Because of our flight schedule, we arrived at the hotel way early. The front desk was very helpful and got us into a nice room right away anyway. In fact, I think the front desk and their friendly, effective service is the biggest calling card for the hotel.

This hotel was great. Very clean and the staff was very attentive. I had surgery in the hospital around the corner from this hotel and was not allowed to travel back home for several days in case of an emergency, so we chose this hotel for those first few days of my recovery. Everything went as smooth as possible, check in and check out were a breeze. And the breakfast selection was great- even coming from someone who is stuck on a soft food diet for a few days. The yogurt was delicious and now I’m back home finding myself craving more.

I personally did not like the food but appreciate them offering breakfast.

The room seems to be older, with newer furniture. There was a lot of hair in the bathroom, and they left a half used bottle of soap in the room. Not all the surfaces are cleaned and all the doors have scuffs and dirt on them. Staff was super friendly and breakfast was pretty good for hotel breakfast.

The property was clean. The staff was amazing. The breakfast was ok. They allow pets at this property, because someone had a big dog that could be heard barking in the hallway

The brekfast options were good and there was some changes in the menu each day. Our family had No complaints. Only 1 suggestion: We missed not having Turkey Bacon or Links as a breakfast option. At the end of our stay, my family and I were so impressed with Home2Suites- Atlanta -Perimeter; it felt like we were at a resort. Thank you Home2Suites for making our family 's Spring Break memorable and unforgettable.

JANICE AT THE HOME2 SUITES IN ATLANTA FRONT DESK WAS AWESOME WITH BOOKING THIS SUITE WE CAME DOWN FOR MY COUS WEDDING. OUR ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND NICE OUR BED WAS VERY COMFORTABLE OUR KITCHENETTE WAS CLEAN WITH ALL APPLIANCES OUR BATHROOM WAS CLEAN. WE HAD A NICE SMOKING AREA, DELICIOUS BREAKFAST BUFFET EVERYDAY AND CHECKIN WAS A BREEZE GOT MY $100 DEPOSIT BACK WITH NO ISSUES. WE WERE 45 MINUTES AWAY FROM WEDDING VENUE, AND 45 MINUTES AWAY FROM VISITING FAM. A GREAT STAY WE WILL B BACK AND TOP IT OFF FREE PARKING 35 MINUTES AWAY FROM AIRPORT.

We were in room 2156. The noise from the elevator kept me up over half the night, about 3 hours of sleep. The light bulb in the standing lamp did not work. The handle in the shower seemed like it would fall off the next time it was used. Air conditioning was hard to figure out and adjust. You should really consider upgrading your brand of coffee but that is a minor thing.

It was okay, good for a one night stand. The gentleman at the front desk was courteous and professional – check in went smoothly. However, three small pillows in the center of a king size bed was not what I expected as well as the large tattered pull down shade. When I turned off all the lights it seemed as if I left a 40 watt bulb on somewhere.

When I kindly said (after 15 min of waiting) that we were just there to check in and asked if someone else could help us, the guy just said “no”. When we got in our room there was some type of black ash on the beds. I called the front desk and asked for another pillow and the guy (same one as earlier) cut me off before I even finished and said “we don’t go no more pillows”. I was seriously appalled at that response. The breakfast in the morning was extremely crowded for a very small space and they were out of milk in a short time and they did not refill it. Also our shower had hairs all over it, different men’s and women’s. I will probably not stay at a Home2Suites ever again.

We almost always stay at Home 2 when we travel as a family. This particular one was very friendly, and the breakfast was kept clean. It was also nice to get down to breakfast later in the morning and still have plenty of fresh options. My kids loved the water fountains by the elevators the best.

I've stayed in many home 2 suites but this one wasn't that great The TV sound was going in and out, so that didn't work when I pulled the sheets down. There was rips and holes in the sheets and then housekeeping banging on the door at 9 AM when checkouts at 11:00am Kind of annoying.

The employee who checked us in at the front desk was nice and very accommodating and the employee who was handling the breakfast buffet all by herself was amazing. She was very friendly and kept a smile on her face the entire time we were in the seating area, even when there were issues. I appreciated her patience and hard work.

I loved the convenience, the amenities, especially in the room - it had a separate freezer from the fridge!! and I liked the lobby area. Very convenient to grocery store and shopping. Didn't like breakfast. Compared to Home2 Suite by Hilton in Alpharetta, it wasn't good at all. No options for waffles outside the so-called healthy ones. Not much variety of fruit. And the hot items weren't that tasty. Plus the room had ants. Might be the entire hotel because I saw one crawl across the front desk as well.

You room was given away and we did not have a room to stay in after arriving from our flight. No assistance provided to help find alternate accommodation. Hotel admitted to overbooking two rooms

Stayed here while in town for a work trip. Room was comfy and clean. Loved having a fully equipped kitchen. A/C kept the room plenty chilly at night. Wish the pool had more space for lounge chairs. Loved the water dispenser next to the ice machine. Parking was easy and plentiful and area is very convenient to get to where I needed to go.

