Reviews

Staff was welcoming and the property was just one mike away from my hospital

Parking is up a hill and not particularly convenient. The front desk clerk at check-in was friendly and helpful. Not many restaurants nearby without getting back into heavy Atlanta traffic. The clerk at checkout was just...strange. I said "hello" to her when I approached the desk and she just stared at me. A minute or two into the checkout I asked if she knew where I could get a cup of ice, and she ignored me for several seconds. No response, nothing. After about a 30 second delay she just walked away. I watched her go to the restaurant and get a cup of ice, confirming that she had, indeed, heard me. I wasn't expecting her to go get the ice for me; I was simply wanting to know where I could get some. Maybe she was having a bad day, or maybe she has social issues. Whatever was going on in her life, she needs to learn how to be more personable and professional if she's going to be dealing with the public.

My room smelled like mildew and the tv only had limited stations and no streaming services as stated. WiFi was useless. Will never stay here again
- 4/5
The hotel was nice overall. There was a faint musty odor which is sometimes expected with pet friendly hotels. The pool was closed and they should have notified guests about this. As for the room, it was clean, toiletries were great quality, the pillows and bed were comfortable. Tv channels were limited. Also you should note that there is a relatively steep but short walk up to the parking garage. Plenty of places to walk your dog. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.

Well, first, it would have been nice If we would have been told that it was under renovation. I chose this hotel because of the pool because I have to do water therapy.Every day for my legs. Now, I will be four days without therapy. Second, who expects hotel guests to do anything with one washcloth. The room is badly beat up. We went downstairs this morning, and I understand the hot fresh cooked.Breakfast is sixteen dollars per person. That's fine. But when I get one cold pastry and my husband gets a muffin, which is normally free on a continental breakfast. The waitress wanted to charge us sixteen dollars a piece as well. That is ridiculous when it is incurred that the sixteen dollars is for a cook to order breakfast. And the biggest deal was there was no handicapped parking near the hotel.I had to park way up a hill, and it was a very big struggle for me to walk up and down that hill, to get to my car. And you would have more handicapped spots. If you didn't have work trailers, parked in them. Cable on TV kept going out. To top everything off, our room was not serviced one time qnd we stayed thursday through sunday morning. We had to get more towels and toilet paper. We are so disappointed.

There were roaches in the room
- 5/5
I stayed here 3 nights for a family trip. The hotel was clean and up to date . The front desk was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the same everyday but it was tasty . There was a daily parking charge of $8 that I didn’t see mentioned on the site and no hot tub. A mall is nearby with a food court and lots of other dining options . Hotel has a nice bar. I would stay here again.
- 5/5
The staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating. The pool was closed (they were clearly in the middle of a renovation), but they assured us we could use the pool at the neighboring Crowne Plaza, which we did utilize. Overall, I would happily stay here again.

The whole place is under renovation. The pool is closed. I chose this hotel so I could do my water therapy while out of town and now.i can't. Only 1 washcloth in the room. They wanted to charge $16.00 pp for the continental breakfast (I can understand hot breakfast but not continental)!! Room has been abused. Management offered nothing!!!
- 3/5
Lighting in the room was inadequate. There were only two lamps (one floor lamp and one bedside lamp), which left the space very dim. Additional overhead lighting or updated fixtures are needed. The room itself felt outdated. The carpet appeared old and soiled, and overall the space could benefit from a more thorough renovation and upkeep.

Everything was great. My family will stay again.

Fairly accessible from the main roads. Immediately upon entry to the hotel, there was yelling and screaming between two guests. The staff didn't seem to mind, but it scared several travel companions. The night was filled with partying and yelling from the other guests at the accommodation - it felt unsafe. Was assured twice over from the receptionist that we were given offered free breakfast in the morning. The following morning we ate som dry biscuits and terrible grits, and were charged USD 60 for this. The manager refused to honor the night watch's promise of free breakfast, and refused to come to an agreement about it. Out of all the hotels in the area, I would definitely stay clear of this one.

Where do I begin? I have stayed at Hilton properties most of my life and have never really had a negative experience until now. The front desk staff was great, and got us checked in with no issue - except we weren’t told about a hold being placed on the card. Parking, while covered and well lit, was a hassle to get to and from. Having to walk up/down a steep hill is absolutely not accessible for anyone with a mobility need. The room itself was comfortable and clean with good water pressure. The walls are thin, so expect to hear all activities your neighbors participate in. They also do not stop large, screaming parties from running up and down the halls at all hours of the night. The doors are pretty helpful at keeping the weed smells contained because the neighbors would open the door and we would be hit with the smell almost immediately. Breakfast? Don’t waste your money. It was barely a continental breakfast - bagels, cold cereal, powdered eggs, and sausage. The lady handling breakfast couldn’t be more rude. She would harass people about the cost and accuse people of leaving trash places. It was very awkward and I ended up stepping in at one point because of how she was speaking to three well mannered young girls. Please save your time and money and stay elsewhere.

breakfast was an extra $10.00 a day I was told to pay this amt and $50.00 a day for a deposit...My card was charged 2- $50.00 charges for a deposit and 2-$8.00 charges for parking each day of the trip. The phones in the hallways are out dated and don't work cords missing, the room bed had a stain on the mattress looked like urine....there were countless things my self and husband noticed at this property however this is the last stay for me and my family.

