Reviews
The hotel staff is generally friendly and helpful, but there are issues with room cleanliness and maintenance. The location is convenient for many guests, but parking can be a problem and the rooms are often small.

No problems. I will stay there again.

The space is just so tight..from the elevators to the rooms.
- 5/5
Great experience and hotel room was very clean. It was in walking distance of most places, only issue was having to wait until 3:30 to check in.
- 4/5
Excellent staff!
- 2/5
The whole hotel just had a bad odor to it. When you walked into your hallway it just did not smell good at all. Very disappointed
- 5/5
Great place!
- 3/5
The location was convenient for the aquarium and for the Ferris wheel. But not for anything else. The manager was responsive promptly to the issues that we had regarding our room and made a change for us. The hotel appeared to be undergoing renovations, but the work thus far seemed to be subpar, particularly in the bathrooms. Carpets for poorly installed throughout the hotel. The hotel staff was unable to give us any recommendations or information regarding local transportation. All in all , aside from the manager , it was a disappointing trip.
- 5/5
The hotel was conveniently located near shopping, dining, and local attractions. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options.
- 4/5
Spacious common areas.....large dining room which one can sit and work in after breakfast is finished. Wi fi seems good.

Excellent location. Great value. Best breakfast bar in Georgia. Staff is nice and accomodating. Rooms are small.
- 5/5
Good room and breakfast. The parking is not included. Downtown does not look like a safe place.

Great location. We were able to walk everywhere! Room was VERY small. Room was clean but we would not stay again based on the room size.

The location was good. Some of the staff was rude. You never knew when you would get someone nice or someone rude. Breakfast was overcooked. The elevators were tiny.

Poorly designed and remodeled Dirty, poorly constructed, poor craftsmanship, no care
- 4/5
The best breakfast options in any hotel I've ever stayed in. Great location. Friendly staff. Definitely the one-ply toilet paper needs to be replaced. On my last night, there was no hot water. I waited until 9:30 then I had to hop into the shower and wash my hair with very cold water.

Clean Not having my $100 deposit returned at the time of my check out
- 3/5
The room was clean, definitely outdated. The lobby was very cluttered and doesn’t look as nice as the pictures, the valet was great just sucks you have to pay extra because you basically don’t have another option, good location in downtown Atlanta, and breakfast was good/convenient. Although, I accidentally left some items in my room and I have called multiple times the past week trying to contact someone so I can arrange to get my items back. They keep saying they will “get back to me” and no one has.

- 4/5
Location was perfect! It was clean, the staff were professional and courteous. The only thing I didn’t care for was that my room had the windows blacked out. I couldn’t see outside. It made it a tad bit claustrophobic. But since I was only staying one night I didn’t make the effort to change my room. I’m assuming that not all the rooms were like that.
- 2.5/5
I like the location and that it was close to the event I was attending. I didn’t like how the water pressure; it was jumping at times. I didn’t understand why. Also they were working on the room next to mine so it was loud noises early in the morning which should’ve been a disclaimer about.

Great location. Breakfast was wonderful. Beds were very comfortable. The rooms were very small and no swimming pool.
- 5/5
Excellent hotel! Staff was super friendly and helped me out with my checkout. Food was delicious and clean. Just footsteps away from venues and great restaurants.
- 2/5
The room was tiny and extremely noisy. It felt like anyone walking in the hall was in my room. Same with the room next to me. If you just been a place to sleep fine. If you would like to be relaxed don’t book.
- 4.5/5
Staff is amazing, kind, and accomodating. Rooms were incredibly clean and cleaners work hard. Breakfast bar is great with many choices. Will stay again. I don't like the lack of self parking. The valets are very nice, but it would be nice to have the option. It would be great if you could have a contract with a nearby parking garage.

The rooms were tinier than expected and we were not aware that we’d have to pay $40 a night just to park our car.
- 2/5
Check-in was a nightmare. I had booked 3 rooms under 3 different people. My card was charged instead of theirs when they arrived and even presented their cards. My room was given to someone else in my party, even though I added their names to the booking. All 3 were on separate floors. My mother was told the parking garage was $28. She ended up paying $58 by the time we checked out. We received a call at midnight, which luckily didn't wake the baby, for my husband to sign valet papers. When he went to the front desk in the morning, they didn't have any idea what he was needing to sign. He had to identify our keys because our room was already booked to someone else. Breakfast was good and the room was nice, but this has been the worst hotel experience we've ever had
- 3/5
The room was comfy. Breakfast was great but the street noise at night was horrible because of the extremely loud motorcycles revving their engines. I couldn’t sleep at all as each time was about to fall asleep somebody revved her/his motorbike just outside the hotel. That was the ONLY but very annoying problem. Triple glazing may be or thicker windows?? Road noise at night was horrific!!

I was only there for a few hours really due to different circumstances with traveling but the breakfast buffet was a nice set up with decent food options. Nothing remotely gluten free or free of cross contaimination if that is something that is important to you. I told them I would be arriving late, around 11, they confirmed there was no issue. When I realized that I would be arriving around 3AM instead, I communicated that as well and was told it was no issue. When we arrived, the staff on site was less than pleasant and the room was canceled for no show. After that was resolved- I was charged $100 for incidentals that I wasn't aware of there being an additional hold on my card for. There is no street parking or no free parking for the hotel. You can either valet and pay $40 nightly or park and pay at a garage around the facility that is slightly more affordable.

Great place stay at good breakfast,
- 2/5
Some staff were pleasant and others seemed burdened by us. Very little help with luggage.
- 4.5/5
The room was great! 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a pull out sofa. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean and spacious. I would definitely stay here again. We were there to visit the aquarium and this was a great location for anything going on downtown. Valet parking was great and we had no issues "calling" for our car. It was there in minutes. It's downtown Atlanta and the entrance to the hotel is literally on a street corner. Before we could get our luggage out of the car and inside, we were approached by a guy asking for money. It was late when we were checking in and being 2 women, it was not an ideal situation. We never had any other issues.
- 3/5
The room was clean and served its purpose but I think it was the smallest hotel room I ever had. I can’t fault them as the size was in the description but I didn’t realize it until I got there. I literally only needed a place to sleep so it worked fine. Easy Uber ride to Grady Hospital where I needed to go.
- 1/5
I do not recommend this hotel. Upon checking in myself and multiple guests were told they could not find our reservations - come to find out that a bunch of reservations were cancelled due to a computer glitch months ago without any notice, we got our usual check in texts and emails that day even, and staff did nothing to help me or any other guests who's reservations were cancelled. We never received a text or email notifying us in advance our reservations were cancelled. There was a woman in the front at a computer not even acknowledging anyone clearly there to check in and the staff that were there at computers we were actually checking in weren't helpful and didn't explain anything to us, nor did the manager overseeing things. We kept having to ask them but they didn't know what to tell us nor were they offering anything (to rebook, refund, helping book elsewhere, offering a credit for future stay etc, NOTHING) Thankfully I chose to pay at property so I didn't have to worry about a refund but the people next to me were having issues getting a refund the whole time I was in the lobby. I'm not sure if this was happening to people just using third party booking sites or also the people who booked through the hotel itself, but regardless the staff was incompetent and did a terrible job handling this situation.

