We had stayed here for the convenience, near the interstate to attend a couple of High school Graduations, the rooms are clean, all the staffs were friendly especially the ladies at the front desk, the breakfast is amazing, our stay was pleasant.

The property was in top notch excellence. Very clean! The breakfast was hot and delicious! So much to choose from. They even have dinner on Wednesday evenings; From socializing, alcoholic beverages, and board games. All FREE!! I highly recommend this property for your stay!

Great hotel near the airport. The pool was a hit with my children, only concern I have was the room wasn’t clean very well. The towels were stained and the sinks/tubs had a lot of debris in it.

I loved the size of the room and the amenities that came with it. The room itself was clean. I also liked how they had security in the parking lot throughout the night to ensure the safety of your vehicle. The bedding was disgusting. There was hair allll over the sheets and comforters. I requested the bedding be changed, and the front desk offered to give me additional bedding but couldn’t switch it out because housekeeping was gone for the night. When I received the NEW bedding, it had hair everywhere too!

Every aspect of the stay was excellent! Amazing staff who went out of their way to assist me, and others, I noticed. I wish I could remember the names of who assisted me but they were amazing people & hotel professionals and made my stay that much better.

The young lady that checked us in and the ladies that serve the breakfasts this weekend were all very sweet and chatty, friendly. very comfortable indoor pool and enclosed patio, gym, and of course the suites are nice. Full appointed kitchen and good size bathroom. Just what we needed. Thank you.

Rooms! We really like the separate living room area from the sleeping area. Breakfast was very early in the morning. We weren't traveling for business so it was shocking that we slept late and missed it.

Could only set the time for alarm. Room had been renovated but they forgot to fix the tracks of the shower doors. Prefer small individual use shampoo and conditioner and lotion bottles. The large dispenser type came off the shower wall and dont like quality of what is in them.

I liked the front desk staff. Shanilla checked me in and was very helpful an Felicia assisted my friend with her room plus she checked us both out an she was so kind, attitude on point, That's the type of person that belongs at the front desk when dealing with people..She has such inviting energy. My room was nice, different than what I heard, I guess that was before renovations, My bed was comfortable and I slept well. I'll definitely be back to visit...Great Job I thought I'd get to enjoy the pool area for at least 30 minutes but there were sooooo many loud kids in the pool that I really couldn't relax an enjoy myself.

I was given a room under construction, it was midnight and had to wait in line again to get a new room. There was somebody else in line doing the same thing. Also the woman at the front desk was asleep.

Our suites were nicely updated. The elevator is located down a long hallway and around the corner from checkin, so it’s inconvenient. There is only 1 elevator and there was a wait.

Check-in - was greeted and the. Told to wait a minute. Left at front desk for 5 minutes whilst staff member went into back room. 10 minutes later she re-emerged with no explanation for the delay. Given room key and told room 601. Went to 601 to be greeted with an open door and staff member inside mending something. That is the only reason we went in that room. Only on leaving the room to get backs from the car did we realise we had been told wrong room number. Digital key was for room 604. Good job we checked before shutting our belongings in a room that wasn’t ours!!! Floor 6 had been renovated so was relatively new but still looked the same as the rest of the hotel. Not much of a renovation!! Housekeeping and maintenance staff were forever hovering around riding the lifts - almost like they were avoiding work! Greeted on one journey in the lift with maintenance staff laying on a table they were moving floors!!! Breakfast was extremely poor with a very limited choice. Number so my key card didn’t work. They come up 10 minutes later after we had to wait in hall unlocks door and let’s us in. Makes up some lie the door battery not working but will get us. New key card . There was liquor on the table with personal items and money and trash visible upon opening the door . He acted like that was normal and walked off and lest us in that room . We walk around confused and upon further inspection realized someone was actually already staying in that room and their clothes and shoes were in there . We were mortified. We had to walk back in the hall and call front desk and wait again for our correct room. I like the hotel layout . Nice size to rooms but need some serious deep cleaning. Staff was very nice and mistakes happen, but this was a big one.

