    It was a horrible exp experience and the pullout sofa did not even have a mattress, and also it had holes tore all in the cut and wrestling is all over it. And the apartment was very nasty, and we asked for our masters, and they said they do not have any, and we would have to deal with it, and we still haven't got our deposit back. I would not recommend this for nobody else. Alright not even my pet period

    Overall the place is in need of a lot of maintenance. The staff is nice enough. The breakfast is only a muffin and coffee. There is a lot of rust in bathroom, microwave, fridge, doors - well things just need to be replaced. The place is dog friendly. I have a higher than normal standard living - for the price I paid maybe it was fair but I will not be staying again no matter the price.

    This hotel was very run down. The pictures on the app are very deceiving. Check in is at 3 and we walked in at 3:45. Our room wasn’t ready until 4:15. We got into the elevator with another group of people and the elevator stopped right before the 3rd floor where our room was. We had to call the emergency button to go back down to the 1st floor. Had to take the stairs the rest of the night because the elevator was not operating afterwards. Get into our hotel room and the room is very outdated. We did not use the tub because it was disgusting looking and very worn out, black looking. The tv faced the window and we couldn’t watch tv laying in bed. And the couched faced the bed and not the tv either. After the Braves game, we came back to the room to find our door cracked open. Don’t know if somebody came in after we left to give us more towels or what, but the door was open when we returned. Luckily the bed was decent and the hotel was quiet and the AC worked well! The only good thing really to say.

    Loud parties in the adjacent room at 1:00 a.m. and management did nothing about them. An hour after I went to bed the air conditioning unit face fell onto the floor in the bedroom The lighting was for in the bedroom TV couch area. Made it feel dirty and dingy. And the clip that held the shower head in was broken and when I turned it on it sprayed all over the floor. You had to hold it in one hand just to take a shower. Just a freaking nightmare. I got locked out of my room twice and management had to come let me in. Toilet leaked around the base. Bathroom floor was always wet Returning at the end of the day you're hit by the smell of mold when you come in. The kitchen cabinets smell like it too. You need to ask for dish soap and no utensils were provided Outside it looks like one of the nicest Extended Stays you'll ever see. Inside it's a s*** hole. Corporate Extended Stay personnel should be ashamed and embarrassed by this hotel.

    Terrible. The lady didnt let us check in. Our flight was delayed. They did no show and dont let me.check in at night. What is that. I have checked in at 3am in hotels when traveling. This is so bad customer service for prepaid hotel.

    We called the number outside, and a woman came to the front desk and checked our confirmation number. However, we were refused check-in and told that we were “late” and that check-in was for Monday, even though the reservation was confirmed and paid for that night. We were left outside in the middle of the night with three children, including a sick young child, and had to continue driving to search for another place to stay. Expedia had to open a refund case because the hotel did not honor the reservation. This situation caused a lot of stress and exhaustion for my family.

This situation ruined my plans for the evening and put me in a real bind on my road trip home. Very bad that Hotels.com does not guarantee me a room afer I already paid for one.     Front desk staff was friendly but the woman in charge who walked around carrying a clipboard came off as rude. I informed the front desk I needed some more towels. The guy told me to leave the old ones outside my door, so I did. Several hours later the boss lady knocked on my door. She asked if I put those towels outside my door and I told her I did as I was instructed. She told me (and wasn’t polite about it) that I had to put them in a bag and take them to the front desk and then they would wash them and bring them back to me. I thought being a hotel and all they would change out the towels every other day. Room also had a smell and the mattress on sofa bed had stains so I decided not to use it. Bathroom door would not shut and tub was dirty. Won’t stay there again.

    The location is perfect. It is a 5 minute drive to the stadium and the roxy. There was a strong smoke smell( the illegal kind) walking in the front door, and along the whole first floor. They also say that breakfast is included, but the only thing they had was 6 muffins and a pack of granola bars. This is in no way considered breakfast. They also charge for the internet.which is a bit disappointing.

    The staff are absolutely delightful however the quality of the hotel is not that great. We don't have an hair dryer in our room when we check in even though it says that it's part of the amenities. The breakfast foods are not good at all. There's an empty bottles of shampoo and conditioner in our bathroom, the TV is in the brink of breaking and the lighting in the room is poor. Unfortunately I will not recommend this hotel.

