    The hotel was well staffed and everything seemed to be OK. It was walking distance to plenty of bars, nightlife and shopping not a bad ride to the battery and about 25 miles from the airport.

    THE LOCATION IS EXCELLENT, SO CLOSE TO SEVERAL RESTURANTS AND SHOPPING. WE STAYED THE WEEKEND TO ATTENT A BASEBALL GAME AT TRUIST AND ITS CLOSE ENOUGH WITHOUT BEING IN ALL OF THE CROWDS. WE UBERED TO THE FIELD AND THE COST WAS VERY REASONABLE

    The rooms were not clean. The they had an older the tub was dirty and pale they don’t have microwaves in the rooms . The bathroom door are on backwards. You have to shut the door to take a shower. And the bathroom door blocks the shower it just need to be updated the hotel and the staff were really really nice

    The room looks old and smells so bad, like someone sweat. Not sure if it’s because they didn’t clean it properly or because the hotel is old. There was a strange noise in the room and the AC is also loud. We had to use the earplugs to sleep. The staffs look friendly. Even though it’s cheap, but I do not recommend this place.

    Clean hotel, friendly staff who helped me check in a couple hours early, located just a quick walk from the Dunwoody red line station for Airport and downtown access. The Perimeter mall is also nearby for food options. Breakfast had a variety of items which was nice. Had a room next to the elevator and did not have any noise issues whatsoever which was unexpected. Would definitely stay here again.

    The hotel was good, but nothing special. The entire hotel was very clean. The lobby wreaked of a sewage smell on my first day. The next two days was not a problem. The breakfast was decent one day and bad the next. It was sufficient for a cheap quick two night trip.

    The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. There is a nice and clean coffee maker in the room and other good amenities. Clean linens and a nice location for the perimeter. The staff experience at this hotel was extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. The man who checked me in, a tall dark-skinned employee who was not wearing a name tag, made inappropriate jokes about “what I’d be doing in the room.” I was alone at the time waiting for my boyfriend to arrive, and his comments immediately made me uncomfortable. Later that evening, I placed a small tied trash bag with empty food containers outside my room for housekeeping pickup, something I have done at many hotels to avoid bugs and odors. Around 9:00 PM, the same employee began loudly banging on my door demanding that I open it immediately and remove the bag myself. Because he was not wearing a name tag and I could not clearly identify him through the peephole, I felt unsafe opening the door while alone. I told him I would retrieve the bag once he left. After waiting approximately 15 minutes, I opened the door only to discover he had remained outside the room waiting for me. I quickly grabbed the bag and closed the door. The interaction was extremely unsettling. The next morning, I reported the incident to two women at the front desk. They apologized and stated that leaving small trash bags or towels outside the room was not against hotel policy. Unfortunately, the situation continued later that evening when the same employee stopped me again and questioned why I was upset with him. I explained that repeatedly banging on a guest’s door late at night while demanding entry was inappropriate and frightening, especially for a woman alone in her room. Rather than de-escalating the situation, he argued with me and insisted he had every right to demand that I immediately remove the trash bag. In addition to the staff issues, the Queen rooms are extremely small, and the air conditioning barely worked during our stay. The thermostat would not cool below 69 degrees, making the room consistently hot and uncomfortable. I was honestly too uncomfortable after the earlier incidents to report.

    Additionally, I suggest offering basic amenities such as bananas and in-room safes, which many guests consider standard. I would also strongly encourage the hotel to eliminate the use of Styrofoam products (plates, cups, etc.), as they have a significant negative impact on the environment.

    This is a clean and safe hotel. The staff are great. The rooms could use some attending to, specifically the showers and sinks. No real water pressure at all. I’m not sure what went into the design of the showers but you can help but get water everywhere. No curtains. The weak drizzle that you have when showering, ends up on the floor. I really like staying here for convenience but definitely could use a few upgrades

    There's letters stuck up in the elevators indicating they only clean your room every other day - that should have been shown in the listing or when we checked in. It didn't effect us since we only stayed one night and I didnt see that as a really big deal, but others might. The bathroom walls looked "damaged" and poorly repaired and the thermostat wouldn't go below 67 so the A/C kicked on and off all night- waking us when it did. We probably won't do back.

    I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay, as it did not meet the standards I have come to expect as a loyal Marriott customer of over 13 years. I specifically chose this property because it advertised having a pool. However, after checking in, I was informed that the pool would be closed until Monday. When Monday arrived, the pool still had not opened, which was very frustrating and misleading. Additionally, the condition of the room was unacceptable. Upon arrival, there was a strong mildew or damp towel odor. I reported this issue on the first day, but no action was taken until the third day, when I had to follow up again to have the room cleaned properly. The overall condition of the property was also disappointing. The hallway walls had noticeable scraped paint, giving the impression of poor maintenance and upkeep—far from what I typically experience at Marriott properties. Lastly, I have a concern regarding my stay credits. I checked in on Saturday, March 21, and stayed through March 25; however, I am only seeing credit for two days instead of the full duration of my stay. I would appreciate your assistance in addressing these concerns, including correcting my stay credit and reviewing the issues mentioned above. I look forward to your response and hope for a resolution that reflects Marriott’s usual level of service and commitment to its guests.