- 3/5
The problems were superficial but still there. This is a old hotel and certain amenities are further away. The ice machine being on one level is one. The bathroom being very tiny and theres no bath mat in it is also not good and there's no dressers to hold clothes. The breakfast is good and offers a good selection. All in all if you can look past my negatives then this is a good hotel to stay at
- 4/5
The property was dated but the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable
- 0.5/5
If I could give this hotel a negative rating I would I booked this hotel 6 months in advance and paid in FULL prior to arrival time for check in and they said there was a "Glitch" in the system and gave my room away to someone else. They did not compensate me by providing another room of equal or larger size. They offered me a smaller room and stated they expected me to pay the same amount I was charged for the LARGER room. They refused to accommodate me or refund me. They charged me the cancellation fee after I ended up leaving to stay at a different hotel.
- 3/5
I like how helpful the staff was they were friendly. I would say far as my room it was OK. My toilet was not clean. I cleaned that myself. Overall the room looked really nice. I did not like how there was maintenance or construction to a room being done near my room and I could not get any rest till later that night. I feel like they should have notified me of that because it sounded like a construction site most of the day. But overall my stay was OK. I enjoyed the area. It was nice to just walk in sightsee.

- 1.5/5
The bed was comfortable. I booked 3 rooms, told the desk clerk that was paying for two and the person who’s name is on the room, will pay for the 3rd room. I got charged for all 3 rooms, my friend was charged for the incidental fee and she was given the receipt, with the room charge, as if she had paid for it…very disappointed. The rooms are smalls, the bathroom is small, my toilet was crooked, the 2nd rooms’ floor had wet areas, that my friend stepped in, their room was very hot and it took a while for it to cool down, after lowering the temp to 62 degrees, my bed linen smelled like feces, no clock in the room and again…very small. I would never book there again and wouldn’t recommend it.
- 3/5
Everything was nice and cozy; only thing is the air conditioner in our room was broken on one side.
- 3/5
The location of the property was great. The staff were very kind and communicative. The breakfast is really nice in the morning. The wifi is good. We stayed on the fourth floor, and the entire state of the hall smelled like urine. The elevators are really tiny and there’s a lack of luggage racks. We are in the corner of the hall and we didn’t even have a window, which was disappointing.
- 2/5
The bed was comfortable. Rooms are too small, bathrooms small, toilet was crooked, bed linen smelled liked feces. I booked 3 rooms and one of the floors in the room, was wet with water, my floor was sticky, around the border of the bed. One room was very hot. We all were very disappointed with the rooms. It was only for one night and I wouldn’t book for more than one night.

Location is perfect! Walking distance to TheTabernacle if you are there for a show, Olympic Park, Aquarium, Coca-cola museum, and so much more. It was difficult upon arrival to see where the entrance was and it was difficult getting a space to pull over and unload. It was expensive to do valet parking. But I will acknowledge it is like that at a lot of downtown hotels.
- 5/5
It was clean considering it was under some construction

- 2/5
Breakfast was good and staff were helpful. Room was not very clean, no clear windows so we could not see outside and there was a bug crawling on the wall.
- 3/5
Nice daily breakfast, clean rooms. They were in the middle of installing security cams near elevators & escalators which was disruptive to a lot of the guests with the construction noices
- 2/5
This was a three night stay and twice the toilet got stopped up. The shower would made loud noise. The hotel has some bad plumbing issues. Walls are very thin. The elevator refused to let us out once and tried to close on me once. Location was good for walking to attractions and restaurants. Staff was somewhat helpful. I would not stay here again.

Great Hotel. Very nice location and good value for the money.
- 5/5
Our room was very nice and clean and the AC got really cold. Our bed was very soft and you could tell all the bedding was fresh. The bathroom and room itself were kind of small, but we were comfortable. The breakfast was very good, and the premade hot food was different each morning we were there. One morning was scrambled eggs and different kinds of sausages and the next morning it was egg white veggie omelets and potatoes with bacon. The staff kept the breakfast area well maintained and fresh. Valet parking was new to me, but was easy enough. Once we parked in valet we didn’t use our car again until we left because we were in walking distance from everything we wanted to see and do. Which was very convenient, and cheaper than driving everywhere and paying to park each time. All in all I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone who asked for a recommendation for somewhere to stay in Atlanta.
- 5/5
The location was perfect. The staff was so welcoming and friendly. Was greeted every time we walked in and walked out. Homeless people around the way but you can’t really do too much about that. They’re everywhere. Property was great. Even the construction was kept clean out of general public way.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had something for everyone. The room was good with the exception of a small area for the bathroom in the King suite. The room should have been arranged with a bigger bathroom.
- 3/5
Located very convenient to State Farm Arena and was in walking distance. Hotel lobby is undergoing a change of computers so check-in are was a make-shift table. Hotel is older and dated. Glad we were only staying one night. Found after we left that they had double charged us for the room so had to reach out to them to try to get resolved.
- 4/5
First of all, Brittany at the front counter was absolutely accommodating to us! She got us checked in, moved our rooms (2) to the same floor and was very informative and sweet! The breakfast was very good selection for a continental breakfast, the omelets were amazing! The rooms were clean and stocked well. Location was great for our venue we were going to (The Tabernacle) and the car valet was well worth it! The only thing I would change would be an hour earlier check-in time, but not a deal breaker!

Clean room with comfortable accommodations. Significant delays at check-in, window unit A/C constantly turning on and off and immersive interior renovations taking place all around were downsides.

breakfast was a nice surprise; many options and all delicious room was very comfortable. loved the beds bathroom was a little small need more or larger bedside table
- 3.5/5
The hotel was solid overall. The room was in good condition, smaller than we’re used to, but that’s expected right in the city center where space is limited. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The bed was comfortable. The location is great, within walking distance of downtown. Parking is paid and available in a nearby garage. The staff was helpful. Breakfast was average, similar to what you find in many hotels. It’s a bit different from what Americans might be used to, but overall it was perfectly fine. de kamer was niet groot.

