Everything was very clean, breakfast offered various options, and staff were helpful. The hotel doesn't have a pool or exercise facility but other than that it was a great stay.

Everything was great. Staff was very helpful. I will say if you do not have a room or reservation you can not enter the hotel, access the elevator or any amenities so you won't have to worry about safety issues 😉

There was a live bed bud on my sheet when I woke up.

The room was cold try changing the temperatureit would not go up to 73 it kept dropping back down to 65 degree. As front desk to get the heat on i was told that the hotel temperature is set for the summer and they couldn't change the temperature. I had to sleep in a cold room. The next day. I was told that they could not do anything. I asked for a space heater and the gave me one. The breakfast was a waste of time.

I enjoyed my stay at Hampton Inn. The staff, especially the staff at Breakfast time were so friendly and really helpful. The lady that checked us in was also wonderful. Unfortunately, I don’t have their names. Breakfast was good, room was good. My only complaint was the WiFi which sometimes disconnects, which was quite often.

Excellent customer service, a convenient location, and a beautiful landmark building. A handwritten note card from the housekeeping staff, which included the name of the person who cleaned the room, was a thoughtful and personal touch. The room was clean and comfortable, but the beds were a bit too firm for my liking.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. To begin with, the door lock was broken so that there was much difficulty in locking and closing the door. But the hotel staff was indifferent to our complaints. Next, the hotel was not clear about the parking lot policies and how it was operated by an external company. Our car was booted and we were unable to get help from the desk about its removal. We had to wait a long time until it was removed and additionally had to pay the 75$ fine despite having the parking permit. This is a serious issue and we feel as if we were robbed.

The room was clean and quiet and the Staff was incredibly kind! The breakfast was really good, the dinning room was super clean and the food was tasty and the lady waiter was amazing, she welcomed everyone with a smile and made sure we felt comfortable.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Beds slept good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast but I am sure it was delicious. The only negative we experienced was parking was limited and cost $35 per vehicle. All in all, it was a good experience.

The room was big and spacious and the beds were comfortable. Location is great and very walkable to popular areas like the aquarium and Centennial Park. The air did not cool quickly and the property is dated, with only one elevator functioning. There was limited parking even though you have to pay for it but this was a busy weekend in Atlanta. The breakfast had good variety.

Our air in our room never went below 74 degrees in the room. Half the lights in the room didnt work.

The bathroom was run down and needed a paint job and the room had a sour smell to it. Also the site never told us parking would be an extra charge Very Disappointed

Parking was easy, but was very expensive to me. If you are already paying a high price for the room, getting an extra $35 per night for parking is robbery.

Unfortunately did not have a great stay at this location. We arrived at the hotel at 6:00pm to check in only to be told our room was not ready. If check in starts at 3:00pm, the room should be ready by 3:00pm; I could understand if we were early to check-in or even if the turnover service was running behind, but for the price tag for this hotel, the room should be ready well before 6pm. We asked what we should do or if we could be moved to a different room, and the host was very unhelpful not offering to change rooms (even though the hotel was far from being fully booked) and said we’d just need to go park somewhere if we weren’t willing to pay the $35 hotel parking until it was ready because we could not stay parked in the drop-off circle. We decided on hotel parking but because we did not have a room key, getting into the lot required calling from the lot-entry point to the front desk who did not pick up or let us into the lot until the THIRD call. Once parked we went back inside to wait and suddenly our room was suspiciously now “ready”… The room was dank and smelled of body odor, the floor was dirty and sticky, the bathroom in general was full of damage - sink/counter about to fall off the wall, toilet paper holder had fallen off the wall, and damage on the doors and bathtub. The front desk staff the next morning (4/13) and particularly the breakfast host (who I believe said her name was Darla) were absolutely fantastic and are the sole reason we MAY consider going back.

My television stopped working on the 2nd night. There wasn't a microwave in the room. The hotel parking lot had limited parking spaces for guests. The cost for parking was only made known at the time of check in.

It was within walking distance of where I needed to be. There was no parking for guest the hotel shares parking with the public and leaves you to figure it out for yourself to park your car. I also wasn’t happy with the room a friend found mold in there room.

