I loved the unique style and feel that the property has. Lots of windows and trees. The lounge is great with ample conversation areas and a massive double fireplace. I wasn't able to check out the restaurant or coffee bar, but certainly will next time.

Close to our treatment. The room clean staff tried to throw us out a day ahead of what we had paid for. A third staff came even with a large dump like cart to I’m guessing collect our things and throw us out! It was demeaning and I think the cleaning crew enjoyed it!

Large conference hotel - very spacious public/common areas. Very close to Emory which is why we were staying and had a complimentary shuttle to Emory (first come first served). There is a coffee shop in the lobby (decent) and a buffet breakfast for $20 downstairs. The buffet was not appealing to me personally and I think could use a little extra love to make it a solid choice. All staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. Cannot get over how quiet it was!!!

I like that there was no reason to leave the hotel if you didn't want to; the restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner were all great. The coffee and convinent stores were a plus. The shuttle service was exceptional; would highly recommend the hotel.

Overall the hotel was good. The hotel is huge and sometimes hard to navigate. The room and hotel in general was clean. The body wash dispenser in our shower was corroded and looked gross. And the coffee shop on site was not good. The coffee and tea wasn’t good and the croissant we ordered was rock hard.

Parking was easy to find in the lower level garage. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there.

We had an emergency hospital visit, and the hotel is a 4 minute drive from the Emory ER. The property sits in a woodland area, so it is a pretty place to stay. The front desk could not have been more helpful with our many requests. The bar and its food were perfect for our needs. This is a very solid hotel that offers most everything a weary traveller could ask for.

By far the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at! It’s in a great central location and super convenient to get around. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff was really friendly. The room was comfortable and quiet, which made my short stay even better. The only downside was not knowing about the daily parking fee until checkout. Other than that, I’d definitely stay here again.

Staff was friendly and helpful when I asked questions. I was not informed of the shuttle service upon check in I had to inquire about it. There should be an info sheet about shuttle provided upon check in or left in the room.It is a very useful service that I knew about from online reviews but it wasn't made clear how it worked until I asked for information. Room was updated and nice enough. There was a prom in the courtyard that my room overlooked and unfortunately the windows are not well insulated for noise. The teens weren't too loud for too long at least but it was a little shocking how clearly I could hear them and the music. Went to the hotel bar for dinner one night and was not impressed one bit with the food. Mac and cheese tasted like a bechamel with no cheese, Caesar salad had tomatoes in it which is not traditional nor listed on the menu waste of tomatoes indeed. Bartender was friendly and service was quick so I didn't complain was too tired to deal with it.

The atmosphere was very welcoming and the staff were super nice. They greeted us when they saw us and asked if we needed anything. The breakfast was really good. Shout out to the omelet maker. My omelet was very flavorful. The bar was nice as well. Had some great drinks and they weren’t priced too expensive. Overall the hotel was great for the price as well. Will surely be making this a future spot when we come to the Atlanta area.

It was a fantastic stay, exactly what we were hopping for but the free shuttle is more of a private car, so if you are going wth a larger group keep that in mind. We ended up walking to campus and it was a lovely walk.

Quiet and well taken care of They were doing some roadwork at the hotel, but they completed it quickly.

The hotel offers amazing shuttle service in demand that takes visitors from Conference Center to any point in a mile radius / Emory campus and medical facilities. Food at the restaurants is great, spaces are comfortable and thoughtful with plugs and WiFi, and rooms are modern and well laid out. The outdoor spaces are very zen, an oasis in an urban setting. Best option if visiting Emory. Best option

Very impressed by the facilities. Clean, comfortable, quiet and friendly! People worried about parking. It was fine. Downstairs and elevator up to lobby level! Food in restaurant and coffee shop was good. Of course the pillows. For some reason hotels have the weird pillows. I like the memory foam ones with a little firmness, hotels rarely has these types. They were doable but definitely would suggest improving on pillows.

The hotel was beautiful! The ambiance when you enter the hotel is giving upscale cabin retreat. The rooms were clean and amenities updated. Staff always greeted us with a smile and treated us like friends. The were so accommodating and had a shuttle for us to us to get to Emory University. 10 out of 10 I do recommend.

