    Parking was fine. However, we checked in and the room was dirty, floor not clean, dusty, only wastebasket I could find was under the bathroom sink filled with dirty rags and trash bags. I asked for a better room. They gladly changed our room. The 2nd room was better but still in deplorable conditions. Broken leg on the desk table, dirty couch, filthy rug, dog hair on the carpet and bed skirt, paint on the kitchen area floor, chipped cabinets/counter, stove burners were also filthy and didn’t look like it could be used. Common area floors and walls were also dirty and the hallway smelled musty.

    The place smelled moldy when I walked in the door. The first room I was given wasn’t cleaned. So I was assigned a second room that was supposedly checked and deemed ready. The place was nasty! The carpet looked like it wasn’t vacuumed in a long time. There were toenail clipping on the floor! There was some sticky substance on the sofa. The bathroom had mold in the tub and there were pubic hairs on the sink! The cabinet holding up the tv was rotted and falling apart. The tv was leaning as a result. The bed sheets did not look clean, so I stayed fully clothed and tried to lay on the bed cover to grab a few hours sleep. I left the room at 4am without showering because I couldn’t stand the smell or the concentration camp style mattress any longer. I get that the place was “only” $90 a night, but c’mon now. It wasn’t worth $50! Unless you’re a slob with no sense of smell, I would NOT waste money on this place. Spend a few extra bucks and stay ANYWHERE else!

    Location was good. The front desk manager was very rude and unprofessional. He said he didn't receive my payment verification and when I attempted to show him he completely ignored me and then I paid again and the following day he said I had to leave because I gave a unsatisfactory review

    RESPECTFULLY, NOTHING Worst experience ever!! I had a reservation from April 11 to April 12 that was already paid in full on April 2 through the booking app, but the check-in process was a complete mess! There were complications with people rooms being nasty/occupied already or bad keys.. that were already booked there before we spoke to anyone. The front desk associate said she couldn’t properly check us in because she couldn’t process the existing payment and then asked me to swipe my card again two hours after already giving us a room key, which made no sense and felt very unprofessional. Even though we were given a key, everything about the situation felt disorganized and unsafe. When we got to the room, it was nothing like the photos advertised. Hallway even had a smell. The bathroom was especially unacceptable. It was dirty, the shower wasn’t even properly attached, and I didn’t feel comfortable enough to sit on the toilet, let alone take a shower. Because of how uncomfortable and uneasy we felt, we chose not to stay the night at all and instead drove two hours back home. That alone should say everything about the experience. I would not recommend staying here. The lack of professionalism, cleanliness, and overall safety is extremely concerning. I honestly wouldn’t give this place any stars, but I had to put something down.

    They also didn't have a good way to try to swap us to one of their other locations nearby because of how their system works. We had to call around to find a room separately and now have to work towards getting a refund since we didn't actually use our booking.

    Booked the room ahead of time. Arrived and the entrance reeked of weed. The restroom was out of order and hadn't been looked at in "weeks". Was also turned away despite the reservation made due to the hotel being full. Then got charged for the stay and every person we call tells us to call someone else to have the charges reversed.

    Kendrick the GM was cool and I liked the quietness of the room when the window is closed. I stayed there for about a month and I seen the police show up at least 4 times. There is a longtime guest there who is loud during all times of the day\night and has gotten into multiple altercations with other guests. Also, his significant other is employed there and in my professional opinion, needs to be let go because of her attitude towards new and existing guests and the fact that she condones that behavior when she is in uniform and when she is not.

    I had the best customer service experience from Laura and LJ. While checking me in they used teamwork and patience due to my door keys not working. These two women handled being the front desk representatives as well as the maintenance technicians.

    I honestly need to speak to customer service about the whole experience. The room they put me in had NOT been cleaned. No sheets on the bed, rotting food remnants in the fridge, whole room smelled rotten, bathroom wasn’t clean. Soap fragments left on sink, tub and shower dirty with dried brown residue in the bottom. The second room they moved us to had no trash can and the tv didn’t work but they had no other rooms available. The room also didn’t have sheets for the pull out couch. Room smelled like smoke. It was a terrible experience.

    The location of the area. The fact that there’s NO HOUSEKEEPER to change out sheets and towels! Very disappointed, which is why I gave it a 7. Also there’s no ice machine which is inconvenient.

