    Aubri, the front desk associate was very helpful and professional. We booked the stay for an employee and at check in, she informed us of a business program. Happy to say we will continue to use this Extended Stay location!

    Location was fine! It smelled horrible! I complained to the front about the stench of cat pee in my room! The floor also get just like gummy! Dirty dirty room 419! I also checked out a day early and had to pay 100 bucks they charged me for a late checkout fee for checking out the previous day after 11pm I was a whole day early. I paid it to appease but this is really ridiculous!

    it was close to the event i was attending the building had a notice about the fire alarm being out of order. the room smelled strongly of paint. the lock looked like it had been busted and also there were screws missing. the cabinetry was in disrepair. there were greasy hand prints on the wall between the sofa and the mirror. there was something wet on the itself. the bath tub looked like it had mold on it.

    Customer service was HORRIBLE, the smell in the halls and elevators were REPULSIVE, and supplies were limited they hardly gave us towels to bath with and when we asked for anything they were rude as if they didn’t want to help. The rooms were worn out and outdated, the reviews online were all LIES! The stay was just very unpleasant, based off of my/our experience I would never recommend THIS extended stay to anyone!

    The general manager was friendly and efficient at check-in. The interior is well worn and in need of many upgrades. I stayed one night to attend a concert at Truist Park. This should either be a hotel or an extended stay “rooming house” because it is not working as a hotel. The front desk closes and there are no employees available on property until the morning. I asked for an ice machine and was informed that there were ice trays in the rooms. There were not. There also was not a coffee maker or trash cans. So, in all it serves the purpose, but was little scary at night when I returned from the concert and the lack of “hotel room” standard items was unfortunate. I will definately stay elsewhere next time.

    My reservation was changed to another location without my knowledge. No one notified me of this change until I arrived to check in. When I went to the other location the room they gave me was used and unclean. After I notified staff I was moved to another room which was also used messy and unclean. After being moved 3 times I was finally able to check into a room which was not what I originally reserved.

    Nice clean room with plenty of space. Full kitchen with oven, stove top and microwave. Also regular sized house fridge. Booked a room here after the braves game and don’t have the first bad word to say. The guy in the lobby was great at helping me get checked in and making sure I had a clean room. Highly recommend, will be here again! Hotel is also located within 10- 15 minutes of Truist park

    Took 20 minutes to check in, nobody at the desk. I made a reservation for the studio, I'm told the studio isn't available so they need to put me in a bigger room that they CHARGED ME FOR! So they made a mistake and oversold the studios and I need to pay for their mistake. Normally I'd walk away but I was in a bind and wanted to go to bed, so I paid it. I do stay in the Vinings area a lot but will never go back to this hotel. Stay away!

    Everything from the employees, the location, have a gym also laundry and of course it have a kitchen with a oven!! Overly would recommend this location and it have good deals with pricing mostly for everything they offer!! N/A. Everything is amazing. For some they do close 10pm but that’s not an issue for me.

    This place is awful. The room itself was not horrible, but was old and worn and not well maintained. The room was big and had a kitchen for those who might need that. The price is waaaay too much for this place. It looks nothing like the pictures. Some other guests were shady for sure. The worst part was the back door (which our rom was right next to) sounds off a LOUD alarm every time it is opened. Every time. And clearly people were going in and out that door all night because the alarm went off at least 15 times between 11pm and 5am. One guest who has been staying there for over a week told me that the door does this every day, all day and all night. Do NOT stay at this hotel if you can help it.

    💩 hole. The card readers didn’t work half the time. The halls smelled of marijuana, the room smelled of mildew. There was mold all over the bathroom ceiling. The microwave reaked of bleach. We bought scented candles to burn all night to over come the wretched smell. There were possible pubes in the towels and a dirty handprint on the wall. The remote had the batteries taped in. Half the wall outlets didn’t work. The room was in desperate need of remodeling or just basic maintenance.

