very nice and helpful!
- 5/5
Staff was welcoming and very attentive.
- 5/5
All was great!
- 4/5
Clean room. Interesting history of the hotel. Mid-century vibe.
- 5/5
Very charming. I loved the decor. Staff was very friendly. Walls are thin, I did appreciate the earplugs that are supplied.
- 2/5
The rooms are tired. The carpets around the room where they meet the skirts were filthy, and stained overall. (This is true for all the corridors also). There’s no fridge in the room, the wardrobe doors have to be slammed to close and the tea making facilities are IN the wardrobe above where you store your clothes. There’s no double glazing so not only was it cold , it was very noisy too. Road noise, people leaving the lounge below and garbage trucks etc. The walls are paper thin, there was constant banging and rumbling my whole stay. You can hear people in the next room taking, their tv and the slamming of doors. There was always someone hoovering outside my door too. There was also construction above me a couple of days when I was trying to work. This include a SUNDAY morning when there was a load of banging around. There’s no room service outside the restaurant hours, no vegan options and I think maybe there was one veggie option (cauliflower). The lobby cafe as advertised doesn’t exist! Instead there’s a small larder with a crappy coffee machine (again no use if you’re dairy free) and some chips/snack to buy. The bartenders in the ‘caravan’ bar were rude
- 5/5
Overnighted on Tues and Weds. Clean stylish room. Relaxing.
- 1/5
Goal dump, room overlooked a stripe club in basement floor and smelled like the kitchen, Tiny loud is a terrible restaurant
- 5/5
Nice stay
- 5/5
The room was clean, nice smelling and neat. The only thing that was missing was a mini fridge.
- 5/5
it's always such a wonderful stay! everyone is so nice. such a beautiful, clean, and fun spot!
- 5/5
Yes and the check-in was excellent.
- 5/5
The room was spotless, the staff were wonderful, location excellent. It was such a fun place to stay with lots of little touches to make it unique. Friendly valet and front desk staff. Welcome beer or champagne upon check in. Comfortable beds and decent city views. Cool rooftop and delicious restaurant onsite.

Everything was wonderful!
- 5/5
One of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed at. They “get it.”
- 5/5
Everyone here is fantastic. The front desk was very responsive. The housekeeping was top notch. The bar area had incredible cocktails and bartenders. The valet are constantly welcoming and opening hotel doors. The lobby has a coffee machine that makes lattes (including almond milk based!). The rooftop has a great view. I didn’t venture “downstairs” but I plan to on the next visit.
- 5/5
Everything about our stay was delightful!!!
- 5/5
Everything about the staff and check in was delightful! Dinner at Tiny Lou’s was fantastic! Shakira our waitress was so precious and knowledgeable! We are thrilled with our stay here! The rooms are spotless and feel like weve been transported back in time while modern. Highly recommend a stay here!

Great Venue! loved the Restaurant Ambiance, and Food. The Hotel staff was good, as well.
- 5/5
Clean good location
- 5/5
Great location very near City Market and the Atlanta Belt Line
- 5/5
Fun hotel with a lot of style. Good location.
- 5/5
Service was excellent. Enjoyed the roof top bar
- 5/5
Great staff. Responsive. Clean big room
- 5/5
The room is unique...two bunk beds. Sounds weird, but was really quite nice. Comfortable, clean, quiet, nice amenities.