    First off, the only reason I chose this place was due to the location being close to Truist Park Stadium for the concert I was attending. The lobby looks NOTHING like the photo. We got there about 7/7:30p, there was nobody at the front desk to check us in. We stood there for about 6/7 minutes waiting for someone after pressing the bell. I finally called the toll free number to get someone to check us in. The clerk came and was a bit rude, asking us "what y'all doing here?" I didn't feel that was any of her business, also her tone was horrible. We get up to the room and immediately I was ready to go! It looked NOTHING like the photos. The room was cramped, extremely small! The stovetop was nasty. The inside of the bathroom door has been punched, the door was on the hinges. The bathroom trash can was under the sink, I pulled it out and it hadn't been emptied; beer bottles and other trash in it. We immediately went to Walmart to get cleaning supplies and other things. We get back turn the TV on, only it DIDN'T WORK! Luckily we brought our tablets and watched movies on that. I go to turn the other light on beside the bed and it doesn't work either! Only one socket near the bed worked. At that point, I was frustrated and tired and just covered up with my own blanket. Fast forward to check out Sunday morning. I get up to go to the bathroom and start packing.... I see a huge roach on the kitchen counter crawling. The person I was with said she saw one in the bathroom earlier.

The fridge didn’t even have a door handle on it. Worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in some bad ones.

    Front desk wasn't open at 9am when I went to check out. No place to leave key. Lobby/various parts of building smelled of marijuana. There were no trash can in the room although there were multiple signs on doors explaining you were to be fined for trash.

She did everything she could to fix the problem. Staff is top tier. There’s of a lot food and entertainment places in walking distance from the hotel.

The first room they gave us hadn’t been cleaned when we entered. We killed a roach in the restroom. There wasn’t enough towels for our party and apparently the place has no staff onsite overnight so we couldn’t get more.

    Horrible experience! They didn’t have the double bedroom I booked so they tried to put me in two queen rooms but I was traveling with kids. They told me to call Expedia to have booking canceled which took some time. The front lobby smelled like marijuana with dirty floors. There were janky people coming in and out. I wouldn’t advise anyone to book here especially if you have kids.

They told me to call Expedia to have booking canceled which took some time. The front lobby smelled like marijuana with dirty floors. There were janky people coming in and out. I wouldn’t advise anyone to book here especially if you have kids.

You have to pay for more clean towels and they just simply wash your current ones and give them back. They only was 1 room at a time so you could be waiting a few hours for your towels.     A very interesting start to our family vacation. Called the hotel around 6 Thursday to let them know we would be checking in late and girl that picked up just said okay, No asking name or anything to verify reservation. The lady at the from said that they didnt have any rooms left, only room available to accommodate us was the handicap room and only difference was that it had a walk-in shower. We agreed as long as that was the only difference we would take it, especially after a 6 hour drive. Once we got items from a store we came back to unload our items and family. You could tell room was not used in a while, couch undone and dirty, floors not swept, debre on bed, and mold in the bathroom on the seat of the shower and along the bottom fram of it. Found some crawlies in the bathroom but was told they just sprayed so to expect them, per Vivian at night. I was taken aback in disbelief. Tried to call the front, phone in room broken. Vivian said wait til morning to speak to the Manager. Talked with Brandon all moring, she was so nice and underanding, even walked the room with me. Gave me 800 number to speak to higher ups and they were a waste of time, spoke to 4 people even a supervisor and no help at all. I cant remember the manager on duty around 1030-11 but she is delightful and amazing, both really took the time to listen and got us into much better rooms!! Their amazing hospitality does go unoticed by this chain, these two need support to turn this place around, than you!

    I did not stay at this hotel. There was a fire when I arrived. Attendant said she will not be able to check me in. It was smoking in the building department was there. Had to go to another hotel. The fire was caused by a dryer off of the lobby.

    The staff is great. However Extended Stay America needs to refrain from saying they have a “fully equipped kitchen” because they don’t! I was told by the staff that I had to buy pots and pans; and that we can only have 1 body towel and 1 washcloth per person. That is crazy to me. Lastly, there were roaches galore in this unit. The bigs ones too….but also several little ones as well. Definitely a learning and humbling experience

    When we arrived to the hotel we were initially told that all the rooms were sold out even though I booked online days prior and paid. We were told that we would have to request a refund online and go stay at another hotel. Housekeeping had to clean a single bed room which wasn’t the type of room that we booked which took close to an hour, and after they finished cleaning it, they got informed by management that a double bed room was available the entire time. The entire process of getting situated into our room after arriving took over an hour and a half.

