    The hotel is actually decent. Breakfast was OK. The area is business and safe. The hotel welcomes pets but you can’t smell them or smoke at all. SAM (check in clerk) was the most helpful and friendliest staff member. Unfortunately we checked out a day early due to a rude front desk member. He didn’t have a name tag but he is African American with short braids. He was super annoyed & rolled his eyes when I was asking for help…. My kids enjoyed the pool.

    The staff was amazing, from check in to housekeeping. Had to pay for parking which was unusual. The room was clean and spacious. The pool was out of commission which was disappointing.

    When I first arrived the front desk clerk Ms. Clara was the sweetest. My room was very clean and cool when I opened the door. The breakfast was amazingly delicious.

    This was the most basic hotel I have seen in awhile. I have been using the Homewood Suites brand for its constancies. This visit had the extreme basics however for me it did not meet my standards. The shower drained slow so my feet floated in dirty water while showering, the toilet wobbled, lack of linens and pillows. I had a room for 4, paid extra for that. We received 2 pillows total. I asked for more got 2 more total of 4. I asked again the next night was told they were out of pillows. I was offered a folded sheet to rest my head on. Breakfast was very mid based on previous experiences. Customer service was lacking, I never complained because it would not have changed anything. In my opinion there are many hotels in the area to find a better hotel. The location was not very convenient except for being close to MARTA. 1 hour drive to downtown. Charging for parking felt like a money grab. Overall I would not stay at this location again personally.

    Breakfast was better than normal continental breakfasts. We prepaid and had 3 rooms garunteed. I call 2 hrs before arrival and they told us they'd given our rooms away. The staff then managed to 'find rooms and promised they would be available'. When we arrived they had only reserved two of 3 rooms and put us in the wrong 3rd room that couldn't accommodate our size and had to split us to another room which didn't appropriately fit our needs but we made it work.

    I like the location. It’s within 7 minutes of some of my favorite stores. Such as, Target, Ulta, and Marshall’s . It’s close to the Perimeter Mall. I like the buffet breakfast. I love that I had to use my room key for the elevator to move. It shows safety first ! When I needed help the ones at the front desk were there to help ! No comments here. There’s nothing bad I can say.

    Absolutely everything. The young man at the front desk was very polite and accommodating. The facility was clean and smelled like home to me. The environment was appealing. I was so impressed. Parking deck was a little dark and could use some more lighting.

    Breakfast was hit or miss. Room was clean however some things were missing or broken(shampoo was broken off the shower component, lamp glass next to bed was missing, and air conditioner in bedroom was pretty loud). Over all it was a quiet place to stay with a little one away from the busy area of atlanta but close enough to areas of interest.

    Breakfast was for people who like burritos, since that is what they mostly had, the pool had some kind of film on top of the water, stains everywhere on carpet, needs updating seriously. Chips in shower and on walls. Soap dispensers falling off walls. dishwasher was not connected to wall so would fall forward. They lost our second reservation so we had to move to a smaller room. Will not be staying at this place again.

One of the connections between the beds was unable to be used. Both these items never got fixed for our 9 day stay although they promised to get it fixed.     I had an extended stay here and I enjoyed my time. The front desk staff and maintenance were helpful in spite of a language barrier at times. I enjoyed the pool and the workout area was clean and stocked. The place was pretty clean, and quiet but I do believe maintenance could do a more efficient job with cleaning since this is an extended stay. The breakfast was pretty good, but they do keep reserving the same food, which is understandable.

    Every morning the chef greets the guest and Wednesday Social Event Host-Claire are amazing. The desk clerks never speak or acknowledge the guest from morning to night.. Tyler needs professional development with accommodating Hilton Honors Guest during their stay. The man denied that he never saw a message on the reservation requesting a Non Adjoining room near the Elevator in September 2025, October 2025, and March 2026, in Expedia's message the hotel. This is the only hotel that never receives those notes. Nevertheless, Hilton Honors saw the availability of rooms and there were no room adjustments honored from Sunday - Thursday for a prepaid client. This property didn't provide a receipt for the closing out process after being reserved through a 3rd party. This property does not wish to accommodate 3rd party customers even after they have been paid. Sunday - Friday, new guest were arriving within 1-2 nights and placed in rooms near the elevator.

