Very convenient and stuff were very helpful with positive attitude.

The toilet is very low flow and you have to flush multiple times even just for toilet paper. The shower pressure, on the other hand, is very good. We had a maintenance request for the TV and they came up immediately to fix it; we appreciated that. Overall, a decent stay.

Was very disappointed. The manager got into a shouting match with a customer to the point that the profanity bomb was flying out of his mouth. He had no regard for the other customers that were standing there. He did not apologize to us for the spectacle he made of the situation. He was very unprofessional to say the least. Will not be staying there again.

Good breakfast

I reserved a room for two queen beds. They had apparently overbooked and I was provided a single king bed which was not sufficient for my stay. The usual hold that is applied to a credit card has yet to be released and the staff has made little effort to facilitate assisting in that release. It has been approximately 2 and 1/2 Weeks since my check out and well beyond the stated time that a hold should take to be released.

Good locaton for overnight stay close to Route's car rental and the airport. Staff front desk is wonderful.

We spent most of our days out of the room. It was a clean, comfortable stay with a really good breakfast. The property could use an update in some areas like the hallways and lounge furniture.

The air conditioning was not working in the lobby or the room. They only drop you off at one spot at the airport which meant that I had to walk to the other side of the terminal and I have mobility issues. Only the night desk clerk was polite. The rest were surly and brusque. Will not stay there again.

The breakfast was great, beds and sheets nice and soft, quiet, and the staff was very accommodating with a special request we had. The staff all seemed happy and in my opinion that always speaks of great ownership.

My stay was very short, just a few hours overnight but nice. My only complaints was the room was freezing when I walked in so I had to turn on the heat and the cable was out so we couldn’t watch tv but that wasn’t really a concern cause I was going to sleep anyway and just watched tv on my phone. Other than that everything else was just fine and staff was very nice. I left something behind in the room when I checked out, didn’t realize it until I got all the way back home in another state. I called and they had it and allowed my family member to pick it up for me so i appreciated that

There are no restaurants close by. I found the $100 deposit hold on credit card excessive.

We stayed in a mobility accessible room which was a bit small with no comfortable seating for companion, although bathroom was great.

Something must have changed recently since my experience was drastically different from the historical reviews. I would be generous to give this location a 2.5 star rating. Honestly it’s more of a 2 star hotel for the following reasons… gross stained carpet throughout lobby and hallways, vinyl flooring throughout room, water damaged drywall in the bathroom, some power outlets didn’t work, room phone didn’t work, stained lobby couches, leather couch in lobby must be torn because it had a sloppy repair patch along the entire seating cushions, missing belt buckles in shuttle, had to wait 45 minutes for airport shuttle, water filter in gym was overdue and flashing red my entire stay, breakfast was cheap and unappetizing. I am definitely not coming back to this location ever again.

The breakfast area was very clean and well organized. As far as the breakfast is concerned, it was really good. The biggest “con” was a loud AC.

The hotel is very close to the ATL Airport only about 5 minutes away and their shuttle is very frequent. The staff were helpful. The one thing I would have wanted to have at the property is a SPA. For a hotel that close to airport, some guests are in transit or missed a flight, they are stressed with long flights and airport perks, a massage would be something they would consider to relax. One other very positive thing for a hotel by the airport, the room was very quiet for a busy airport. I didn't hear a sound of any plane all night. I one slept at Spark by Hilton ATL airport, and could hear a flight every 5 minutes.

Great stay for 3 adults flying out of ATL early the next morning. Good breakfast and coffee. No trouble parking overnight. Would definitely stay again.

I was in room 215. There was no chair at the desk, so I couldn't use that and there was no shade on the light fixture in the room, just light bulbs. There were no shower bath towels, which I did not find till I wanted to shower the next morning and when I called the front desk they said I needed to come to the front desk to get them because they only had one person on staff. The room was clean and the breakfast had plenty of choices. I have stayed at many HI Express locations and this one was disappointing. The price was right but I won't be back

I had great stay at this location. My most fav part was the free shuttle service to/from airport 24/7! This is fantastic as I had a 5:30am flight and left the hotel around 3am. Only 5mins away from ALT airport. Room was clean, bathroom shower was fantastic! Great price at a great location! Absolutely recommend to others!!

The room design was a bit awkward for the doubles bedroom having a fairly small and separated bathroom facility. The bathroom sink unit was separate (in the room) from bath/shower and toilet. Overall, it was a good value for the price.