I had a great stay here! Everything was clean and modern. I would say 2 con’s were our tv sound didn’t match the graphics (delayed speech) and when requesting more towels and wash clothes it took them a longer time than needed but overall I would stay here again.

The room was beautiful and enjoyed having a balcony to relax with coffee in the morning. We were able to take walks around the property and it felt as if we were in the countryside.

I attended a conference here that was amazing. My room was clean, modern & a solid stay. The Club Room restaurant for dinner was delicious & the two servers we had two nights in a row, lovely & friendly. The front desk people I interacted with all were fine, but not the warmest/friendliest & when I went to check out the evening before because I was leaving at 5am, I was told I couldn’t check out or see a bill until the a.m., which I’ve never experienced in all my years of travel. I was concerned because I was leaving so early but the gentleman assured me someone would be there to check me out. Sure enough when I arrived a little before 5am at the front desk before hopping in my uber, no one was there. A few minutes later a gentleman appeared but told me he couldn’t check me out because they were still running the overnight audit (!) so I have yet to see my bill or be emailed it & I checked out a day & a half ago… so not sure yet if I’d stay here again.

Room was spacious, clean and well-fitted. The room does have a safe, in addition to the usual refrigerator and coffee machine (Starbucks coffee pods was a plus). Parking is under the structure; different set of elevators, so you have to walk past the Lobby to get to/from your room. Only issue we initially faced (but quickly resolved by the Manager) was that we had taken a red-eye, and arrived in the morning. Though I had booked the room the previous night too (to ensure we could check in in the morning), our reservation was apparently marked as a no-show; we were initially asked to follow up with Expedia! This, after I had added a note to the hotel (within the Expedia booking) that we would be arriving in the morning. Fortunately, the hotel was not full, and we did get our rooms. As I said, it was quickly resolved by the Manager, but mentioning in case others are doing the same. One minor note: the valve to change from the faucet to the shower-head is almost invisible; you'll know what I mean when you see it :)

I have stayed here before and like this hotel. It’s in a great location for Emory University. There are cute shops and restaurants close by. The rooms are nice and I find the bed to be very comfortable. I’m sure I’ll be back again.

Parking is affordable and painless, especially for here in ATL! Breakfast was stellar and kept us full well into each day. Buffet style with pancakes, waffles, and omelets made to order. Even with an active health convention at the hotel, there were no delays or changes in the quality of service given to us by staff. The hotel is tucked away in a wooded area, so it is very quiet. About 8 min from Piedmont park! We stayed for Shaky Knees Music Festival and it was very easy to hop in an uber and head to the park. Pros: -Ultra accessible hotel! I loved having a shower chair available even in a room that wasn’t marked “accessible” -rooms located on ground floor for wheelchair access -very close to Emory hospital facilities for patient access -filling breakfast buffet -beautiful interiors Cons: -slow WiFi for streaming -fitted sheet would not stay on the bed!! The sheets are not deep enough and I have seen other guests comment about this here on Expedia. Please get some linens that match the quality of everything else :)

Old candy on floor by bed left by a previous guest. It wasn’t made clear when booked that there was also a $40 a night hold for incidentals, neither was the $15 a night parking, which they held another $94 for $45 parking, (3 nights)

The rooms were clean, and very well-maintained. The calming décor in neutral tones, combined with comfortable bedding, created a serene atmosphere perfect for unwinding. The room also featured a large window with a beautiful view of the tree. adding to the tranquil vibe. The bathroom was spotless, with modern fixtures and a hot shower that was a real treat after a long day.

We checked in 8/25/2025, approx 9:40 pm & were assigned room 2255 with no warning that a generator or pump would be operating at about 100 decibels, all night long, in the courtyard adjacent to our room. We had to get up at 6:15 am 8/26/2025 for a 7:30 am medical appt. t Emory U. Hospital. We were unable to sleep at all due to the generator noise all night long. We demand a 100% refund.

It is an excellent hotel located in a busy Atlanta area, but very quite and beautiful. A lot of areas for people to working and study. Easily workable to Emory University.

Very much enjoyed staying at the Emory Conference Center Hotel. Highly recommend!

The location was super convenient due to proximity to Emory University. The stay was comfortable and staff is friendly and helpful.