    First room refrigerator and air some work smelled like pee. When asked for a working refrigerator they told me to wait 10 mins and never came to change it. Manger also told staff not to switch us rooms. After asking about the refrigerator again we got a new room. Only for that room to have roaches. 10/10 would not recommend

    They allowed us to cancel our stay with a full refund. We arrived on an early flight and called to ask about early check-in that morning. We were informed that we could arrive anytime and get into our room, but would pay a $30 fee if we arrived before noon. We arrived right around noon and were told they were still cleaning our room. The front desk strongly implied we were being unreasonable by expecting them to fulfill their own promise that we could get into our room whenever we arrived. They claimed they never said we could get into our room early. They were extremely rude to us throughout the process. We continued to wait around and be brushed off until around 2:15pm, at which point we were given a room that had clearly only had the linens changed. The floors were dirty, the counters were sticky, there was no toilet paper, and the pull-out couch we paid for didn’t have a mattress. We waited another half hour after they said they would bring us to a different room before we decided to try a different hotel. When we went to request we be refunded, there were 2 other groups of guests having the same issue as us, so it seems to be a pattern. They told us all that if we hadn’t requested to check in early, the rooms would have been fine - blaming us for their own actions. If we had been told upfront that we couldn’t check in until the check-in time, we would have had zero issues - don’t tell your guests they can get their room if you can’t guarantee it will be ready by the time you say it will.

    It met our needs for a quick place to sleep while traveling. The bed was not a queen as advertised. Unless a queen is a double bed in Georgia. The breakfast is a "grab and go" as described. So don't plan on hot the hot foods you see at other hotels.

    We did get in late so the staff was away from the desk for the night we had to call in from outside because the doors were locked. It took a little while for someone to get there, but once there the process was decent. The room was what is typical for the price I suppose, but the blinds would not close all the way. The bathrooms were awful and could use some much needed work. The tub was so old it had unsightly rust spots that upon first look I thought it was blood, but it wasn’t. The toilet also did not flush, but we didn’t have a phone in the room to call down to advise. For a few extra bucks I would choose a different place and not try to save money.

    The room was filthy when we arrived. There were actual piles of bugs and dirt in the corners of the room, the surfaces and counters were dusty and sticky, the fridge was sticky, the bathtub needs to be completely replaced, and the toilet is not attached to the floor. We had to go buy Clorox wipes just to be able to stay comfortably for two nights. Its really disappointing that the owners of this hotel think so little of their guests. Just because we can’t afford to stay in a more expensive place doesn’t mean we deserve to stay in filth.

Not enough pillows and when asked for towels worker on 12/27/25 night shift refused to get them. Breakfast is a joke and cleanliness is a -100. Never again.

    Arrived late and no one was there to check us in. The after hours phone did not work. We finally got a hold of someone who woke up the night attendant. She was extremely rude at first then was a little nicer. We were not allowed to check in because they said we were to late. I got hotels.com involved & they couldnt do anything but said they would try to get a refund for us. I was later informed the manager never responded or approved the refund so we wouldnt be getting it. The lobby and surroundings were filthy and we were told by someone staying there that there was some sort of accident the day before involving police etc. I would NOT recommend this hotel at all.

    I haven't seen a roach since being here therefore the halls are clean and smells pleasant. Housekeeping routinely vacuums the floors and appears that maintenance keep things in working condition inside and outside of the premises. Staff continues to be friendly, helpful and always available when needed. All appliances & HVAC system are in good condition and never had problems. Lastly, it is relatively quite both in and outside of the premises. The breakfast is subpar to say the least. Although I know that staff can only provide what is given to them from corporate I'm assuming – so it's not their fault. The only "complaint" I have is that the doors need to be upgraded to work with current technology. For instance, I've been locked out a few times before I was told by staff not to have my key card(s) in my pocket with either my cell phone or bluetooth headphones. This could be a potential safety issue because a couple times this happened I was locked out the building entirely late in the evening waiting several minutes for night staff to arrive. Overall, I am very satisfied here until I procure housing and I would once again, HIGHLY recommend this location to anyone and everyone who asks.

    Although this was not the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, it was pretty close to it. When you're in college, you don't know any better, but I'm way past those days. Labor Day weekend, 2 big concerts in town, last big weekend of the summer and the pool was not available; half the pool was green, and the chairs were all flipped over; no poolside relaxing or sipping. The beds were soooooo uncomfortable and the sheets had old stains on them. The bathroom had old, used towels still hanging from the shower from what I assume was the previous visitor's stay. When asked about more towels, we were told we had to bring the old towels down first and then wait on the laundry to be completed before they brought us fresh ones. We just went to Walmart and bought our own towels. We ran out of tissue and had to use Kleenex because apparently, the front desk closed at some point during the evening, so if we needed assistance, it was definitely not available. To top all of that off, there were small roaches crawling around. From the appearance of other guests, this hotel was more of an apartment complex. Not judging anyone, but we saw a guest with a house arrest anklet on; information I'd like to have known before booking. I guess you get what you pay for. I thought I was getting lucky on the price because I'd booked so far in advance, however, I was VERY WRONG!!! Unless there is a drastic change over the next day or so, my advice would be KEEP SCROLLING, find another hotel!!!

