My stay at this property was a very pleasant experience. It’s very clean, the staff was friendly, breakfast was great and parking is very convenient. Would definitely recommend to others to visit!

I liked that that there is a starbucks and a food place within walking distance. Floors were almost greasy, horrible smells in the hallways, overall not really the cleanest. All the renovations seems very thrown together.

Cleanness and palm trees , decent rate !! I love this place entirely , however nothing over $125 should come without free out breakfast . My one and only complaint . I think if it was complimentary , people would stay longer ..( more days ) it’s very comfortable

Adequate stay overall. Reception could be more welcoming, and the renovation-related odors in the hallways were unpleasant. Acceptable for the price, but improvements would be welcome.

I was among several travelers that had to wait several hours to check in because the rooms were not cleaned and ready. There were cockroaches in my room on the floor. I did not try to move rooms because the property was full. I slept with the lights on.

I recently stayed at your Northlake location from April 4th to April 7th and wanted to share feedback regarding my experience. Unfortunately, there were several issues during my stay. The water from the shower was brown, the kitchen exhaust fan grill had been removed and left in the sink, and I encountered a cockroach crawling in the kitchen area. I reported these concerns to the front desk at the time, and while a note was taken, there was no follow-up during my stay. At checkout, I was asked about my experience and raised these issues again. I was informed that compensation in the form of points for an additional night stay would be provided; however, I have yet to see this reflected in my account. (Only to find via chat no points earned bc I booked through Expedia)... I would appreciate it if someone could review my stay and advise whether points, a credit, or any follow-up action will be provided.

Check in/check out was quick and easy. Our room was clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable! This was my son’s first time staying overnight at a hotel and he was begging to stay another night. The location was great, too. We’d definitely book Holiday Inn Atlanta- Northlake again in the future!

Great location close to a lot of restaurants and fast food, easy parking. Helpful pleasant staff, very clean and quiet, with newly remodeled rooms, bed had superior mattress, better than average sheets and nice down pillows, large tv, fridge and microwave. I would definitely stay there again.

My significant other and I stayed on the 2nd floor. It was actually amazing. Ever since new management has taken over, I definitely notice the changes. I sleep so well when I come here. This was my 2nd stay. I’m looking forward to trying the kitchenette room next, but I love the environment. The staff is nice and very helpful. The breakfast is awesome as well and the rooms are fully ventilated. I prefer this hotel over previous hotels I’ve been to. As they have a mini fridge and microwaves in the room, which is my preference. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone I know.

It was very clean, was very nice. I didn’t like the $75.00 dollars deposit even after I had paid with debit card. Although it is given back at the end of your stay. I just think that is a bit much and you may not have that and have enough to cover the cost of your stay.

Ya the room was horrible all plumbing was bad. They gave us a room with the door to other room where drunk next door argued with his girlfriend and played music all night. Couldn’t wash my hair properly because of bad shower head . And the toilet ran all night.

They were very friendly and clean. They were doing some remodeling so they had some stuff going on. But it was a nice quiet place to stay while in Atlanta for an appointment. They even offered to let us stay over till noon if necessary. We will be going back to Atlanta for a second appointment soon and plan to stay there again! Hopefully next time we can try the breakfast! The veiw out the window because we were on the backside of the property just above were all the discarded furniture was while they were removing it due to the renovation. Hopefully when we return we get to see the hotel with the brand new decor!

Under new management and they’re putting in the energy and attention to detail. Staff is the best part and the restaurant is actually really good food was on point. S/Onto Daisy, VJ, and the rest of the team.

Smell of Marijuana from you entered, lobby, elevator, rooms. made it hard to breath especially when it came time for bed, plus that one bartender with the excess rear was soo very rude, she vaped and drank while we waited to be served, its a joke. Never going back! Bartender, smell of hotel. weed weed weed!!! shame on them.

