The staff was really nice. Check in wasn’t till 4 we got there early and we were able to check in. The breakfast was great. Eating area was really clean. Our room was very clean, they had stickers on the toilet paper and a couple of towels that were really cute. Will stay here again.

Our family came in for a Braves game weekend. We had 4 rooms and parking was a minimum of one vehicle per room. Only complaint is that the parking is really cramped and a dually is not going to fit. It was really hard to enter and exit vehicle without damaging either vehicle.

Check-in was quick and easy. The front desk staff was helpful and service was excellent. Our room was spacious and clean. The proximity to Truist and The Battery is optimal. The price includes parking, making this a more desirable location in comparison to some of the other hotels in the area. Breakfast was included, plentiful, and pretty good.

Hotel was great, staff was great, location was great. Parking lot was not so great. Spaces have to be the bare minimum legal size. I tried parking my GMC 1500(no oversized tires, only a leveling kit) in 3 different spot before having to back in with my passenger side super close to the passenger side of the truck that pulled in. Thank god for step rails, had to shimmy out the door on the rail and then step down. Also thankful I didn’t get any door dings.

I had a phenomenal experience and the best customer service! The room and amenities was great! The bathroom towels was decorated beautifully! I love that suite with the kitchen. I checked in 5/1-5/3 and the front desk was friendly and they even told me places to go and things to do there being that I was Memphis TN. The breakfast was great. Hands down 10/10 and my stay was great! Awesome job well done.

This hotel was AMAZING!!! Directly off the interstate, which was great! We were able to park before checking into our room, and we walked straight to the stadium. The staff was wonderful. Breakfast was fantastic. The room was great! Very clean and had a great view. Definitely recommend if you will be attending a game or event at Truist Park.

The website listed a shuttle as an amenity, which was the main reason I chose this hotel. My husband is recovering from surgery, so I thought that would be helpful. But there was no shuttle. The parking lot is tiny, and the spaces are extremely narrow. We had to round the lot and settle on a spot to back into so that the backup cameras helped. Couldn’t get out, had to try again but closer to the vehicle on our passenger side leaving no room for their driver to get in. I hope we left before them and that they were inconvenienced by us. There was no bathroom “door”. It was a sliding door with no lock. All that money we paid and we couldn’t lock a freaking bathroom door! The breakfast was okay, nothing to complain about or brag about. Very disappointed in how much it cost and NO SHUTTLE!

Location was perfect for walking to Atlanta Braves game, less than 10 minutes. Several restaurants in the stadium district area along the walk. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Clean rooms, great housekeeping. Breakfast buffet was substantial (even had my favorite yogurt). Easy access on/off interstate. About 30 minutes to Carter Presidential Library or Stone Mountain; 20 minutes to World of Coca Cola. We did our sightseeing during the day then walked to and from the baseball game at night. So nice not to have to drive after the game. Would definitely stay here again on return trip to Atlanta.

The hotel itself is in good condition, however the AC system in our room couldn’t maintain temperature within 5 degrees of the set point. I’d worry about what it was like in the dead of an Atlanta summer. Also, the power flickered numerous times while we were there, and went out the morning of checkout. While that was likely beyond the hotels control, the lack of a generator or other backup systems is on them and a bit surprising at this point.

The night staff person was rude and inattentive to our requests. He refused to give us additional towels when asked. In, addition we informed him that our microwave was no longer working properly. It would not heat food. When asked for a replacement microwave, he refused and rudely informed us to use the one downstairs in the lobby.

If you have a vehicle bigger than a compact size, you risk damaging vehicles. I wouldn't return for that alone, even if the overall facility was good.

Honestly, this was the most uncomfortable sleep I’ve had in a long time. We got a suite because there were 4 adults and a toddler. We attempted to use the pullout bed but it was AWFUL. It wasn’t even comfortable to sit on as a couch. Plus, the windows were so thin we could hear all the cars racing up and down the street. No thank you.

This was the perfect spot just outside of the battery! The staff members were very kind and super helpful. My only minor complaint was we ended up with the last available room which was handicap accessible on the 1st floor(room 108, the only room on the 1st floor) and the water pressure in the shower wasn't that great but saying that, it wasn't a game changer. I'd do it again.

I left my AirPods (white case on white bedspread) so I didn’t see them but I used the chat function in the app when I was halfway home from Atlanta and they found them and they are going to mail them home to me! Everything was great! The check-in process was the main thing that stood out to me. Anton the front desk attendant was so helpful and nice. He went over and beyond to get us in a room early, especially because it was snowing and so cold. The room was clean and we loved the Valentine decor in the bathroom. From the time we walked in until we left the visit was excellent.

Really comfortable bed

I went to a concert at the Coca Cola Roxy and this was the perfect place to stay. The rooms were super clean and there were even cute little hidden decorations for Halloween in the bathroom on the toilet paper roll and tissue box left by the cleaning crew. It was a fun little detail that made the hotel stand out even more. Highly recommend!