    Lol just no. Staff was nice but i checked in, saw my room, and checked right back out lol. They gave me a refund without having to ask so I certainly appreciated that! Just small, bad smell, lousy pillows, dirty sheets. No thanks

    It was the dirtiest hotel ive ever been too. From the smell to just being able to tell they dont clean. Had to leave after returning from baseball game and our room full of roaches and bugs when we turned the light on. The manager didnt argue when i asked for a refund she was nice about it and aproved it. Glad this happened before i even stayed the first night.

    Room was so small for 6 people had a bad smell. No sheets for pull out bed we left early for or trip it was not what we expected are spring trip for kids was bad. O yea no pool nothing for kids to do. There were three young lady's that were the best with trying to make are stay comfortable.

    Arrived at 9 in the evening with my kids. Booked a suite which it turns out they didn't have. No one contacted us and front desk person said they had no contact info for us so apparently you can't contact someone through Expedia channels. Took 1 bed room and went to look at looked clean but very worn and would not fit out 6 family members even if we put a couple on the floor very small. Back door propped open seemed more like a run down apartment complex. Returned key and went down there street to Hyatt place. Do not book a suite here I was told they were booked out 2 years in advance.

    The staff was great I mean great I had to go to the bank to get more money to pay for the room the manger said don’t worry take your time. Give her the money about 1245 it was no rush they know how to keep customers coming back

    But the 'good' stops there. The hotel is in disrepair. Our floor was dank, dark, with a swatch of plastic-wrap over a corner of the hallway. Waterspots on the ceiling. The room itself is "OK". Good sized bathroom. Bed is fine. TV is outdated and small. The kitchenette is a nightmare. Doors falling off hinges. Cabinets in weird places. Just not... user-friendly. It was NICE to be able to ask for a toaster, pans, and plates, etc., but due to the silly placement of the fire-detector... we set it off literally cooking ANYTHING. The vent fan over the range only blew smoke TOWARDS the detector. Hilariously terrible. The "breakfast" the hotel offers is not an amenity. It's an insult. Burnt coffee and a basket of generic granola bars. I've have better "continental" offerings from similarly-priced hotels in the past. This was beyond sub-par. And then the Wifi! Apparently if you want access to ANYTHING beyond bandwidth decent enough to download an email? You PAY OUT THE @$$ for it. $30 tacked on to an already over-priced bill just to get a decent signal. Would not return to this hotel, or any of it's brethren ever again. When we stay in Smyrna or Marietta next year? I'm headed back to literally anywhere else but here.

    Let me start off by saying all the staff was really nice during our stay. The manager was even going to help finish cleaning our room as a staff member had called out that day. We werent in a rush so we didnt take her up on the offer, but she was trying to get us settled as quickly as possible. However, my family also rented another room. On entry to this room, it reeked of cigarette smoke, especially for a non-smoking room. Its probably time for the carpets to be upgraded and in rooms and hallways to remove the odors that regular cleaning just cant fix. The hotel was very conveniently located to Truist Park which is why I picked this hotel but honestly the conditions of the overall room/hotel didn't justify the $300 a night price tag regardless of how close it was. If we ever catch another Braves game unfortunately I wouldnt choose to book this hotel again. I wish I could leave a better review as I said the staff was very friendly but the hotel just wasnt what I expected or would consider for future visits.

    The property was overbooked and even though we had reservations months in advance we were turned away and told there was nothing they could do. We traveled from out of state and had no place to stay. We had booked in advance and pre paid but I guess reservations don’t mean anything

    Upon arrival at Extended Stay on Powers Ferry Road in Atlanta, Ga there were signs on the front door entrance and inside lobby at front desk that stated If you have a reservation through a third party to cancel because no rooms were available. I booked the room on June 07, 2021 and the money was taken directly out of my account. Called Travelocity and automated attendant said that the reservation could not be cancelled. Left phone # and received call back 3 hours later. In the meantime we were directed to a sister location which directed us to another location because they could not assist our needs. Once we arrived at the 3rd Extended Stay we were expected to pay for the room out of pocket again. This was a

    worst hotel experience ever!! We stopped in Atlanta booked our room and when we got to the dirty, nasty property we were told all rooms were sold. I asked the attendant about my reservation and getting charged and he just walked away. I tried calling back to confirm I wasnt going to be charged and I was hung up on three times. The last rep I got was actually very nice. She needs to go work for a better organization. This location is pure trash and I would not recommend anyone stay there.
