The rest experience was affected by several factors. The beds were quite uncomfortable and made noise every time we moved, something that is disappointing considering that we have slept better in lower category hotels. In addition, the air conditioning emitted a very loud noise and the refrigerator generated an annoying sound every time it started, which made night rest difficult. Disappointing stay due to noise problems in the room and lack of comfort in the beds.

Lovely staff at checkin, room was spacious & clean, good free breakfast and parking. Not the hotels fault but there was a large group of school children on a school trip & they were very noisy and loud until early hours of the morning. Also a big queue for breakfast because of them.

On my most recent stay, however, I had to change rooms two times due to the A/C not working in the first room and a broken toilet in the second room. The front desk staff was very accommodating and quick to locate another room(s). The hotel is in need of some routine maintenance. The carpeting, bathrooms, A/C units and parking lot are showing some wear and tear.

Not sure who the owner is or if he is a new owner but he is very rude and unprofessional. The owner tried to charge me for my reservation before check in time which was at 3pm. Upon calling and speaking with owner he stated it was policy, however I had booked at this hotel over 5 times and not one time had I been charged for my reservation BEFORE checking in. I tried explaining this to the owner but he kept being rude telling me it was policy to the point I ended my reservation with them early because I did not like his customer service.

It was clean and well cared for. There were an area to get snacks and items in the lobby and the front desk girl was very nice and accommodating. The woman serving breakfast on the other hand was horribly rude, bossy, shoved people out of the way and spoke badly about multiple other guests. She kept answering her cell phone and talking to someone about a guy she had been hooking up with and how nasty all the guests were. She yelled at me to close the lid of a hot dish yet I was not the one using the hot dish. Another gentleman was getting food out of it and wasn’t finished but told me to turn around and walk back and close the lid so I did and the man just stood there frozen and confused. She would only put out one thing of cream cheese, syrup and butter at a time so people kept having to ask her for more and if they had 1 she told them that was enough and wouldn’t give them more

The furniture was old and torn. The curtains wouldn’t shut all the way. . The toilet wasn’t clean. Granted my room was next to the elevator but I heard every time the elevator was stopped on my floor.

Stay was phenomenal, I really appreciated the kindness and efficiency of the staff. Stay was due to s family emergency and the staff made sure to reach out to me while on the road worked with me when I got there just overall helpful. Room was clean area is nice and well maintained overall truly enjoyed thank you so much! Diasia & Kiara are awesome! Ladies keep during an awesome job!

The room was well appointed and bed was very comfortable. Check in was quick and efficient and the staff was consistently pleasant. The location was convenient for our needs and relatively easy to get to highways. I find it frustrating that you now charge for early check in - that would have been helpful as we had a very early arrival at the airport. We also found the breakfast to be lacking. When I came down for coffee at 7:30, it seemed well stocked. But when we came down at 9:00, the selection was mostly depleted and the young woman who was working in the kitchen seemed to be working very hard to catch up. It didn’t seem that the hotel was that busy, but anyone coming down after us would have been sadly disappointed. I don’t think it was poor service by the individual employee, just a system that needs revised.

Hampton Inn has always held a certain standard regardless of the location. This is the exception. The building, rooms , everything wasn’t as good as every other Hampton Inn. Staff was rude, multiple unauthorized attempts to charge my debit card. I would have stayed at different hotel.

The ONLY positive about this place was the bed was comfortable. Even the other people staying in the hotel lacked any type of respect for people and slammed their doors day in and day out. Didn’t matter the time of night. Now that’s not the hotels fault, but still a downside of our experience. After this experience I called Hilton customer service and was told that within 72hrs I would receive a call back because I made a formal complaint and it’s now been a week so I’m assuming I won’t be hearing anything back from them either.

The first night the room toilet would not flush. They worked on it past 1130 pm, by the next morning it didn’t flush again.

Breakfast was consistently under stocked both days, coffee pot refills were non existent during the breakfast times, breakfast room staff were too busy face timing in the back room to keep the food/coffee filled for guests and the eating area is in extreme need of remodel. Public bathrooms in lobby were not maintained, no supplies, etc. Room was clean and had plenty fresh towels. Beds were comfortable with clean linens. AC was great! Overall, housekeeping of rooms gets a 10/10 but breakfast staff earned a 2/10. Has gone down hill since our last stay.