The wallpaper was filthy next to the bed and the lamp shade was broken. When we said we could not stay in the room the front desk help said he understood and did not offer a room change an apology,

Great property and had a comfortable stay. Only complaint was we paid for a suite with a kitchen and the “kitchen” consisted of empty cupboards with a tiny sink, microwave and fridge. Definitely more of a kitchenette than a usable kitchen for our family.

This hotel is an excellent option if you would like to hang out around Truist Park. The prices are very reasonable and include breakfast and free parking. The rooms are very clean and modern. I will definitely look to book a room here again in the future.

Upon entry I could tell the hotel was very basic. When I got to my room, even more so. When my friend arrived to meet me, they informed me of the homeless people in the parking lot (I was dropped off by an Uber). As a woman staying in this hotel alone, and planning to walk to most of my destinations, this made me feel uneasy and I decided to change hotels. Within 15 minutes of my arrival, I requested a cancellation/refund. I did change hotels right away, and I did not receive any refund. I could understand not refunding me for the first of 3 nights (even though I only stayed for 15-30 minutes), but I found it unfortunate that they would not refund me for nights 2 and 3. So that is why I am writing this review. Perhaps it will encourage this hotel to do the right thing for future travelers.

I always book this hotel when going to Braves games, the staff is top notch, very friendly and go above and beyond for their guests. Hot breakfast is good, and our room is always clean and no issues. but ,, when we arrived at the hotel, they did not have our reservations. Expedia "dropped the ball" on their part.. they did not complete our reservation with the selected hotel.. so we spent an hour with an expedia agent trying to locate another hotel. My husband found another hampton inn about a mile away.... a older and outdate hotel.. which we had no choice but to reserved as no other availability at other properties. so by the time we arrived at the second location, it was late and we missed the baseball game at truist stadium. so we lost our money ,,nearly 450.00 dollars worth. also we had to pay for uber / lyft cab services which was not part of our expanses.. approximately a hundred dollars.. so we are very disappointed that expedia 'messed up' . we were totally exhausted and very upset. that weekend was our 54 th anniversay!! so travelers.. beware before you leave home,, find the phone number of the hotel and confirmed your reservations.

First of all, there was not a single cup in my room. There is no closet in the room, just a pole on the wall with a curtain. Lastly, it appears that if you book through a third party you get the worse rooms

My husband & I booked a suite king room for a weekend at the Atlanta Braves Battery and this was our first time and going to a Braves game. We loved the hotel, very nice, clean and a gos breakfast! The employees and front desk were extremely nice and the beds were so comfortable and clean! I am very picky about hotels and I was impressed and happy with this choice in hotel. Also the battery and ball park was so close and walkable which saved us money on parking for the game! Will stay there again when we go to another game!

I stayed here one night for a concert at Truist Park. The hotel was a 7 minute walk to the venue and The Battery for shopping and dining. The hotel and room was clean and well kept. The shower pressure was great and the water got hot. The bed and pillows could have been a little more comfortable. Great breakfast options and plenty to go around. The staff was friendly and helpful. Enough parking spaces. Would definitely stay here again.

Usually, I don’t write reviews, but I feel like my stay at this Hampton Inn & Suites called for one. Overall I had an amazing experience! The hotel was clean, the property was well kept, there was a lot to do nearby, and the staff was great. Anton specifically was amazing! He went above and beyond to accommodate us when checking in, and even helped my friend and I find our way around the area throughout our stay. Anton is a valuable employee in this establishment and we really appreciated his service! If we’re ever in Georgia again, we would definitely stay at this hotel once again!

We booked a last minute family trip to watch a baseball game at Truist Park. The Hampton Inn is perfectly located and the rental rates were very reasonable for the dates we needed. The staff members were very welcoming at check in and check out. Our room was extremely clean.

Major disappointment for parking spaces because of game night. Significant other has very difficult time getting arpund and there were no handicapped spaces at 6pm nor anything even close. Staff was extremely friendly!

After a grueling 15-hour day of travel, Cedric at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and well taken care of. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was nice and the cleanest I’ve ever seen at a hotel offering complimentary breakfast. In an era where great customer service is increasingly rare, the staff here truly stand out.

We initially had an issue with our room location on our first time being so close to the elevator we were not able to sleep. We went down the best morning and spoke with Sarah who was very accommodating and moved us to a better room further from the elevator. We were very appreciative of her service and also the location of the hotel as well and price which is why we picked it.

Loved running around The Battery in the mornings, it is a newer area of dining and entertainment that was built around the ballpark in 2017. Very nice and modern. The hotel lived up to Hilton standards as far as cleanliness and the great staff. However, we were disappointed in a few things. The gym on site has no free weights and is very lacking. The televisions in the room are not smart TV’s so we couldn’t really have a movie night with the family at all and relax one night. Having a television with a Netflix or Prime Video feature would be a huge plus, surprised they don’t have that for a Hilton. We also didn’t like the furniture in the room. So rough and uncomfortable. That’s why this place is 4 stars and not 5 for me.

clean, well thought out lots of amenities

Everything is nice in the room and especially when checking in, the staff was very polite. The only negative is a little noisy being next to highway and the parking spaces are very narrow.

Easy walk to galleria was a plus. Decent breakfast with nice employees!!!!
