Hotel is old. Carpet should be removed. I had to get room card rekeyed several time a day. No amenities at the hotel. Hotel closed lobby after breakfast. No place for a large crowd to sit. I will not go back

The facility, the new hired staff was awesome only there 3 Days. Very good customer service. My toilet was stopped up for 2 days because of water pressure.

The wait for a room was lengthy. The service desk staff was very kind. I had noise issues with a room next door twice. Over all, it was close to the church I traveled to attend. The food truck in the hotel lot was recommended from the front desk staff. It was very good and helpful to get something to eat on arrival.

1 night stay for a concert did not have the breakfast parking was a plus close to everything but I did not receive my points as a member for staying at a IHG hotel, that was the only bad thing, would stay here again if I had to.

Overall a nice stay, especially with a beautiful lake view for half the rooms. Nothing over the top amazing, but it got the job done. The free parking was great, the location itself was the big selling point. Located near the Camp Creek shopping areas meant easy food and entertainment. Nearness to the airport was a huge plus.

Room was clean, quiet, well stocked, had a view of the lake, tv had good channels, safety lock, ac heat and fan worked, all lights worked, all outlets worked. Property checked in on my stay via text 2-3 times. Breakfast assortment was well appointed, selection diverse. I don’t drink coffee so would have liked to have hot chocolate available. Juices weee good, Microwave clean and worked well. Public women’s restroom was not a good experience as I waited to be checked in for my stay. It was smelly Refrigerator was not very cold. Apple juice need to be diluted a smidge as it was very sweet/syrupy. Very good taste though.

This was one of the worst stays at a hotel that I’ve ever experienced in my entire life! First let’s start by saying from the time of check in until the day we were put out of the hotel the keys to the rooms never worked! Every time we left the room we had to go back and forth to the front desk to get the keys rekey or get new ones! And I do mean every time if there was no one was in your room with you to let you in. Once housekeeping had to let me in just to keep from going back to the front desk. My family and I had a total of four rooms remind you not one time did our rooms get cleaned nor did we get clean towels. I asked housekeeping for towels and she stated she was not our housekeeper. My kids were locked out of their rooms for over two hours waiting for someone to let them because their keys wasn’t working as well. They went to the front desk to report it for the second time and was talked to very rude! My sister and her grandkids were put on the 4th floor ( The very Important floor) they have a contract with the pilots which whom they don’t like to put children on that floor. Two kids with autism and one sick. We were put out!! And talked very rude to by the black girl at the front desk and the GM Ameisha Gaynor!!! She pulled up and walked up on me like to wanted to hit me when we were the ones being mistreated the whole stay. Mrs Nicole was the only employee that spoke with sense. Ameisha Gaynor is very unprofessional! Neither is the CSR dark skin dread head girl!

I like the lake and the location. The general manager was rude and attitude was inappropriate and insulting and one of the staff members at the reception desk I think her name was Josephine was very unprofessional and disrespectful to me and my family.

This is a nice place to stay, my room was very clean. what I love the most is the sweet Lady serving breakfast she is so lovely and has the breakfast room very clean! Warren at the desk very helpful.

My stay and experience was a bit underwhelming and the room was horrible. It smelled of mildew and dust was everywhere. There were dead bugs in the bathroom. On my check out date, housekeeping knocked on my door at 10:30a.m. to offer service. I told her that I wouldn't need it and at 10:50a.m. I found the same lady standing at my door with her cleaning caddy. The gym lacked equipped and the pool was the size of a kiddie play pool. The property does have an upside with a large pond in the background and plenty stores and eateries in close proximity.

Checked in very early am after Delta flight was cancelled . A quick search found this wonderful property. The front desk gentleman was courteous, kind and prompt. The woman in charge of the complimentary breakfast was fantastic! Upon check out the woman at the front desk was also courteous, kind and prompt All was great

Lots of shopping around the property easy access to most things queen hotel, beautiful view Unfortunately, there’s someone that lives on the streets right outside the property. It was just very sad. The person did not bother us and we never saw their face. We could see them sleeping when we left in the morning and it was extremely cold outside.

I had to be moved to another room because of a water issue in my room, the front desk called twice , after arriving at 4:am from a long trip....but there was an issue with the phone in which I couldn't no answer his call....so he came to the door....he was very polite and apologized for the inconvenience, but the knocking on the door, made my grandson uneasy.....I told my grandson he was doing his job.....at 9:00 am , I had to check out the Room 222 and move to 218....and told that the manager would make an adjustment on my bill for which never heard from the manager, who apparently was not on the property the whole time...I was there...so I was told note had been made on my account, about the incident.....I note does not fix the issue.....The Staff was very friendly and very accommodating.....and should not have to cover for a management issue....I really enjoyed my stay and will come back again.....but also I should have had more than a note left on my account, when some kind contact should have come from the manager of the inconvenience that it caused my grandson and me as Guest at the Holiday Inn Express

The staff was great but the hotel was sketchy. The shower curtain was too short. There weren’t enough towels. Their alarm system kept going off. The breakfast was decent.

I believe they had a large group there as well… kids were all over the lobby from the pool so water was all over the place. Could be a hazard and no one to clean up. Overall I would recommend for that area but my husband said we won’t be back!