Staff was great, the room wasn't as clean as most Hamptons. We found a random sock on the floor (not ours) and a wadded up tissue under the bathroom sink (also not ours). And all the furniture is kinda old and tired. But the room was very quiet and the shower was great. The area was very convenient for us.

I recently read some less than glowing reviews about this property, but I was happy with it. I did feel that it needed upgrading, but it was clean and comfortable and had a nice breakfast. I would have liked to be in an area where it was easier to walk out to a restaurant since I didn't have transportation, but it was close to my meeting site and ride-shares were readily available.

They did not acknowledge me as a member I had to clean the room the furniture was old dirty warn out cracked and falling apart. Someone walked in on me with no clear understanding who else had my room key this is a safety issue. And most importantly if I was treated like a valued member I would NOT be leaving a bad review. Trash this brand has seen better days.

Overall the room was exactly what I needed for a weekend trip. My only complaints were that the shower head is mounted too high for me (5'2") to adjust easily, and the refrigerator needs replacing (auto defrost shouldn't make it hot half the day with an inch of water in the bottom).

The hotel is a pet-friendly. Which may be good for some, but those that do not have pets, it is very obvious when you enter the rooms that they allow pets, especially dogs. There is a lingering smell of dog in the halls and rooms. During our stay, there were dogs everywhere. For 2 of the nights, in the room next to us, a small dog barked constantly from the early morning till the afternoon. This made sleeping in very difficult. Definitely would not recommend this hotel if you are not pet-friendly.

First, I was put in an adjoining room without being informed first. Not ok. The room wasn’t too bad, or at least I thought that at first. I had to clean the bathtub before I used it. It dirt in and outside of the tub. I couldn’t sleep in the bed because I sent the whole time in it scratching. It felt like bugs were crawling all over me. Every time I did dose off, I woke up to what sounded like someone trying to get in my room. So I stayed awake and checked out at 6 in the morning. The checkout clerk’s attitude was almost as nasty as the room and they still are trying to charge me for both nights. I barely made it through one night. Never again!!

Light Builds for Desk top light needed to replace when we arrived at room. We had many luggages so that looked for luggage cart but not available at front entrance area. I asked one of hotel front lady if she could find one but she responded to me she didn’t know and no solution provided at all. Totally lack of hospitality and service, very disappointed my stay and did not meet to Hilton quality.

Lorain was so kind, compassionate and helpful to both me and my mom while we stayed at the hotel. I couldn’t thank her enough for all that she did to make sure I was taken care of. Overall, the stay was great and the front desk staff was very personable and professional! The hotel felt safe and clean. The food bar was ok but could be better. One of the beds in the room was slanted and not leveled and there was a spot on the sheets that looked like a blood stain. The shower was clean and the bathroom was clean as well. Need more luggage carts as some guests selfishly takes them and keep them in their room and force other guest to carry heavy luggage and make multiple trips back and forth, to their room.

The property is not well maintained. The staff seems to blame guests for the shortcomings of services and resources of the hotel. The Air Conditioner had mold. The refrigerator broke down. The TV had bad colors. Even a lampshade fell in the hallway in front of the room door.

The only compliant was one elevator was working and the side door i couldnt get in.. tht had tape over the lock and handle part was loose it took me a couple of mins. To get in that wasnt good, anything could had happened and get in for my safety. But i had a good stay as always just minor issues.

This hotel is very close to Dunwoody MARTA station if you need public transportation. It was also quiet during our stay as it’s in a business district and we stayed during a holiday weekend. Definitely would stay again. Only complaint is the beds are not super comfortable but OK.

The hotel was at full capacity but only had one elevator working and it was extremely slow. Also the tv in the roo. Was malfunctioning only showing a blue screen, with no way to fix it.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, the location, the easy access to mayor streets, the parking lot and the cleanliness are a plus. But the rooms and the hotel itself needs a renovation is a little bit outdated.

The shower head holder was broken When i ask for wash cloths the cleaning staff refuse to give me clean towels and the front desk did not have none My room was not clean every day every 3 days the room get cleaned by housekeeping. My room smell like mold The carpet was dirty and needed to be shampoo

The hotel was very nice and the employees are really great. The employee that checked is in was so much fun to to talk to. He was a taller black male that works the late shift.