Location was nice, seating area outside was nice, being able to open the window for fresh air was nice, and the staff were nice The parking lot was up the hill from the hotel and they charge you for uncovered parking like it isn’t already an inconvenience that the parking lot is so far from the entrance. Charging $16 for breakfast is crazy also

Parking was $8 a night (not $5), you also have to walk outside either up a hill or stairs (terrible if raining). We have stayed in much nicer hotels, in the same area, for around the same nightly price.
- 4/5
Staff were friendly and welcoming. Property can use some upgrades/ repairs starting with the elevator and phones. Beds were comfortable room was clean cable/tv puzzled and froze regards of what channel. We enjoyed the indoor pool and the room/pool temperature. Checkout was smooth and no issue with the uncovered parking area. Would definitely stay again
- 5/5
Overall I can not complain about my stay room was clean staff was polite, and helpful. My only issue is the parking on the hill.

- 4/5
Overall our stay was really good! The room was nice, and the staff is very friendly. Check in was also easy. The reason I docked it one star is the breakfast situation. you pay an extra $16 per person for a very average continental style breakfast that most hotels offer for free, and then you are expected to tip after it either though you serve yourself. Also the only pool is indoor and very small. Amenities could be a lot better but other than that, it’s not bad and was reasonably priced.
- 1/5
My daughter right arm was covered in bites which was bed bugs it was horrible
- 3/5
It was clean The parking situation was awful. I feel if you have to pay you shouldn’t have to park on top of a hill and carry luggage. Also i had a party of four and was given 1 rag and 1 towel because they didn’t have any clean.
- 4.5/5
Mr. Hill at the front desk was very rude. Every time I entered the building. He needs more training,
- 2/5
Stayed 4 nights at this property. Parking is terrible. Have to hike from parking up the hill in an office park area. Property needs updates in a big way. Use ear plugs or sound machines because guests that stay here are up all hours of the night slamming doors and yelling in the hallway. Front desk was not helpful with this issue despite multiple complaints. One bright spot was the evening bartender. Needed the alcohol after this stay. Check google reviews. I did not and regret it.
- 5/5
It was wonderful
- 4/5
Myself and my family stayed for the weekend and the room was clean and very good view from the outside of the hotel.
- 2/5
Room was clean. Hotel staff wasn’t that friendly. We stayed for 5 nights and on our last night one of the workers made a comment saying, “dang how long are they staying.” I didn’t appreciate that at all. There also was a lot of people smoking weed around the property. The property also wasn’t that clean. The trash cans were full and there was trash from guest around the property outside.
- 5/5
I requested an extra beddings & pillows at the counter and told us to wait for it in the room cz they will send somebody but nobody came.