    Good experience at this Homewood Suites with my family of 6. We enjoyed the big room, the breakfast, and the indoor pool. We had some very noisy neighbors but this isn't the hotel's fault necessarily. Would stay here again.

    Nice setup and very clean. Everything we needed, and even things like light switches in places that made sense instead of searching for them. Unlike many hotels I've stayed at, the breakfast area here was big enough for the guests using it. The pool was being maintained our first 2 nights, but we finally got to enjoy it on our last night.

    Staff were friendly and accommodating and Clara was very helpful any time I approached her. The room was clean and spacious and I enjoyed taking a dip in the pool. It was quiet at night as well. Very disappointed the fire pit was not working, it was one of the reasons I chose this hotel over the others in the area. Breakfast was nice and hot, however the bananas were all brown and overripe. There's was pulled chicken instead of bacon or sausage which was different, not sure if it's the same daily as we were only there for one night.

They did come and repair it .. curtains did not close properly stains on carpet, dirty refrigerator, and mixed matched chairs( one room chair & one office chair was set at the table) do not recommend even for the price. Also, any nightly reception offered is only on Wednesdays.

    Hotel looks nice but my room was never cleaned. There were pink stains on bedsheets, kitchenette was filthy. Although I complained, the room was not cleaned. Dining staff complained that I was taking too many paper plates. She said there wouldn't be enough paper plates for other guests (I had 3 plates to put food on, 3 plates to cover the food to carry back to my room for me and my family). Please note, this was not on the weekend and there weren't many guests at the hotel. If you don't want people to use paper plates, don't put them out. They had plenty other dishes/dinnerware so why was there an issue with the paper plates???

    The staff was not too friendly. Well, the lady working at the front desk upon checking in what’s very rude. I would not recommend unless you’re homeless and need somewhere to stay, but if you’re going expecting to relax, that’s not the place.

    Breakfast menu was almost the same each day with just one item being different , the room was clean and spacious, staff was courteous. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely check in again in future and highly recommend anyone with a suite room requirement.

    When we arrived we found the bedroom ac unit did not work, and one of our remotes for the tv had no batteries. We tried to call down to the front desk to report it but our phone did not work. I went down to the desk and reported the problem, they said they would get maintenance to look at it right away. Hours later we checked with the front desk again and they said they would get somebody to look at it right away but the maintenance worker did not arrive for a couple more hours and by that time my wife was asleep for the night in the bedroom. I asked if he could come back in the morning and he agreed but 4 days later we had never seen him again. We arrived on a Wednesday and were looking to take advantage of the Wednesday Manager’s Reception advertised in the lobby, but we found there was no reception when the time came. On the day before checkout our room fridge stopped working as well. At this point they had offered for us to switch rooms but being we only had one more night, we decided to just deal with it rather than pack up and move. In Addition, both of our tvs frequently lost signal completely. Overall, hotel seemed in need of some maintenance and front desk was often empty for long periods of time making it hard to get help.

    We were given a room without a phone and the toilet didn’t work. We couldn’t call the front desk because there was no phone in the room. We called from our cell phone and got an answering service, not the front desk. We eventually were routed to the front desk. I asked for maintenance to fix the toilet but they never came. We had to go to the front desk and they gave us another room. Then we had to move all our stuff to the new room. It was very stressful and inconvenient. We had somewhere to be and the inconvenience of the check in contributed to us being late. We won’t be staying there again.

    I was trying to ring front desk to let them know I would be booking in late around 11pm and to see if this was okay, I started calling around 3pm and finally got someone to take my call around 8pm , I called 8 times , either got no answer or put on hold and no one came back ,and even got hung up on, I had booked 2 rooms both sleep 6 , yet in the bathroom you get 3 towels one room had 4 and the other 5 people, very disappointed in the accommodation

    When I chose the hotel in my filter I chose parking, meaning free parking which was not the case. I am also used to having an evening snack at Homewood Suites, which they apparently only have on Wednesday. At check-in I arrived before 3 but was unable to check in until 3:20. The person who initially handled my check in said she had to talk to housekeeping to see if my room was ready. Then she apparently left without telling the next shift I was waiting for my room.