This hotel is a bit rundown in my opinion and doesn’t deserve the review ratings given. Feels like it beds a thorough makeover. Breakfast was particularly disappointing, with very limited seating. Bathrooms were clean and functional. All in all, very average st best!

Close to some shopping for groceries so that was good. I didn’t like that bathtub was dirty, carpet felt damp and dirty. Very dated furniture—scratched and peeling.

The workers at the front desk were friendly and very helpful. Beds, bathroom and everything was great. Only issue was breakfast on the weekend. There were so many guests that it was hard to catch anything more than crumbs.

Was always my “go to” property, would stay here several times a month throughout the last year or so. Super friendly staff and clean property. Not so pleased with the management. Loraine, Sophia and Greg (maintenance) ALWAYS made sure myself and family were always taken care of and I miss them dearly but I won’t support a company that doesn’t appreciate relationships of returning guests.

The minute I walked into the hotel, 2 people greeted me that worked there. The pretty girl who checked me in was so friendly and nice and thanked me for choosing that hotel!!! That was a first for me and she needs to train other people on how to greet guests. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. You will be glad you did. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable.

I booked the property at the last minute and was a great experience. Room was clean and had an excellent shower. Appreciated that breakfast was available and had a nice selection. Free parking always a bonus!

I didn’t like that there was hair in the bathroom and there was this wood piece that was hanging off the wall. There was plastic wrapped around the smoke detector when we arrived and someone from the front desk try to blame me they gonna ask me why it was on there. I will not be staying at that hotel again. I didn’t like the room at all

Although it was a safe location and the complimentary breakfast was great, the room itself had been (obviously) preoccupied by occupants that smoked marijuana and the odor was very strong. That’s not the most settling thing to walk into knowing you’re going to have to deal with that smell for 2nights/3 days.

Front desk staff was very accommodating. When we went to bed and turned on the air, the air conditioner made such a racket that we were up all night. Would have changed rooms, but we had arrived late and already unpacked and had to leave early the next morning. Then the coffee maker didn't work because they had the wrong size plastic trays to set the filter pack. Very frustrating!

Property is old, not a Hilton caliber. Hot water was not avaliable for about half day on Friday, May 16 due to old rusted plumbing system. We were told repeatedly that there was nothing they could do when we complained that tgey didn't bother to notify us. We found out once we're in the shower.

This Hampton Inn is so good when you have stayed at 2 grody extended stays in the area. Only complaints are there wasn’t a complete blackout curtain there was a sheer in the middle and the road noise bothered me, sounded like motorcycles

I did have a few ants around the work station and the electrical outlets did not work. Maintenance had to bring a strip. Food delivery didn't bring my food but that's not the hotel's fault. If there was a good rate on a long term stay, I might have extended my staff. Great breakfast and coffee.

Lorain was just excellent-extremely personable, and made my day! I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived! I was able to text for any request I had. Housekeeping was friendly staff. And Breakfast was so lovely~hot foods, healthy choices, and a warm host with a nice dining area. The view was really nice, the room was very clean, and the hotel overall was exceptional. We could not have asked for a better stay.

When we arrived we had been traveling for 13 hours. We were exhausted. The lady at the check in desk let me know the computers had gone down. I almost started to cry I was so overtired. She jumped into action and took my ID and credit card I used to book the room and managed to look up my booking and get me checked in manually. We were very grateful. The elevators are slow and make some kind of scary sounds. The room felt clean enough but was dated and worn. The ac fan was really noisy and made it hard to sleep cutting off and on all night. It’s a shame the building doesn’t match the customer service. Side note check out Puttshack. Really cool and fun. Make reservations online and go for the 2nd game - they’re only 9 holes. Food was good too.

This place is in major need of an update. Easily the worst Hampton Inn we have ever stayed in. However, I will say, the staff we encountered were all very helpful and nice.

I stayed a couple days and GSR upon arrival was calm and pleasant. Had to be moved to another room due to hairs on floor in bathroom. 2nd room was better because of view but furniture worn, lamp didnt work and GSR Sunday night was un hospitable. 1night kids ran up and down hall prank knocking on guest rooms after 10pm. Food delivery services inaccurate; allowed to deliver to room Sat but not Sun.

I enjoyed just about everything except the extra $75 I had to pay to check in early. I felt they had me over a barrel with the charge since I didn't have a car to move around until my check in.