On top of that, there were holes in the walls, and the next morning the bathroom light went out completely, leaving it in total darkness. At that point, I decided to cancel my second night and moved to another hotel. The only positive was the staff—they were kind and polite—but the overall condition of the hotel was unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here.

    The pictures our false advertisement. The Lobby looks decent, but as you continue to the rooms you can see how nasty everything is. The halls and rooms with carpet aee stained and dirty. The rooms with hardwood look and feel as if someone cooked bacon everyday in the room for a year. When checking in noone told us the pool was closed, which is one of the reasons why we booked here. When we got on the elevator, after checking in, we saw the letter posted on the wall that stated once you've checked in you agree to the stay knowing the pool was closed! No sign at check in. Not a word from front desk. Trying to stay optimistic while walking down the staind hallways, we finally made it to our room. Wow!! Was all I could say!! I saw a dirty flip flop on the floor by one of the beds so I slid the bed over and was sickened by what I saw. Garbage, pills, filth!! We had purchased tickets to the aquarium two weeks prior for 4o clock and with running into traffic we wanted to give ourselves a hour to get there. I told my husband I would deal with it when we got back. Upon our arrival back, I called the front desk for a broom, dustpan, something. I told them the situation and the gentleman moved our rooms. Still in the other room their was dirty socks under the beds, shower that you barely wanted to step in bc it was so filthy. Some was stains, but most was stuff that just hadn't been touched in a long time. Absolutely nasty!! If you are bringing children like I did. Do not book here!

    We stayed for 10 days. There was no Wi-Fi, no housekeeping without request, and swimming pool was empty during the hottest time of the year. We had to kill many trails of ants on the counters, and around the refrigerator. If I have to get toilet paper, towels, washcloths, and soaps from the desk multiple times during the stay you should pay us as your housekeeping staff. The A/C & Refrigerator/Freezer both worked well.

    Room was not ready at 3pm and the pool was closed even though both were part of the hotel description. We showed up at 4pm and told to wait 20 min. When we returned 30+ min later, room was still not ready. When we asked how long the manager told us she could not give us a time. When we said that's ridiculous, we have an event to get to, she told us to leave and we would get a refund. No refund was given.     Room was not ready at 3pm and the pool was closed even though both were part of the hotel description. We showed up at 4pm and told to wait 20 min. When we returned 30+ min later, room was still not ready. When we asked how long the manager told us she could not give us a time. When we said that's ridiculous, we have an event to get to, she told us to leave and we would get a refund. No refund was given. While we were in the lobby, other patrons had complaints about room cleanliness as well. Staff was unhelpful, rude, and lied to us. DO NOT STAY HERE!

    This property fell below our expectations. The check in was slow. The hallway smelled terrible. The hair dryer, bathroom door and soap dish were all broken. The mattress for the sofa bed was u shaped and had springs that poked through the padding. And the promised breakfast was severely lacking.

Room had a bad smell at the entrance. The kitchen cupboards were visibly dirty, the freezer worked fine but the refrigerator wouldn’t keep cool. Phone in room wasn’t working. Animals had definitely been in the room before as I had tons of animal hair on my socks. Carpets were pilling and not cleaned very well, there was a receipt and blunt wrapper left on the floors. Lastly, tried to use the pool but it was covered with algae and debris. Staff was nice but never at the front desk.

    I could’ve stayed at a much nicer resort for the same amount of money and I feel completely misled and disappointed. I was counting on breakfast to save some money and ended up having to eat out as a result. I DO NOT recommend this to anyone.

    On top of all that, someone knocked on my door at 9:30pm, woke my kids up, and before I could even walk the 10 steps to the door they had already keyed themselves in and opened the door. I had the locks on. They said they needed to get under the sink and turn my water off to replace a valve for the building. I’m not a plumber, but the whole building is under my sink? I declined and said no, my kids are asleep. They said well ok it’s going to be loud for a few hours. It was strange and I didn’t hear them knock on any other doors.

    When I arrived it was no one at the reception desk for a while. As soon as I entered the room there was an overwhelming smell of stench. It was so unpleasant I asked to switch rooms, the reception told me all the rooms were booked. I had to sleep with a rag over my nose. The room was dirty, not vacuumed or cleaned. The bathroom tub was not cleaned and disgusting. Paint is chipping from the walls. The window would not close and it was dead bugs. The tv had fingerprints smothered all around it. There was no shower curtain. So water was all over the floor. I would never step foot in that place again.