My family of 6 stayed for a one-night layover flying back from a 3 week international trip. We needed a hotel with a shuttle because we weren't bringing car seats. We didn't realize that the shuttle wouldn't pick up in the international terminal so we had to take an airport shuttle to the domestic terminal before we could be picked up. That meant loading all of our kids, luggage, and stroller in and off shuttles more than expected. In addition, my husband had to stay back at the airport for the driver to return for him and some of our luggage because the shuttle is a large van and not a shuttle bus. Thankfully, the hotel is super close to the airport so the shuttle didn't take long to get my husband to the hotel to join us. The drivers we had going to the hotel and back to the airport the next morning were both great as well, but could definitely use a bigger vehicle. All of the hotel staff were also super friendly and helpful and the room we had was clean and comfirtable. The breakfast the next morning was wonderful and well maintained as well. Overall, it was a welcome respite on our journey home.

The check in host was absolutely sweet! Wonderful hospitality! Me and my bf stayed there for 2 nights. The only thing was the slow internet accessibility and the cleanliness of the shower(had a few dirty spots). I liked the fact the hotel was tucked away from the main road but still very close to everything.

The sink outside the bathroom did not allow to change the water temperature because it was loose, although you could change it if it was off. 1 remote for 2 TVs, but did not work. The pull out couch did not have sheets or blanket available in the room, so had to ask. Also more pillows, because the same as above. Loved the blackout windows, decent breakfast but waffles would be nice! Probably would stay again. Nice staff and responsive.

The sofa sleeper was broken in our room so the staff quickly changed us to a different room just next door so changing rooms was easy. I really appreciated the kind staff. The pool is small. It was clean and the kids had a great time playing together in the indoor pool. The breakfast is mid, like most free breakfast at hotels. I wish they had had fresh fruit while we were.

The sofa sleeper was broken in our room so the staff quickly changed us to a different room just next door so changing rooms was easy. I really appreciated the kind staff. The pool is small. My kids were excited to have the pull out couch and watch tv but there were no linens or sheets or pillows for the pull out bed. Then they were very disappointed that the remote didn’t work and no one seemed to care enough to solve that problem.

I’m very happy with my stay. I booked the King Suite. Room was clean and spacious, bed was an awesome sleep. The only thing I found unsatisfactory was the shower which showed some either dirt or signs of mold thankfully I brought shower shoes. Parking lot was safe and secure. I returned after a late evening to parking lot security who wouldn’t let me in without checking my credentials which I really appreciated because the surrounding area is a little shaky and busy so I felt safe to park my rental car there. Staff was friendly. Convenient location to the airport. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great stay.

Outside and lobby was fine and clean. Desk help was very nice. Room was not so good. Furniture was old, no sheet on pull out mattress. It was cleaned but everything was old. Door looked like it had been attempted to be broken into. It would not very secure.

Everyone that we had interacted with had been very kind to my family and I. I can’t specifically remember her name, but a lady - possibly by the name of Tamara - with the first letter of her name being T, was in the front desk and she had been especially kind to all of us. The service and the rooms were very good.

They all said something was up with the eggs but they had muffins, cereal, juice and milk which no one complained about. The elevator was SOOO far away from the room. I want to start by saying the front desk staff was amazing. So what I am about to say does not involve them, they were the best part of our stay. Queen beds were hard and uncomfortable. Pull out bed was nasty, we had to cover it with multiple blankets before letting out kid use it. Even then, it was in such disrepair there is no way an adult, let alone two could sleep on it. Bathroom was clean, main beds felt clean. The first room we had smelled horribly of cigarette smoke, even though its suppose to be smoke free. Despite location, it was very quiet. For the value i would return again. However, if they dont start teplacing furniture, the place will only get worse.

The front desk was wonderful! From Friday to Sunday, all 3 young ladies had superb customer service. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable! But!!!!! The tvs did not work! The breaker box kept kicking the tvs off and we finally figured out that both the one in the room/LR could not be on at the same time! Then we could not use any of the outlets in the room at one point, we had to charge the phones in the living room area so maybe it’s something going on electrically in the room I’m not sure. The only other thing that I hate to say, because I was treated very nicely, but those sleeper sofas need to go to the dumpster immediately.

I’ve stayed in a lot of Homewood Suites but this is by far the worst: the breakfast was terrible, service non-existent, the rooms and hallways were none to write home about, and the living spaces were equally distasteful. The main bedroom was missing a smoke detector with the wires exposed, the bathtub didn’t have a drain plug and you could see all the disgusting stuff in the drain, the bath faucet was leaking constantly (see attached pics)! This has been the worst stay for my family and I! I definitely won’t be staying in this particular property ever again!