Location was fantastic and breakfast was nice! I’m not sure if something happened prior to our arrival but the check in set up was not normal and created a large backlog of people. Waited probably 30min to check in, the staff did the best they could but not the most relaxing or welcoming arrival.

There are some local parking lots including one right behind the hotel we used which was easy in and out and slightly cheaper then the hotels valet. They’re renovating the hotel so it was a bit messy but I’m glad they’re trying to make improvements. The room was overall fine with some minor defects but suited us as a family of four with a 1 year old.

We enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn in Downtown Atlanta. The staff was friendly, the room was nice and clean, and having the valet was the best. The breakfast was pretty good too. Theres plenty of tjings to do within walking distance. We will definitely stay again when we come back to town.
- 2/5
Staff was very unprofessional and disorganized. They rarely answered the phone. The plumbing was horrible, but the breakfast was pretty good.
- 5/5
The lobby and the street frontage is not impressive, but it works just fine.
- 5/5
The room was clean, no bad odors and breakfast was amply stocked. Appreciate all the staff’s hard work. We know the weekend was quite busy! It was great knowing we had a safe and clean place to rest our heads and have our vehicle secured.
- 3/5
The facility itself was great! Beds were comfortable and had everything we needed. The view was great. The breakfast was AWESOME!However... Upon check in the line was almost out the door. It was total chaos and no one knew what they were doing. Then, they didn't have our reservation. Even though I had all of my confirming emails and communications from the hotel, they did not have our reservation. Also, I had reserved the room to pay in cash. They charged it to my debit card. Unannounced it left me with $13.00 in my account. Obviously that was easily remedied but that's not the point. Then... again... it was $40.00 a day for parking. That's ridiculous! So those of us that drive in to your hotel get penalized compared to those that fly in from out of town. Were FORCED to pay. People will start to not stay in hotels anymore because of these a la carte fees. I own a business and can't imagine charging my customers to solicit my business. Terrible practice. I won't stay with your properties anymore because of it. No matter how his everything else was. Tsk., tsk.
- 5/5
Having to pay for parking
- 5/5
Great location. Clean.
- 3/5
Location is perfect, however the room has zero drawers to keep your belongings, zero storage for anything. They should at least have one drawer. Other than that hotel is good.
- 5/5
Was a tad small. Made it tougher to get ready/packed up, and head out when the elevators filled up with three people. Minor complaint though.
- 3/5
Stayed in a King Suite, it seemed like it was recently renovated although the finishes were a bit rough around the edges. The breakfast was great with many options and variation each day. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth and staff were nice. For the price paid, decent value compared to other hotels downtown. Finishes in the room (ceiling tiles, painted corners, door trims, carpet edging) could be improved or repaired. I found 2 COCKROACHES in the bathroom during my 4 night stay.
- 4.5/5
Service was great. Great location. For the money it was great. Parking but considering the location really can’t be helped. Valet was worth it.
- 5/5
Location was perfect for a concert at the Tabernacle. It was just a few minute walk, which I felt safe doing w my teenager w plenty other concert goers around. There were a lot of homeless people in the area, but no one bothered us. Room was clean, beds comfy, and air conditioning worked too good. Brettany was who checked us in and she was very friendly and helpful. I luckily read reviews and knew about parking issues beforehand so I was prepared to pay for valet parking for less stress and it was the best decision. No issues w valet, just a reasonable wait while they were busy w multiple check outs. We missed breakfast so I can’t say anything about that. Elevators were small, but fast for us. I would def stay here again for a show at the Tabernacle. The room was really great w great view out the window. No weird smells. I felt very safe here.

Great breakfast! Room was clean and staff were very friendly.
- 2/5
When I first arrived everything seemed nice. I got into my room and it was dirt marks on the wall. I wasn’t in my room much but when I finally did get to lay down the bedding and pillows smelled like cigarette smoke. I told the front desk and all they did was have someone come in and change the bedding. That did not help at all. The water for my floor was out from 11am-5pm so I couldn’t get ready on time for my outing I had planned. This was very inconvenient. Most of the staff were nice but I could tell the ones in charge had attitudes. This wasn’t a good experience for me. I’ve stayed at plenty of Holiday Inn Expresses and this was the first time I’ve had a horrible experience. I won’t ever stay at this location again.

Breakfast was not ready when we came down at 6:45. The room was clean, but the staff could not communicate clearly in English without another person. No parking facilities available unless we were willing to pay $40 for valet service with no idea where our car would be located in the city. Wifi was fast but did not require a password, so it was very sketchy. Not in a great part of town either. Homeless people sleeping right outside of the hotel made us very leery of trying to go out after dark.

