Guests generally have a positive experience at this hotel, appreciating the clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and good breakfast. However, there are some recurring issues with maintenance and cleanliness, and some guests have had negative experiences with the front desk staff.

We made reservations in March for our June stay and guess what???? There were no rooms for us because there was no staff to clean the rooms!!!! I will never stay here again or any other Hampton inn. The woman at the desk had such an attitude!!!!She offered no help what so ever!!

This property should invest in new linen or new washing machines. I am not staying there again!

Nice location.
- 3.5/5
The location is good. Room was comfortable. Well, as I am used from Europe for some standard, I would not expect to have everything for breakfast in the paper or plastic...such as cups, forks, plates... Also, I miss a lot some cheese and ham, and also vegetables. Also, there was quite poor offer to choose from.

The room was small and cramped with dirty carpets and poor bathroom plumbing. Their ad boasts about their delicious breakfast which ranged from poor to inedible, including watery uncooked grits or oatmeal, powdered eggs, undercooked bacon. It took four hours to get towels for the room. The attitude of the staff was at best indifferent and usually unpleasant and rude. I expected much more from a property located in one of Atlanta’s most upscale areas. They do not deserve the high ratings they have. It is at best a second rate one star property

Very clean. Quiet. Most comfortable bed. Road and/or lot Construction around the entire building obstructing easy view of entrance. Out of control of the hotel though.

There were no bottled waters on the premises. The staff said the order was not delivered. It would have been nice if someone had purchased water instead of waiting for the next delivery.

Here are some of the issues we experienced: 1. The carpets in the hallways and rooms were extremely dirty and smelled bad. 2. The rooms were very small. 3. The towels were dirty. 4. We found several hairs on the bed sheets. 5. The reservation staff responded rudely when we showed them photos of the hair on the bed. 6. The breakfast was terrible, very limited, and there was not even coffee available during breakfast time. The staff’s response to this was also rude.

While the lobby and the breakfast area were clean and taken care, the building is definitely long in the tooth and overdue for a remodel. Room 207: The bathroom ceiling had multiple splatter stains, like someone opened a Pepsi and sprayed the ceiling. I guess the maids never looked up because the rest of it was clean. The popcorn ceiling had a spot that was starting to detach from the ceiling above the bed, and there were cracks where the ceiling joined the walls. The main room was clean and no other issues stuck. This was definitely a you get what you pay for situation. If you want a nice Hampton in the area. Go a little further down the street to the nicer Hampton Inn & Suites.

Got confirmation from Hotels.com, but Hampton said they never recieved it. There were no rooms available once I arrived. This was a work trip and a co-worker and I were sharing a rental car. He had a room and I had to find another location for the night. It was a huge problem as well as costing additional travel expenses.

Negatives: walls are super thin. You can hear every car drive by, especially on the weekends, every conversation in the halls, & every time someone drops something on the floor above you. The barn door to the bathroom is cute but is not sound proof so you hear everything when someone is using the restroom & there was no exhaust fan either, to help drown out the noise. Stayed 3 nights & did not sleep well any night we were there.

The pool was not opened after i checked online and nothing stated it was closed. I called to confirm and all amenties were going but upon arriving the road work was a little hectic then kids got ready to go to pool only to find out it was closed and noone wasnt sure why or when it would be unlocked. So very dissappointing that the pool was the only reason on staying for kids to do. Breakfast was good staff was nice. Rooms were clean could be a little better and rooms could be updated. EX recaulk bathroom baseboards etc where things needs to be addressed. Other than that it was good,
- 5/5
Very nice and clean. Parking was amazing and the free breakfast was everything!! 10/10
- 3/5
Everything could use a refresh and the breakfast was just ok, but the staff was very nice.
- 5/5
I wish there was a hot tub but there was not. It was a standard sound but it was clean and comfortable for a stand up shower.
- 3/5
Needs a property refresh— the elevator flooring is peeling & busted, hallway carpeting is shedding & stained etc. etc. can hear others plumbing in your room- :/
- 5/5
Clean, large room; helpful staff when I needed to print a few documents
- 5/5
Room was clean and front desk was nice.
- 1/5
Rooms were filthy, room i reserved was not available because housekeeping did not celan 14 rooms and they wanted to give me a king room with me and a friend. I said no and had to wait hour and half for the front desk guy to go change sheets. Then we go in room and there were dirty sheets there, and he put the wrong size so we had to help put the sheets on, which supposedly clean and looked horrible. I have videos and pics. Then was not able to shower cause there was hair from like a week of people staying there. TERRIBLE. Now i am trying to get a refund for that nigth and they did not approve and i am posting videos and pics so everyone could see how horrible this place is. NEVER IN MY LIFE DID I EVER SEE A HOTEL SO HORRIBLE AND DIRTY.

