Very nice hotel, my room was very clean.

The hotel is located in a very convenient location, walking distance to the train station, the mall, the hotel is located next to a decent shopping plaza so if need to grab some groceries, some bites or a great cup of coffee you are covered. I highly recommend this hotel. The staff was very friendly, accommodating, courteous, respectful and prompt

The room reeked of cigarette smoke and the trash was never taken out from the previous guest. There were multiple roaches in the bathroom. The bed was hard and springy. The staff members could care less about their guests. I would not recommend. You're better off sleeping in your car.

Parking was very tight, floors hadn’t been mopped in ages, nothing to cook with, room smelled of cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room, recycled roll of tolet paper was left to use, one towel and hand towel for a booked three person stay, attendant was never in the office, TV did not work had to fix ourselves and room phone had static

parking horrible! trash left at the bottom of stairwell, stairs and railing just gross!! no bags in trash can in the room. trying to find the room someone almost hit my car to go past me at a stop sign. Not a good place!!

There was no breakfast at this location. The attendant related that ahead of time. The Publix next door had an event that was rather loud but otherwise everything was okay.

Nothing It was the worst place i ever stayed at…everything was broken and so dirty that i had to leave…

Why offer a full kitchen with nothing in it?! We had to go buy pans and stuff to eat with. Dirty floors that turned our feet black after getting out of the shower and walking to the bed to get dressed. We had to shower again and wear our shoes out of the shower. Not even hand soap in the room. Never again.

I was denied a room that was booked and confirmed by a female representative that charged my cards several times and lied on my refund. I was told by Extended Stay America Perimeter that I would be refunded, but then refused my refund. After waiting over a month and various phone calls I get an email saying my refund is denied!

My 26-year-old daughter had her purse stolen while visiting Atlanta, and although she had the official DMV paperwork (including her photo) showing she had already requested a replacement ID, the GM was completely heartless. I was told we could only stay one of the two nights because she didn’t have a physical ID card. Given the circumstances, the lack of empathy and flexibility was shocking. I won't be staying here again; the great service from Simone was unfortunately overshadowed by the poor management.

I want to say that it has been a honor everyday to know there are ones who care !! I take care of my elderly mother !! And they have been a help it’s not easy but I know God Sent me here for a reason!! The property is like a family and the safety is what each staff provides!! I am so grateful to have been brought here!! All managers need a promotion!! In Jesus name !!

The person who checked me in was great. The room was clean and tidy. The bed was fine, the sheets & towels were clean. The room was WAY too hot. But there wasn’t a single amenity: no coffee, no soap. Not even a teaspoon. Don’t think it would be great for someone looking for an extended stay.

The staff was very friendly. The property was near a ton of food places, including a Publix, nail salons and etc. Awesome view of the King and Queen building. I wish it felt a bit cleaner, the air was a bit stale, but i had great nights! Will be back!

Room was absolutely filthy and spiders everywhere no beddong for pull out they require you to pay them for housekeeping even tho the room was a mess before we got there we had to get a broom and cleaning supplies from the store to clean what they should clean for free for 70 to 90 bucks a night internet is throttled so they can force you to pay for the premium wifi which is barely better and not worth the cost had a full trash can under the sink with mcdonalds and all sheets and blankets disgusting should fore the entire cleaning crew and hire professionals because they make the whole place look bad the manager was nice as can be and helped me out woth check in when i had drive 2 hours to get my family he was kind but the othwr management is lazy and does nothing when he isnt around absolute bare minimum will mever stay here again

The room was DIRTY, STAINED, POORLY REFRESHED. The TV HDMI ports did not work and i was told they "are a luxury " and no one offered to switch TV'S.

My room had a lingering cigarette odor on day one. Found small roaches on separate days throughout my stay (4 in total). The microwave was old, unclean and the inside wall panels were partially detached and cracked from long use and wear and tear. Overall I got what I paid for… it did its job.

This hotel charged me twice the 100 dollars deposit I made on the check in.on cot 18. I came to the hotel today and the reception woman was rude and didn’t want to listen to me about this charge on 10/25/42 at 10:33 am (Bonita). I lost 200 dollars and they act like they don’t know anything. That’s stealing

This property needs to be completely and thoroughly cleaned and renovated. There is mold in the bathrooms the carpets look like they’ve been through war. I was not satisfied or comfortable staying there. I left at like 2 am.

Property was unsafe and unclean, smelled of drugs and saw drug deals happening. Left immediately.