Overall the staff was very friendly and my room was clean and comfortable. But my internet never worked which I needed for work and school. And the shuttle was not there to pick me up to take me to the airport. The shuttle driver said there was bad traffic at the airport and he was stuck, but I called an uber and there was no unusual heavy traffic. We had no problem getting to the airport. I could have dealt with the internet but I felt like someone was not being honest with me. I had a 7:30AM shuttle pick up time which turned into 8:30AM. So I took an uber and I guest I beat the shuttle to the airport. Be careful if you have an early morning flight leaving this hotel.

We had a view of a water ski lake from our room, which was nice. Plenty of options for breakfast and great Costa coffee. They offer a free hotel shuttle, but only pick up at the domestic terminal… international travelers have to take the free bus to the domestic terminal and call the hotel once they get there.

The stay overall was good. The front desk person was extremely slow when checking people in and answer front desk questions. The hallway smelled like old carpet and the shower curtains were smelly as well.

First the only reason I booked here was because it said heated pool, I did book through Expedia, nowhere did it say the pool was closed. Right after we checked in and went to our rooms, we had to leave. The bathroom floor had hair on it and a pile behind the door. I asked the front desk for a broom, and he said he would take care of it while I was gone. It was never taken care of. Also, my other room, we needed to use the pull-out bed. Went to front desk and asked for linen, there were no pillows. Holiday Inn Express is my go-to hotel, and this stay made me look bad. I hope this place can get it together.

Great breakfast, but there were ants in my room. Also, the pool was out of service. It should’ve been posted on their website. Room is overall pretty dirty and not very clean. Bathroom was dirty needed a good mop.

We were very disappointed after arriving to find out the hotel's indoor pool was closed. This was not disclosed online when making the reservation. We drive 5 hours and this trip was supposed to be amazing as it was a birthday trip for my 15 year old daughter and the pool was a really big deal. We really felt like this dampered the trip and we didnt get the full experience that we paid for.

The two things that I loved about this hotel were the free breakfast with many healthy options and the lake behind the hotel. Everything else is one level above a basic motel.

The front desk gentleman was super friendly and helpful. The Elevator worked on our way up thankfully but thereafter both elevators were down and we were on the third floor. The hand soap also shoots out and not down so some things got soapy but nothing ruined.

Desk clerk was very helpful. I appreciate the fact that they accommodated me even though i had reserved the wrong date.

It was a very nice hotel. Smelled good, great breakfast, clean rooms, comfy bed, all the amenities you could need and easy check-in/out. Also great location!

If the carpet had been clean i would have given a higher rating, however, it looked like blood spots and was really dirty. Bath tub had black stains on the bottom despite their efforts to bleach as the room had an overwhelming smell of it. Staff was super friendly.

The location for this property is great. However, the property itself wasn't. I had a very large cobb web on the lamp in my room. I reported it to front desk when i was headed out to eat and he said they'll take care of it. When my husband and i arrived back to the hotel, the large cobb web was still there. I called front desk and the young man came up. While waiting on him to clean the cobb webb, we discovered a rose pedal on the floor by the AC unit which by the way had something sticky on the temperature buttons. He did not remove the rose pedal. This tells me my room wasn't properly cleaned. I love the location, but very disappointing in the room. We left the next morning to find another girl to stay in. This was my birthday weekend.

The property is located extremely close to the airport and a long term parking service, which is super convenient. The staff are friendly and keep the place clean. There’s a good selection of foods for breakfast and the coffee is nice and fresh. One extra thing my husband and I enjoyed was walking out onto the patio, off from the dining area, and looking around for a few minutes at the private lake surrounded by woods. Very peaceful.

Everywhere was dirty, also saw a roach

My stay was ok. Nice room but the view was horrible and the room was missing furniture. Only the king bed and chair for desk was available. Seems the room was missing furniture.

The hotel was an average stay. They had only 1 working elevator. Better attention to detail needed while cleaning.

I go every tine i cone to Atlanta. My experience is always good.

Only complaint was constantly having to ask for towels and the one night the kids pulled the fire alarm which was not of any fault of the hotel. The rooms were clean and the hotel itself is well kept. There’s a decent continental breakfast included and lots of options in the area to dine. Free airport shuttle. Can’t beat it.

I had a very good experience! When I checked in my first room had a minor issue and IMMEDIATELY the Manager resolved the matter and switched my room she checked the new room first to ensure it was satisfactory which it was I had a view of the lake and the room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good and the staff was nice. I enjoyed my stay Here

Everything was great, and was very relaxing.

The list is lengthy. For starters, I went into the hotel with my 4yr and the room was nasty. It smelled horrible, there were ants on the coffee bar and the shower curtain smelled of mildew. I didn’t even want to put my bags down. I called the transfer to another room and it was slightly better. The bathroom smelled like urine and there was mold around the tub. I will never stay nor recommend anyone to this hotel again. Not to mention because I cancelled my booking directly through the hotel, I am now banned from booking on Expedia again. This whole ordeal was crazy. Also, the ratings on this website is not truthful. Please do your due diligence before booking.