I’m not sure I ever experienced this many issues and was told—oh there’s nothing we can do so needless to say, despite me booking two rooms and having two other parties book here with me as well for my graduation weekend—we will not be returning to a Home2 Suites in the future nor will I be recommending one. They booked here because that’s what I recommended and we all left with the same comments—horrible beds.

The stay was great for me and my guests. We came down to Atlanta, GA for a birthday weekend with boyfriend and everything including the service was amazing. The front desk representative Giahni was truly great to us. Job well done!

Great location and friendly staff. Only, breakfast lady rushes by 9 am making guests feel that tgey have to leave there. She start cleaning restaurant 5 mins before 9 am! They should leave customers alone for 20-30 mins more do that customer should not feel ackward and rushed!

I like the small kitchenette and I love the option to request a hot plate so you can cook your own food. The only suggestion I would have is to add a charging station in the lobby area. It would be great to have one in each room but I know that would drive pricing up. But having a charging station would be helpful for ppl that forgot or lost their charger they could use the charging station.

Nice property, rooms are wonderful! The breakfast lobby is pretty small, so it felt a little cramped, and I wish they had a hot tub. Beautiful view in the pool of the skyscrapers nearby though. Convenient location to the mall.

Service wasn’t great. They were either understaffed or didn’t have enough resources available. We asked for one extra pillow, as ours were very flat and worn, and was told there were no extras at all. A few days later we asked for an extra towel and after a loud, audible sigh we were told if they can find any that we would have to come to the front to get it. (We didn’t mind doing that, but they seemed very bothered to be asked) It’s a nice area outside of Atlanta in a great location, 15 minutes from downtown, 15 minutes from two amphitheater venues, and only 2 hours from the mountains. I’d categorize it as a place to sleep in a pinch, but I won’t be booking here for any family trips again and will pick another hotel close by.

Our stay was cool. I was not unsatisfied but I do feel like this hotel needs to be upgraded and some things could be better. The mattress and pillows were not that comfortable and the elevator broke down one day we were there. The breakfast is average.

Family trip with my grandkids and I must say the hotel surprised me with the cleanliness and hospitality. I usually stay at more expensive hotels but not anymore. The only thing I have to complain about, there were a few black water bugs in the bathroom and I’m glad I didn’t see that until my last night

It was a great location. 6 min from the mall. Restaurant directly across the street. Free parking and reasonably priced. The only issue i had was the poor cleaning especially the bath room which had dried up urine atound it. Shower was nasty, the bathroom door and wall has some mess on it and needed to be cleaned and the dishes were not as clean as they should have been. Mildew on the shower door. Not all of the channels worked and the TV was not a smart tv so you could not connect to it to cast your netflix if it was on your phone.

We stayed here again on our way back through Atlanta and were very happy with our second stay. The front receptionist was so sweet and helpful in getting me back the straighteners I left the last time! We also liked that we could walk to dinner at a cute place across the street. Perfect after a long drive.

I had a great experience at the property. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. And most importantly, the room was clean!

This was a great stay for our family. The room was clean and spacious, the breakfast the next morning was delightful, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. We regretted that we only needed the room for one evening! We’re actually coming back and staying here on our way back home because of our positive experience!

Conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. Rooms were comfortable and well stocked. Friendly staff.

Staff were all friendly, accommodating, and helpful... but wore white socks in my room one day without shoes on and they were brown and dirty almost immediately. don't know when the carpet may have been cleaned.

So I booked this trip at least 2 weeks in advance. I knew i would be arriving late so I called the hotel to let them know. When I arrived at the hotel, they told me the 2 queen suite I booked wasn't available. I explained it was available when I booked it so what happened? He said the rooms are a first come firt serve basis and there are no more but he could offee me a king room for one night, check out in the morning, and then check back into my 2 queen room. I explained that wasn't going to work. After looking frantically, he finally "found" a 2 queen room. It was a slight inconvenience but was resolved. The bathroom had a pocket door with no way to lock it which was odd and the bathroom was smaller than expected.

Clean and nice staff

The front desk staff and management were all AMAZING, every encounter my needs were met. Great location, beautiful facility. Amenities excellent. I would have only wished my bathroom in my room was cleaner as well the appliances in the kitchen. Other than that bed comfortably etc in my room Id say 10/10 ...... I would stay again as well recommended to family, friends and my business colleagues.

Very nice hotel

My family and I choose to return to this hotel after visiting 2 summers ago. We encountered a baby roach in our room crawling around. That creeped the kids out but I killed it and we went on about our night. The beds are in need of an update. I probably could have slept on the floor and been more comfortable. So we didn’t get good nights of sleep. The staff were nice. We woke up the last day to try the complementary breakfast which was really good.

It brought me back to halcyon days, the best time of my life, when the world felt a little simpler, a little more sincere. This was not a place of grandeur or excess, but of honest comfort—a suite that invites you not to escape time, but to revisit it. And in that act of remembrance, to find rest. A modest gem in the heart of Atlanta, and one I would gladly return to.

We extended our booking but housekeeping was not informed, walked in while my mother was showering. Did not have an ice bucket in the room for us. Was very dusty throughout the room. Was very hard to get someone’s attention.