all good. pool need better clean up. wonder why was cheaper to book on booking.com than on Hilton page even been a member of Hilton honors. all good
- 5/5
Would’ve been fine for a few nights although we just needed one. View was simple and not blocked off which was nice for sun!
- 2/5
The parking fee was unexpected and felt unnecessary, especially given that the property has a large parking lot available. Additionally, the check-in process was quite delayed. Although check-in was scheduled for 4:00 PM, I was informed upon arrival that my room was not yet ready due to cleaning, resulting in an additional wait of approximately 40 minutes. This made for a frustrating start to the stay.
- 1/5
Never in my life have I made a hotel reservation only to get to the hotel and be told that they dont have rooms available. Ridiculous. We drove over two hours only to be turned away. Luckily we were able to find a better hotel that could accommodate us last minute.
- 5/5
The staff was welcoming, sweet, and helpful and my room was clean and spacious
- 4/5
The breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the staff was welcoming and friendly. Even though our stay was only for one night, we truly enjoyed it and would stay again when we’re in Atlanta.
- 2/5
Staff wasn’t friendly and wasn’t very accommodating.
- 5/5
Everything was so clean and tidy, staff was great and accommodating.
- 3/5
After checking in, had to park in the parking garage which is on a hill and is not connected to the hotel so we had to walk down the hill to get inside hotel. The room was ok, not of my expectation when I'm a Hilton Honor member and have stayed at various Hilton hotels. The fitted sheets did not fit completely over the mattress, the furniture was also run down. Needs to be upgraded. Overall our stay was fine and its right off the interstate. But I don't think we will stay at this location again when we're in Atlanta
- 3/5
Ac made noise stains everywhere
- 2/5
The bed is terrible all you feel is springs and its just a flat sheet not a cover/comforter/duvet. At 1am police is there and a black man is getting arrested and resisting the police and shouting threats of i will kill you. Breakfast is extra money. People outside smoking a drinking alcohol right in front of the hotel blocking people from leaving or coming
- 5/5
The best bartender ever. Seriously…. The best. Will make you feel like family- loving and kind.
- 5/5
Yes
- 4/5
They did a fairly decent job cleaning the room. My biggest frustration was with how far the parking was. The hill to get to the parking structure is pretty steep which makes it quite slippery in the rain. I ended up falling pretty hard at the bottom trying to get from my car to the hotel so that wasn’t fun. Breakfast also was decent but I didn’t prefer that pancakes cost extra even though they use the same batter offered for the original price to make waffles. Overall I might stay again because the location was so close to everything, but the parking really makes me hesitant.
- 4/5
My only complaint was the parking. You have to park on the opposite side of the hotel. Truly a inconvenience. Also becareful, they tow cars 😒
- 4/5
I had no issues but it was further out then I would have liked to be was all.
- 3.5/5
Rooms are roomy for 3 people Had to ask for towels, blankets and soap. Parking is up on a hill away from the property. Continental breakfast is an extra expense. $16 per person. Never experienced that with a Hilton property. Hilton Honors members had no benefit at this location.

My hotel was dirty bath tub look like somebody just took a bath got out in said oh well I'm done
- 3/5
Pool was very dirty and brown. And as much money as they charge for breakfast you would think it would be hot and fresh
- 2/5
If you want a good night sleep make sure you do not get room 610. The bed was hard as a rock. Tossed and turned all night and your head sunk in the pillows. The arms of the chair in the room had years of dirt build up.

Every thing was great staff was very professional and helpful. Kids ran up the hall way screaming and playing half the night
- 3/5
The room was pretty clean but things were broken and tv remote didn’t work, & the front desk lady was really rude, but the bar lady was very nice though. Other than those things everything else was good.
- 3/5
I reserved 2 queen beds. I was given a king and pull out sofa bed. The front desk person said "this is all we are obligated to give you" i contacted hotels.com and there was nothing they could do but apologize and give me a small token of a refund. Also - there are a few parking spots up front but the main parking is up a steep hill. If you struggle with mobility, this would be a tough hike.

- 1/5
Front desk person was unwilling to provide towels when requested. He said “I’m checked out”, with a smirk. Another staff member over heard the conversation and had to step in to help. Credit card also got charged twice and it was over charged. Had ended up having to call 3 times to get this fixed and still didn’t help. First time, the manager said he saw the duplicate (and over charged amounts) and credited back the over charge. Next times he all of the sudden “doesn’t see the duplicate charges”. Had to work with credit card company to resolve the issue.
- 5/5
Clean, smells really good & staff was very helpful

Staff was wonderful
- 3/5
The room had a strong odor when I walked in that wouldn’t go away. There were a lot of lady bugs in the room (which wasn’t an issue) but they kept buzzing all night long. The sink was dripping water and the counters were sticky. And the other thing I absolutely hated was there was only one entrance to get inside the building, even with a key, and the parking was super far! If they had more information about parking on the website, I wouldn’t have booked because I have knee problems. And parking on the website didn’t have much information. Also I got charged $8 for parking when on the website it says $5. Aside from that, the staff was rlly nice but wouldn’t be back.

- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean room, and good breakfast. I would stay here again and again.
- 2/5
Upon arrival, there were many cars blocking the entrance with their hazards on.. I later found out that it was because the system was down at my hotel and they were unable to check anyone in. This persisted for 2 and a half hours (for me personally) .. when we did enter our room, the view was lovely and it was a nice room but it was improperly cleaned and someone who had a dog must’ve stayed before us. My partner is allergic to dogs and as a result, his eyes are swollen even after. We did enjoy the pool and it was a nice hotel. I wouldn’t return

The staff was friendly. Room was clean. Great location!
- 4/5
The only complaint I have is that the gym had 3 treadmills and only 1worked correctly. Since I like to get a workout in before my day begins, I hope this could be resolved before I come back.
- 4/5
The front lobby was nice and they had a great selection of food/snacks available. Then even had water upon your entry. My room was clean but the bathroom smelled of smoke, other than that no complaints on the room, very spacious and nice. Con for ME: The parking deck/lot is not attached to the hotel, you have to walk down a slope to get to the hotel. I did not find that safe but oh well, my room was already booked and paid for.
- 5/5
Staff up front was very helpful and welcoming, and the hotel is very clean and well decorated. Overall very happy with the stay! Thank you ALL SO MUCH!