    This property needs updating. The walls are filthy inside and outside of the room. You can see drip marks and dirt on every wall in the hotel. Garbage was sitting in the hallway by the back door for the entire day. My room door was hard to open once key inserted. Room was clean but walls are beyond filthy shower curtain had a bit of mold on it. Items in the room were caked up with whatever product is being used to either clean or just not being cleaned at all. Pool is still broken, I stayed here a year ago and there was no pool. The pool is empty and uncovered, which is definitely unsafe. They need to remodel this entire hotel and for the price it’s not worth it. This should be a $50 a night hotel, if that. There’s no Wi-Fi and even though it’s posted breakfast from 6 to 930 there is no breakfast. This hotel should not cost this much When it’s in dire need of updating and has a safety hazard on the side of the building

    Location, bed comfort, air conditioning. You have kitchens in these suites. What good is a kitchen if there are no utensils, or cookware? No tissues, pens or paper. The lack of these items were not mentioned in the hotel description - you need to be open about that. One of the top drawers in the dresser would not stay closed, and it scared the dog every time it opened on it's own. We have also never been to any motel or hotel without any coffee maker. What is that all about? Very poor check-in procedure, and poor corporate-based customer service -THIS IS CORPORATE'S FAULT!!! Customers need good customer service, and if no one is immediately available at the desk, it is very bad service. When anyone is there, the customer service can be good, but only up to the point that corporate allows. Corporations need to understand that they are the cause of any customer dissatisfaction..., NOT THEIR EMPLOYEES!!! Also, your customers do not appreciate having to work for you (for no pay) with these questionnaires, that put your hard-working employees at risk! That isn't fair!

    Hotel staff is very friendly and even when my room was overbooked they handled it quickly and upgraded my room at no cost to me. Although my room was very dated and in definite need of an upgraded, the room was very clean and well taken care of. Would stay again.

    Hotel staff is very friendly and even when my room was overbooked they handled it quickly and upgraded my room at no cost to me. Although my room was very dated and in definite need of an upgraded, the room was very clean and well taken care of. Would stay again.

    We like these kinds of hotels because we can do our own cooking. The room did not have a single pan, pot, spoon, fork, cup, glass, dishwashing soap… NOTHING! Then we read somewhere that we had the option to PURCHASE these items, which we couldn’t have done anyway because the front desk was shut down and locked. And not a drop of coffee in the entire place, and no way to make it. Good thing Einstein bagels was next door. There was a fridge and freezer in the room, so there’s that. I won’t stay here again.

    The property was nothing as advertised. The pool is closed until further notice. The beds(mattresses/sheets) were dirty/stained. The room looked run down and I was not able to get in touch with no one after check in. So I contacted Expedia immediately and left the property because my family could not be in there.

    The bed was comfortable but not sure why the smoke detector was immediately above with the green and flashing red light. I used eye shades., The bathroom was ok except for the bottom of bath tub on the outside was coming apart Room was a very nice size and it was quiet. $19.00 for the kitchen plates etc.

    The elevator doesn’t work at first it was constantly stuck the halls smell of urine they want to inspect your rooms invading your privacy they don’t change your linen until 2 weeks per sign at front seat they charge you if you need new towels someone urinated in the stairway I could go on an the staff asking for a 5star review I was even called to do so it was very unsafe

    Tried to check in Firday evening they said they had no room. Did not matter I had a confirmed reservation email. Hotels.com makes it impossible to report problem online. Extended Stay local says they can't help, call the 800# main office Mon-Fri. I have a pending charge for a room I did not get access to, and must now dispute. Valentines evening was impossible to find something else in the metro area. Will never use hotels.com again nor extended stays. Rude unhelpful reception.

    This place was not what I expected. I lived in this area for a long time so I assumed it was very nice.y check in process was less than favorable but I let it go. I dropped my Apple Watch outside & I asked the front desk did anyone turn it in. The front desk agent CINDY OR CYNTHIA told me no one did. I asked her to double check. She opens drawers up front ands says nope o haven’t check out side. I used the find my device only to confirm it was in fact at the front desk. I played the sound alert over and over while she proceeded to lie to me and say she doesn’t hear it. She was very rude and spoke loudly over me to mask the sound. When new guest arrived they also confirmed they could hear the alerts she proceeded to tell them no they didn’t and spoke rudely and loudly over the guest. End of a very long story turns she in fact was attempting to steal my watch. She moved it to the front drawer once she realized I wouldn’t stop ringing it. I have my watch but I would never again stay here. If you can’t trust the front desk God knows what happens inside the rooms. This was a very bad experience. Would not trust the staff!

