I didn’t like anything about this property. It was dirty. It smelled like cigarettes. It was horrible. The property was dirty it smelt there was drug addicts in the parking lot. It was horrible

This place is a hub for drugs and prostitution. Had my wife and daughter stay alone and in fear about the environment they were put into by the management of this place. Establishments like this should be illegal. A full refund would not return the awful experience lived here. Guests smoking weed in public areas, trash everywhere, no silence.

I thought I was going to get a queen size bed they didn't around to cleaning them so I got to sleep in both beds Couldn't drop off the keys after the lobby closed

Don’t stay run it’s a nightmare. And for it to be 5 minutes away from buckhead where rich people stay it’s a sad hotel.

Room was not acceptable, not clean. Appliances old and rusty. Tv did not work, no towels were provided in room. Elevator did not work. I didn’t like anything, not clean, not up to par overall.

I like the fact that i was allowed to see my room before accepting it because I would have missed the dirty sheets and smelly pillowcases on the bed also i was happy to have a housekeeper who was very helpful and attentive to my needs changed the sheets with no problem at all.

Beware of roaches. Checked in and out within 5 hours (after a short excursion to the corner store) to roaches in the fridge, on our food and crawling from behind the headboard as we watched tv. The front staff was nice and helped us as much as they could, the manager has avoided us since. We got the deposit back but were told we only might get a partial refund.

There was so many outdated furniture in the room. There were stains on the toilets, counters, a hanging outlet, and a roach!

The full kitchen was useful and the bed was comfortable but two of the three lamps did not have working bulbs and the carpet was filthy, blackening the soles of my feet after mere moments walking on it. The hotel does not offer food or beverage amenities, not even a place to get a hot cup of coffee or water to make tea. It was very quiet and the view of the green woods in the back was a nice surprise.

This hotel resembles a shelter. Very poor condition. I will no longer stay at an Extended Stay America Hotel. The good reviews are bogus. It was a traumatic experience.

I hate to complain but this was my worst hotel experience yet. The water leaked out of the shower head and no cookware. You have to pay to rent it it for an insane amount. Would not recommend. It also had a stale old smell inside. Elevator was down the whole time. Staff was great and went above and beyond but whoever owns this property doesn’t care about the conditions.

The entire experience was awful. There was a hair on the ledge of the tub, the room door could not be opened even after three keys.

This was THE WORST experience ever made my booking Thru Expedia , that night , Showed up 30 mins later , UNABLE TO CHECK in completely , Called Expedia back they say they Have to Still charge me , and can't put me in another room. even tho they are not able to contact any one at this property to assist with this check in . SO me and my kids basically had to stay in the car for the night .. THANKS

The manager was very nice that checked me in and the only negative was my room key quit working and I went to the front desk to get a new key and after waiting 30 minutes and yelling is anyone working and beating on the side of the wall, a big black girl came out and I told her I had been waiting 30 minutes and she immediately told me I had not waited that long. She was rude and not someone who should be dealing with the public. I was so angry at her that I went upstairs and packed and left without spending the night. You should take someone like that off the front desk!!!!

I did not stay after the 1st room had a broken tv, dirty tub with hair hanging from the faucet, and the carpet was coming up, and the 2nd room was equally met with a dirty counter, something in the toilet that I did not inspect to see what it was, and what looked like blood on the dresser drawer knob.

I saw broken glass in the parking lot in two different spaces. The stay was wonderful and the staff is always alert and friendly. Kendrick and Bella are awesome, and this room was definitely worthy of more nights.

My stay was excellent. Check-in was easy, straight-forward and friendly. Room 306 has a leaky bathtub, but everything else was great. If you don't close the blinds, the sun WILL wake you up.

The hotel was in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of dining and shopping options near. Other than a weird stench on the 3rd floor, our stay was great and the staff was friendly.

Room inside has similar smell and I had to open the small opening in the windows to get the smell cleared by next day. Otherwise, the stay was ok for 2 days.

Room 207 was dirty: sink, microwave, bathtub, etc. TV was not working. Bedsheets looked used and bed remade. The odor in the room was also bad due to, most likely a soiled rug. Phone was ringing forever and no one answered, we had to go downstairs personally. Then we were reassigned to room 217, it a bit cleaner but tv remote was missing and this room had one double size bed. The only choice for reception was to allow us both rooms because there were no more vacancies. I stayed in room 207, at 1AM someone opened my door, it was NOT housekeeping, it was a man, the safety latch did not allow him to come in. The entire stay was nightmare. Had it not been for the time of night and my exhaustion, I would've left. I have NEVER been in such a dirty Hotel.

Hotel was clean and staff very friendly. Entrance area could use an update. Desk is seldom manned. One person on duty doing everything isn’t enough. And sadly, breakfast is a joke. One pack of oatmeal, and coffee is all that was offered at 7:00am.

The room I had was not in good condition. The refrigerator looked terrible, no trash cans in the room. The bathroom vent was hanging by one screw and the vent was filthy. The iron didn’t work, nor did the telephone to call the front desk.

Old facility is okay as long as functioning. But faucets are broken, lights not lit, tv was slow.

Roaches (4 came out the moment I sat my things down), a woman’s hair all over bathroom, filthy hallways, stairwells, furniture falling apart, not for clean or neat people.

The rooms need to be cleaned. Everything was very dirty.

We were there for a medical emergency.

The staff here is EXCELLENT !! Anything I needed they assisted and any problems I had they was able to clear it up immediately ! I recommend this stay to anyone !!

The bathtub/shower doesn’t drain. It was reported and not repaired as of last shower. Besides that the hotel is good for me.