Staff were unresponsive. Dueing kybstay of 6 nights they did my room only once even ignore a prior request to do my room after 3 nights. The staff are not nice..they seem unperturbed.
- 3/5
The first room the shower was broken. They sent us up one floor. The shower worked but yhw blackout blind did not go all thw way down. I can get a better breakfast at IHOP or Cracker Barrel for the $16 they charge but I digress, both the coffee maker and microwave in the room were broken. I went down and reported it when we checked out and was told I could ise the microwave at the snack area. That microwave didn’t work properly either! The time was double the setting, so 60 seconds was two minutes! What a mess when my cup boiled over! Then the “business center” consisted of a printer! No computer just a printer that you has to link you phone to. I needed to print a document for a doctor appointment. The document had been emailed to me with several attachments that I to fill out using Adobe pdf and saved it to my computer. Computers do not link up with this printer so I had to email these pages to my phone, link my phone to the printer and then print. If it weren’t for a cardiac specialist I wouldn’t have gone to all of the trouble. For a Hilton Garden Inn, I expected a working shower, blinds that worked, and a business center that is actually a business center. The bed was comfortable and the staff were all nice.
- 4/5
The main floor entrance is warm and welcoming with a large wide open sitting with a fireplace and nice bar and restaurant area.
- 1/5
I was told that managers can only do certain things with room charges, and that managers do not work overnight or on weekends. I was checking out and needed charges adjusted at checkout (which was at 4:30AM on a Saturday). No one was available to help with this. I believe that a capable hotel staff member should be available at all times. Guests may need to check out and anytime on any day and should have the full set of front desk services available to them.
- 5/5
Everything was wonderful! We really enjoyed our stay thanks for all of your hospitality. We appreciate you.

Busy time of the year but was organized
- 3/5
Rooms dated and need updating. Furniture old and worn, lamp was rusted, walls need repainted, faucet in bathroom dripped continuously. The room smelled like urine/musty which seemed to be coming from the heating and air vent (maybe the filter needs to be changed). There is lots of highway noise from 285. You get what you pay for, I guess. On a positive note, the bed linens seemed clean and front desk person was pleasant when we checked it.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect
- 4/5
The room 530 was beautiful, however, the shower and bath ran at the same time so the water stay in the tub while you showered. the lotion and shampoo was completely empty and we didn't out until when prepared to showered. Other than that the beds were phenomenal.
- 5/5
Enjoyed my stay cant wait to come back
- 5/5

- 3/5
Couldn't get maintenance to come up and fix air conditioner and breakfast stuff were rude to my children
- 4/5
Good hotel overall
- 4/5
It was a nice place to stay but for some reason alarms went off super late in the morning in the hallway and the staff was not very friendly. Specifically the bartender was very rude and unpleasant for no reason.
- 2/5
Room full of ants and not enough handicap parking
- 2/5
Room was not clean floors was hardwood and had stains left on it that could have been mopped. House cleaning came in didn't clean anything g went through my belongings and wasted a whole bottle of oil all over the table and inside of my purse
- 5/5
They haven’t sent my deposit till today
- 5/5
Extremely friendly and courteous staff.nice rooms nice facilities. Good location. They do need more handicapped parking. I would also perfee not to have to request maid service. Im accustomed to using the no service door hanger or notifying the desk if i don't require service.
- 4/5
Everything was great. Staff at night during dinner was slow and kind of rude. Everyone else was great!
- 1/5
Beware! I found bugs in my first room , 2nd room they moved me too I came back to my luggage missing and belongs being tampered with never gave an explanation why my things were removed!!!! On top of that an open bottle on don julio and jewelry and my Apple Watch was missing never again no one showed empathy but Charles T.
- 1/5
Already submitted negative feed back terrible all over
- 5/5
Yes spotless
- 5/5
Front desk staff delivered great customer service.
- 5/5
Very easy check in. Front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. Ordered an extra blanket and it came quickly. Everything is very clean! 10/10
- 3/5
No sufficient hot water. the furniture in the room are very old
- 4/5
Staff was very accommodating. Moved us upon check in due to A/C malfunction.
- 5/5
Nice room
- 3/5
Parking was not convient for non handicap but just older than dirt folks. Glad it wasn’t snowing or frozen. That’s a big uphill for older folk.
- 5/5
Great room and service
- 4/5
Yes
- 5/5
Everything was good.
- 5/5
Clean, staff very helpful
- 1/5
Bad soundproofing, only one register who is very busy and allowed people who cut the line go first, such a bad experience
- 2/5
Phone wire was disconnected, sofa bed had to be moved for opening due to space issues ands pool was dirty. Not many options on breakfast
- 1/5
They give my room away and couldn't accommodate me with another room
- 4/5
The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly
- 4/5
Everything was good
- 5/5
Clean and family friendly. Parking wasn’t the most convenient but nothing too bad.
- 5/5
I’ll be nice and clean, comfortable safe will do it again
- 5/5
Cleanliness
- 2/5
All of the staff was really nice , but I’ve never heard of a property that you have to call for room service every day to get room service. The TVs need to be updated they old they’re not smart TVs and you cannot see Netflix or any type of apps on the TV really nothing to watch on the tv Very few Channels.Rugs in the room has a horrendous smell to them breakfast was fine besides, that the stay was wonderful.
- 5/5
it was a good stay but they don't have extra roll-away beds
- 5/5
The room was very spacious and clean. Check in was simple and easy. There was plenty of parking and it was pretty quiet. We even enjoyed a couple drinks at the bar.
- 5/5
Front desk staff was very accommodating at check in. Made us feel very welcome. Rooms are good and clean. Great pillows. Breakfast had many choices, not just typical waffle and bagels. Would stay here again.
- 5/5
Clean room.

- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Great experience; clean beautiful room ; great service .
- 3/5
The check in process was horrendous because the cost needed wasn’t explained beforehand and so I was caught off guard to learn the process..
- 5/5
Great room
- 3/5
Everything was good but the smoke alarm kept beeping throughout the whole night.
- 2/5
The room I was placed in had a faint sour odor and the manager refused to give a refund after I requested to check out early; this was after I was previously told that I would be given a refund by another front desk associate. . He told me that could place me in another room, since he had several vacancies. Given the lack of upkeep, I can see why there are so many vacancies and why the price was so low. I do not recommend this location.
- 4/5
Rooms were spacious and clean! Restaurant and bar were a vibe. I do wish that the shower did not clog though.
- 5/5
I am satisfied with the price and quality
- 5/5
Friendly staff, very helpful with making our stay comfortable.
- 4/5
It’s right on the perimeter but was convenient for my purposes. A lot of one way roads and awkward parking because of proximity to 285.
- 5/5
Didnt had breakfast
- 1/5
The ONLY reason that I booked this hotel was the fact they tout that they have an indoor pool. The pool was murky and stunk THROUGH a glass wall and a door. I was so upset because my son was looking forward to swimming. The rooms were halfway touched up with paint and dirty. I didn’t even feel comfortable taking a shower here. I’m so disappointed in this visit. I expected more from a Hilton hotel.
- 5/5
It's always a pleasure to stay at this location. Bed is comfortable, shower works, it's quiet and Doordash, Uber & Ubereats and Lyft all have zero problems finding it.
- 3/5
I picked this hotel because it was just a 1.5 miles from the hospital. I was disappointed that the continental breakfast that was available was $16.00. As expected, everything a la carte was highly overpriced, which made me seek food elsewhere. However, the super sweet girl at the front desk who offered a slightly later checkout time so I could sleep, while waiting for news from the hospital, was exceptionaly helpful. As for the room, the first thing I noticed was the 1.5 inch, or so, gap under the door. I had to roll a towel to keep the hallway light from shining in. The king-sized bed was very uncomfortable and the choice of pillows were a very small slab of concrete or an empty pillow case. Since I was nervous about the hospital visit the next day, I wasn't getting much sleep anyway. The room was pretty quiet (I could hear the highway noise, but it wasn't too bad) and as clean as the average hotel room. There was some minor imperfections with the bathroom tiles. The refrigerator wasn't cold and was very unstable. All in all it was an average hotel stay for what I paid ($120). As a side note, I really did think the continental breakfast was free (I wouldn't have booked here if I knew it wasn't), so afterchecking in and the man said it was $16 I looked up the listing again in the Hotel.com app and sure enough, it said Continental Breakfast for a fee... my mistake. But I also noticed that the price jumped up to more than double what I paid. I would NOT pay $250+ for this room
- 5/5
Nice
- 4/5
This is a really nice hotel. I arrived late in the evening @11:30 pm. The property lighting is not very bright so walking down the hill from parking to the hotel made me cautious. There is also a $5 parking fee. I did not eat breakfast, but it is $10. From what I saw, it looks like the standard hotel breakfast. The room was really spacious. I had an event early the next day and did not get to see much of the surrounding area, but based on the room alone, I would stay there again if I was in the area.
- 5/5
Very pleased. Thank Yooooooouuuuu ❣️
- 1/5
Was not pleased, rooms were very old and outdated. Beds were lumpy and lighting in hallways was dim. Also walking from parking garage to hotel was not exciting. Few unsavory characters walking around.
- 5/5
Clean room and comfy beds.
- 5/5
Nice stay.
- 5/5
Loved the room
- 4/5
Didn’t eat breakfast
- 3/5
the service is ok but the say free breakfast but you need 10 $ ti eat breakfast.
- 5/5
Clean
- 3/5
Great area and location. But while it was a nice room(size and style), it was not clean, i found a random sock in the bed. Long black hairs everywhere and the phone didnt work to call front desk. I will not be staying there again.
- 1/5
The room smelled terrible like a dirty carpet. I asked to be transferred to a different room but was unable to get accommodated. All they could do was bring me a bottle of a spray that smelled nice but only lasted a few minutes and made sneeze a lot!
- 5/5
Very friendly and helpful staff.
- 3/5
Business-friendly
- 5/5
.
- 5/5
Very good hotel overall
- 1/5
My car was broken into in the parking lot
- 4/5
No housekeeping unless you ask for it. Even then the coffee etc was not replenished. Had to ask for additional towels since you only get two.
- 2/5
Very old property, not the cleanest. Not worth the money
- 5/5
Nice
- 3/5
Room wasn't checked at all. Trash wasn't taken out of the room. Told that they come to exchange towels every 3 days. I have to make a request to get new towels each day. When requests were made, the trash still wasn't taken out of the room. From Thursday to Sunday. Unacceptable.
- 3/5
Good!
- 5/5
I love everything about it
- 4/5
Animal friendly.