    The "Grab and Go" breakfast consisted of a choice between a chocolate muffin or an apple granola bar. They had coffee and hot water, but no tea bags/sugar/creamers. Staff very friendly. There was paint peeling in the bathroom and faucets handle was wobbly. I didn't ask for another room since i was only there for two days. The light bulb went out in the bathroom which was quickly fixed by the hotel staff.

    The furniture was very worn out. The walls and the doors were worn out. In the bathroom, there’s no cover over the bulb plus there are mold over that hole with the light bulb. I mean there were holes around the bulb. So weird. We refused to take a shower there. We only stayed there for one overnight. We were gone right away by the time we woke up. It’s very very old hotel. The only positive thing: we were able to walk to Truist Park (baseball stadium). Easy to walk there. Definitely we will not come back to this hotel. Unless you can tear it down and built a brand new hotel. This hotel is by far the worst ugly hotel we had ever been in. The people at the front desk were extremely friendly and very professional. That’s a big positive thing for this hotel. I actually felt bad for the people who work there at the hotel. My husband wants some kind of refund like $75 because all of us refused to take a shower there. (Four of us). Anyway, don’t use that room to any guests unless you can fix it all of them. Yikes.

    Booked a room with 2 beds, as soon as we were pulling in we received a call and was told they had a 1 bed and pull out sofa room available or could walk us to their sister property. We decided to give the room a try and it was very disgusting. Looked like it happened been cleaned in weeks, lubricant type substance on the couch and recliner, the pull out mattress was black in the center it was so dirty, and the shower was so dirty that we did not feel comfortable taking a shower and did not shower. There was no manager there to give complaints to. I told the front desk person but they didn’t seem to care nor concerned in the slightest. .5/10 experience. Absolutely horrible

    Friendly, helpful check in, outside of property is well kept, inside hallways could do with a good clean. Complimentary breakfast is minimal but better than nothing. I initially was worried about parking our hire car for the night in the unsecured car park but found space close to reception under a light and was happy to wake up and see the car was just fine. The room was spacious and did the trick.

    Tne rooms had roaches. The tub was filthy. Our floor was flooded recently so there were heaters in the hallway and it was over 90 degrees. Was told we would get our room the second day. No one left. Third night the same. I had to go buy a bed for my adult son to sleep on. OUTRAGEOUS!!!!

    Staff was polite, but rooms clearly run-down. They tried to put band-aids on a garden hose. Shower rod was broken & got towels wet as shower was on. Hair dryer seemed it might spark a fire. There was no breakfast at all when I specifically selected a hotel with a breakfast. No ice machine at all. As a family of 9 traveling south this hotel did little more than provide beds for us to sleep.

    I was in town for the Atlanta Braves Game on Tuesday 9/24. It is like a 20-25 walk from the hotel to Truist Park. Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Front desk staff was very accommodating.

    Great location for an event at Truist Park. Roxy theater also closeby. About a 20 min walk to both. Price was great for the area. Room was very clean. Easy access to I75. Safe , clean area.     The staff Wes friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. It's an older facility and could use some upgrades but we do not care about those things. We felt safe, enjoyed the location to Trust Park and was able to walk there without having to find alternative parking. The people above us were noisy each night until about 1am. That's my only complaint.

    I thought this was going to be a great place, but we were disappointed. I found a roach in the bathroom! The entire room felt dark and dingy. The people working there were not very sociable or welcoming. I asked one guy if he could put out some breakfast(which was not a hot breakfast by the way), and his response was, "I will in a minute. I'm working on something." He was not friendly and never said a word other than that. I had to get my keys fixed several times throughout the week, and i felt like i was a nuisance every time i walked up there. There were only 2 ladies that were nice. I wish i would have gotten their names. Otherwise, not a welcoming environment. The halls were nasty and needed to be vacuumed. I was not pleased and would not recommend.

    Stayed here overnight while traveling on a family trip. Location was good (took in a Braves game) and price was decent for the area. Staff were welcoming and check-in went smoothly. But the condition of the hotel was deplorable. The hallways were nasty (stained carpet, questionable odors, food and wads of hair) and, while the room was a little better, there were similar issues once inside the room. I’ve stayed in Extended Stay America hotels for years and this was, by far, the worst experience.

    Pull out bed had white powder and chunks all over it. Only solution offered was to purchase an additional single bed room.