- 5/5
Yes, yes. Very nice room.
- 5/5
Yes the room was spotless and the staff courteous from front desk, housekeeping in the hallways, breakfast hosts.
- 2/5
Breakfast was terrible. Stale pastry and Scrambled eggs had so much salt that they were inedible. Breakfast at other Hampton Inns we have stayed at are great. Not this one
- 5/5
The staff Walter was great
- 3/5
It was ok!! Fairly old hotel.
- 4/5
Good, reliable standard of service that I associate with the brand. Value for money, good location, complimentary parking. A good base for recent visit to Atlanta.
- 5/5
Awesome hotel!!!
- 5/5
The room was spotless. The breakfast was good. Room service were very helpful, as were the front desk at check in and check out. Enjoyed the stay immensely and will return in the future
- 2/5
The toilet seat had hair on it and it had brown stains on it. When I told staff they asked if I wanted to change rooms and I asked could someone just clean it. She said she could give me cleaning supplies to clean it myself. I told her I wasn’t going to clean it I’d rather change rooms so I did.
- 3/5
Room is dated and needs new mattresses & pillows. Also, channels are very limited on TV.
- 4/5
Staff was wonderful.
- 2/5
Had the room booked for over a month. Did check in through the app and chose our room with other coworkers for a company event. Couldn’t check in until after 6:30 because room wasn’t clean. Had to move floors just to get a room at 6:40, which made us late for the even. Thermostat didn’t work . No tv remote. Side was broken and falling apart.
- 1/5
The ac unit makes an awful noise. Like bad like it was going to explode. My toddler was walking in sucks and the carpet is very dirty. Reflected on his socks. Haha! Front desk people was nice but Im sorry, to be a Hampton Inn , I’m very disappointed. Breakfast at 8am, most of the things were empty. I felt bad maybe it was my luck but it was like that. I called front desk around 10am if I can check out a bit later, I had no sleep with the noise of the ac unit. They said 12 was the max I said that works, we will leave then. Housekeeping knocks at 10:45 I said we’re not leaving yet. I made sure front desk knew, she replied then at what time are you leaving? I said 12. Someone must not communicated to them and my sleep failed again. Convenient the location for my husband’s appt. Convenient parking but it was such a bad experience.

Overall, the management needs to improve significantly to maintain basic standards.

No registraron mi entrada al llegar y dieron el cuarto a otro cliente y querían abrir la puerta a media noche. Muy mal raro y no agradable no poder dormir
- 5/5
Very pleased. We arrived late due to airport delays, but we’re greeted warmly on arrival at hotel. Everything in room / hotel as promised.
- 3/5
Breakfast was okay… not too many things on the menu.
- 1/5
On a positive note, the staff were very friendly, except for the $50 charge tacked on checkout for being 1 1/2 hours past the noon deadline, even though I had called to tell them were were stuck in traffic returing to the hotel from a morning meeeting.
- 4/5
Just the road construction in front is a bit aggravating.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
Clean room, helpful staff! Everything was smooth and to our liking.
- 5/5
Breakfast was good. At 8am, was out of dark roast coffee. By 830am, out of all coffee. By the time I finshed, around 845, no apparent effort to replenish it. Otherwise, very clean property, lots of construction on Piedmont, which limited access. Not their fault.
- 5/5
Stay here each and every time I’m in Atlanta. They never disappoint the staff is so friendly and helpful
- 5/5
I had an awesome stay
- 2/5
The hotel is located at the prime location but poor management. The breakfast is the worst I've ever stayed at any Hampton Inn. Very little options in breakfast. The hotel is completely out dated and need a major renovation. Their website shows the parking is free but they asked me to pay $28 for parking per day upon checking in. This is not right and I would not recommend anyone to stay there.
- 4/5
The attendants were very polite.
- 4/5
The pet fee is too high and there was no grass due to construction
- 3/5
Great location, pet friendly, wonderful staff, lobby and breakfast area clean. But, First room with mold and peeling paint, second room just not clean, too tired to move to a third room. Dirty old french fries under the air conditioner, sheets appeared clean but stained bed cover, floor dirty. Needed to wipe the room down and use own blanket.
- 4/5
The staff was very nice. I only stayed overnight, but they were very friendly