I’m not sure if there was a lot of people staying there that particular weekend or they just didn’t put out enough food. Im trying to understand when I booked this trip the price was $377.85, when I left there, i was charged $489.38, a difference of $111.53, where did that charge come from?

Didn’t eat, just grabbed OJ on the way out. Room was clean. Your pillows are absolutely TRASH! They are like the pillows I had from childhood, flat and flimsy and seemed hella old. Other than that it was just fine. Let me be real clear, your pillows absolutely SUCK.

The building is ancient. The interrior is dressed up enough to pass initial inspection. $35 per night just to park at the hotel is outrageous. Breakfast was below par. The eggs were swimming in water and the potatoes cold and wilted. Coffee ran out prior to breakfast closing but it was too close to closeing time to make more. I will not stay here again.

Her suggestion was to stay in the room for an additional 30 minutes. If need she would place me in another room. Once I texted the number requesting a new room she had me come back downstairs instead of bring a key up which was on the same floor. The front desk made the entire experience horrible with her demeanor, rudeness and her not being customer centric. I even tried to do a light conversation with her to try to lighten the mode and she was still rude, but when she went to the other area behind the desk you could hear her laughing and talking to other staffers.

Quick extension of our Thanksgiving trip to Auburn to see the Atlanta sights. The area around the hotel felt safe during the day, but not so much after 8p. The hotel itself is nicely updated and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

When we walked in she stated didn’t you get my phone call? We were like what? We were driving back from Gulf Shores where service was shoddy at best. We did not get that call. She said well since you didn’t pick up I canceled your reservation so I could run my night audit. Then she continued to gripe and we asked if she had a busy night. She said no so not really sure what he issue is but being the “night manager” she require a bit more decorum. Also, for a Hilton owned hotel I expected more from Hampton Inn. Yolanda if you hate your job so much I’m sure you can find something else to do.

We were scheduled to have one hotel and we were pushed off to five different hotels. When we finally checked into this property, the person at the front desk was absolutely atrocious no personality no respect and we were supposed to have a king size non-smoking room and we were given a two queen bedroom… And was told the property was sold out and she was not Friendly

The toilet was broken. The shower faucet literally came off and the water would not drain. I would like to request a refund. I checked in late at night and had an early morning. So I went to the front desk around 7am and there were NO staff to even report. The room number was 601. I would like a refund.

We had a great stay! Courtney checked us in & told us everything about the hotel. Our room was clean, & all employees were awesome. We were able to walk to the restaurant we chose, then to the State Farm Arena. The walk back was easy too! We would stay there again!

The hotel was very secure and very nice! The parking attendants were very nice as well as the front desk staff and the breakfast staff! Courtney at the front desk was amazing! A great place to stay within walking distance of several activities and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Recently stayed for event at State Farm Arena. Very clean hotel with comfortable beds. It was a quiet area in downtown Atlanta. Convenient to several restaurants in walking distance. The room was clean one issue with the TV remote but it was taken care of immediately. Downtown Atlanta isn't great there was a shooting there at 12:15 p.m. near the Waffle House.

Slept after a night, I got asthma attack. Beddings and towels were very dusty. NO housekeeping came when we slept here for 4 nights. On our 3rd night, I requested housekeeping. The woman on the phone said she will send someone and no one came. Inconsistent customer service.

Staff at the front desk and in the breakfast area were VERY nice and accommodating. Explained my options and went above and beyond to help me with a possible flight delay. Breakfast staff kept things neat and clean and were welcoming and helpful. I enjoyed my stay more because of them.

The hotel walking in is extremely clean. The staff is so nice and helpful. Thw room was incredible. It was perfect for what we needed for our 4 days in Atl. We got the suite with 2 beds. 5 stars all day

Hotel rooms are a bit run down, not very modern, and not well maintained. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful, but no room cleaning or tidying done at all in the 6 days there.

