    This property was ok to stay for one night. The pull down shade in the window didn’t work so the room couldn’t be darkened during sleep. The breakfast was good and they had Almond milk available for people who didn’t drink whole milk.

    My only issue was a flickering lamp, and my brain gap was never a dressed.Also, just note that the pool is a heated pool on the indoors.And breakfast does stop very early at nine

    I only had two concerns. There was no hot water for showering. The water wasn’t cold cold but we couldn’t get a good HOT shower. The room didn’t have a microwave. Overall the stay was very pleasant. The workers were very friendly and helpful most especially the kitchen crew.

    This is a budget-level hotel, so bare that in mind when booking. This hotel is relatively cheap and includes free parking, free breakfast (which was good!), and is located conveniently in the Atlanta metro. However, our room was rundown with stains on the room curtains, the door to the mini-fridge cubby falling off it's hinges, and a non-working bathroom exhaust fan. Also, the bathroom had a "barn-style" hanging door that leaves a good 1in+ gap when closed. Allowing anyone and everyone to peak in easily and when combined with the lack of exhaust fan means that you have no sense of privacy in the bathroom at all. Who would ever want this type of door for a bathroom?! I understand city prices, but in general I would expect this level of room quality in a $100 a night hotel, not a $150 a night room.

    The room was very quiet and clean. The staff was great! Rosalyn, Rakeem and Mr. Stacy were Awesome and so very helpful. Getting breakfast was horrible, the breakfast area is way too small! People kept bumping into me and by the time I got to my table my food was cold. Refills at the breakfast bar took forever and making waffles took way too long because there are only 2 waffle irons.

    The breakfast was delicious! Hot breakfast, eggs, country potatoes, sausage. Waffle maker, fruit, cereal, oatmeal. Very happy with the breakfast options. We were 20 minutes away from the aquarium & Coca Cola museum. Room was nice & clean. Front desk super nice. Housekeeping was every other day, I guess Covid ruined that. Near a gas station, post office, lots of dining options. I saw a few people with dogs, so I guess it’s a dog friendly place. About 30 minutes from airport. Accessible parking. I felt safe leaving my car overnight. I would definitely stay here again! The breakfast was definitely a highlight!

    Room was ok. But the ac was like a jet engine at night. It would start and stop and reset the temp at will. I was told that it was connected to a motion sensor! So they expect you to walk around in the room at night. Had to ask maintenance to come and change setting after two nights of no sleep. Not recommended.

But when my spouse went back in to ask a question they finally had a room ready. The lady manager was not nice and said they wouldn't do any inconvenience fee reduction claiming it wasn't that much of an inconvenience in her opinion despite us explaining it was our anniversary and on a tight schedule. But fortunately the other desk worker named Jamal was very sympathetic and kind trying to help. The room also had no hot water so that was ridiculous too. But the morning desk attendant was very kind and apologetic.

I asked for late check-out and he said ok but found out he never had it annotated it on our reservation for the next morning. He just wasn’t professional or courteous but the room itself was very clean and nice, bed was amazing!!

Breakfast was good on the days I ate. There was ample parking. Plenty of restaurants nearby to either walk to or order from. The noise level was great. We hardly heard the other guests. Unfortunately, they don't have microwaves in the rooms or dressers, but I made it work. The rooms are spacious as well.

    It was stressful checking in at 3:00. The lady checking me in said they were overbooked. She asked if I would take 2 queens. I agreed. Then she asked if I would take a mobility room. I agreed. But she commented several times being overbooked even though I booked well in advance. I said “Is there a problem? I booked well in advance.”And besides that, I was checking in at 3:00, the SOONEST you are allowed to check in. How did she know she was overbooked? Last minute cancelations happen. I was tired from travel and felt frustrated that I couldn’t get the room I booked for. Besides that, the beds were uncomfortable and the air conditioning wouldn’t let me go below 68. I have to have 66° for my reactive airway disease. Do better Hampton.

    Nothing was negative, but I would say somethings that could have been better. Checking in took a while. Check in is at 3pm, we arrived at 4pm. I was the fourth person in line- the gentleman was nice, but not very talkative. I wish another staff member could have helped check everyone in quicker. Also, in the bathroom I found dental floss left behind from the previous customer. Not a huge deal as it was under the sink on the floor, but leads me to think they don’t clean very well. Overall, nothing terrible. Nice place to stay. Pretty easy drive to the Truist Braves Stadium, would stay there again.

    It was very nice and quiet. The hotel was set right in the middle of us going to the Georgia Aquarium in the morning and then Stone Mountain at Night to watch the Light Show and Fireworks. The grandkids and I had a great weekend.

    Excellent stay! The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff provided great service from start to finish. Parking was effortless, and the delicious hot breakfast with premium products was the perfect start to our day. The small warm indoor pool was a lovely surprise, was perfect for our needs.     There were guest that were very loud at 3a.m. The walls are paper thin so I could hear them 2 doors down. My toilet was very slow to flush and looked as though it was going to overflow. Regulation of the air conditioning is problematic because it was rather warm in the middle of the night so we found ourselves waiting on the AC to kick on. Stayed here many times but this may be our last

    All staff that we encountered were super helpful and friendly. Ola checked us in and Chelsea was at the e desk as we checked out. Both were very friendly and professional. Upon arriving in our room, my husband noticed that the toilet seat was very loose and not stable. He was stepping out to go to the Fri t desk and ask if they had a screwdriver when Stacey was passing by in the hallway. He asked Stacy if he had a screwdriver and he said yes, and. She tughr in and fixed the problem. He also offered to take our luggage cart back downstairs. The beds are comfy with a nice variety of different firmness and thickness pillows. There was a small fridge, but we had to go to the lobby to use a microwave. I didn’t care for the “sliding barn door” that moved between the closet and bathroom. It was almost too heavy for me with a shoulder issue and if someone was getting something out of the closet as another person was exiting the bathroom, the door would slam into them. The heating system was difficult to get set also, but it was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was great and the dining area was pleasant and clean. The food staff was also helpful and friendly. We walked across the parking lot to the Red Pepper Taqueria for dinner. The TVs and music were really loud, but service and food were good. Parking at the hotel was easy and plentiful.

    Another great stay here this week while on business. All of the staff I’ve encountered are very friendly and engaging. Housekeeping is attentive and thorough. Only small complaint, which is not directly the hotel’s fault, is that the Mexican restaurant in the parking lot needs to tone down their music volume. Blaring music outside until midnight night after night was a bit annoying. But I’ll definitely be back when in town again.

    We arrived at hotel and they sid not have our rooms that we paid in advance for. They found a room for my kids but did not have a room for my wife and I. The first attempt to assign a room failed because the card reader was dead and we could not enter the room. Eventually, one hour and fifteen minutes later, they found us a room at 1am in the morning but it did not have all the amenities that we paid for. The staff was clueless.