The breakfast bar was phenomenal! The elevators were not properly working and access to the stairs was limited to fire emergency only so that part was a bit inconvenient BUT overall it was a decent stay, with a clean bathroom and comfortable bed.
- 5/5
Room was spacious. Breakfast was tasty with lots of options. Dining area was attractive, clean and cared for. Location was convenient to transit and downtown amenities.
- 4/5
yes
- 5/5
Everything’s good, great location, only valet parking 40$ overnight but it’s Atlanta so that’s fine
- 5/5
I love this hotel!!!! My room was perfect, the staff was amazing, the location was ideal, and the night was epic! They also have free breakfast! I have already booked my 2nd stay for my trip in July!
- 5/5
- 5/5
Just a little suspicious of whom was room attendant. Left alcohol when I came back look like some had pure some out or probably drank some..
- 5/5
Great location.
- 3/5
A/C was minimal at best, construction was a set back, check in was more painful than it should have been
- 5/5
Breakfast was very well done. Breakfast staff was very helpful and friendly.
- 5/5
Clean centrally located in downtown Atlanta, walking distance to the Tabernacle and Ted’s Montana grill. Nice little bodega in the same building fresh sandwiches and BEER, staff was friendly and professional. Would definitely stay again
- 4/5
Breakfast was good, but rooms were small. They were clean but small
- 5/5
Breakfast is the best!
- 5/5
Rooms was nice and clean and the staff was great
- 4/5
Great breakfast, clean room and comfy beds. The only complaint i have is that the room had a smell of cigarette smoke that did not go away.
- 5/5
It was convenient and at walking distance from the convention center!
- 4/5
Nice staff. Great breakfast!
- 5/5
24 hour coffee = A++
- 5/5
Brettany was an amazing person. The hotel was full and she was able to accommodate everyone. The staff that served breakfast were amazing. they were very cordial and accommodating.
- 5/5
Perfect location for downtown. Didn't love the idea of having to pay extra for parking, but no other complaints. The room was a bit small for 4 adults, but the price was great, so not a complaint.
- 5/5
Clean room. Staff was friendly. Breakfast had pancake station, cereal, coffee, juices, sausage, omelet, etc. good variety. Room had temperature control. Great hotel in downtown walking distance to centennial park, Mercedes Benz stadium, State Farm arena, coco cola world, plenty of restaurants.
- 4/5
Great breakfast, nice room.
- 5/5
The staff was super kind. Room was a little tight on space, but it was one night and the bed and pillows was super comfortable. So it works out well.
- 5/5
The staff was polite, helpful, and attentive from beginning to end. The room was clean and there was enough room for 4 adults to sleep comfortably. We paid for the valet parking which was $40 per night with in and out privileges. This may seem like a lot but if you have to pay to park as Navy times as we left the hotel in the car, it was worth it. Give yourself time for them to get the car before you are ready to leave.
- 4/5
Husband and son said it was rough on the outside but clean on inside.
- 5/5
Great staff
- 5/5
Great stay
- 4/5
All around good experience
- 5/5
Room was great and conditions were wonderful.
- 5/5
Everyrhing was exellent no complaints
- 5/5
Rooms were small but very clean. Breakfast was great! Staff very pleasant.
- 4/5
Coffee could be better
- 5/5
The room was very clean. The beds were comfy. The staff was awesome! Breakfast was delicious! It gave us the fuel we needed for a day at the aquarium. Valet was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again. Only thing missing was a pool.
- 4/5
Hotel qas nice elevators way to small good distance ro state farm arena
- 5/5
Very convinient location and helpful staff
- 5/5
Close to everything downtown very walkable. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Valet is the best option for parking if you’re leaving in your car at all. Everything was super clean
- 3/5
Nice hotel, good breakfast. Room was spacious but separate bedroom had no door. There was a track for sliding divider but it was missing.
- 5/5
Extremely nice place, location and staff. Most amazing breakfasts ever.
- 4/5
Clean room, helpful staff, good breakfast with several hot options, including pancakes, potatoes, bacon and veggie and egg white omelettes. Comfortable bed and great water pressure.
- 4/5
The hotel staff was great. New but very helpful. Took some time to check in due to the staff being new. The room was as big as your going to get in this area. Like a small apartment. The Tv's didn't work. Stuck on one station and couldn't change stations. Remotes needed batteries. We were basically there for a bed and overnight stay.
- 5/5
Location is super convenient to Olympic Park, GA Aquarium, World of Coke, etc. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. There is an extra charge for the valet parking which is the only option available, wish there was free self parking included but the valet service was easy and very quick. The room was very clean as well. A nice bonus is the convenience store around the corner from the hotel entrance. Overall we were very pleased and won’t hesitate to stay here again next time we’re in Atlanta.
- 5/5
This motel experience was wonderful. The breakfast buffet was good, the people friendly, and the motel was super clean.
- 5/5
Easy location, nice hotel. Very friendly staff
- 5/5
Room was very clean
- 5/5
We absolutely enjoyed our stay! It was close for us to walk to the convention center. It was nice and clean and the staff was extremely friendly! The breakfast was very impressive and we just were really happy about the value we received for the price. If we come back to Atlanta again in the future, we will be staying here again! Thank you!
- 3/5
The staff and the overall stay was good. However, the room was less than impressive. The room was super small and smaller than I have ever seen. The room could never get the right temperature because the curtain covered the a/c unit vents. The toilet seat never stayed up and had to continually use something to hold it up. The hot water was just warm never did it ever get the opportunity to take a hot shower. The room is the worse to get a good night sleep due to the noise that the windows let through. There is absolutely no drawers to store clothes or belongings so you will be literally living out of your suitcase. Did I mention the room is super small to walk around and get comfortable. Again, front desk, housekeeping and kitchen staff 5 star but actual hotel 2 star.
- 4/5
Room was clean.
- 5/5
.
- 3/5
The rooms were very clean. The staff was very friendly.. I gave it three stars because the size of the room is extremely small as well as the elevator.
- 4/5
Room was clean and hotel staff were great. NO free parking for guests
- 5/5
Registro rápido, personal amable y eficiente, el hotel es muy cómodo, habitaciones amplias, con buenas amenidades y un buen desayuno, una gran experiencia
- 5/5
Front desk staff was helpful and very pleasant.
- 5/5
The staff was very courteous and friendly. The room was very clean.
- 5/5
I had a great stay! The room was very clean and comfortable, and the attention to detail really stood out. The staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out, which made the experience even better. The amenities were well maintained and convenient, and overall everything felt relaxing and easy. I would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Happy Chinese New Year, Sherry!
- 5/5
people were friendly. standard, no complaints
- 5/5
The breakfast was fresh and tasty. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely return if im in town again.
- 5/5
Room was large, clean, pleasant stay
- 5/5
Friendly staff
- 1/5
No internet. Couldn’t get them to fix it.
- 5/5
The room was spotless and well organized. The staff was courteous. Breakfast was great!
- 4/5
The breakfast was great each day and rooms were clean! A critique for Expedia would be to have a group option so when there are multiple rooms they are listed under the one person. When we arrived the rooms, were on separate floors which worked out but if we had not had other chaperones we would have needed rooms on the same floor or close to each other. Each evening my group ate in the mezzanine and there was a woman who kept reminding us to clean up or she would have to charge us which is strange because we cleaned up but the business man who was also down there left his coffee and crumbs from his food but we pushed in our chairs and even asked for a broom and rag. The walls in general are a bit thin as you can hear conversations from staff and other guests pretty easy so it would have also helped to have my students grouped together and not near other business class people. Overall it was a great stay but the people mentioned made it better!
- 3/5
The room was very noisy and could hear everything above and around and had many unpleasant issues such as a foul odor from the drain in the bathroom floor and blurred windows not shown in pictures of the place/rooms. VIP parking being the only option the hotel offered was not stated on the list of extras.
- 4/5
Hotel was clean, but everything is small and cramped from room size to the small elevators. An ok stay, but I've been to nicer for the same money downtown
- 5/5
Staff was amazing
- 5/5
The room was clean and staffs were very friendly
- 5/5
No full length mirrors and no parking on-site. I recommend using the valet service. Other than that nice and clean hotel. Breakfast was delish and staff was friendly
- 1/5
I am disputing a duplicate charge for the same hotel reservation. I paid the reservation in full through Expedia at the time of booking. At check-in, the hotel charged me again, claiming that Expedia had not paid them. As a result, I was charged twice for the same stay. The hotel has refused to issue a refund. I am requesting a full refund of the duplicate charge. I can provide confirmation of the Expedia payment and both charge receipts. Thank you for your assistance.
- 5/5
Excellent room and staff
- 1/5
Very bad
- 4/5
Staff and clean
- 5/5
Great staff!!!
- 5/5
Nice hotel with friendly, helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with a nice variety. Overall a pleasant stay and I would stay here again.
- 3/5
Room was very small with two double beds and very little space to walk around or pull the one chair out from under the small table. Bathroom was very small and the sink was very close to the toilet. A heavy person would not be able to sit on the toilet. However the room was very clean and beds were very comfortable.
- 5/5
Room was very nice and clean. Bathroom was amazing. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Would stay here again
- 5/5
However, the staff, the halls, and rooms, are AMAZING. Very nice staff, pleasant, and very helpful. The halls are super clean and neat. Very nice decor. The room I was given was fantastic, large, modern and new. Spotless. And the breakfast was GREAT! Oh and the BEST thing its close to a MARTHA Station. Easy in/out. Highly recommend if your traveling with family/kids.
- 5/5
We were there during a snow storm. Staff very helpful. Accommodating. Will stay again
- 4/5
The rooms were clean. Breakfast was served on time, good and a good selection. The staff was very courteous and helpful.
- 1/5
For an expensive downtown hotel did not come close to meeting expectations.
- 4/5
Breakfast area is very tight and long lines. Room was fine. Walkable to the arena.
- 5/5
All good
- 5/5
They upgraded us to a suite for no extra charge and were very friendly. The breakfast was fantastic! Great stay while we took in a Hawks game.
- 5/5
Everything was great , except the room smelled a little weird must of been
- 5/5
Clean , nice rooms and soft bed , great breakfast
- 5/5
The hotel was great! Rooms were cute! Customer service was over the top!
- 4/5
Good stay for convention. Nothing that’ll knock your socks off, but good for the price. Clean and quiet.
- 3/5
Overall, good average hotel. Improvement tgat can be made: windows that are not blocked and sunlight can come to the room; toilet kept clogging, dirty sofa.
- 5/5
Staff was amazing, room was great! Leaving 5 stars for the staff. They need faster elevators... they are so slow.
- 5/5
clean, walkable to market and staff is exceptional
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
Staff was great. Room was clean
- 4/5
Breakfast was good, it was mostly clean but there were boogers on the wall, would stay again. Close to many good restaurants!
- 5/5
The customer service was outstanding!!! Thank you!!!
- 5/5
Everything Excellent !!!!