- 3/5
The rooms have a weird smell. I changed rooms twice due to the foul odor and hair being left in the bed. The flooring and carpets in the rooms and hallways really need to be cleaned or replaced, I’m sure it’s contributing to the bad odor. The staff were very nice and friendly. They were very understanding with my concerns. Housekeeping was okay, they didn’t clean my room during my stay one day even though I asked them to multiple times. The next day they came to clean and did a mediocre job. I enjoyed the free parking and the free water at the front. This hotel has a lot of potential but it needs a lot of work that I’m sure is beyond what the front desk can help with. The area is very nice though with lots of shopping and restaurants.
- 4/5
I enjoyed my stay because the room was modestly clean. However the parking situation is a huge inconvenience also I did not know that parking was $5, that was not mentioned at check-in nor is that listed on the website. Also the staff tried to charge me double than what my booking was for. Doubt I will return.
- 1/5
Front desk lady was just super rude
- 2/5
The hotel was nice when we first walk in but when I got into my room and tried to settle in, my bed was very hard and squeaky felt as though it was going to cave in, the bathroom shower curtain was broken, the curtains in the room wouldn’t let up, and then only 5-8 channels were working.
- 5/5
It right off the highway. Like 30 seconds
- 2/5
Stayed 4 nights, no one cleaned my room! I was told by a representative via text that I am supposed to request to have my room cleaned, but on the bathroom mirror, a big label states that the cleaning of the rooms are every other day! Since when do you the customer have to request that your room be cleaned! I will never visit that location again! And as a Hilton Honors member, I’m rethinking this relationship!
- 5/5
Very private and quiet. The property was secluded from busy streets and traffic. Staff was helpful and friendly. Free parking a definite plus.
- 5/5
Good food selection and the bed was ver comfortable
- 5/5
Very clean, friendly staff. Nestled in a wooded area in the middle of Atlanta. Very secluded and quiet.
- 5/5
This was a wonderful stay. Very clean and bright and a convenient location. The only thing that I would change is having to pay for parking or continental breakfast.
- 5/5
Thanks.
- 3/5
I didn’t like how the pool wasn’t cleaned so we weren’t able to get in . Overall the property was average nothing too major .
- 5/5
was good in general
- 5/5
Relaxing place.
- 3/5
Leaking faucet in room, Keurig coffee maker not working, shower curtain fell apart (wasn’t buttoned together), ice machine on 2nd floor not working, awkward set up with loading / loading at front door with parking up a hill. The crew was stellar however. The fitness center was also very nice.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
I like that the property was safe and clean
- 5/5
Over all it was very clean which is what I loved
- 5/5
Very clean. Friendly staff.
- 1/5
The hotel staff informed me that they clean rooms every 2days. I got there Tuesday they cleaned my room on Thursday but never cleaned my room for the rest of my stay. Early Saturday morning, I heard a loud push on my door and then a male voice said my bad. I called downstairs to inform the hotel and the front desk person told me that she didn’t think anyone else had my keys and that she had guest waiting for her and dismissed me. I could sleep because I was horrified. The pool stairs was broken; my 9yr old almost fell on it. Staff interactions with me and my children horrible. My booked this hotel because of the brand new Hilton Garden, didn’t know they were so trashy. NEVER WILL I EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL AGAIN.
- 5/5
We were there for a ballgame. Everything was clean and everyone was very friendly. The breakfast is probably the only complaint I would have. It was not worth the $10. The parking situation was ok but I had hurt my knee and was walking slowly. Luckily my daughter parked after dropping me off. The beds were super comfy!
- 5/5
This is my second time staying here, it’s a great location and much more affordable than trying to stay downtown.
- 5/5
Very nice
- 2/5
A lot of confusion on my stay maid service not knocking before entering 2 times management thought I was just sneaking in a room when I had reservation and paid incident fee with my card booked room months ago and ask questions how I got a key like I checked in , that’s how . When did I check in and my name they had no record of me checking in . Annoyed and a lot of kids / toddlers yelling and crying and loud running around
- 5/5
Good price.
- 5/5
Located around many place to eat
- 1/5
Walked in and instantly was met with bugs a nasty tub , sink , as well as a disgusting stains on the bed. I was moved to another room on a different floor just to meet more bugs and dirt. I usually don’t have bad experiences when staying in Hilton hotels.
