    The room had hair on the bathroom walls from the previous guest. Not in the shower. On the wall next to the sink and not a little either. There was trash from the previous guest under the bed. When we were checking out with a baby, a service dog and enough stuff for an 11 hour move we were told to move our car RUDELY from the awning so the shuttle could park up front which also didn’t leave and nobody was on when we left the property. Not impressed.

    Booked 2 rooms, the queen suite and a king room. Very nice and clean. Great location and price for what my family was looking for. Staff was nice and informative. Enjoyed the breakfast that was included. We wanted to enjoy the pool but it was so crowded and the water looked VERY unbalanced and cloudy. Tried again the next day when it was less crowded but the water looked the same.

    Great stay and clean location. The grounds were very beautiful and the overall location was very close to many attractions and restaurants. I picked this location specifically for the indoor heated pool and hot tub. The pool was not heated and that was disappointing because I called and spoke to Hilton representative and location staff that did not inform me the pool was not working properly. I feel you should give up to date information on your amenities and allow the guests to make informed decisions on whether to accept the current state of what you have to offer or go elsewhere. Otherwise, you are not living up to your standards of quality and customer service standards.

    I'm very disappointed in this booking stay especially for the cost. It was more like a cheap motel verses a hotel of the booking quality I've experienced in the past. Please let me know how to send a video of the bugs that were flying in the room. The smell and dirty carpet, it was gross even the ceiling was gross. The staff was pretty good.

    The staff were amazing and the rooms were very comfortable and relaxing. The only complaint I have is that the toilet seat was too loose. We tried to tighten it but the plastic screws were stripped so it felt like we were about to fall off every time we sat down

    I was on the 6th floor and my daughter left a little nachos in a closed container. When we got back, ants were on the bed,in my open suitcase,and on the dresser. We were exhausted, but had to pack everything up and move to a different room. They did give me a credit and the room was better. Just did not expect this especially on the 6th floor.

    Breakfast was my favorite part the omelettes were so perfect & delicious. I did not like that the sink in my room kept clogging up. Called front desk but got no answer. So I just went to bed. Also, when I called front desk for new sheets for pull out bed they never came. The ones in the room had big holes in them. When I requested new towels I was told they would be right up. They never arrived. I just ended up going to Walmart to buy towels and wash clothes.

    We travelled to Atlanta from Kentucky once we arrived the lady at the front counter was nice and called housekeeping to ensure our room was ready. We got the keys immediately and she told us about the complimentary drinks and the pool for the kids. The next morning I was downstairs to ask if they carried hygiene products, because of course as a women I forgot to pack my razor… they ACTUALLY had one!! The breakfast bar was amazing and my kids really enjoyed the waffle maker, to be a family with younger kids this hotel to them was “Fancy”, they were most accident about going to the 10th floor. Best hotel, for the best prices and experience for kids!

    We had an enjoyable stay at the hotel. The parking was convenient and rooms were spacious. The evening reception was not like most Embassy Suites where you have a variety of snacks to choose from. They only had cheese squares and chips. There was not any bacon on the breakfast buffet.?

    The breakfast area was not as great as other Embassy Suites I have stayed in. In addition, our room was a King Suite but it did not have the common living area that you are accustom to with Embassy. In addition there was not dresser in the space. Storage was limited. We had to jiggle the toilet handle after ever usage. The frisgi in the room did not cool as expected.

    My stay at Embassy suites was nice. The staff at the front desk were extremely nice and accommodating. The young lady was glad to assist with any questions or needs that we had. The room that we stayed in was supposed to be for handicapped people; however, there were several issues. First, the handicap accessible room was located the furthest away from the elevators. All handicap rooms need to be located nearest to the elevators so that guests don’t have to walk the length of the hotel or push/ roll their wheelchair that far. Next the only actual handicap accommodations was the bars located near the toilet and the roll in /walk-in shower. Finally the free breakfast was only available from 6 to 9. Timing needs to be extended for at least another hour or two.

    I have stayed at a few Embassy Suites in other states before and have never had such a horrible experience as I did at the Perimeter location in Georgia. When I came to check in my room was not available. I was told that my wait would be 30mins but it was more like 3 hours and 30 mins. Then when I finally received my room keys all of the elevators were broken. After waiting 10mins I ended up walking up seven flights of stairs to my room. The ice Ma gone on my floor didn't work and my key cards kept going out. Then when I attempted to speak with the night supervisor about my issue she said that she would speak with me in the morning only to not be there. I will not be returning to this place again. I spent too much money on a suite for my daughters 16th birthday and it was completely ruined.

    The pool stayed closed more than it was open. The hot tub was more of a cold tub, and the shower temperature was also cold. Breakfast was decent and checkin was easy. A lot of kids were running around which it was spring break and we expected it. But as far as amenities, if you’re looking to find something for the kids this is just not the place to stay.

    Cons: The water in room 814 was cold. I mentioned to front desk a ticket for maintenance was placed and still cold water. I was heating water in the microwave for my kids. Hot tub did not work. Pull out mattress had spring poking in every direction and rooms can be updated.