We had a rough start because the first room we stayed in had a bad smell in room 1136 and they then switched us to a better room. The hotel itself was very nice.

This hotel is a hidden gem. Every member of staff we encountered was professional and friendly, and the hotel and grounds are maintained beautifully. We would stay again without hesitation.

Very pleasant, quiet stay. Room and facilities were clean. Check in and out was quick and friendly. Convenient to Emory hospital. Will definitely stay again.

Comfortable stay

Just one night there but bed was comfortable. Pillows were great. Clean. Conveniently located close to Emory University.

The stay didn’t start off great with the original room that was booked. I really want to thank Turraya at the front desk for being such a pleasure and helping make sure everything worked out for me.

The hotel was nice, but the rooms were a little dark and the mattress on the bed was not comfortable at all. The grounds were beautiful and Emory has a very lovely campus. That part was not disappointing at all. We did have a little bit of trouble finding dining close by, but since the point of the visit was to see Emory, we were overall happy with our choice.

It is a nice, well-kept facility.

It is tucked away but not too far from Downtown Atlanta. Only a few lights/traffic away. I would definitely stay here again if I wanted a break from downtown hotels. The pricing is amazing and more than worth it.

The hotel was perfect especially if you are a solo traveler. It’s not far from things to do in the city. It was super clean and cozy. The location is perfect and the ambiance is great.

Great stay!

Towels had hair in them, paid for 24 hour pool access and was told it closed at 10. No micro or fridge, door did not close behind me leaving out room, so I had to check each time. Bath Tub was rusted and DIDNI MENTION THE TOWELS HAD HAIR IN THEM!!

Exceptional hotel! Check in was very fast and the front desk was so helpful and kind. The grounds are very nice as are the rooms.

Its newness is a plus. I wish there was one more lunch and dinner option. The breakfast was worse than mediocre.

Very cinvenient to Emory Ambulatory Surgery Center. Good food, great check out time - noon, convenient parking. Lots of room for conference if needed. Some walking path..would love more! Nice, quiet mini'preserve in the back.

Nice walking distance to Emory

We enjoyed our stay at the Emory Hotel and Convention Center. We were gone most of the day at a meeting at Emory, but it was perfect for what we needed.

Great location. Very quiet.

Everyone working at the hotel was so kind and willing to help with anything regarding my stay!

Property was nice, but don’t plan on bowling. The bowling alley was shown in the pictures, but not available to those staying at the hotel.

Great breakfast

Great location. Nice surroundings. Love seeing many trees at the window. Tried to order some food but no answer, probably because it was a weekday and the university is in summer break. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Everything is fine

Private, clean, good food and coffee choices. Heard late partying laughter late in the night. No one was at entrance to greet so, as a first time guest I didn’t know whete to park. The $120 security deposit is fine, but it wasn't explained up front..maybe bc of 3rd party bookings. There were a couple of charges that weren't clear on room service, but it was okay but should have been mentioned. Noon check iut was great. Hosptal proximity and parking were great. Staff fruendly but on our first night service was pretty slow all the way thru getting the check. Like 20 min. Between ordering dessert and getting it...and we were brought a non menu dessert, was still lemon, without asking and we waited 20 min after dessert at least for check. Server was nice...maybe understaffed. Ice tea tasted off...we just didn’t drink it. This in the Club Room.lobby floor. We didn’t eat thete again. Liked the lobby coffee and the breakfast buffet downstairs. Service great and timely in those places. Will be back when I have another outpatient surgery. Not sure if microwave was supposed to be in room, but it wasn't and fridge wasn't plugged in. Only 1 robe in closet for 1 guests. These are minor things but, since they can easily be improved, I wanted to share.

The staff was helpful, the room was pristinely clean, the shuttle to Emory Medical facilities most helpful, the dining options delicious. I couldn’t be more pleased with my stay at Emory Conference Hotel on Clifton Rd. Thank you for the excellent experience.

We stayed the Emory for two short nights. We appreciated the convinence of being close to the city, but loved the quiet tranquil feeling upon returning for the night. We would definitley stay here again.

Hallway and room had a weird smell. Hallway smelt bad and room smelt like chlorine. Once in the room I could hear the person in next room having a full conversation on the phone with someone both at night and in the morning