- 5/5
convenient, clean, front desk clerk was great (she deserves a raise)
- 4/5
Clean place though not fancy. Bed is not super comfortable and pillows are not at all. Otherwise a great stay
- 5/5
The road construction along with the hotel renovation is the reason for condition and facilities. However, the breakfast is great and parking is free at this hotel (until renovations are complete (late 2025 or early 2026) whereas all the other hotels parking is $28 to $50 per night.
- 4/5
The property is very well located and the most budget friendly hotel in the area that is also civilized. There’s a great deal of construction around the hotel, which makes navigation difficult. The bed was extremely comfortable as were the pillows. The room was very clean. The shower was large and the water pressure was good. The water was hot. The parking was under the hotel that was convenient.
- 5/5
Hotel was clean and did not have an odor. The front desk staff were very friendly. I have stayed here multiple times and never had an issue.
- 4/5
This Hampton Inn is always a great property; consistently clean, great team, yummy breakfast, pet-friendly, perfect location. The ONLY reason for a reduced star is that the city of ATL is widening Piedmont Road, an entire lane of road is blocked, curbs torn up, construction is estimated until YE 2026, and NOWHERE on the website or in details about the property is this hardship mentioned. It absolutely affects traffic, entry & exit of property, visibility of property access, etc. It’s very hard driving in or out when workers block the lane or hotel driveway with equipment & barrels, and if you have never been there before, you would not know where to access the driveway.
- 4/5
The area was very good with a lot of shopping and restaurants is walking distance. The only negative was the road construction out side of the hotel.
- 4/5
The hotel is under renovation and the road is under construction as well. The parking is free until the renovation is complete this is a plus compared to all the other properties in the same area. Average is 28 a night self parking.
- 5/5
The woman at the front desk was WONDERFUL! And the gentleman that drives the transportation van (his name is E) was the BEST. Polite, sweet, funny, and super helpful.
- 5/5
Front road is under construction. At night when getting in the evening.
- 5/5
Great place to stay if you are going to a concert at Chastain Park etc. Was very quiet with super fast check in and decent free breakfast. Good value for money (was $114 pn) and best of all free parking. Think it was close to shopping etc.
- 3/5
Staff was very kind and accommodating. The building is dated and needs upgrades. The rooms need some TLC like paint and new lamp shades.
- 5/5
All the staff we encountered were super friendly and nice. Love the bottles of water provided at check-in and the later check out time. Our room was very clean. There is construction going on around the hotel but it didn’t wake us up. My only dislike is the sliding barn door on the bathroom. But thats just a personal preference. Location is great for Atlanta. It felt safe. Close to amphitheater.
- 3/5
Unfortunately, the initial room assigned had a very strong odor of urine, which made it uninhabitable. I returned to the front desk, and Henry quickly reassigned me to another room—again, great customer service on his part. However, the second room wasn’t much better. I found hair on the bathroom floor, in the shower, and even on the bed, which was disappointing and concerning from a cleanliness standpoint. While I appreciated the ease of check-in and the staff’s willingness to help, the lack of proper room cleanliness was a major letdown. I hope management addresses these issues, as they impact what could otherwise be a solid stay.
- 3/5
Parking is free and they have free breakfast. They offered pork free options so that was nice! The staff was nice and rectified my issues as I was given a king room when I booked a double queen. Of the 2 downstairs elevators 1 was broken. The gym was very small and had limited equipment. The room hallways need the carpet cleaned.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect, including the location, the room clean, the breakfast and the parking. The staff were nice and friendly. I would like to give them a 5 star. I will be staying there again if I have a next trip.
- 1/5
We got checked in to a dirty room that looked like it never been cleaned after last guests i went back to the person dowstairs and he gave us another room that looked ok. Tiny space room not very clean towels but we said OK. Last night of our stay the toilet got clogged & there nothing they vould do even in the morning they didn’t bring anyone to fix it so, my wife, my kids & me had to go somewhereelse where we can use the bathroom. We decided to check out and we will never be back to this hotel. And you should not use this hotel in your life if you don’t wanna be using other restaurants bathroom to brush your teeth.
- 5/5
Clean and spacious
- 4/5
Good stuff, breakfast, shuttle. It was generally a good experience except for the construction at the front.
- 3/5