The property and rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable . There are zero amenities as far as a restaurant or bar etc . They do have a small sundries but that’s it . Our air kept cutting off - not when it reaches temp- but “off off” and kept having to get up during night to turn it back on. For a quick sleep it’s fine but if you want any amenities this is not the place for you .

Upon arriving parking was $15 also the pool was inoperable. If we had known there was no pool would’ve booked elsewhere. It was a hot weekend

When I arrived the hotel was very clean and the young lady at the front desk was very pleasant. I was early, so I waited about 30 minutes before my room was ready to check in. I was doing a quick shower and running straight out as I was heading over to Morehouse College. When I arrived back in my room, I turned on my air and took another shower and changed for the evening. I noticed the bed was a little low for me, and that the air conditioning was not cooling off the room, and there was a clicking noise. Well, I ordered some food, and still the room was not cooling. I tried to call the front desk, but the phone was not working. I tried to find the number online with no success, as I getting the Large IHG call center for reservations. Finally, a person in the reservations gave me the number to the front desk, but it ended being another Holiday Inn down the road. Needless to say, I had to redress go to the lobby to inform them how hot my room had become. Waiting for someone to come look at the ac only to inform me that they were sold out and would try to move me to another room. Finally, someone came back to my room and moved me to another hotel room. I was frustrated as I was hot and exhausted. Overall the room was adaquate.

There was only sausage options during our stay no bacon :( The pancake machine was producing raw pancakes. I had to do a couple batches to get ones that weren’t raw in the middle. Could’ve had a pancake station and waffle station instead of 2 pancakes. The guy checking us in was kind of lousy tbh but we did check in around 1am but Otherwise everything was really nice we stayed in 3 hotels over 5 days and this one was by far the nicest!!! Would stay here again despite the pitfalls.

Room was very clean, no complaints. Food was good, but cold by the time I got to the dining room. Parking entrance and exit is always a problem for me. Otherwise, Holiday Inn is always a good choice. Beds are comfortable as well.

Didn't seem to want to be there as evidence by her immediately phone scrolling as we walked away. AC didn't seem to be able to keep up, but wasn't terrible. Other than that, this place was fine.

We stayed one night and it was wonderful! Very quiet and I felt very safe!

It's a nice property close to the airport with 24hrs shuttle. Safe area, easy parking in secure gated property. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and modern. Microwave, Mini fridge in the room.The breakfast was one of the best we've experienced for the reasonable price of the room. Hot items like eggs and oatmeal were provided as well as continental items. They got big new espresso coffee machine which is so convenient. Enjoyed my stay and will book here again.

Two negatives. 1. The bathroom vent appeared to be broken so there was mildew of the bathroom wallpaper. 2. The doors slam shut so anytime another guest near you leaves their room it’s disturbing.

A/C was loud, we requested for wake up call it didn’t happen, we called many times for room service no answer. But the receptionist the following day on May 5th was very good. We missed the shuttle service for 2 mins along with the other guests, he called the driver to come back right away so we will not be late for our flight.

Staff was friendly and helpful. We had to change room 3 times. First room had no tv or phone working. Second room had no TV working. Third room had TV, but A/C didn’t work. We slept in a very warm room that night.

I stayed for 5 days but what they don’t telll you is that it’s a 50$ security deposit for each day from your credit card and then when I got my security deposit back I was only paid back 75$ when I tried to complain I got the runaround nobody knew why then during my stay the elevator was out only 1 worked

Parking felt safe and secure.

Arrived and checked in. Upon entering the hotel seemed relatively clean. Go up to the room and have to step over a seemingly fresh puke stain to get in my room. There was someone's used tissue left behind the toilet, the AC unit was nearly falling off the wall and the window in our room was broken. There was no cable the entire day and night. Breakfast consisted of a prepackaged muffin cause everything else was disgusting and inedible. All the guests were commenting amongst their self to the same effect. If you plan to use the shuttle, get there early and stand at the curb. There is no sign-up causing guests to literally push others out of the way to secure a spot. Not to mention one of their staff members jumped in the front seat ahead of a handicap and elderly person so she could be taken down the street for work. Unfortunately, this was nonrefundable and the staff wasn't willing to offer a refund, so I made it work for one night to avoid paying for two hotel rooms. I will sleep overnight at the airport before I book this place again.