Property needs upkeep and more maintenance, gentleman who checked us in was amazing. There was an issue with our reservation and he was super professional while handling the issue, I believe his name was Richard, he was patient, friendly and welcoming.

When we were settling into our room the tv in the living area wasn't working, one call to the front desk within minutes someone was there to check it out. The room was clean, there was five of us so we needed more towels, washcloths, bedding and pillows. That was a easy fix, just a visit to the front desk took care of that. Nice variety of hot/cold breakfast items. Free parking, the location was very convenient to where we were competing. Lots of restaurants and stores close by. Overall it was a good stay!! I would stay again and I would recommend to others

The housekeeping, front desk receptionist, cooks and management staff. Thanks for a nice stay at Homewood, the police eat breakfast here, I feel safe. Recommendation, taste the grits, awesome. The rooms are comfortable for traveling with a family, very quiet and clean.

Like the bacon. The hall had a foul smell. Homeless people came in for breakfast. I think this hotel is use to shelter the homeless.

The room was a great value and quite nice. The staff were helpful, pleasant and efficient. The evening shuttle driver, Dedric (Mr D) was so much fun and took great care of our transportation need from the airport as well as to and from a nearby restaurant.

There was a problem between Expedia and Homewood Suites which caused a big delay on check in. Issue was resolved within about 30 minutes. Room is fine. I called before booking to ask if pool would be open, was told it would be. However pool is being refurbished and is closed. My teenagers are disappointed.

A very good team of people but the property is in decline and needs repairs and refurbishing. Dirty and dusty room that had a bad odor. Sheets that didn’t fit and a stained cover. Missing light covers in the vanity. Substandard kitchen supplies. Expired elevator certificate. This is below the standard that Hilton commands.

We reserved a room a month prior to our room then at arrival they did not have the room available. They tried to give us 2 rooms which were nasty. One room had an ozone machine running inside it which is not safe for anyone for breathe that in. The couch was filthy. The carpet was damp. Then they tried to tell us that they were sold out so we ended up going elsewhere. Just terrible experience. We drove 7 hours with 3 children and dealt with all that at 1 am in the morning. Awful awful awful experience

There was strong Odor in the room. Mostly the A/C filter wasn't cleaned or needs replacement.

I booked the family suite. It was very spacious but the water pressure in one of the bathrooms kept going in and out. The pool was closed and we were looking forward to that. The entire facility needs a major renovation. The mattress in the sleeper sofa was stained/dirty. We couldn’t even use it. The breakfast was good.

It was close to the airport

The sinks have a foul odor coming from them, water pressure for shower extremely low. I swear something was biting me while I was sleep! They only wash the sheets, I wish they would say otherwise The fire alarm went off for like an hours. No one informed us of what was happening.

The hotel is situated near the airport and a couple of popular restaurants and bars.

I had to wait 15 minutes with four additional people to check-in because there was no one manning the front desk!

Tv never worked in our rooms. Hotel was dirty and poorly upkept.

The hotel is understaffed ! We had a football team of 40 people. It took them forever, the guy did the best he can. I was sleep in my room and a gentleman open my room with a working key. The front desk didn’t update my night in the system, scared the hell out of me and my kids . The door barely shut, had to slam it. And the Matress was dirty

Over all disappointing. The toilet ran on. Telephone hand set missing, tv remote didn’t work, and safe could not be opened, bathroom shower needs new caulking, shower head loose. Does not appear to be any check on condition of rooms. Where is the management?

My daughter's truck was broken into around 8AM. Broad daylight. and of course the security cameras weren't working.

My family and I stayed at this property 1 night. We booked a two room suite. Upon arrival at 3:00 pm room was not ready so we had to wait until 4:45 to gain access to our room. I asked staff if they could compensate me for my wait and they offered me points. The room was mostly clean, the iron and ironing board were in really bad shape and there was a leak in the hallway ceiling. The pool looked to be very dirty and unkept. I never received my points or even a return call from management for my issues. I would not recommend this hotel.

I booked for a suite room for 7 people and they allotted 2 queen rooms for more price. As i don't have any option to change the hotel at late evening , i forcefully stayed there.