No toilet paper in the room upon arrival. It took until the following day to get some. Room was very hot and unable to adjust cooler. The food was mediocre. The construction in front of the hotel was noisy.
- 4/5
Lived up to expectations.
- 5/5
excellent property with on walking distance of walmart and other businesses staff was beyond helpful at all times
- 5/5
Used to go have a Hospital test friendly helpful staff
- 4/5
It was a nice hotel for the one night I stayed in Atlanta. The room was clean and felt comfortable. The breakfast was good and hot. Staff were friendly and helpful. I always stay in dog friendly hotels so this was a nice one for that reason. However, there was NO grass outside the hotel for my dogs to use the restroom. I didn't like having to walk 2 little dogs down the sidewalk away from the hotel.
- 1/5
There were roaches in my hotel room went to the front seat to speak about it and the front desk looked up my account and told me well you already paid for your entire stay in advance and no refunds will be giving…he didn’t offer me another room or nothing, also when I first got into the room I lifted the sheets and there where pee stains and blood stains…I left the room after one day and went else where…
- 3/5
I liked the breakfast options, the room wasn’t all that, but you get what you pay for.
- 2/5
The room wasn’t cleaned properly and when calling the front no one answers
- 5/5
Front Desk Auditor-Carl is amazing and so accommodating, Best Hilton Experience check in by far!!
- 5/5
This property needs updating, carpets were dirty throughout, but the staff was friendly and helpful. Parking garage was nice since it was raining while we were there. There was construction that had torn up all of the green space in the front of the property, making a muddy mess. That is certainly not the fault on the property, just an inconvenience and unsightly.
- 4/5
Parking complimentary Room clean and comfortable Nice selection for breakfast Convenient to mass transit for going downtown
- 3/5
Room was clean but not well maintained (there were pirpl
- 4/5
Good value for the price I paid. When I entered the room, the toilet was malfunctioning. I reported the issue to the front desk, and they handled it immediately. By the time I returned to my room after dinner, it was functioning well. Room was a little small. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great---lots of options!
- 3/5
Good
- 5/5
This is the only Hampton I will stay at in Atlanta. All around good hotel.
- 5/5
The only downside was the room temperature - the air conditioning was set to 49 degrees! It was 54 in our room when we walked in. The room was well appointed and clean, though. Front desk was very kind.
- 4/5
Nice hotel to stay in.
- 3/5
I was greeted with the smell of marijuana when I first entered the hotel. The bathroom had a roll-in shower but no proper drain system so the entire bathroom floor got soaked every time someone took a shower. There was no overhead light or lamp in half of the room, and when I asked for a lamp, I was first told they didn't have any extra lamps. After insisting, a desk lamp was delivered to our room. Towels in the gym were not regularly stocked, and the breakfast setup was not sanitary. The coffee was good, though, and most of the staff was helpful. There seemed to be a lot of friends of staff hanging around the reception area a lot of the time.
- 5/5
Coffee maker was missing tray so couldn’t make coffee
- 5/5
This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was phenomenal. The convenient shuttle that was available to me at anytime I needed to make a quick stop was so great. Also the front desk staff was always available to answer any questions I had and there was this one particular guy (cant remember his name) he had dreads, dressed very professional and exceeded his level of customer service. I woke up to see about getting a shuttle ride at the last minute and he made sure that my needs were taken care of immediately. PLEASE REWARD THIS EMPLOYEE. I’m from Michigan and work in retail and this hotel I recommended most definitely. The only minor thing that I didn’t care for was the maintenance of the furniture in the room can be updated. Another plus was the location was next to a lot of restaurants, nightlife and my favorite place Publix😂🙌 thank you thank you to the staff at Hampton Inn buckhead. Myself and son will be visiting again soon.
- 5/5
Very nice, clean place to stay.
- 5/5
Great place to relax, just add a smart TV for people like us Netflix users to stay longer
- 4/5
The hotel was clean and quiet. The location was perfect. Blue martini right next door for a fun night out , small mini mall in walking distance, and Lennox mall close by. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Everyone was nice however, the evening shift at the front desk and the van driver Mr. E were absolutely amazing. The van service would take us and pick us up within 3 miles from the hotel. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!!!!
- 4/5
There was something going on to where it was noisy at times in the middle of the night, in the hallway, to where it woke us up a couple of times. That’s why overall stay was given a 4