In general, though it wasn’t terrible, the cleanliness of the hotel wasn’t great. I expected better base on the Expedia reviews. We changed rooms due to an unpleasant odor (possibly the cleaning product) in the room we originally booked and there were some slickly spots on the table by the beds. Our room was next to the elevator so we heard a lot of noise outside our room until close to midnight. There were a lot of children running around and slamming doors.

The airport shuttle: to get to the airport shuttle you have to get a shuttle to get the shuttle to the hotel make sure you have the full address as there is 4 difference hotle. Getting back to the airport was much easier.

The rooms were clean didn't have a problem with that but my refund for my deposit I never got it back I asked I've called five times still haven't got my refund of my $100 I don't know what's going on I'll call him they said it's been 7 to 10 days it's going to turn into 30 days and I need my refund $100 is a lot of money to throw away and I'm not throwing it away I want my money I'm getting me an attorney and I'm going to call a better Business bureau

This Holiday Inn was VERY convenient to the Airport. The staff was helpful and friendly, but not at all in an aggressive way which I liked. The room was clean, and well attended, although the sink and bathtub drained slowly, I had no other issues. The AC worked great, and I was surprised there was a microwave and Keurig in the room. I do wish (whether it was Expedia or the Hotel) that I would have been told or prompted that parking was not free, and there were not a lot of spaces for my big old pickup truck, but honestly these are very nitpicky things for an overall enjoyable experience.

There was bedbugs in room we took them in a paper to the front disk and we had to move to another room and in the morning I asked them about it and they said the night person did not show them or tell them

The pool had chairs thrown in it and is green and there is no place to eat and the area doesn’t allow for much to eat either. I would skip. We stayed here because others said it was very good. I think they lied. Oh and cable was bad as well as wifi.

We liked the proximity to the Rental Car Center and airport specifically if you have an early flight.

The breakfast was so tasty and presented very well. And I didn’t expect the pancakes to be so delicious coming from a pancake making machine, which was real easy to operate…just pushing a button made you a cake! Staff was helpful, watchful, and warm. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had.

Nobody came to pick me up at the airport. They advertise a free hotel shuttle. I waited for 45 minutes and had to get an uber because their driver never showed. A Patelish ran hotel.

Booked a suite and was told by front desk that they don’t have suites. Their website clearly shows suites. Parking cost more than they tell you on their “fact sheet”. Refrigerator didn’t work and our food went bad, they said sorry. Thermostat didn’t work so room was 62 in the morning. No water pressure and the toilet would barely flush. I tried to cancel my reservation for my return flight and they won’t cancel Expedia bookings.

Arrived at the international terminal and called about the shuttle. Received a recording that I had to take a shuttle to the domestic terminal for the hotel shuttle. Thirty minutes later, I'm at a crowded area and needed assistance to determine where pick up was. Shuttle filled up quickly when it finally arrived. Luckily another hotel's shuttle driver agreed to take me. It took well over an hour to finally arrive at the hotel. Ended up taking an Uber to the airport the next morning. The room was nice and comfortable but the whole reason I chose the hotel was due to the shuttle. Next time will choose a hotel with a restaurant and bar.

While the bedding and towels smelled freshly laundered, I found what appeared to be a small blood stain (possibly from a minor cut) on the top bed cover. I’m sharing this feedback in hopes it helps improve quality control and housekeeping standards for future guests.

I didn’t like nothing about this property The staff was very rude and unfriendly they cancelled my reservation after I drove 6 hours to get there and was very impolite about it. I book a two queen beds room because how many people I was with but they must’ve gave it away and when I got there they told me I was canceled and they don’t have that room a available they have a king bed with sofa which I didn’t want so he told me I can leave he don’t have nothing available I told him call his manager which he came out rude as well I didn’t even address anything with him I will never return.

Rude shuttle driver, front desk staff lack customer service skills/hospitality training. This is an old hotel in need of renovating! They gave us a handicapped room, thank God our stay was only for one night. The worst part is they overcharged us! I emailed the GM, I'll be shocked if I get a response. I'll be contacting my bank. Don't stay here, you'll be disappointed. 😐

Room wasn’t be very clean. There appeared to be stains on the floor, possibly blood or mud. There also appeared to be stains on the wall in the bathroom. Bathroom shower was clogged and didn’t drain. Breakfast was good, and had plenty of options. Airport shuttle was on time on pick up and drop off. This hotel is fine for a 1 night stay, which was the case for us due to cancelled flights. Anything past that, needs improvement. I’d give a 7/10.