- 5/5
Staff was super nice and fast. Breakfast was good and the valet parking is convenient, 5 minute wait from requesting the car.
- 5/5
Everything was great staff and rooms!
- 5/5
The hotel is really good, clean and gentle staff
- 5/5
Clean room, nice staff, overall a good variety at breakfast.
- 5/5
Clean rooms. Excellent front desk staff.
- 1/5
Gave us a room that was already occupied, bathroom was falling apart(towel bars falling off) no towels. Multiple people asking for money in the breakfast area
- 4/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
Very well located, very friendly staff, very efficient valet and convenience valet parking. Breakfast offer a decent variety to start your day without the hazzle of dress up and driving around for it. The room was a little to little but it has everything i need for the 3 nights I stay with my Fam.
- 5/5
Staff was out standing
- 4/5
The service is good
- 3/5
Now the BAD!!!!! DO NOT VALET YOUR CAR!! we were there 3 days and of those days they lost either our car or keys 2 of the 3 days we lost a few hours both days of our trip. I spoke to a manger about it and he just made excuses. Very unprofessional response of a hotel manager. I travel a lot and he was just not caring what i was saying. Would i stay there again absolutely but will find parking else where in the area….
- 5/5
Amazing space for children and families, great rooms and breakfast thank you for all your support during our stay!!
- 5/5
I cannot say enough, how amazing this day was. And I never do real reviews.
- 5/5
Great for the price
- 1/5
Space was literally very small for a family of 4
- 3/5
We couldn’t get our room for over two hours. The water was turned off for a short time. But the staff were very nice
- 5/5
Excellent hotel in Atlanta downtown.
- 5/5
The amenities were great. Staff was also responsive. The room was clean as well.
- 2/5
Online, the room looked bigger. Upon entering, it seemed very cramped. Getting to the room felt like walking through a maze with all the corners to turn. The desk in the room should have just been removed as it was impossible to sit in the chair with only about a foot of clearance because of the bed behind it. Didn't even have a good view as the windows needed a good cleaning. The phone had a continuous flashing light showing messages. Go to check the messages and it began to directly dial 911. Informed the desk and was advised that nothing could be done about the flashing. TV's were on some type of parental control but staff were able to clear the problem. I will give credit to the staff though as they were very friendly and did the best that they could. The breakfast service was very good with a wide variety of things to choose and each day had something new to enjoy. Definitely enjoyed the 24/7 availability of the coffee machines. However, this is just my encounter, hopefully you can decide for yourselves.
- 5/5
Clean room, great air conditioning, wonderful breakfast.
- 4/5
Staff friendly
- 4/5
Clean. Small rooms, nice staff
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 1/5
It was a roach in there, never saw the housekeeping staff, had to call the front desk on several occasions to get any type of help! A homeless got maced because he was trying to force his way in the facility, only in ATLANTA!!!! Never will I EVER stay at this hotel
- 5/5
Staff member Sherry stood out most definitely - thx Sherry!!
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 4/5
The staff was nice, the hotel is located in a good location closer to a few restaurants and attractions.
- 5/5
It was very nice
- 5/5
Everything was excellent them give me a early check in 👍👍 excellent service
- 4/5
Everything was good except the room sizes. We have taken a room with 2 Queen size bed & the room was too too small.
- 3/5
The room was OK but the TV had to be worked on every day was there. Just kept losing signal.
- 5/5
Cleanliness, the rooms were above my expectations
- 4/5
Na
- 5/5
Was warmly received by Jiji, the receptionist. The place is very tidy and beautiful❤️. Lovely service
- 5/5
Clean, safe, good valet service, excellent breakfast, good gym, comfortable bed with good climate control
- 4/5
Great staff. Especially impressed with Destiny. She was valet. But when she wasn't doing that she greeted guests, asked if she could help with anything, and even kept the lobby nice with Fabreeze.
- 5/5
Excellent!! Ariel is the Rock Star at the 111 Cone St NW, Holiday Inn Express. Ariel is a delightful young lady. She always had a smile on her face to greet you with, she was very polite and friendly and treated you like you were her best friend. Everyone at this location was super nice and friendly at the front desk all the way to the gentleman working the snack/food shop. It was a very nice hotel and in a prime location for our stay and walking to the State Farm Arena for the CBS Sports Classic!
- 4/5
We have always loved this hotel. We stay usually yearly. Was disappointed at the lack of hot water in the morning. Had to take a cool shower.
- 4/5
Restrooms need to be updated.
- 5/5
Overall good value for your money. Good breakfast, clean facility, good location.
- 5/5
Very friendly and helpful staff and the breakfast was great!
- 2/5
Staff was good but everything else was not
- 4/5
Very good customer service but my room was very small
- 3/5
Good location. Friendly staff. Parking was confusing, I did not know where to park so I parked at a garage across the street. It was 30 for one night. Room was small but adequate. The windows in the room were painted over which made it seem very cramped. Would have liked to have been able to see out. The TV did not work. The front counter said they would send somebody to fix it but it was never fixed. Overall it was enough for the cheaper price. I would most likely pay a little more to get a nicer place next time
- 5/5
Clean room : issue with TV reception but maintenance came within 15 minutes to fix it: front desk staff was amazing! Courteous and helpful- very friendly! Destiny followed up to make sure TV was working and also to ask if we needed any toiletry
- 5/5
The staff was really great and responsive, rooms were clean, and the breakfast was nice
- 5/5
Very clean room. Very nice staff.
- 5/5
Quick and easy check in. Great location. Not the newest hotel option but super clean and the beds were amazingly comfortable! Would return!
- 5/5
The room was clean although small. The breakfast super!
- 4/5
Ariel was fantastic! Give that sweet girl a raise!
- 3/5
Heating and cooling was loud, bathroom sink spring water leak at 4 am.
- 5/5
It was great
- 5/5
Friendly staff. Variety of breakfast foods.
- 5/5
It was warm and cozy when we got there. Decorated for christmas with a photo prop, it's so cute. The buffet breakfast was really good and a lot to choose from. I would have liked to been a little higher in the building, so we are going to do that next time. The view was still beautiful, but I am a city girl at heart. Tall buildings and city lights. I will say parking in Atlanta is terrible but all in all, still a great trip.
- 4/5
Friendly staff, clean room.
- 5/5
aImmaculate breakfast room was clean and everything was clane that i used no complaints excellent customer service at the desk and breakfast
- 5/5
The room was amazing and had an amazing view!! The staff was amazing and super helpful when it came to recommending places to visit and dine at. Overall really good experience.
- 3/5
I didn’t like lack of furniture in room had to live out of suitcase
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and nice, and we enjoyed the breakfast they had the next morning, we had a great stay!!
- 4/5
The staff very courteous, rooms clean, and beds very comfortable. Only problem was how small the bathroom was, open the door and the toilet is right in front of you, not a lot of leg space.
- 5/5
The rooms and hotel were clean. The breakfast was good. The location is great.
- 4/5
Perfect for what we needed for this trip. Valet was very convenient.
- 5/5
Good location and price. The staff was amazing.
- 5/5
Frontdesk and valet parking was very slow
- 1/5
Valet was terrible
- 4/5
Clean room , spacious , good room service
- 5/5
The room was spotless. I really appreciated the staff, they were kind and welcoming. Regarding the breakfast, it was balanced and delicious. I highly recommend this hotel as it is close to places like the aquarium, the olympic park, etc.
- 5/5
Excellent stay and hospitable staff! Great service!
- 5/5
Everything was amazing! Valet was quick! Room was spotless. Staff was super nice. I loved my stay!
- 4/5
Very clean space, good breakfast, and welcoming staff.
