    The room was missing ice trays. The elevator didn’t work, we were on the 3rd floor. During our stay, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and there was no staff on the property to even go look to see if we were on fire or not. Door in the bathroom was halfway hanging on.

    Manni was helpful when I had issues No one else was helpful at all when I had problems. The first room I was given had a messed up shower (like cracks and stains) and broken parts of the room. How did they not notice this when they were supposedly cleaning the room? The laundry facilities didn’t work - you couldn’t get detergent and the staff had no way of helping me (or just didn’t want to) When I checked out, I think the person was sleeping in the office.

    Staff was super rude. Checked in after hours and the staff had me wait in the lobby for over 30 min until they came to the desk to check me in. Staff was reached multiple times by her supervisor but staff seemed unbothered and made excuses why they weren’t able to get to the front. And was very defensive that she was asked to come check people in.

    Room was not cleaned. Stains on the sheets one of which looked still wet from whatever substance was on it and someone had used the shower. Towels and soap were on the ground. Room and hallway going to it smelled and were filthy. I requested a refund and stayed somewhere else.

    The hotel needs immediate renovation. The carpet is worn and needs replacement and the wash cloths that were provided were old and worn. The price was good but I can see why, also there is not a staff member at the front desk 24 hours. The room doesn't match the pictures.

    My room smelled like mildew and mold. Then after staying one night. I woke up to pest and not the ones you can easily get rid of. Would not recommend staying. That’s just me though. Also took me a week to get my 100 deposit back after the manager told me it would take 3-5 days. He didn’t release it when I checked out. Had to call up there to see what the hold up was.

    The first room I entered didn’t even have a toilet seat! So they moved me to a different room that wasn’t clean at all- someone with red hair stayed here before me, it was gross. And last, the smell of urine was strong in the room too. I wanted to ask for a new room but I’m disabled and moving my things again would be too much for me. I’m asking for a full refund.

    This hotel is very bare bones. There are no amenities to speak of. We had 2 bath towels and 2 washcloths, but no hand towels. No coffee pot was provided, and no coffee in the lobby. There was no table and chairs as I expected in an extended stay. Homeless people were in the parking lot. The Marta commuter train runs just behind the hotel and is quite loud. I won't stay here again.

    This place was awful. Non-smoking rooms smelling like cigarettes. Pull out bed being worn down and stained. When we arrived after hours we had to wait until the lady in her moo moo came to check us in and then the whole family of hers started being loud and she’s yelling at them too. Then the cops showed up and went to beat a guys door in. This was a horrendous stay.

    your hotel operates 24/7, but when we arrived around midnight, there was no one at the front desk. We waited until 3 a.m., but no one came to check us in to our room. I made many phone calls. Some staff said someone would come, while others said they could not help because I booked through a third-party app and there was an issue with the reservation. After everything that happened, I did not receive any refund at all

    I paid for my room completely online I read all agreements and followed directions as provided on booking.com and what is provided on extended stays website i made screenshots the only deposit mentioned is a pet deposit in 2025 I was almost rapped on Oakland park Florida I was also brutally beat in Fairburn ga and abandoned and this caused me.pain to pay for a stay a be denied my stay once the property manager met a black women at his desk I was not disrespectful or condescending he refused my stay after claiming a 100 dollar deposit was due upon arrival that is not on booking .com nor extended this left me outside I had just got released from the hospital and the hold on my prepayment left me strained I need to speak to your risk management team The room that I paid for should have been ready without additional cost or strain on my heart anomaly

    Nothing I did not stay there. The pfrontdesk person showed up 45 mins to heck in amd there was one room only avaiable that was booked for us but it was smelling bad. There was trash in the hallways, cat litter and then we asked to change room, they didn't have any other available. The fontdesk person told me she will cancel the booking and will give me full refund but i have not received it yet.

    Rooms were filthy. Poop still in toilet in one of the rooms. They weren't able to give one room two beds so I received a call that I would get two rooms one at no charge. i am in the process of requesting money back as we felt very unsafe at this hotel. Hotel attendant would not come out of office to take keys back as we left 10 minutes after check in.

    Location was excellent. Looked good from outside Room was not clean. Drawer fronts were missing. Stove did not work. Be advised that there are no cookware, plates, coffee maker, etc. in the kitchen. If we hadn't needed a full sized refrigerator/freezer, we would have left immediately. We did go to the local store to get disinfectant before we sat on the couch. The garbage piled by the elevator stunk. I know it is the policy of the hotel to leave room garbage there, but there must be a better way.