Room was comfortable and big enough for shorter stays, clean and quiet, the bed comfy. Very close to ATL airport, shuttle service every 30 minutes. Breakfast was quite good and with some warm options. Only complaint would be the heater/AC unit which was quite noisy when running

Was a nice clean room. Staff wwre very helpful and accommodating.

Staff was great and were able to check me in early. Despite the freezing rain the shuttle to the airport was up and running. The shuttle driver was great as well!

The bathroom is extremely small ( bath & shower combo) + toilet. the sink is located outside of the bathroom in the living area of the room. It was also unfortunate that a guest burnt something while heating it up in the microwave and the entire 3rd floor was filled with smoke and the fire department had to come. The rest of the night, it was hard to breathe due to the smoke. This was NO fault of the hotel.

NA On Friday, June 27, 2025 my flight was canceled. At 2:20 a.m. Saturday morning, I call your hotel and was told that there were rooms available. I gave my AMEX to reserve it. My husband, sister and I took a cab to your hotel and the night manager, told us that it was a lie. They did not have any rooms available. Plus, several people was sleeping in the lobby as well. I asked that my AMEX not be charged and he assured me that it would not. Needless to say, it was charged and now I'm playing phone tag with the General Manager Myra to get reimbursed.

The room is clean and well kept. But i was not happy with who ever was openings and closings the room door . It starts around 9pm until 10.30pm. Im glad the front desk did help me to keep them quiet just for a little.

Manager Lady was rude. Front desk lied and said they were no cancel fee and it ended up being one. She said I would get all my money back and I didn’t get anything. So everyone is uneducated and providing bad customer service! Also the reps answers the phones are providing bad not correct information! Told me deposit was an amount but it was more. Manager didn’t care to accommodate for the incorrect information I received. It was just a bad experience and I wouldn’t recommend NO ONE to this place! Nor would I ever stay here!

Room nice Staff Ok But they charge for self parking $15 unoticed via Expedia, Expedia said the self park is free, they have an Ad when you check in at hotel that said they are charging $15/night from november/2024. That was unexpected.

Reception was welcoming. Breakfast could use improvement. Omelets are pre-made and reheated too long. For example. Toasters work on and off. Not enough fresh fruit offering. Our room was not cleaned one of the two days, but this was resolved in the evening when we addressed it. Overall, quiet, comfortable and clean.

This hotel is not well cared for. The lobby furniture i run down our room had several damages. The wall outlets were loose A lampshade broke in the middle of the night. They charge $15 for parking per day that is not disclosed until you arrive. There is nothing nearby but the airport. The staff member who checked me in was so friendly but the one who checked us out couldnt even be bothered to acknowledge or apologize for the comcerns about the room. Please stay somewhere else

Rooms are ok, good breakfast selection. They do not have laundry service, I asked and was told to go to another hotel down the street to use theirs.

They don’t advertise that the free hotel shuttle does not go to the international terminal. It was one of the reasons I chose this airport because free hotel shuttle. They should say it’s only domestic. Wound up costing me $35 for an Uber to the international terminal.

I stayed at this hotel for only 5 hours to get some rest before an early morning flight, and I was charged a full nights rate. In addition, the hotel took a USD 100 deposit. This stay was 5 days ago, and despite messaging the hotel twice to ask when my deposit would be refunded, I have received no response at all. The lack of communication and transparency regarding the deposit refund is very disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel based on this experience.

The airport shuttle service was horrible. Waited for almost 45 mins for the shuttle at the airport. The shuttle came late and then it was full so had to wait for it to drop off everyone at the hotel and come back for pickup. There was only one shuttle running around 10:40pm. The bathroom is very small and compact and the sink is outside the bathroom.

Excellent for the price. Great communication of checkout and shuttle times, fantastic breakfast. Only issue was I wished the website clarified which Holliday Inn Express was which in terms of how ATL shuttles categorize them. I had to ask around for clarification.

We were forced to stay here having missed our connecting flight, so it was just for convenience. It worked: it was clean, it had a free breakfast and shuttle from the airport, and the staff provided things we needed such as toothbrushes and toothpaste. So, can't complain!

There was no heat. They did not mobe us rooms and brought up a space heater. However, they are number 1 cause of fire.

Very nice hotel and worth every penny. The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was also a very pleasant surprise. Two instant pancake making machines, 2 types of omelets, 2 types of sausage, various juices, cereals, and coffees. Very yummy.