- 5/5
Guadalupe who helped with breakfast was awesome. Mary Jo is worth the wait whenever you visit, she assisted and took care of all my needs.
- 5/5
Clean rooms, great breakfast and a good location
- 4/5
Breakfast was top notch and staff was super friendly
- 5/5
Awesome staff
- 5/5
Staff were attentive, newly renovated interior bathroom, carpet clean
- 5/5
Was a great weekend … lots of fun
- 3/5
Staff was courteous. The layout of the room we were in (425) was very odd. It was the only hotel room I have ever been in where there was absolutely no view of the outside, despite having 3 windows in the room. All of the windows had a deliberate smoke tint on them so you could not see out. It felt very much like a dungeon. The self parking at the hotel is not convenient and there are no directions on the website about where to park.
- 5/5
They called to check on me shortly after I checked in and to ask if I needed anything.
- 3/5
Have to include vegetarian dishes too in the breakfast like roasted veggies or baked potatoes or anything.any one dish would have been mire welcome
- 5/5
room was super clean and comfortable. hotel staff was great. hotel is convenient to downtown attractions and the breakfast was amazing.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Yes everything was wonderful !!!
- 5/5
We arrived a bit early, but they were able to get us a great room. It was quite spacious. The breakfast was great. We highly recommend this hotel in downtown Atlanta. All the downtown attractions are within walking distance. We plan on staying there again. The staff were very courteous, and the room was very clean. We had a view of the ferris wheel just down the road.
- 4/5
Everything was good. The breakfast was great.
- 5/5
Room was clean and quiet. Staff was super friendly and helpful
- 3/5
Overall it was a decent hotel for the price…. Only issues that was encountered when arriving in the room the air conditioner would not work tho maintenance was quick to respond. There was issues with ants on the dressers and counter tops in the room. The elevators are not spacious and stay pretty busy so it takes a while to get on and off of them. Front desk was great and friendly. Vallet parking was ok….
- 3/5
Bed was comfortable room was clean should add chairs to tables on rooms air was cold pictures on internet did not reflect the room I was getting that was a disappointment and valet too expensive
- 5/5
All staff were extremely courteous and polite. Any requests were facilitated quickly. Breakfast food was also plentiful and delicious.
- 5/5
The room was clean. I enjoyed the great coffee offered in the dining area and the fact that it was available all day
- 5/5
Staff very friendly. We used the heat and it was very comfortable. Coffee maker and selection of tea and coffee very nice. Beds were extremely comfortable
- 5/5
AC worked great, breakfast was awesome as always, hotel was close to MARTA station
- 5/5
The staff was great; very efficient and attentive to my needs and questions. The only issue was when I asked for my car from valet parking they had the wrong vehicle assigned to me. Took awhile to find my keys and got no explanation as to what happened! Very concerning as they were trying to give me a truck instead of my sports car!
- 5/5
Clean rooms
- 3/5
This was the smallest room I had ever stayed at in America. ( more of a European size). No chair in the room, high beds. I literally sat on the commode to put my tights on.
- 5/5
- 4/5
Aside from loud guests in the next room, it was a great experience. Would stay there again, and will pack ear plugs.
- 5/5
Hotel was very convenient to the State Farm Arena, and inexpensive. Room was clean and efficient. No waste of space!
- 5/5
The property had a great vibe and my wife. And I felt very comfortable there. Like many of the other guests, we were there for the nearby Paul McCartney show.
- 4/5
room was clean, polite staff, free breakfast was good. elevators are tiny but that wasn't an issue for us. perfect place to stay if visiting Tabernacle. literally a 5 minute walk. would stay here again
- 5/5
excellent stay, highly recommended, city streets at night are a sort of loud so prepare
- 5/5
Super amazing staff! I was met with smiles by every single employee. The room was clean, quiet, and perfect for our trip! Love the Dove products in the bathroom!
- 5/5
Everything was great.
- 5/5
Nice hotel with a welcoming vibe
- 3/5
The TV in our room did not work. The TV screen said to call the front desk but no where in the room is the front desk number listed. Some rooms don't even have a phone. The TV couldn't be fixed so we had to move rooms.
- 4/5
Good option for stay in Atlanta.Accesibility is great.Food was awesome.Room was okayish .The coffee maker and telephone were not in working condition.Front desk staff were helpful.
- 5/5
Every Staff member I interacted with was considerate, polite, and helpful. Thank you!
- 5/5
The staff was so kind every time we came in and so accommodating!
- 5/5
Great Room and Staff’s hospitality was phenomenal.
- 1/5
The area was a bit scary and noisy. Hard to sleep with the noise. My toilet overflowed and the phone int he room did not work so i was running through the hallways trying to get help. I then went home early (checked out 2 days early due to a family emergency and the fact the place was less to be desired and was told it would be $75 but they would have a manager call me the next day (no call) .
- 5/5
Room was very clean, was not too impressed of the breakfast but very convenient.
- 5/5
Clean room, very efficient and friendly staff. Extremely small elevators with long waits. Perfect location to walk to local venues.
- 4/5
Quick check-in. Staff friendly, pleasant and helpful. Room was clean without any issues. Beds comfortable. Great location to the Tabernacle venue and football stadium. Would definitely stay again if visiting in the area.
- 4/5
Clean room
- 5/5
All staff was very welcoming thank you
- 5/5
Staff was great! Friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Very good! It's a pleasure to stay at Holiday Inn! The room is spacious. Clean and comfortable room, polite and friendly staff. The breakfast is rich and the service staff replenishes the food in time. It's just that the shower curtain in the bathroom is a little short, so water flows all over the floor when I take a shower. I have to clean it up myself every time after showering. This is a problem with the room's floor facilities.
- 4/5
Good value hotel in downtown Atlanta. Staff really friendly and helpful, great breakfast and a really good gym too. Rooms are small but comfortable beds, and plenty of space on mezzanine floor to spread out if spending more time there. Great location and real easy to get to get around for downtown activities, including airport train stop just 5 minutes away.
- 5/5
Property was great for the money. Lobby kind of tricked me because it wasn't what was on the site. But i felr better once in the room.
- 5/5
Valet parking. Clean, spacious, comfortable room. Friendly staff. Breakfast buffet included with lots of options.
- 4/5
Clean rooms of better size than i expected. A great view and overall for the price thought it was great
- 5/5
Great stay
- 4/5
The parking was expensive
- 5/5
I stayed here because it’s right across the street from my son’s apartment. I was able to check in on him several times throughout the weekend. The bonus highlight of the weekend was the hotel staff. They were so helpful and friendly that I felt right at home.
- 5/5
Wonderful concierge
- 5/5
The staff at this hotel earned the highest marks! Hotel was what we needed, but the staff made the stay great.
- 3/5
The price for this area of the city and the room size (small) is right. Unfortunately, the acustics are horrible! You can hear EVERYTHING from the rooms next door as if it was happening inside your own room.
- 3/5
Staff was amazing. However there is no onsite parking. Valet is $40 plus tax
- 1/5
The room was too small.
- 5/5
Staff was amazing, loved the location and the breakfast was always super yummy
- 4/5
Great location for the Atlanta Market. Excellent downtown area! Much appreciated the friendly staff, particularly for parking!
- 5/5
Stayed here for a few days for a concert and I had no issues! The staff were nice and helpful, the elevators are super small but the location is great! Right around the corner from a lot of dining options. Will definitely be staying here everytime I visit Atlanta.
- 5/5
The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The only problem was the parking. It was little bit of a walk and had to pay extra.

