The facility has very poor management and maintenance! The mattresses cover was very dirty !no more next time!

Does not provide coffee either in the room or at the reception. Does not provide Shampoo, Conditioner or anything apart from a bar of soap. The stairs.and hallways reek of weed and urine.

Front stuff was rude and seemed frustrated that we needed a sleeper sofa, even though the reservation was for 4. There was no bedding given for the sleeper sofa, and the mattress on it was DISGUSTING. Had terrible brown, blue and red stains all over it. There were also roaches. We left a day early because it was just too awful to stay. Will never choose extended stay again.

I booked thru hotels.com and they told me check-in was until 11pm. The hotel lobby was closed. I had to call in twice to figure out how to do a late check in but was at the property the process was easy and the office staff was very friendly even with it being late. The tv remote didn’t work and neither did the phone but the room was clean.

In bed and saw two bugs crawling on me. Turned on light in bedroom's and cockroaches and bugs were in the bedroom and then went into the bathroom and saw more cockroaches and bugs!! disgusting!! in addition , there was no deadbolt on the door.

The smell of marijuana hits you the minute you walk in the door and travels throughout the building. Bad first impression! I was on the 2nd floor and the smell was all in the hallway. For this to be a non-smoking facility, I didn't get it. Also, I had to go to the front desk 3 times because one of the keys did not ever work. I was told to keep "jiggling" it. I tried this multiple times and it never worked. This was an inconvenience to me as I was staying there with my adult grandson.

I booked this particular hotel because it said payment would be due at the property. You charged me immediately. This caused me an overdraft fee.

The location I was very disappointed. I reserved this for out of town guest and it was a horrible experience. First, the Air Conditioner did not work. Was advised to open windows 80* weather. Roach in the bathtub. I immediately requested a refund for no charges to be on my account and did not stay.

My room was dirty! A LOT of dog hair on the floor, bottom of the freezer was dirty, bedskirts dirty, sofa bed DISGUSTING!!! There was a brown stain under the mattress pad of it (I didn’t care to take a picture of it because when my son unfolded it, we saw it and then I told him to fold it back in quickly) and a few little roaches were crawling around and on the fridge.

Its a great location, and the rooms are spacious and would be perfect, but they're filthy. The bed has bugs that have been biting me despite me washing the sheets myself. They need a DEEP CLEAN up in this mug

There was roaches in my room. When I got there I just stood there in front of the check in desk and nobody came to help me for about 15 minutes, until a lady finally came from somewhere. But she didn't even greet me with a smile or anything. I had to greet her, and I don't even like talking that much.

We as a family did not enjoy this hotel. I guess i was expecting a bit more from an Extended Stay. We had a room that slept 6, stove had rust spots on top, the fridge was old and dirty. They did not offer breakfast, not even coffee! The room smelled of old smoke and the windows were so dirty you couldnt see the outside. No exaggeration. The only 1 positive was the bed. It was comfortable. The floor was so dirty we had to wear our socks and then threw them away they were so black. We were contemplating going to another hotel but couldnt find a room available in the area. I felt bad for the housekeeping lady who had to check check us and 2 other ppl in since they close the check in area after a certain time and housekeeping has to check you in. I appreciated that! I was in a great mood. I've stayed at another location and stayed awhile no problems. This location the GM wanted me to know others were not doing their job and she couldn't speak for them. Yet she did! I had one price online and then in person, it was almost a $300 additional charges. The GM Cortina has a PROFESSIONAL NASTY attitude and she doesn't take the time to listen before she defends her brand. I am highly unsatisfied it has only been 1week today. Unfortunately this location is the most convenient location. It's almost like Ms.Cortina the GM has power struggles with people. I've watched her with her employees as well. Professionally rude😳

I appreciated that! I was in a great mood. I've stayed at another location and stayed awhile no problems. This location the GM wanted me to know others were not doing their job and she couldn't speak for them. Yet she did! I had one price online and then in person, it was almost a $300 additional charges. The GM Cortina has a PROFESSIONAL NASTY attitude and she doesn't take the time to listen before she defends her brand. I am highly unsatisfied it has only been 1week today. Unfortunately this location is the most convenient location. It's almost like Ms.Cortina the GM has power struggles with people. I've watched her with her employees as well. Professionally rude😳

The hallways were dark and dingy looking the room itself looked the same no amenities chip paint dirty shower was very dated dirty hair all over the shower like it hadn't been cleaned or not cleaned well. The TV set on a stand that was lower than the bed so you couldn't really watch TV from bed. The lady that answer the after hours phone was nice, in dire need of remodeling everything extremely old. It was weird sleeping there did not shower or use anything very old and nasty. Impossible to clean! Needs remodeling!!

I do not recommend to anybody stay in this hotel. I request that the entire amount paid through the Expedia website be refunded.

It was dirty-- smelled like cigarettes, the room was not in good condition- old and a very shaky bed. I would NEVER recommend staying here until it is updated, cleaned and the staff learns how to positively interact with customers.

Kids are waiting to go to bed. Then he didn’t give me any sheets he changed my room but this one was just as dirty and still no sheets on the pull out bed. I had to go get my own because it was already so late and we definitely didn’t shower there. I’m very disappointed the overall experience and it’s so dirty like no one cares to check how clean these rooms are. I’ll make sure not to stay here again. No need for a refund or discount bc I will not be returning regardless!