No shuttle there!! Using someones phone as coming from holland, called Hyatt. On automated service! When finally got someone, after a long talk, he said he would go to front desk to ask about when shuttle would come. After almost 10 min, waiting they hung up!! Room was awesome clean and ready. Almost no one at the front desk at different times. Had to leave my $100 cash deposit because no one was at front desk upon checkout in the morning of my flight. I couldn’t wait risking the chance of missing a flight. Hopefully the mgt will find a way to reimburse me for the deposit.

Easy check in and check out process. Rooms were relatively new and clean. Only annoyance is that they charge $15 to park your car versus having it included in the price. Seems like a complete money grab as this is an area most people would need parking. Breakfast was basic but they had a made to order pancake machine.

At the ripe old age of 70 I have been blessed to have traveled extensively both home and abroad. I wavered at first when I booked my reservation because this hotel was cheaper. I live about an hour from the airport so to avoid the hour drive I decided to stay close to the airport. This place was perfect for me. It was clean, had a comfortable bed and a good shower head. And despite being so close to the airport it was incredibly quiet. Additionally the breakfast was hot and the shuttle was on time. Who could ask for anything more?

We were told one thing about deposit 25 if holding it on card and 100 if in cash. When we arrived it was 100 no matter which method of payment. We get into the room just for it to already be torn down like a motel not a hotel. The pictures completely defeating. The hot water never worked at all for showers, the window you couldn’t even see out of it, the tub looked like a dog clawed it, the carpet ripped and lifted in edges and corners and they breakfast was half cooked or not ever enough. This hotel came to my rescue after the nightmare that I checked into before choosing to leave, that same night. clean room, staff, amenities all stood out to me, simply because that’s all I wanted but without having to pay an arm and a leg for it. I was only in town for a short stay visiting my mother and at the end of the day I just wanted to lay my head down on a clean bed, inside of a clean room. Holiday Inn Express gave me all of that, with secure parking and free breakfast. Thank you for that.

However at 2:00 a.m. the room next to mine there was a man beating the s*** out of a woman who was screaming. I called the desk and they did get up there very quickly and I think that says a lot about the quality and the location of this hotel. The air conditioner and heater in the room was not updated and it was very loud and did not do a good job of heating the room.

Perfect stay close to the airport. Nothing special. But convenient for a 1 night stay.

First, the staff was super friendly. That was kind of weird ended. The HVAC system didn't work and it took me until 10:00 that night to realize I called down and they came up and had to completely disconnect it and get me extra blankets because the room was about 60°. And turn the fan off. The toilet wouldn't flush but I'm sort of okay because it wouldn't stop running so anything that you deposited in the toilet eventually went down. Those were the main reasons why I didn't love the hotel they didn't have any kind of restaurant on site but they had their shuttle bus that would take me down to the Radisson to have dinner and then pick me up to come back to the hotel after dinner.

The room was out dated. The air conditioner squeaked while it was on and the elevator broke during our stay. We were not given the passcode to the gated exit until we checked out which caused confusion leaving everyday. There were signs up that said spikes in the ground do not go this way. The $15 dollar parking was also not a plus. The staff had no other parking suggestions.

Bathroom faucet was falling off. Had to be held with one hand while turning it on with the other hand. Tub filled with water when the shower was running. Coffee maker was not working properly. Reserved a room with a king size bed. There was a problem at check in and they asked if we would accept a room with 2 beds which we did. We did not know that the room would be so small that the sink was outside the bathroom.

My room was dirty when I got there. The sheets and toilet were dirty. We asked for new sheets, they were also dirty. The next day, they put the same dirty sheets back on the bed and the towels were dirty.

Airport shuttle was great. Arrived on time both times we used it. They run every 30 mins on the hour and half hour 24/7. No restaurant on site but the Radisson is a short walk and has a restaurant and bar. Didn’t stay for breakfast Probably would not stay here again due to general cleanliness.

Hotel was great. Shuttle can be a bit dicey though, we saw a couple times where the van was full and couldn't take more passengers. Make sure you get outside 10 minutes before the shuttle comes to ensure that you get a spot.

All the information for catching the shuttle from the airport is incorrect. It was very difficult to catch the shuttle. It was recommended. We walked to the neighboring restaurant that’s next to the jail for dinner. I really don’t think that is something to recommend to your customers. Maybe your shuttle should be more available so they don’t get robbed or murdered