It is obvious that this is the hotel locals come to- to party all night- and smoke weed. The vent in the bathroom says ‘change filter every 7 months’. When I got out the shower I looked closer and there was no filter in it. Clearly looked as if a filter had never been in it! So don’t look at it!! The heating/ac unit has puddles of water on top of them. My ‘neighbors’ decided to party all night and I had lady bugs on my ceiling that were falling on me all night. When I went to the front desk, the clerk was very kind and apologetic and switched my room Immediately. Check out is 11 but that doesn’t stop housekeeping from walking straight into your room at 0945. If you want to be the local party hotel with weed smell as soon as you walk in- at least try to make it look nice. Signs stating “undergoing renovations” doesn’t cover the fact that this is a failing hotel. Majority if vehicles in the lot were from Dekalb Co. Very disappointing stay. I checked out and moved to a Hilton.

Ntil its been too long to suit them.and then they throw you out trump up da.ages and keep t You money on furtue days reserved They left us high and dry on Thanksgivig Eve after i spent all myfunds reserving thier hotel for the next 5 nights sighting a towel and a sheet as damaged for throwing us out after making us move in the 1st place. This bad thing about it is the parent company IHG did nothing ro support us or help at all my bf and i had been there more than 30 days yet they did not go by Ga state law and evict us. They simply stopped our keys from worki g and told us we had an hour to get out. Watch out LGBTQ guests i guess they do tlike us very much they wil keep your money and put you out in the cold.... donot book this hotel NO matter how bad you need a room . This olace just isnt worth it id be cold first. No i mean for real this place is some of the worst ive ever seen on preferenta treatment and thievery they charged me over 400 for 1 towel and a duvet cover....it toom 4 days for the balance of the charge they refunded to reachy bank. My bf and i spent Thanksgiving on my car thanks to these people. Do not stay here

It was cool. I hate that there was hair in my shower because I feel like everything else is nasty once I see hair. There was a stain in the chair that looked like fluids so I didn’t dare touch it. Other than that everything else was fine

It was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable but being a short person I had trouble getting into the bed because so high. There wasn't a stool available. Also, had to pay an extra $50 which I got back when I checked out even tho I had prepaid the hotel room. Didn't know about that until I checked in.

The staff was friendly & helpful. The hotel has several conveniences close by such as grocery stores, restaurants, & food chains. Although I appreciate there’s an on-site gym, restaurant, pool, the maintenance around the hotel & rooms was poor. One room had someone’s broken nail on the floor by our bed. The floors were dirty, caulk in baths was poorly dive & looks terrible. The talks & rooms have an unpleasant odor. We wouldn’t stay again.

Was a great last minute stay. the room was very clean , beds , pillows and towels were great. would stay again if needed ! Reviews were very good which was why I choose it. I would highly recommend. Only issue not a deterrent was the girl totally stoned out of her mind trying to make a living at the bar there

Only had one issue staying here.... The Restaurant was closed! The advertisement for the food on the picture looked delicious, but unfortunately they were remodeling. Room was clean and large with a pullout sofa.

This IHG property is well located for travel to Stone Mt. and mall area with local eateries within a short distance drive. Close to main route. Friendly, co- operative staff. Did not like I had to pay for breakfast. Starbucks within walking distance was a plus. Would stay again.

Parking was a little rough but we always found a spot it was very tight with all the trucks but the staff was nice and they let us check in super late leaving from another hotel. I appreciated this stay so much and all of the staff was super nice.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This Holiday Inn does not even have coffee in the lobby for the guest. They charged us $15.00 for a microwaved breakfast which included ONE cup of coffee that tasted like mud. The egg with cheese was like rubber. The sausage was not edible. They gave us a prepackaged cold pastry which was the best thing on the menu. The only good thing was the staff who were super nice!

Great stay Great staff VERY CLEAN ROOMS

Hallway and room smells wet and moldy. Carpet in room dirty , bathroom had long hair on shower walls, area behind the toilet was scary because it had a hole that they tried to patch up. I asked for teo extra face towels but I couldn’t get them until I gave housekeeping two used face towels.

Good service. From the front desk to the cleaning staff.

The staff was amazing.