    They had to change my room 4 times! First three rooms all smelled like cigarette smoke or weed smoke. One room had dried urine all over the toilet seat. Tile floors by the bar and seating area were sticky. The parking is so tight in the garage, that my rav4 barely fit! The quality of this embassy suites is disappointing as it is in a nice area (sandy springs). Embassy Suites usually carries a high reputation, but this location is poorly managed.

    The hotel quality was fine, but it’s not going to be good in the long run for this hotel. The man checking us in was the rudest individual I have had contact with at a hotel when we encountered an issue. Upon entering the room, we didn’t have enough towels, sheets for pull out, or toilet paper. We were able to get sheets and towels ourselves from the desk, but toilet paper took two calls and over an hour to get. This problem persisted into our second night along with no hot water for hours. It wasn’t awful, but not the quality I would expect from this chain of hotels in a business district.

    The pool was closed on the first day, and when it reopened the next day, the water was very cold and cloudy. The hot tub was also dirty. There were children running back and forth between the pool and the gym, leaving the gym area wet and slippery. On the positive side, the breakfast was good, and most of the staff were very kind and helpful. However, on the day of checkout, housekeeping knocked on our door multiple times to clean well before the official checkout time, which felt a bit intrusive. Additionally, the lobby floors were consistently sticky, to the point where my shoes would stick when walking. The location is convenient, and parking was easy, which we appreciated.

    We were there for 3 days. One of the main reasons we picked it was so my son could play in the pool… The pool was closed almost the entire time of our stay. We tried to order room service, the phone wouldn’t work.. went down stairs to pick up food at the restaurant and they closed early.. we tried to use the microwave but it sounded like it was going to blow up. Tried taking a shower the first night & had very little warm water.. it was majority cold. Spoke to a guy in the elevator and he said he switched rooms 6 times & still no hot water. I enjoyed the space in the room, but that’s about it :(

    2 Issues: 1) No beer at Comp Evening reception. Told us they were out and we could buy beer at the bar which was 20 feet away. huh? 2) Broken Ice Maker on 7th floor, 6th floor was about to go to 8th when another guest said the working Ice Maker was on the 5th. How about a sign on the broken ones saying where the working machines are so that I didn't have to randomly search the property?

    The biggest problem is that there has been no hot water since this morning when we tried to shower. No one from the hotel informed guests that there was an issue with the hot water, which is extremely frustrating. Because of this, we had to cancel plans we already paid for today since we couldn’t even get ready. Overall, the lack of communication and basic service has been very disappointing. I believe a refund or some form of compensation is absolutely deserved for the inconvenience and the money we lost due to canceled plans

    The room was incredible. It was extra large, spacious, and extremely comfortable. I loved having so much room to relax and unwind. Everything was spotless and very well maintained. Cleanliness is important to me, and they definitely delivered. The entire experience felt welcoming, relaxing, and high quality.     The sink in the bathroom was stopped up. We asked for a blanket and pillow for the sofa bed and was told they didn't have anymore blankets 😒 it took them almost 2hrs to bring extra sheet and pillows. We've stayed at the Embassy many times and this probably was our last time. I couldn’t understand why a blanket wasn't in the bag for the sofa bed.

    The hot water in the shower did not work on my second day. When i called the service desk, the staff gave me instructions on how to turn the shower knobs a certain way. I dont understand how turning the knobs a certain way can make the water turn hot or cold. Turning it on should not be difficult.     We came to stay one night there. At first it’s hard to find the parking lot and it is self parking and very dirty. We have to pay 25$ a day for self parking. The room when we check in is dirty. The wall is not painted evenly, the night stand feet is broken, the carpet is not vacuumed at all. The AC is not working well so they have to bring us the fan and morning time we don’t have any hot water for shower. When we called for manager to complain they are really rude and they denied about what we said. But we have a lot of pictures to prove for that. This is the worst experience I ever had at hotel in my life. And I paid 177$ a night without parking fee.

    Only two of the three elevators were working, so the wait was long. The breakfast was mid, the pool was freezing because they couldn’t get the enclosure area to warm up, and the water in the hot tub was filthy! I would NOT stay here again. Oh… and we had to wait until noon for them to provide clean towels! Last but not least, the shower ran out of hot water if you were in there pass 15 minutes!

If you stay here pack lite because it’s a struggle trying to get all of your bags to your room and it’s a pretty far walk from the parking garage to hotel lobby.

    I always enjoy staying at Embassy Suites - it's one of my preferred Hilton hotels. This one is beautiful and well-maintained. Even so, I did have a couple of issues. First, it took a while to secure additional towels for my party. We were told they were working on turning them over. Secondly, the room smelled of marijuana. I understand that staff may have little control over these things, but perhaps a deodorizing spray would have helped with this. Hopefully guests are charged for smoking in non-smoking rooms. Finally, there was no soap dispenser in the shower - it was not on the wall with the other two dispensers. There was no shower soap in the room to account for the missing dispenser. If we hadn't brought our own, we would have been in trouble. In spite of these issues, our stay was a good one. Staff were nice and breakfast was good, as usual. The hotel itself is beautiful.