Overall a pleasant experience. It definitely needs some updating of the rooms. Breakfast offerings were nice. Staff was friendly. Walkable to the Mercedes-Benz stadium.

room was bigger than expected and parking is nice, no valet and the lot is right there so you can get in and out your car easily. bed and breakfast were all great as usual and staff was super nice and helpful

Not bad

The beds were uncomfortable and creaky every time you moved. The a/c and thermostat didn’t work right. You could set it as low as 67but it would shut off at 74. It was so warm.

Would stay there again.

The property was nice and well kept. The staff was friendly. Vanessa was wonderful! She made sure we had everything we wanted on the breakfast bar! We did not like that when we automatically checked in, we picked a specific room but were given a different room. When I asked, I feel like we got lip service. We didn’t let that spoil things and enjoyed our trip despite it happening.

Parking here is so easy compared to other hotels we have stayed at in the Atlanta area

Workers were very professional and nice. Room was a little dirty. No trash bags in trash cans. Stained blood spot on "clean" towels. Bathroom door didnt lock. Fridge went in and out. Just a few minor things but the employees were the best

The whole location smelled of pot. The bathtub drain was not working.

This property is not well maintained. The room was not thoroughly clean and they didn’t make my room after my first night. Breakfast is terrible. Staff not friendly at all.

We booked a suite. Its an old building that has been well renovated. Front Desk staff was friendly and bery helpful (especially Brandon). Elevator was a little scary (dark and creaky) but no breakdowns. Lights in our suite weren't very bright. Light switches were in odd places. Never understood why hotels only have one chair in the room? Breakfast was good. The staff were not bery accommodating. When they say it ends at 9:30 AM, thats what they mean. The lady (red hair) was putting away plates, napkins, and juice while some of is stragglers were trying to scrap from the leftovers. I guess you have to stop at some time. Overall, I enjoyed the stay.

Adequate. Bare bones. Not a lot of amenities. No luggage rack. But the AC worked which was critical in Atlanta. No bar. Some desk clerks nice. Not all. Breakfast was ok. Not great. Breakfast lady rude.

We were in town to drop my son off to college. And to have a comfortable home away from home was truly amazing. With all the busyness and rounding around needed each night I came into a clean, safe and relax atmosphere. Thank you to your entire staff.

Rooms are small and I consider the tub shower which is elevated to be unsafe. Must be very careful getting in and out to avoid slipping and falling. Location is great for work purposes to get to Americas Mart.

We came to Atlanta for a womens conference. The hotel was close to the arena. Several restaurants in walking distance. Continental breakfast was a great start to the day. The hotel was clean and secured. No complaints

It was very clean.

The staff was excellent. However, the hotel needs to be throughly cleaned. The carpet was dirty, the couch and chair had stains. The bed was uncomfortable and sounded like it was going to break. The shower had soap scum.

We upgraded our room to a suite and the air was not working. For a mid-July stay, this was problematic. On the last night, we were given a fan so it was better than sweating all night at 77 degrees.

I found a small insect in my bed. The bed made too much noise when I went to bed or turned during the night.

The staff were all really kind at check in.

The hotel accommodated a basic need of quality shelter. I wasn't looking for anything fancy. The hotel was clean, the staff was nice and the breakfast was decent. I would stay again. I DO NOT like the parking pass requirement of $36/night. Where am I supposed to park and drag luggage. In a world full of greed and capitalism, The Hamptons (a Hilton Hotel) is no different. Why in the world is parking not included, "free of charge"?

Stayed here for the Beyonce concert. A easy walk to the Mercedes Benz stadium- around 20 minutes. The room was clean and a good for the price. The breakfast tasted amazing! Probably the best tasting hotel breakfast I’ve ever had! Staff was nice. Parking was safe and space was always available. I really can’t complain.

This property was so convenient. So many things in walking distance especially if you are planning on going to an event at the Mercedes Benz Stadium or the State Farm Arena. The staff was also very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

This is an older hotel that is showing signs of wear and tear. The free breakfast is good but go early as some of the food runs out. The entrance and parking are a bit awkward.

It was great. I love that we could check in with the app and our key was ready before we even arrived. The property was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed it so much that we’ve already booked again for our next concert.

good stay and experience being downtown

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The hotel room was very spacious and clean! The breakfast was delicious had lots of variety and tasted amazing! We would most definitely stay there again!