    Nothing. Extended Stay feels that corporate policy is more important then leaving someone's 19 yo daughter stranded due to a descripency between Extended Stay and Bookings.com. Extended Stay's front desk stated that their policy is that only over 21 can check in despite the Bookings reservation system stating over 18 was ok. There front desk stated that hotels could override the policy but their manager stated that they would not for any reason. Leaving my daughter stranded 1000 miles from home. Extended Stay did not care. She was thankfully able to find another hotel near by that was glad to let her check in. Better hotel at a slightly low price per night.

    The staff were great at this property. The problem is that this hotel is being used like an apartment building and is filled with people living there. The common areas are dirty and smell like cigarettes and vape. The rooms are run down and are uncomfortable. My room was clean, that is what earned the 2stars. Overall, this is a property to avoid unless you’re looking for long term, temporary housing.

    This place should not be placed under hotels. It needs to be placed under motels, not only was the front desk, person not friendly, but did their best not to engage with us upon arriving going up to the elevators entryway was filthy when we got on the elevator, it was extra filthy The floor that we stayed on which was the fourth floor 410 filthy whole room filthy the walls filthy. The floor is filthy. Matter fact the only thing in there that look like it was clean was the refrigerator. The smoke detector was not even up on the wall. It was laying on the table if I tell y’all the towels look like they should’ve been at the Goodwill. The sofa was nasty. The side tables on the bed was nasty. The walls were peeling, but the carpet that leads in the hallway when I say it was extra filthy, I did not even sleep at 3 AM. Someone was jiggling the door to get in my room. I went downstairs and I didn’t realize that the front desk closes at 10 o’clock. that means if anything was to arise happen During the night there was no one on the property to help you then if I tell you, there were no hot water. We’ve been running around all day and I said well at least I could take a hot shower. No the water was cold so I give this hotel rating under a zero please do not take your kids there. This is the type of hotel that you would take a prostitute to have sex with her for a couple hours or him and you leave. This is no place for no one to stay now. I understand if you’re low on cash

    If I could give negative stars, I would. This place was beyond unacceptable. The condition of the room was appalling—filthy floors, stains everywhere, and an overwhelming odor that hit me the second I walked in. The photos online were clearly false advertising. It looked NOTHING like what was promised. The staff? Completely unbothered and rude. When I brought up my concerns, they acted like I was inconveniencing them. No apology, no solution—just attitude. On top of that, basic amenities like working Wi-Fi and clean towels were nonexistent. I felt unsafe, uncomfortable, and scammed. I wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy. Do yourself a favor and book literally anywhere else. This was a nightmare.

    There was nothing I liked about the property. I almost didn’t stay, but I did have a small dog with me. Unfortunately, there was really nowhere to walk even a small dog.It was the most unclean and unkempt property I’ve ever stayed in. There was garbage piled on and around the bins as you got off the elevator on the second floor. In the room, theTV remote was broken and without batteries, the tub had patches where the lining was missing and should be replaced, and the shower was a trickle. The bed skirts were filthy.

    Pleasant stay-convenient, close to shopping and restaurants, and right next to Marta train station. Would definitely stay again. No problems with check-in and room was nice, except for hard beds, lack of coffee pot, and lack of kitchen utensils. However, the benefits of the location outweigh these minor issues. Lenox Square and Phipps Plaza right up the street, along with high end eating establishments, although there are also moderately priced restaurants and fast food options. Easy to park with no parking fee. Not an upscale hotel, but good for the price and many extra perks.

    Parking all around the building. Train/Marta runs close behind the building. They run late and start early. Stove and refrig were not working. They had no one to fix them nor did they offer me another room with the working items. Microwave did work. Price was OK. No overnight front desk clerk. Doors lock at 1150pm. Use door key to get in after locked. Laundry was nice.

    The bathroom door was completely broken, and the cabinets in the bathroom were chewed up by some sort of animal, or just old. The whole place needs renovation. There were curly hairs on my towels (didn't use them), and the second one had makeup stains. Will never stay here again.