    Room was decent. However you can tell the carpet is dirty it just is camouflage by the color of the carpet. I wanted to go for a swim but the pool did not look clean and had stuff clearly floating on the top of the water. The back of the room door where the peep hole is had some gooey looking stuff on it and you can tell it had not been cleaned and there was something that looked like mold on one of the coffee tables that looks like it needs to be scraped off the table bc I tried to get it off.

    Biggest gripe is they wrongfully charge you for use of water they place in rooms, EVEN WHEN YOU DONT USE IT! Two times I’ve stayed there and they did it to me. Note on water says if you’re a Hilton Honors member there is no charge. I’m HH member and told them at check in. When I called to get my money back, and complained about having charge made to my credit card. Clerk hung up on me. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE TO INCREASE PROFIT.

    It was "cool". The price for 1 room is reasonable but for the 2 rooms I shouldve considered an airbnb. I liked the breakfast but I wouldve preferred a lil later. The welcome treats advertised in room was not provided and it couldve been a lil cleaner. Not to say I wouldnt consider staying again for a solo trip.

    Overall very good, and I will return. Generally it would be nice for hotels to embrace local flora and make the place more special with local, native plantings. This property generally had very little greenery around it which made it feel industrial. *Please* no more styrofoam at breakfast as it messages cheap and pollutive and is super unpleasant to eat from.

    Bought 2 rooms for 6 nights, 1st room had ants that had decided to make home in my duffle bag of clean clothes. Shoes were sticking to the floor as we walked. We didnt have a privacy card for the door. Contacted the front desk and the gm was going to make the cleaning staff pay from theyre own pocket for laundry, i didnt feel right doing that so i did it myself. We had to burn a whole day moving rooms and washing laundry because they only had 2 sets of washer and dryers for the whole hotel. The second room we got had more issues, the stove was broken so we only had 1 burner. The bathroom door would not latch and it only had 1 bulb which took a few minutes to warm up and get bright. The pool kepts closing everyother day because they didnt have the filtration running which upset the kids and the days it was open the water was 65 degrees rendering it useless. One afternoon i wanted to cook on the stove before we had to leave and asked the front desk for the grill utensils and it took 45 minutes and me following up with the desk assustant 5 times for them to bring me a kitchen spatula. I will not be returning to this location.

    We stayed for two night. Had to ask for sheets and pillows for sofa sleeper. The mattress had pots on the bottom the bathroom door was eaten up from water damage. The tub had all kinds of spots in it. It was a shower walk in like you can get fungus from it. The kitchen area was nice. Came with all utensils pots and pans, refrigerator dishwasher customer service was OK with one lady but when it switched to night shift, that’s when the problem started phone in the room didn’t work needed to call front desk about someone banging on the door and running which they never said they could pull the camera to see who it was or help me call the police breakfast was good. Nice quiet area parking was good. Did you charge $10 a night which comes out of your incidentals. Housekeeping does not come but every other day so we had to sleep on dirty sheets, no clean towels I was told to come down to the front desk to get clean towels and sheets to make my own bed.

    I enjoyed the room. The breakfast and parking. It would have been perfect but the heater in the pool being out was a huge bummer. It was my daughters 8th birthday and to drive all the way there to swim in a freezing pool was unfortunate. I chose this location largely because of the pool. My kids still tried to swim but ended up with runny noses this morning. I would stay again if they could fix that.

    Hotel was ok. If it had been updated i couldnt tell. Housekeeping only came the first day to bring comforter for pull out. Never got any more towels luckily i had my own. Pool is not heated, in fact its ice cold. The room is hot but the pool never heats up which is the only reason i booked this hotel. Online i picked free parking but this one charged $10 a night to just park. Never heard of such a thing and thats crazy, i have to park to stay at the hotel im already paying for, but they'd sent me an email stating this so i was prepared, however i couldnt cancel. Breakfast was really good, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a little store but everything is $3 so its best to drive 5 mins around the way.