Great stay and good location
- 5/5
We were pleased with our choice in accommodations. The front desk staff was very hospitable and welcoming upon our arrival. There was so much to take in surrounding the hotel, & we definitely enjoyed Skyview Atlanta!
- 4/5
Outdated, beds were full size too small and rooms weee small. Pics made it seem bigger and updated.

- 5/5
Front desk was very nice!
- 5/5
Nice hotel. Walking distance to lots of major attractions in Atlanta.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect. The staff were polite and helpful. They made sure we had everything we need for our stay and the room was nice and clean.
- 5/5
Great location, Ubers/Lyfts were easy to get to and many things around. People were so friendly and all around great.
- 3/5
The staf was super friendly and seemed like they all got along with each other well which is so awesome to see. The actual hotel was fine, room was kinda small, the bathroom was small and the door to it looked like a dingy metal janitor closet door, alot if scrapes on everything but everything was very clean. Breakfast is what you expect for a lower class hotel.

- 5/5
clean room, friendly and helpful staff, nice area.
- 5/5
Beds were super comfortable.
- 4/5
Room smells like humidity. Room and bathrooms have nice size. Breakfast very good. People nice and warm.
- 5/5
Great location. Clean. Can walk everywhere
- 5/5
The hotel room reminded me of a prison but it was funny honestly! The staff were amazing and very hospitable. The location is good. We were there for a concert and was able to walk to State Farm Arena and back without feeling unsafe. The free breakfast was great ! Would go back honestly !

Was approached by a homeless man in front of the hotel. He was very persistent but Hotel Staff handled it very well.
- 5/5
Went to the ATL game, only stayed one night. Everything was great and the ladies at the front desk were fantastic!
- 5/5
Convenient
- 3/5
Clean room but a little dated and run down, central and convenient location downtown, breakfast reliable, service was just okay.
- 5/5
Staff was great.
- 5/5
This is a great, affordable option in Downtown Atlanta. We'll be keeping this in mind for our next trip!
- 4/5
I just didn’t feel safe in that area and you really need better signage for your entrance. Wasn’t sure where to go
- 1/5
The room smells like mold and mildew. The TV remote did not work. The only 2 people can fit in an elevator at a time, or 1 person and a suitcase.