We were really upset because in all booking platforms like booking, hotels... this group of hotels were introduced with free breakfast and a kitchen with all equipment to cook. That was the main reason for my booking because we are a family on a trip and I prefer to cook our dinner. The room was clean inside but the other guests were around look like living here with their trash in the front door. We found three cockroaches in the bathroom. The person in the entrance was really kind to me and polite. We made a claim to the owner but we're still waiting for a response...

The door was hard to open that my right shoulder hurts from having to slam into the door to open it. Then when the door was closed I couldnt tell if it was locked. The card ready didnt function correctly euther. The kitchen floor was a slip and slide. The carpet was dirty and was scared to step on it barefoot. The microwave didnt work. The room had zero pot, pans or dishes. The srove top looked like it was ready to smoke up the room. The AC unit worked. The refrigerator was dirty inside and out.

Property, structure, and room needs maintenance and updating. We checked out after an hour as it became unbearable. It was filthy.

A decent one

It was not cleaned well. The floors were sticky, toilet paper holder was about to fall off the wall (needed to be fixed), there was roaches, and a big stain on the comforter.

The room was so filthy I asked to be changed to a different room and the staff switched it but it was just as bad. I doubt if it was ever even cleaned because there were dirty towels under the bed covers. I told the staff at the front desk if they could at least change the covers and clean the bed they told me they don’t have a cleaning crew….??? What!? How!? Then the staff tells me “I would have just kicked the towel on the floor and went to sleep” yeah I’m sure you would have. This place is disgusting I wouldn’t even waste $20 here.

I stayed here with my Daughter and husband after a long drive we decided to book a room by perimiter mall and enjoy the area Well It was the worse stay ever! we had to switch room 3 diffrent times due to the rooms smelling like straight smoke , not to mention in the parking lot there was grown men drinking beer and smoking lord knows what ! The bed was full of nasty black hair I almost threw up In the bathroom someone left a ciggarillo wrapper It goes to show that the room was not cleaned we got our stuff and left!

My toilet had literally had no seat, condom wrapper in the toilet, and a used peice of tissue on the floor. I checked in and check right out. And there was a crazy ass dude that i almost had to shoot that was standing outside my room saying he was waiting on me, and I'm a man. It was HORRIBLE. One and done.

The stay was good but I was made to feel extremely uncomfortable at check out. I explained to the lady that because I was on crutches I had to wait for my daughter to come help me move my things. Everything was packed up and my room was clean just waiting for help and she was so nasty in saying that I couldn’t be in the room while I waited for the help. I understand checkout rules, however, I just stayed about 3 weeks and paid about 1500 and I couldn’t get a little compassion or understanding so I was hobbling around on crutches trying to get my things out which caused me anxiety and to forget my food in the fridge because of being so thrown off by her lack of empathy to my situation. Given the fact my daughter showed up maybe 10 minutes after her nasty remarks I was just happy to hurry up and go. The food left behind I needed because I have kids but I wasn’t able to go back for it and come to find out the took away from my security deposit for me leaving my good milk sausage and butter in their refrigerator m, go figure!

2. Bathroom ceiling vent was stuffed with toilet paper, gross! 3. Near the ceiling vent, obvious sign of mold

Everything was dirty, the bathroom, the sheets, the folder, everything was very dirty, the floor was sticky, there was no trash can to throw away the trash. I always carry sheets and bed covers with me because in most hotels they do not change the sheets, much less the blankets and/or bed covers.

Any shower tiles can be easily clean, so many products you don’t need to spend money or hired a contractor, just spray and and black mold will fall of from the grout and so as carpet areas, steps on staircases and countertops, just industrial vinegar, care and love. Infrastructure is great but without maintenance you can’t expect good feedback.

Enjoyed my night's stay and it was very quiet and peaceful. Property a little older than I expected but, a good deal for the money. The young lady at front desk was exceptionally nice, professional and kind. Cleaning crew need to ensure adequate toilet paper, as there was none, after the small roll was used up. But, still, a good night's stay for the money.

Great experience! I will be back!

My fiancée and I stayed here for one night. The overnight clerk was nice, but it was really hard to understand her. The hotel is very outdated and to be honest, gross. In the bathroom, it’s obvious that there has been water leaking under the sink since the area under the sink is sagging and splintering off. The grout in between the tiles in the shower has mildew/mold on it. There were holes under the island/kitchen table in the kitchen area. The padding was coming off of the chairs. I could feel every spring in the mattress. My back was throbbing when I woke up in the morning. There was the smell of weed everywhere which wasn’t good for my asthma. I feel sorry for those that are here for a long time.