- 5/5
I only spent the night it was great for that. I didn’t have time to check everything out.
- 3/5
Property said the room sleeps 5 but only slept 4. No pull out couch, cot or spare roll away bed.
- 3/5
The property was nice. Rooms were clean , large. They messed up a lot though. We checked in at 350( check in at 4) and room wasn’t ready which was fine but when we returned that night our room had been occupied. No other doubles available. ( they “oversold” ) they said. They did give us a king but then charged us for such. We moved to a double the next night which they also charged us for a king. I went down the next night once I realized the overcharge and was waiting to be edited on , this is 1130 at night. A huge party had just checked in. I heard one of the workers say to the other “none of the doubles are clean”. So they are either way understaffed or inefficient.
- 1/5
I didn't even get to stay there...I had an unfortunate situation where my husband, who is an over- the- road truck driver got held up in another state and we could not make the trip...I paid extra to protect the trip and still sad not able to get a refund nor any of my OneCash key points back... totally upset and frustrating as a veteran... would not recommend as they are not concerned about situations that arise that prevent your trip; not friendly when it comes to that aspect.
- 5/5
Great visit for a business event!
- 5/5
Only issue was the parking. I have some difficulty walking steps, and to get from the parking lot to the hotel you have to use stairs or a steep hill.
- 5/5
Very clean and inviting!
- 5/5
Wonderful place all good
- 5/5
Really good area and staff was nice
- 4/5
For the quality, breakfast should be complimentary. $37 bucks wasted. Definitely had better at lesser hotels. However, the staff running it were friendly and did a great job.
- 3/5
Would’ve been great if the pet hair I’m allergic to didn’t affect me.
- 2/5
This hotel was dirty. It is in need of updating and a deep cleaning.
- 5/5
Bed was comfortable and room was clean. The window was left open though but other than that, very nice stay.
- 5/5
Very peaceful place. Beds very comfortable
- 2/5
I was give a room after waiting more than five hours for it, that was not clean the waited another our after reporting it to have it cleaned. Finally I was moved to a new room.
- 4/5
The entrance had a nice welcoming fireplace given it was cool/raining outside. The location was convenient for travel around Atlanta. The staff was friendly. I would rate it more a 4.5 for price/value, location.
- 5/5
The shower gets really hot and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!..
- 3/5
The lobby looks updated, but the rest of the property needs a serious refresh. The carpet in the hallways is old and faded. The room smelled musty, and the AC was super noisy and struggled to keep the room cool. The bathroom showed signs of water damage on the baseboards and door. Not sure how the outlets behind the nightstand passed an inspection (see photo). The parking garage is up a steep hill and not immediately connected to the facility. Breakfast was an additional $16 per person if you wanted it, this cost was not worth a buffet style breakfast when there are so many better options in the immediate area, so we didn't partake. This was our first time staying at this hotel, I personally expected more out of a Hilton, and we'll opt for a different hotel in this area next time.
- 5/5
Stayed here on our way down to Florida. Was very close to everything we ended up stopping at the aquarium on our way. Hotel was very clean my boys enjoyed the pool.
- 5/5
Staff was great, facility was great! Made my trip so much easier!
- 4/5
This was our second stay very satisfied the only problem we had both times is the water draining out the shower quickly. Water is still there until you finish showering don’t like that at all.
- 5/5
price.
- 5/5
The hotel is so beautiful, but the best blessing of this stay is Seth at the front desk. He is so wonderful! 😊
- 5/5
Check in was a smooth process and the bartenders are skilled. Clean hotel so enjoyed my stay
- 5/5
It was a nice & quick check in. Only thing is to remember don’t turn in your hotel key until you get your car out the garage.
- 1/5