    My horrible experience started at checkin the front desk clerk was rude and ghetto. I was asked for a $100 deposit and the hotel was a dump with people living out of it. Went up to room where cabinet doors were hanging the chair to the desk was visibly filthy the carpet smelled like vomit and the highlight was the roaches. Yes the hotel had roaches and had the nerve to require a deposit. Which I’m currently waiting to be refunded to me. There were guest with dogs and they barked for a good part of the night. And the second day of my stay there was a letter in the elevator telling us we would not have water from 10am to 3pm it was a horrible hotel stay I would never return or suggest anyone to stay here it’s a good area but that’s literally it the roaches was way to much

    The room was clean but the hardwood/ linoleum floors were not and needed to be stripped and waxed. There were no pots/ pans/ dishes at this so-called Suites Brand location. This room did not even a coffee pot- nothing like the other Extended Stays do. The pool was no longer in use and was an eye sore of filled gravel and moldy water. Hallway carpets need routine cleaning.

    They overcharged me TWICE ! First was for a 'security deposit' that was never supposed to post, but it did. Then a second 'mystery' charge appeared for of the security deposit. Two emails and a phone call message went unanswered. Had to dispute with CC company and even cancel the card. Avoid this sleazy dump, there are nicer hotels nearby for a little more money !

    Upon our arrival to our floor there was a large pile of garbage/bags of garbage that smelled as if it had been there a while. Left the next morning and the trash was still there. There was no one at the front desk and there was a locked gate in front of the desk. It seems like this is more of an apartment building than a hotel. I paid $154 dollars and wish I would have chose a better location for the same price. Don’t stay here unless you have to.

    The hotel itself was okay, but the service was absolutely terrible. When we arrived to the hotel to check in, there was nobody at the counter (this was evening, not even night), amd had to wait a few minutes. Not ideal, but fine. The next morning, we went down to check out sometime shortly after 9. We're from out of state, we wanted to get in the road. Again, there was nobody at the counter. I call, and they tell me to just leave my card keys on a table by the door in the lobby?! Like, anyone can just grab them and steal them. So, i politely tell the lady on the phone i wasn't comfortable with that (for obvious reasons) amd wanted to check out in person so it can be processed and get my refund for my deposit. Lady got a serious attitude with me, very rude, finally said she was coming and we still had to wait around 40 minutes for the rude lady to come and check us out. Pathetic. Also, 4 days after check out, still no refund for our deposit, so we had to call and finally received it 5 business days after check out. Pathetic, terrible, lazy, rude service.

    The staff was not helpful at check in. The staff was not even there in the morning. The restroom in the lobby area was not working. There is no breakfast or coffee as stated on the website, not even coffee making service in the rooms. One of the rooms in our party had no water in the shower. The rooms were not very clean. I would not stay there again.

    It was absolutely horrible!! I first called wailer that day to let them know that i would be arriving late they told me no problem. Then once i arrived i called the line they had which gave me the run around. called another number they had posted only for the lady to tell me to call the other number back and if they don’t answer then she will come instead of her just coming on down to help. the first room was absolutely nasty and multiple things were broke, so requested another room. The new room stunk sooo bad it was unbelievable. So i decided to just not stay and leave and drive all the way back home!! They said a refund will be issued i absolutely hope so!

    This is not a bad place. There was a spider and roaches but the room we had was fairly clean. Beds are alittle hard but it is close to the Lennox Mall. You can hear the tram and trains constantly.

    I just want to say Extended Stay thank you for the hospitality and comfort you showed me and my family while we were there. We were in transition of finding a new home and you all came right on time. I couldn't have made a better decision. The area was so convenient for shopping and etc. The only problem we had was the key card constantly needing to be changed out. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

    Don't stay here if you see roaches. Apparently an infestation of roaches has started. This location has gone down to 1 star due to that. I can overlook minor damage but bug infestation to the point where they crawl all night everywhere. It seriously need help to get rid of the roaches. Professional exterminator that stops roaches. What a waste of a once great hotel. Maybe the laundry room flood started the infestation not sure. Hopefully they get it done and evict them roaches. Not a complaint person so for me to respond with this is bad.

    The only thing I liked about the property was the exceptional customer service I received from Alexandria. I was very surprised how this property was located in Buckhead/Brookhaven area. The people coming in and out of the place appeared sketchy so I opted out of staying there. I immediately called Expedia to report it and they were amazing!!. The care and attention I received from Alexandria was amazing!!!

    My husband and I did not like the property in the hotel whatsoever. It was falsely advertised. Thanks for falling apart. The train tracks were flies behind our window and we’re not able to sleep at night. Broken glass in a parking lot. Smell of weed in the hallways of the hotel. Bedroom smells like smoke and it was dirty and things are falling apart. Staff was rude. We highly don’t recommend this place to anyone.