    Extremely disappointing-First room had a pungent smell and sheets that did not fit the bed only to reveal a huge stain that resembled blood on the mattress. Tried to get new bedding but was given too small of bedding. When that was returned, we were told they don’t have access to housekeeping at night. That was at 5:00 in the evening. Switched rooms where we didn’t have bedding for the pullout couch. We were told there wasn’t anymore bedding to give out, so we had no sheets or a pillow case for the bed. Second room was by the front so even with the curtains closed, it was like a billboard was right outside our window. Pool was not heated and freezing cold.

    The staff where very friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast was wonderful especially the oatmeal. Our room was very clean! You could smell the cleaniess as soon as we walked in.     Every ting about the stay was great. The continental breakfast and seating area was amazing and having a kitchen in the room was great while having children on the trip. The only negative is that the children went down to swim and it was closed for 2 days and then when it opened the room was cold and the water was freezing. If you have an indoor pool, it should be heated along with the room.

    The room was great, clean/spacious but the staff were even better! Shoutout to Dwight, Roger and Genesis for making my prolonged work stay worthwhile; they were so helpful and accommodating. Not to mention breakfast was super tasty and the hotel has what I called “wine night” every Wednesday evening! I would only recommend getting more washers/dryers for the laundry room as there are only 2 of each currently. Definitely would stay here again!

    Overall it was a pretty decent stay at this hotel. The guy at the front desk was awesome. Breakfast was good. There was a few things that I noticed like dirt on the kitchen floor, housekeeping was behind, cable was stalling, tissue roll was broken, there was only 1 towel in the room. These weren’t major issues so other than that, it was decent.

    Should’ve been. Hair on the showering gels and shampoos, bottom of shower floor was pretty dirty, super dusty in the bathroom and sink area. Also there’s a ton of renovation going on and the elevator buttons were physically broken outside of the doors so you were pushing into the wall lol. Also there was a dirty washcloth and old food stuck inside of the refrigerator walls, it was gross. Thankfully I only stayed there for one night. Definitely would suggest to others not staying here in the near future.

    A/C not working , not cleaning properly all the drawers in the room supplies are not provided. I left the hotel reporting the condition.     I did have to go down to the lobby to pick up bedding for the sofa. Cleaning didn’t happen for our four night stay. Had to go down to the lobby again for more toilet paper. Apparently no staff to bring up bedding or toilet paper. Overall I’d stay again, without a doubt. Right by Costco so I could fill up the rental car for cheaper. :)

    This property was at a great location. Near the mall, near several eateries, and right off of rt. 400 and 285. The security was EXCELLENT as you needed your room key to go to most floors. The breakfast was above average with many options. Whenever I'm in the perimeter which is yearly, I'll be staying there at Homewood Suites.

    We stayed here for one night on our way down to Florida. Arrived shortly after 3pm and checked in right away. Staff was helpful and friendly. Parking was easy, there is a small lot right outside and underground parking. The room was huge. Plenty of space for the 4 of us. Area outside the bathroom with sink and mirror that is separate from toilet and shower. Breakfast was great with lots of options. This hotel was very clean and we felt very safe during our stay.

    My experience with Homewood suites was very good. Suite was clean and the hotel staffs were very nice. Breakfast options were limited compared to my stay at other Homewood suites but it was much better than other 3 star hotels. Complimentary covered parking was an additional benefit. Overall I am very happy with my stay and I would recommend anyone looking for a room in this location.

    The staff at the hotel were really nice and responsive. However, when I got to my room, it was disorganized. The cabinets were opened and the trash can was in one of the cabinets. The elevator was the worst part of the experience; it was very slow and only one side was working. Additionally, the elevator button was almost falling off. After this experience, I don't think I will ever book that hotel again.