- 5/5
Great location good service! Worked great for a quick business trip.
- 5/5
My husband and I stayed just for one night but it was worth it… We had a comfy bed to sleep, clean room, great breakfast, and friendly staff.
- 3/5
One side of the room had no electrical outlets. Bathroom has no place to hang clothes. Very little lighting in the room
- 2/5
Rooms had very limited lighting, no closet space, nor any drawers. In fact there were racks installed by the mini fridge where a drawer could actually go, and the TV could not support any streaming options (ie: Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc). Not pleased with the lacking amenities and did not at all expect this from a Hilton hotel.
- 1/5
No WiFi for 2 days Missing light bulbs Will never return
- 4/5
We had a good experience at this hotel. We were in town for a show at the Fox Theatre and it was fairly easy to get to the theatre from the hotel. Parking was free and we always found a spot. Lots of places to eat, get coffee, and get some groceries nearby. We ate at a couple places that were across the street. I would stay here again!
- 4/5

Had an amazing stay here. Right across the street from nice restaurants in a very nice neighborhood. It was safe and quiet with plenty of things to do. Lenox mall is like 5 minutes away loved it!

Rating of staff and service was for the general manager. Had an issue with the room being messy - requested management intervention and was ignored. Left a voicemail with the general manager. Ignored, even after checkout. Surprised and disappointed. A minor issue - breakfast lacked protein, just a lot of carbs.
- 5/5
Felt like a great location, nice area for shopping and restaurants
- 2/5
I had a huge black roach in my room and the room had holes in the wall. The shower was peeling I wasn't comfortable I Lysol the whole place and showered with shoes.

My room had lots of small ants, around area of the tv and table. No shampoo condition in the shower
- 3/5

free parking, nice unheated outdoor pool. Lots and lots of pets - not all on a leash, so if you don't like other people's pet barking and nipping at your bfast buffeet, stay away.

Not the world's best but a cheap option to stay in a great area with lots to do shopping/dining options
- 5/5
Great stay , good location, clean hotel.

You can walk to nearby restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable.

My experience was great and I will stay again. Close to everything.
- 3/5
Hotel is a bit run down. One working elevator with a hole in the floor. At breakfast, the lady kept yelling at everybody to keep “her spoons” out of the meat and eggs serving containers. It was not a nice way to start the morning.
- 4/5
It was a good stay, but the hotel is dated and definitely in need of a revamp .
- 5/5
Everything

there was a brown substance on the linings! and the the room was dungy
- 5/5
All the staff is always so friendly and helpful.
- 4/5
Good bang for the buck!
- 5/5
Great Stay!
- 4/5
Easy check in. Clean rooms. The door to the bathroom got stuck when you tired to close it. Only one elevator working and the floor on the elevator had a crack. The pool was nice. The breakfast was great. We had trouble with door cards not working and I heard other people did too. When I was leaving I saw a cockroach walk across the floor in front of me.
- 5/5
The staff was very kind and friendly. Also, the hotel is in a beautiful area and convenient location.
- 4/5
Everyone was very helpful especially for a first time traveler.
- 5/5
Everything was good.
- 3/5
The room temperature was not consistent
- 5/5
P.S. Check the date and time of arrival to confirm that Rod was indeed the Manager. It was the manager on the afternoon shift!
- 4/5
Had to walk around in my dripping swimsuit to the front door and through the lobby to get to the elevators.
- 5/5
Quiet and accommodating
- 5/5
Hotel was conveniently located and had ample parking. Breakfast was nice & hot. Staff was friendly and facilities were clean. I’d stay here again.
- 3/5
Breakfast was great
- 2/5
There is absolutely no parking at this property. Or not enough for the size. General area around property seemed safe but property itself did not. Not for a female traveling alone.
- 5/5
Parking is $25 a day there not worth it
- 3/5
Hotel location is great, clean areas are 9/10 but the morning experience with the breakfast was awfull. Breakfast hour is supposed to end at 10 am. First day at 9:25 am I asked fore more waffle mix and the lady in charge said if is empty there’s no more. There’s more people arriving to breakfast and start to ask for more food refill and she had to bring to the room more food. She was mad! The second day I arrived a little more earlier and arrived at 9am. The same story, no waffle mix and she said the same with a really bad and rude attitude. More people start to arguing with the manager and front desk. Imagine your vacation begging for breakfast in a hotel with breakfast included.
- 5/5
not open so I couldn't keep anything cold in my room. The staff was outstanding. I did not have a cell phone with me (I live in an area without it), and they went out of their way to assist me with communicating with shuttle service and a lot of other things. "No worries" was their mantra and I'm very grateful for that.
- 4/5
I come here every time i go to atlanta! Love it.
- 5/5
Muy céntrico. Buen servicio y seguridad.
- 4/5
Shower sink drape needs to be long to prevent water leaks to bathroom floor
- 3/5
The sink is clogged, water does not go down. Room cleaning service is unavailable.
- 5/5
5 Star Very clean, nice staff and breakfast very good.
- 3/5
Rooms are dated. Shampoo dispenser in shower broken. Refrigerator in accent not stable. Elevator painfully slow. Good breakfast.