The Good: It's a place to sleep, the main bed was clean and it's generally clean otherwise, but it was annoying having the share a bed since that sofa bed was unsanitary. The area is safe and close to a bar, breakfast, and grocery. You have a full size fridge and range, plus the accesible bathroom was nice enough. Overall it's worth staying here, you want die or risk your health but I've been in better budget hotels.

We are nearly 60 years old...and do you have any idea how bad it was for us do a sleeping sofa? What kind of place is this? I mean, if you don't do breakfast fine! Don't advertise for it. So because we were so tired from traveling, and because y'all oversold, we assumed that other hotels in the area were probably full too, so we decided to keep that room. I eagerly invite your CEO to go to room 107 in VININGS, GEORGIA. PULL OUT THAT CRAP STAINED, BLOOD STAINED, BACK BREAKING SLEEPER SOFA....and try to sleep on it after a long drive. This was by first the WORST hotel experience ever!

    I liked that it was clean and we had plenty of towels. What i didnt like was the pull out bed was horrible. The mattress was thin and hard and you can feel every spring itn the mattress when you laid down on it. The worse 3 nights of sleeping in my life.

    Unfortunately this place was not all that we thought it was to be. The aroma that hits your nose immediately walking into the hotel was very strong. Though the staff seemed very nice and respectful, this place wasn’t worth even one night. We stayed on the third floor. Our room seemed clean at first glance. However, when we laid in the bed that night, we notice first that the legs were ver wobbly. We definitely felt like the bed would fall through the night with no extra curricular activities. As we laid there, we noticed the worst smell coming from the mattress. The smell of weed was everywhere! It even came into our room. No judgement of course, my kids were with us though. Needless to say, after that night we got up nice and early the next day and checked out. We could not stay here for another night.

    The lobby told us that there will no longer be a pool was disappointing since that amenity was given in the description. The morning grab and go breakfast was pathetic. It was the first few days of the month and was told they ran out of oatmeal and grits packets. There wasn’t any coffee and the only thing available was 4 muffins. This was at 8:00 am so there should be some restocking going on. If this is the case just don’t offer a breakfast option. All in all is was a nice trip.

    Staff gave superior service and were attentive the needs of my family especially Maintenance staff! One critique is that one housekeeper need more monitoring when it comes to arranging housekeeping cleaning. There’s also no recycling. The company does need to remodel kitchens and get hardwood floor but carpet is very clean.

    I can only gather that this is a hotel that offers vouchers to vagrants and fails to maintain and upkeep. My room had apricot pits on the floor, assuming that was house keeping who dropped it as they cleared the room. The worst was my sisters room - her mattress smelled like someone rubbed their entire behind ON the mattress. This hotel was not sanitary or accommodating. I am still working with my credit card company for a refund for the nights we canceled.

    Check in time was at 3 PM and the room wasn’t ready to 5:15 PM, no silverware in the room. You have to call down to get it. The pool was closed. The hairdryer didn’t work. The room had a funny smell. The breakfast Selection was horrible. Could hear dogs barking throughout the night. The pillows were too thick, but the one good thing about it. The bed was nice had the shower was hot.

    The stay was very good. The room was very clean! It had a full size fridge, stovetop anything that you could need. The bed was very comfortable as well. Overall it was pretty quiet no loud noises except for this morning someone one on my floor was screaming at the top of her lungs because she had to carry up the bags but then I heard a worker trying to reason with her and help out with the situation so it was only for about 4 minutes, but other than that, the stay was amazing and would come again.

    The smell caused my eyes to burn and I developed an immediate migraine. It is a combination between the place just being old, musty and some nasty deodorizers. I left after an hour and found another hotel.