    We placed a call for incidental rates and availability at Fairfield Inn.The gentlemen who answered the phone was extremely pleasant and welcoming! We chose this hotel due to unhappy stay with previous hotel. Upon arrival,the staff at Fairfield Inn was fantastic and quick. The staff thanked me for my status level as Bunvoy member, asked if I needed anything more, and welcomed us with sincere smiles .We had a minor issue later in the am. A quick call to guest services at 3am, and without complaints our issue was resolved. We were pleased with the efforts from the staff, it has been a breath of fresh air! Parker's I have never checked into a hotel with sensor air-conditioning, laughing loudly! The issue was addressed immediately.

    We did not get the room I booked. As a matter of fact, they downgraded the room they gave us and didn't say anything. We got upstairs and I called down and said this isn't the room type I booked and it was then I was told they had downgraded my room and did not have the room type available. Corey at the front desk was wonderful, the hotel is clean and well set up. We were iffered a credut and stayed for 3 nights. I think they should have communicated the room situation better.

    There was no room service to take trash away from the room they said they only take things every 3 days, they were short on towels and wash cloths so on our second day before checking out we weren't able to shower before we left. The attendant on Wednesday Jan 1st in the early hours of the day was not very pleasant but my kids enjoyed the for the most part.

    There was no microwave in the room so we queued at the lobby trying to warm food. The receptionist we met when we arrived was very warm and welcoming. Sorry I didn’t get her name. We needed the trash in the room taken out and the wet towels changed but got back later in the evening and nothing was done and the room had a stench.

No when we showed up I had to wait in line for almost a hour because it was a hold because the lady at the front desk was along no help she had to get over 16 rooms for a bus full of ppl. Once she did finally get that half done she stop too get 5 ppl waiting in line. Just to have an attitude smh then when we got our room key went to the room find out we find an opened water bottle no hot water and room 223 shower door broke. They need to upgrade they appliances bed was awful af frfr my baby didn’t like it all the house knock on your door way before check out smh. They self parking is to close to one another would I recommend to stay no only if you under a budget budget and you need someone to stay for the price I think it’s not worth it specially where they located? I think the rates should be a little bit cheaper

    It was a good stay. There is a large RACCOON living in the tree right next to the trash can on the right side of blg if you are facing it. After dark use the main entrance. This thing is the size of a large dog.

    I will definitely be staying here the next time I visit Atlanta. The rooms were very clean and the staff were all super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very convenient (the oatmeal toppings bar was very appreciated) and it’s within walking distance to the Dunwoody MARTA station which saved us a ton of money when going into the city. 10/10.

    Surprisingly quiet for its location (appears to be in a central location). Awesome roof-top restaurant that serves great breakfast - free breakfast, by the way! There's a nice restaurant next door and it's also walking distance to some other good restaurants. My room and the bathroom (Spa-like) I liked, especially - well maintained! Clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. I didn't notice a gym/fitness center, so I'm not sure about that. It would be nice if there was one though! 😊

    This is a very comfortable hotel. The staff is very attentive and accommodating. They serve a great breakfast with good options. There is coffee, tea and fruit-infused water available around the clock. The rooms are clean and well equipped. The bed is very comfortable. It’s also quiet and conveniently located for shopping, dining and going into downtown Atlanta.

    The toilet in my room did not flush properly. The front desk was nice enough to come to my room to fix the problem. She had to hold the handle down for a while. After she left, I tried and it didn't work. This was very inconvenient and I hope the issue in room 314 gets resolved properly.

    I was in Atlanta for the Peachtree Road Race, and I chose this hotel because it was within walking distance of the Dunwoody MARTA station (a short ride to the starting line). I enjoyed everything about this hotel; my room was very clean, comfortable and well-kept. My sleep quality was excellent; my bed felt just right, and I was able to rest well throughout my stay. I especially liked the two free water bottles, a plus in the Atlanta summer heat. I would gladly stay there again if I had the chance.

    Felt safe which is a big plus for anywhere in the Atlanta area. Easy drive from the hotel to the Truist Park. Breakfast was below average. We arrive to check-in after 4 (check-in time at 3) and were told our room wasnt ready yet.

    It was convenient- right off the highway. It was clean. There were a few kids, but quiet. The snacks were more expensive than they needed to be, even taking into consideration it's not a store. The staff we came across were polite and courteous. The free breakfast and convenient hours (until 10!) was great. Overall, a good experience.

    The location was great for what we needed for an overnight stay! Staff at check in was nice, I just wish the lighting was brighter in the hallway, restroom/ shower area was bigger, and the shower not having a full door caused water to leak out, no matter how much I turned the shower head. The bed was really comfortable and the room itself was a nice size!

    My daughter and I travel to Atlanta often to go to the children’s hospital we have been staying here when we have to go usually everything is good but this time we was given a room that had someone in it (this wasn’t a human error it was a computer error) so I go back to the desk and waited over 30 minutes for someone to come to the desk and give us another room the only frustration I had was the wait time for a new room after driving 6 hours we were exhausted

    The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful to answer any questions we had. The breakfast was delicious, and the location was very convenient to all our plans for the weekend. The only complaint would be the partial shower "door".

    We waited for around 15 minutes for someone to show up. She said she ha d been resolving a situation with another guest and was very apologetic. Other than the long wait to check in, we had a wonderful stay, and would definitely go back.

    It was a ok 4 night stay. No one cleaned our rooms for the 4 nights we were there or replaced the toilet paper or towels and wash clothes. The window blinds did not closed. So, we could not block the sun so we could sleep late. I always stay at a Marriott when i traveling different states. This one was the worst.

    Lady at check in was nice, restaurants within walking distance along with Starbucks. Close to interstates also. I originally booked a different hotel before this one and canceled it to book here.