The cables jacks on the back of the TV were so loose that service would only work about half the time. We were constantly wiggling the cables to try and get service. The whole place was a stinky, dirty disaster from the time we got there to the time we left. I’ll never be returning.

After confirming late check in was acceptable. The property claimed they could not honor late check in reservation and attempted to over charge for an existing reservation. Poor customer service. Did not stay at the property.

It was a standard hotel stay. My only complaint is the smell of food mixing in the hallways because people can cook in their rooms. Also my closet shelf was detached from the wall. Come to think of it, the room did feel very run down. 3 stars is appropriate.

Cockroaches in room, pile of hair behind bathroom door. A cockroach crawled across my 2 year old granddaughter while she slept and they couldn’t move us rooms or anything to assist. We had no option to leave as it was 1:30 in the morning and we had to be at the hospital in a few hours. We ended up having to sleep with flashlights on so they would stay behind the headboard instead of CRAWLING ON THE BED AND US.

Slow and unconcerned check in staff. The building smells old and moldy. The carpet is peeling up in the stairwells so be careful. The toilet didn’t flush well. The tv in my room wouldn’t come on. The air half worked. The room walls are paper thin you can hear everything in the halls and the skiing rooms. The ONLY reason I stayed is because it was already paid and that would have been another hassle. I work 5 min away so it was convenient for a quick stay. But I barely slept because of the noise.

The afternoon i checked in i was a lil early. The staff told me the room i booked was being cleaned and that whe. Done i could check in. I was soo grateful as i had been on a train and a uber while carrying 2 full bags. Room was awesome and super clean

The room had a stench that I couldn’t get use to. It smelled like old stenches of cigarettes and funky carpets. The smell slapped me right in the face as soon as I opened the room door. Air fresheners only worked for a few min. I believe that if they actually use real cleaners and air fresheners, those rooms would smell a lot less cheap, The toilet was semi dirty, and then before that, it took almost 45min to check in. I couldn’t see myself going back there again.

Customer Srvice was friendly. The room was in fair condition. The toilet cover came off and the ceiling light was in poor condition.

Upon arrival, we were told that our room was no longer available. No one ever contacted us and we were forced to find where 12am in the morning after traveling. We were still charged for the stay after being told we would not be. Biggest scam ever. 0/10 would not recommend

This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed at. My wife and I went to check in about midnight after driving 6 hours. We were both tired and she is pregnant. what should have been a simple and quick check in turns into 30-40 minutes bc the front desk lady seemed not to know how to check in. So close to 1am, we just went into the room and went to bed. My wife wakes up in the A.M. to find that our room was disgusting. There was mold in the toilet! The sink was broken, shower had hair and thick grout from one end of the tub to the other end. The floor not swept or mopped. The carpet in the room was not vacuumed. The microwave was filthy! The worst part was the bed was not cleaned! It had dirty blood stained sheets and blankets along with dirt and hair in the bed! We requested a room change but that was unavailable due to no vacancy. Which I can imagine since We were there for a soccer game which expected to have 50,000 people attending. So we settled to just have the housekeeper come clean and that request was put in at 9am. No one came. Front desk stated that there is only ONE housekeeper and that housekeeper went home for the day bc he was so business that he didn’t have time to make it to the 3rd floor. So my wife bought sheets for the bed and I contacted Expedia. Only then did a housekeeper show up at 4pm to clean just the bathroom. He was the only reasonable person there. Do not stay here. There were roaches as well and homeless people everywhere! I have pictures as well.

Room was incredibly dirty when we arrived. We checked out within 30 minutes and we told we would receive a refund within five days. It has now been 9 days and still nothing. The front desk will not pick up the phone to take a call. Very disappointed, may have to challenge the charge with my credit card company.

The property outside is okay but the room was dirty; there was no toilet paper in the room. When I asked for some they told me I had to come get it from the front desk. The fixtures were tore up; also I checked out early and when I called about my refund they told me I hadn’t been properly checked out

I have never been in a hotel that’s charging 100 dollars a night or more and been in these type of conditions. I wish that I could also have the recking smell in evidence as well… it was so bad my family and I slept in the car. When telling the front desk attendant she had no interest in why I wanted a refund, that I booked for 5 days. This was a horrible experience, that I hope no one has to face, especially with your family and children. Hotel.com should not have this hotel on the list.

There police were there every day for something. They charge you for towels. You have to pay for any things you think would come with the room like dishes. There is no pool. It said breakfast included no breakfast. The lobby staff doesn't show up until 10 or ll am. Also the room had roaches ugh!!!

Overall nice enough, just didn’t realize some of the differences from a standard hotel room. Such as no travel sizes of shampoo and conditioner and no ice bucket.

The staff was wonderful and the room was convenient. We appreciated being put up away from area with young children so we could enjoy some quiet.

Unnerving the crime that can occur for the area. Facility is old not well kept. People gathering around outside and knocking at your door at late hours. But for extended stays unfortunately it’s the norm.

Room was booked for 3 people. Only had bedding for 2. Opened up the sofa bed to a horrible stain, either feces or blood. Made do for the night, talked to the manager next morning, treated rudely and told to come back in an hour for bedding. Last, not least, booked this place for the pool, gave up breakfast for it. Pools covered and not going to be repaired. Horrible motel, however Expedia did make it right