Friendly staff, central location

Everything was great. The hostess in the restaurant was exceptionally wonderful. Everyone was welcoming and personable. The room was just a basic room, but it had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable and warm. I didn’t get a chance to venture to the rooftop, but if I get a chance to return, I definitely will.
- 4/5
We stayed over a weekend and there was a wedding at the hotel. The noise was loud until 3am. This would not deter our stay there again but perhaps the party goers should have been asked to leave earlier.
- 5/5
Really great stay. Nice facilities and helpful staff!
- 5/5
The most amazing and charming little hotel! We’ve stayed many times now for date nights and quick trips. We love it.
- 5/5
This hotel is great. The only reason I gave it four stars on comfort is because all the furniture is really low (the bed, the chairs in the lobby, etc.) As an older person, these aren't the easiest from which to rise. Everything else was fantastic!
- 5/5
Great vibe really friendly staff
- 5/5
What a glow up! Everything was great. Staff so sweet, really the perfect intown hotel value that reads fancy.
- 4/5
The room did not seem clean. It was really loud.
- 5/5
My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at Hotel Clermont! We loved the location - super walkable to all the areas we wanted to go. The various spots within the hotel were great as well (rooftop bar, Tiny Lou's, Clermont Lounge etc.). Would recommend!
- 3/5
It was ok , not as good as previous stays
- 5/5
They were absolutely wonderful to work with. They went above and beyond to help me surprise my husband for our anniversary! 10/10 recommend!
- 5/5
The only bad thing is that the sound proofing isn’t great and there’s no pool. Other than that, lovely place. They were nice and accommodating.
- 5/5
Love this place, so cool
- 5/5
Aesthetically pleasing, kind staff, nice accommodations, great bar and restaurant
- 5/5
Amazing will go back
- 4/5
The place was so cool and so many big tourist things in a walkable distance. The AC was crazy loud and there was no fridge in the room which were the only real negatives
- 5/5
Had a lovely weekend stay here. The hotel is like a one stop shop lol you can sleep, eat, and drink here. Everything was clean, beds were comfy, staff was nice and attentive.
- 5/5
Great property in a great location. Super friendly staff and very trendy and hip hotel. The rooftop bar is fun and has a great view during sunset
- 1/5
When arriving, I had to call reception to let us in. We arrived at 3:00 Am, after driving 7 hours. When checking in the receptionists, told that most people call when arriving late. I said that I was driving, however, online is check in after 4:00PM to anytime. She told me that she was going to do her nightly audit cause she thought we weren’t coming. Basically made me feel like a total bother to her. The room smelled awful but after the previous encounter with her, I wasn’t about to go down and rain on her parade anymore. We were suppose to stay 2 nights. After the first 8 mins with her, I cut it to one night. The smell was so bad that I left at 8:00AM and found a different place to go for the rest of our trip.
- 5/5
Felt like we were going back in time at this hotel, and the roof top bar is awesome! We'll definitely return.
- 5/5
Great staff! Cool vibes.
- 4/5
Awesome design in the public spaces. The rooms are set up nicely.
- 5/5
The staff here is amazing. We had a wonderful stay
- 5/5
Loved this spot! Everything was great, would stay here again
- 5/5
Enjoy the Clermont every time!
- 5/5
Loved our stay, we’ll definitely be back.
- 5/5
Excellent service and atmosphere!
- 5/5
Great location and hotel was very unique.
- 5/5
Very good cute boutique. Clean space and great staff. Only thing which was a new occurrence for me was having to request a fridge for the room as there was none and needing water to drink. Otherwise great location and walkable
- 5/5
Very cute and spacious rooms. Great location. Cute rooftop.
- 5/5
It was amazing and awesome!
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly
- 5/5
Fun vibe!
- 5/5
Fabulous hotel that oozes feminine energy. Friendly staff, great location.
- 3/5
Room was much more basic than anticipated. Funky vibes but not much on comfort. The bed was not very comfortable and the furnishings very sparse.
- 5/5
A fun place and very clean and neat
- 5/5
Old School and classy. Good place to stay in downtown.
- 2/5
Beds should allow you to lay in bed and still see the TV. Found myself having to sleep at the opposite end problem with that it far to easy to knock your ham giving clothes off the post provide to hang them on. Green couch is built for kids / young people. Sits too close to the ground and has no real structure other than foam. Felt like I was all but on the floor. Way overpriced!
- 5/5
Very cool rooftop bar and rooms were quiet and lovely
- 4/5
Overall great stay but we had a broken tv and windows wouldnt open. Some amenities were closed and we didn’t know until we got there.
- 5/5
Nice location close to the beltline. Super friendly front desk.
- 4/5
Lovely refurbished old building. Staff was considerate and helpful.
- 2/5
I was disappointed by the services of this hotel, as well as the rooms. My reservation got lost in their system, and everyone else, including me was blamed for this. It was a frustrating, and lengthy experience. The lady at the front desk handled it unprofessionally. The room/hotel is next to a busy and noisy road. Not going to stay here again.
- 4/5
The room was a bit spartan and not as comfortable as I expected. The rooftop bar was being renovated and not open during our stay. The staff were friendly and service was good.
- 5/5
Loved the history of the hotel. They had fresh lilies in the lobby that smelled wonderful! Loved the interior design. Restaurant food was tasty also!
- 5/5
Very helpful staff
- 5/5
We loved the vibe of this classic hotel, unique interior, wonderful staff - and the location can't be beat. We walked everywhere we wanted to go, no need for a car. The Belt Line is right there, fabulous dining and people watching.
- 5/5
Loved this hotel! I only wish they weren’t doing renovations to the rooftop or the restaurant otherwise it would have been perfect. Although I can’t wait to come back to see how it all turns out once the rooftop is finished. The staff are phenomenal and there are lots of shopping and dining options all within a couple minutes walking.
- 5/5
I think right now it’s my favorite hotel in Atlanta. Unique atmosphere, very professional and friendly staff. Our room was unbearable clean!
- 5/5
We love The Claremont! It’s now part of our annual trip my husband and I take together!
- 4/5
First impressions count, although the overall design is nice the lobby furniture looks like it was picked out of an ally dumpster, very worn out and dirty. The food at Tiny Lou's was very good, however seeing a monster cockroach run across the floor kind of killed the good food mood.
- 5/5
Loved our night here. Everyone was so kind.
- 4/5
Nice Hotel we will stay here again
- 5/5
Always enjoy our time at the Clermont
- 5/5
Quick friendly check in procedure. It’s a nice older style hotel that’s has had a recent makeover. Rooms where very spacious, comfortable bed, which is a massive plus for me.
- 3/5
Such a cute hotel but with a strip club downstairs it is VERY noisy on the west side rooms!
- 5/5
We had a quick one night stay before heading out to Athens. Loved the unique bunk bed options in the room as both me and my adult son laughed and enjoyed the sleeping arrangements.
- 5/5
Our valet Cory was top notch !! Tok care of us quick and effcient.
- 5/5
Lovely hotel!
- 5/5
We had a great stay at Hotel Clermont! This historic hotel has tremendous charm, and the warmth of the staff and their service were excellent. Our two queen room was very spacious and clean, we enjoyed the self-serve coffee (any pickup breakfast items are charged to the room), and the valet for our car was prompt and engaging!
- 4/5
It’s a nice boutique hotel.
- 5/5
This was our fourth stay at Hotel Clermont. I love the location, neighborhood and vibe. I think the hotel is in need of a little sprucing up, though. Nothing major! Just starting to feel a little dingy in the rooms.
- 5/5
The hotel was such a vibe. Very cool place, decorated well and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff is what made the stay so enjoyable. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Smiling faces everywhere we turned. If we needed anything or had questions everyone was knowledgeable and did it with a smile. Complimentary champagne or beer on arrival at check in. Dog biscuits for the furry family members. All the valet attendants were nice. We had a bunch of valuable music equipment in the car. Valet was worried about our car being broken into since it’s open parking. They brought us a cart and helped us get everything unloaded from the car and up to the room. Most places wouldn’t have said anything or expressed concerns. They would have just parked the car and if something happened, it happened. We appreciated their concern and honestly about the open street parking and risk of leaving anything in the car. We never once felt unsafe where the hotel was located but we did understand that it’s a busy city and bad things can happen. It was our first time staying there, we came to Atlanta for a concert. It’s definitely a place we will stay again in the future if our travels brings us back to Atlanta. Overall a wonderful stay.