Room was not cleaned, bed sheets didn’t fit, phone was not working, floor divider broken Desk staff needs additional training and learn to manage different situations Customers should be made feel comfortable no matter where they booked their reservation through We were made feel invaluable by the front desk clerk and manager become we booked through Expedia. We were refused a room change and treated unfairly because we didn’t book directly from Hilton website Charles the shift manager offered to credit the first night due to poor interaction with desk clerk; however, Steph the hotel manager refused as he felt because we booked through Expedia we didn’t deserve the credit an estates the same to Expedia. I will be filing a formal complaint with the better business bureau about this hotel. Obviously there are some safety issues and rooms are not up to par with the Hilton brand. Also staff needs and requires new training and equipped to handle different situations but most importantly treat all customers the same no matter where they booked through.
- 5/5
Good relaxing environment!
- 3/5
Person that checked me in didn’t tell me about the added security deposit before charging me. Didn’t get a receipt explaining charges so had no clue why it was $50 more than what was quoted on the app.
- 5/5
Weird parking but great and clean hotel. Wonderful location
- 3/5
All around good stay, tv was small and did not have Netflix. Despite being identical to other hiltons Breakfast, it is not free. Rather high price at $16. Mc donalds is close at least.
- 3/5
too much noise from the traffic
- 5/5
I had an absolute amazing time....
- 5/5
A great quick outing. I love coming here all the time. Been coming here since 2020. Its my favorite hotel in the Atlanta surrounding areas
- 2/5
This property is terrible. Rooms seemed poorly maintained and only partially cleaned. There was a blood stain on the comforter, no soap, empty lotion and body wash bottles, and a phone with no cord. I emailed the GM regarding my concerns and got no response. I ended up checking out early and moving to another hotel.
- 4/5
Nice hotel, in a nice area. No problems. Would stay again
- 3/5
Continue to have issues with tv programming. Had same issues last time and still not fixed. Also only had one person checking in so took a lot longer than past experiences
- 5/5
Nice place
- 5/5
2nd stay here. One of my favorites
- 5/5
Everything was great. Staff was very professional and the drinks were excellent lol
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
I will go back, overall 7/10
- 5/5
Great property
- 3/5
Water leak had flooded the property during our stay.
- 5/5
Price was worth the money ans it was close enough and far wnough from downtown that made it easy to maneuver theough town. Great location
- 4/5
We usually always stay here when we come. This time the tv didn’t have all the channels and when I called about it they said they would send someone but no one showed up
- 4/5
We stayed while my husband was in ICU. It was convenient and a nice stay. No complaints. My grandkids loved the indoor pool.
- 5/5
Friendly and attentive staff.
- 3/5
They only went to clean the room 1 time and my stay was for 4 nights. The power went out 1 night and they don't have an electrical plant. I would never stay again.
- 5/5
Our family brought our children to explore Atlanta Georgia for spring break, and we love the staff and the indoor swimming pool and will definitely visit again thank you.
- 2/5
First, they gave me a room which was not done cleaning. When they switch to a new room, it did not have any hand soup. The TV was unplugged. I paid more for this location for the pool but the pool was not available most of time. When it is ready, the water was so cold. Not to mention, we did not have power in our room for 5 hours. I will not book this location again.
- 1/5
Nasty room was filthy and half clean
- 5/5
The staff were very nice, the room was nice as well. I wasn't entirely thrilled with the cost of breakfast so i didn't add it on and just went out to eat for my meals. The area the hotel is in is very nice as well. There is an uncovered parking lot as well as a parking deck that you can use once you have your room key. I liked parking deck for my peace of mind as anxiety is a thing especially so far from home. Definitely would stay there again.
- 5/5
This was my second time staying at the property and it was just as good as the first time. The staff are really friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay here on future trips.
- 4/5
Had a good trip. Chose against the $16 breakfast. Pool is small vs the picture but my daughter had a great time. They offer text based concierge but calling downstairs is much faster service. Parking is a hike up stairs or a steep hill. Beds were nice n comfortable but showering around the 9am or pm u won't have much hot water. All in all it was a nice stay but nothing spectacular. Lots of shops near by along with highway access.
- 4/5
Checkin was easy. Room appeared ready until we needed toilet tissue. There was none. Ask attendant in hall and got some. Later realized there was no hand soap. Just used shower gel. Other than those items, room was good. Some funky lights. Could use some more light options. Beds were comfortable, room was quiet. Breakfast was good and great service.
- 5/5
easy checking and great fitness center and pool