It was centrally located making it easy to get to places to shop, eat, and for family entertainment. They offered a wonderful breakfast selection and valet car parking is available, which is worth the money. The staff are friendly and helpful and our room was nice and clean. Definitely would stay here again and recommend this hotel as a great place to stay if you’re going to Atlanta.

I didn't like they didn't have no pocket in the back
- 5/5
I like to stay here when I'm in town for the Falcons game.
- 3/5
The staff was super friendly and very helpful. breakfast staff were also very kind. the rooms are super tiny, like new york sized. they do need some new pillows, even the firm ones were super soft
- 5/5
This is the second time staying here in two weeks. Still great. This will be my go to hotel for concerts in ATL.
- 4/5
Great rate and location except for the homeless population, it was sad
- 5/5
The location was perfect and the breakfast spread was pretty extensive. The valet guys were literally running for the cars (they were awesome!) Room was comfy and this was a great value. Would stay again.

Clean and friendly staff.

Staff was super friendly and the bed was comfortable but the entire 4th floor and our room smelled like mildew, like a wet basement.

Parking is $40.00

Staff were helpful

Everything perfect, attention and service

Elevators are too small. Had to go to a different floor to get ice. Staff and rooms were nice and clean.
- 5/5
It was clean, small, quant, close to where i wanted to go and the indian restaurant was in walking distance.
- 5/5
The staff was by far the best we have had in a long time anywhere. The valet parking was so easy with text updates and ease of getting your car. Already planned another stay in a few weeks. Great experience all around.

The information and pictures online said it was a suite it was nowhere near a suite. The lobby had no air and was very hot and humid. The front desk clear was a very nice and apologized for the conditions.
- 4/5
Enjoyed my stay. No real issues but some deep cleaning needed and it took extra man power to get my room door closed. I did notice they were tending to the doors and floors as I was leaving
- 5/5
And very clean very quite would stay again College city
- 5/5
Lorita at the front desk was so incredibly accommodating, kind, and wonderful.
- 5/5

Its ok
- 5/5
It wasn't too far from the convention we were going to and the amazing breakfasts helped us start our days right.
- 5/5
The hotel was clean and front desk employees were helpful and pleasant. The room was good, a little small and bathroom was very small but it was fine for us. Breakfast was pretty standand hotel breakfast but again, it was clean and employees friendly. They had excellent coffee! The only negative was it was hot in lobby and breakfast area. The hotel was changing out all if their minisplit units so its temporary but i wanted to note it. Otherwise, perfect stay! Close to so many things downtown.

Cleanness
- 5/5
Nice breakfast included in your stay. Close by to the attractions in the downtown.
- 4/5
Property was in a good location based on the reason for our trip. Lobby area was uncomfortable due to service being done on the air conditioning. Valet service was slow but the staff was friendly. The beds will not be comfortable if you have back or neck problems
- 5/5
The front desk was helpful, patient, and kind upon greeting and when answering questions. The room was clean and comfortable, even though it was a bit tiny. We slept very well in their comfortable beds. The parking situation wasn't fully explained, and we paid quite a bit to park, but I guess that's to be expected for downtown. The breakfast included a variety of selections, was fresh, tasted good, and they have a coffee grinder that grinds each cup of coffee as you make it. We had a very nice and comfortable stay.
- 5/5
Very helpful front desk staff good breakfast
- 1/5
the staff are extremely careless and negligent!! we valeted our car for 3 nights and they scratched and pulled off the entire bottom of our car and refused to take responsibility for it. when we asked for a refund for the valet fee they refused and also would not give us their insurance to file a claim for the damages THEY caused and insisted we used our own. not only do they not state their is absolutely no parking included in your booking but insist you valet your car at an extremely inflated fee of $40 per night— when they can’t even properly park nor take care of these vehicles!

My first time I'm Atlanta was incredible and this hotel was just what I needed in order to go places that was very close by

Breakfast was good staff was friendly

Tub/shower fixtures were coming out of the wall, the remote didn’t work even after getting “new” batteries from the front desk, the windows were dirty and the curtains were broken on a slant so could barely close. Very disappointing .
- 3/5
The stay was made much better by the amazing staff. Alex in the front desk and the breakfast staff were excellent. The hotel does need to fix the air in the lobby. It was very hot.
- 4/5
It was overall a good experience
- 5/5
Was attending an event at State Farm Arena and this hotel was conveniently within walking distance. The daily complimentary breakfast was a plus.
- 3/5
The room was very small. There was no ventilation in the bathroom.
- 4/5
Love the check on staff. Dre was great and very friendly. Only negative is no air conditioning in lobby, breakfast area and hallways. Room AC was fine. Room floors could have been vacuumed a little better but overall room was clean.
- 5/5
Great location for walking to downtown concerts
- 4/5
My stay was comfortable. The gentleman that works the morning shift was very cordial and made sure everything was agreeable.
- 4/5
Close to the Ferris Wheel and aquarium. Also close to several dining options
- 3/5
Convenient to Piedmont Atlanta hospital convenient to downtown. The rooms were very very small.
- 5/5
The property is near the city center. The coke museum is very close. The rooms were amazing. Breakfast was really good. It was the best hotel we have stayed in out of the 8 so far.

The toilet was broken and parking was $90

Front desk clerk violated my privacy by using my contact information for his personal use.

Staff was very friendly and professional.

We had some scheduling issues with our flights and the hotel was very busy. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our scheduling changes and made our stay amazing.

They could improve the cost of overnight parking

I was informed I could have early check in, I arrived they told me they never spoke with me and no room would be available till at least 2. They have these wood plywood’s under the mattress that was sticking out and I hit my shin on It so bad. Absolutely hot in the lobby with no ac.

Fair value
- 5/5
No issues at all. Staff was great and stay was fine.
- 3/5
No AC in lobby, outdated, poor valet experience
- 5/5
Loved it here.

- 3/5
The stay was nice, but the room was small.
- 1/5
To make matters worse, our room wasn’t ready at check-in, and when we finally got in, the TV wasn’t working and was awkwardly tilted, making it unusable. The most frustrating part was the attitude of the front desk staff during check-in. The person who assisted us was unhelpful, indifferent, and showed no willingness to resolve any of the issues we raised. Overall, this stay reflected a serious lack of organization, customer care, and attention to detail. I expected better and would strongly advise others to consider alternatives if you’re looking for a reliable and family-friendly stay.
- 4/5
I loved that it was walkable to many places.
- 2/5
I will be extra careful about any rooms I rent with HI express because of this room