Champagne upon arrival, and drink coupon as well. Rooftop and dining was nice! Cool funky bunk bed room, and great shower!

Claremont delivers for me every time! It's friendly, clean, classy, and best of all: quirky. She has some of the most personality you'll find at an Atlanta hotel.

Also, the area around the hotel is still in transition and may not be very walkable at night.

Excellent bar and restaurants onsite. Close to everything and the staff is excellent. They really uphold the brand. This was my first stay, and as I had to arrive earlier than my fill reservation, I had the opportunity to stay the first night on another room. Fun seeing the differences. Very spacious, very chic without being at all corny. Bar was great. Very helpful and caring staff.

Beautiful!!! All that a boutique hotel should be. The bar and restaurant are top notch!!

My company had its holiday party at the restaurant and I brilliantly decided to book a room to spend the night. Fantastic hotel. Retains it’s original charm with a modern twist. The rooftop bar was great and of course you can’t have a truly epic night with friends unless you take the elevator “downstairs”.

It’s cozy and has great character and the staff is wonderful. But don’t stay here if you need quiet or rest. Or maybe stay on the highest floor. There is karaoke until 3am that I could hear through the floor and my ear plugs didn’t help, and the loud sound of running, gurgling water in the walls at all times.

We will consider giving it another try. But look at a non-weekend stay.

Our room had nice retro vibes (as did the whole hotel) and the decor was pleasant. The bed was comfortable.

Amazing property. Very unique aesthetic, cute gift shop. I hate Expedia though they messed up my reservation at the Clermont had to fix it for me.

Great vibe and energy. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Phenomenal Visit ! So much nostalgia. So much History! Enjoyed a great room, a wonderful dinner at Tiny Lou! And even made a few friends in the Lounge.

This is by far the cutest hotel I have ever stayed in. Tiny Lou’s was an incredible dining experience. The room was beautiful. The rooftop was cute with great drinks and a gorgeous view.

Everything about this hotel was an amazing experience.

We weren’t there long, but it’s a nice place to stay.

Very funky and contemporary vibe, comfortable beds, professional staff only comment was there was a large flow of water through the shower door which I notified staff of and they said they’d address. Would definitely stay again.

Very well kept and fully upgraded. Great roof top bar, lounge and restaurant. Just keep in mind its not for sleeping as there is always something going on.

The staff were beyond delightful and it was very cute & clean inside! I will definitely be back next time I'm in ATL :) People in the reviews seemed to be upset about parking but we had no issue finding street parking.

Charming and well located

The vibe is excellent, rooms are nice and the bed is very comfortable. There is music late at night, that might bother some.

Staff were top-notch. Valet, rooftop bar, front desk were all excellent. Rooftop bar is a great place for drinks and chill.
- 5/5
From the moment you get there, the valets are friendly and nice and helpful. Front desk was great. Gave us a beer and a glass of champagne. Rooftop was great and of course, the lounge downstairs the restaurant on site was phenomenal. Best steaks ever.

The hotel Is very nice and in a convenient location; near the beltline. It has a really nice roof top bar. The rooms are nice but a little dark. Needs a little more light. The one complaint I have is the only elevator to the roof top bar was not working on Saturday night. This caused all the people who were having fun at the bar to walk down the stairs It was very loud and kept us awake until about 2 in the morning. The room was not equipped with a phone to connect to the front desk I had to call from my phone. They stated they would send security but never did. I think I would have given the hotel a higher rating except for the noise

Love the vibe at the clermont. Staff is very welcoming and ready to assist. Rooms are large and comfortable. Great beds and the shower is to die for.