Clean rooms, great service! Had an issue with our room the first night there, but it was quickly rectified the next morning and taken care of.

The room felt unclean - I was grossed out showering, wishing I brought flip flops. The shower was designed poorly too, the entrance of the shower sloped down, so all the water from the shower flowed down into the bathroom and into the hallway. The AC didn’t work at ALL. It was so hot in our room, but luckily had a stroller fan that we kept plugged in and blowing on us through the night. Parking was cheapest in the area, but the lot was small and unattended. Next time I will pay more to stay elsewhere. Breakfast was included but it was so busy by 9 and the food was emptied we ended up eating out anyway.

Great location and friendly staff. Walking distance to Olympic park and several other attractions. Room was clean and comfortable, will keep in mind for future trips. Impressed how quiet it was being in the heart of downtown.

Front desk staff friendly and efficient. Breakfast as expected, nothing special as there is no restaurant in this hotel. This was quite inconvenient as it rained most evenings when we were ready for dinner. It is very close to most of the attractions we wished to visit. Rooms were clean.

This was a great historic hotel, staff was friendly and professional. Very close (a quick walk) to Olympic Park and other tourist location.

Our room seemed clean but had a couple maintenance issues (the shower curtain rod was coming off the wall) and had an odor like wet, dirty socks. I don’t feel this place lives up to what Hampton Inn customers expect.

Nice room and nice staff but absolutely no service. Our room wasn’t cleaned once in our 4 day stay. Once after asking for towels someone finally brought them after waiting 3 hours, the next time I had to go get them after waiting for 2 hours. I had to run down toilet paper and didn’t have any soap or conditioner.

First room, the AC didn't work so they switched us to a new room in the middle of the night but that room was preoccupied (sorry to whoever we woke up) after getting into the 3rd room...everything went smoothly. The overnight front desk was kind of rude and annoyed by us needing assistance and pretty sure we woke him up. The manager when we were leaving took care of us tho and took our complaint. Based off of the first experience with front desk, we would have never returned.

The first room wasn’t ready, well after check-in time. The second room needed the tv fixed and the sink would not drain. They offered us a different room but it was after 11pm by that time and too much to move my family.

I was only there for two days, but there wasnt even one extra toilet paper. Also, there was no plastic shower curtain inside the cloth one, so the cloth one had to be put inside tub to keep water from going in floor. And the shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The little kitchenette that was in my room was super helpful for heating up and storing leftovers. The staff was super friendly. Check in and check out was a breeze. I brought my dog and she was super comfortable curled on the couch while I went to explore the city.

It was quite clean but the AC seems not to work, i tried to reduce the temperture in the room but never worked. Also, the water in vending machine is too expensive. 6$ juat for a bottle of water which is not even that cold.

It was in a good location as far as restaurants available. The hotel is older and the rooms were small the beds were uncomfortable and squeaked alot. Also the beds had metal object sticking out on the sides and I cut my leg on them.

This property was close to a number of outings we had planned. It was is a short driving distance to restaurants and fast food places. Also close to the aquarium and zoo. The property was very clean, staff friendly, and breakfast was great! One particular staff member was exceptional friendly and helpful, her/his name is Christian.

Hotel was older but clean and well kept. The free continental breakfast in the morning was very nice and the lady working there was very welcoming and friendly.

I enjoyed the location the most it is surrounded by a lot. The staff were amazing and very attentive.

Our suite was nice except for a missing threshold between the carpet and tile in the living room area that has exposed sharp ends.

The staff were pleasant, especially the woman greeting people for breakfast. The hotel is in a walkable location to anywhere downtown. Our room was clean but could use some TLC to make it more comfortable. Our bed was uncomfortable and incredibly squeaky with the slightest movement, there was an obvious flood above us in the bathroom with a tin plate on the ceiling that rattled all night, and the shower had barely warm water but the sink got hot which we found strange.

After chatting with another family that was also staying there, their thermostat hadn’t been working properly either, and Their room was uncomfortably cold.