    We came for a quick stay in ATL to pick up family. The GPS took us to the back of the hotel. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived around 4:30, but we didn’t have to wait much longer, maybe an extra 20 minutes. The clerk gave us candy and soda while we waited. One of the elevators was broken, so only two out of three were working. The room was clean and spacious, though several outlets didn’t work when we tried to charge our devices. They gave us vouchers for two drinks per person at the bar in the evening. Breakfast was good, with plenty of variety and a buffet-style setup, plus a cook preparing omelets. The hotel is a little outdated, but overall, it was a nice stay.

    Everything was fine. The only problem I encountered was with the pool. My daughter's eyes were red and burning after use. The pH of the water was too high, and that's a reason for the pool to be closed. I'm a CPO for the state of Georgia, and I didn't want to go into details or file a complaint and have the pool closed. I just want them to pay more attention to that aspect. Thank you.

    The property was in great condition. Very very clean. I actually sat and watched one of the cleaning ladies do her turnover for the next check in and I was very impressed. I am the type of person that will go in and reclean a hotel room once I check in and no need. The con is the hidden fees, everyday I was charged a new random fee even parking ($150) when I stated I did not drive. I even was charged a double fee for the hotel room. ($485) a Random ($75) and ($50). Once I brought this to the hotel staff attention they went in a took the charges off my room, but what if I did not notice or had a card setup to alert me. I am not the only person that had random charges, charged to my room a lot of guest complained of this issue.

    Staff member Mr. Britten was so helpful and very kind! He had such a great personality and he really helped us with all of our needs! The room was very nice. The only thing that was a problem was the first morning that we were there the breakfast stopped at 9 instead of 10:30. The food staff decided that they weren’t going to work the holiday schedule and they left. It was July 4th. A lot of people were very upset and we all had to spend money outside of the hotel for breakfast. Mr. Britten handled the situation so professionally and he made sure everyone was taken care of. Other than that everything else was good.

    I recently stayed at Embassy Suites and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel so welcome — everyone was professional, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. The suite itself was beautiful — spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and work. It truly felt like a home away from home. One highlight of my stay was the bartender — she was absolutely awesome! Great drinks, great conversation, and just an all-around great vibe that made the evenings so enjoyable. I highly recommend Embassy Suites to anyone looking for a top-notch stay with excellent service and beautiful accommodations. I will definitely be staying here again!

    Second- check in: No hand soaps in any rooms Third- check in: Out of food at restaurant for dinner Fourth- Room: three towels for a rooms made for six guests- called for extra towels- over an hour an half nothing- had to ask at front desk in person what happened with the towels ( they were dirty and smelled of old milk when we got them but were hot out the dryer30 mins later) Fifth- Room: short and curlys on the bathroom floor- hard glued dried soap/wash on shower walls and a “weird nightlight “ in the bathroom- second i have found in a hotel in the last month- unplugged it a stuck it in drawer Sixth- one out of three elevators working at night (a family reunion was talking place and a concert this night) Seventh- bar closes @9 Eight- previous guests microwave mac n cheese noodles were spilled in the coffee bar selection (in my room) had to pick dried crusty noodles off my sugar, coffee and coffee maker Nine- i left two bags in the bathroom at check out i called to ask if they had them so i could come back- called hotel x4 automated thing hangs up when you select Human- so i was transferred by “cooperate” number to front desk- i was told the housekeeping manager has to call me back- well its been almost 24 hours and no call so i am assuming they did not follow policy and essentially stole my belongings Not returning

    Things only got worse when we got to the room and me and my guess had to switch rooms 3 times. It was filthy and we spotted a couple of roaches which i have photos of. The floors were sticky, the bathroom smelled mild. Clearly not cleaned properly. Floors and furniture where stained. Totally unacceptable. When we brought these issues to the staff, they barely acknowledged it. Manager tried to accommodate but attitude was not the best. Very confrontational. Do yourself a favor – stay anywhere else. This place is a complete disaster and not worth your money. I will never return.

    The location of the property was fine (very near Perimeter mall and the highways) and the room was quite spacious. Issues 1) Breakfast on Jul 4 - there was a mis-communication amongst the front desk and the dining room - it was communicated to us that its from 7.30 AM to 10.30 AM, but on Jul 4th breakfast followed the weekday routine from 6 to 9 AM - when we went at 9.20 AM we were shocked to see it was already closed. Had to scramble to go out to eat with wife and child which we finally got only at 10.30 AM. 2) Elevators were very slow - we were on the 2nd floor and to just take that for 1 floor was downright painful. Please make the stairs accessible for this floor to the lobby and your guests will thank you ! 3) Remote for the bedroom TV was non-functional - we complained twice and the front desk told us someone would come over. No one came. We finally figured out the remote for the TV in the first room worked for the 2nd one as well so we could sleep peacefully.

    There was no AC , only 1 roll of toliet paper and when I called the front to get more no one picked up. There were bugs in the room we killed about 5, not cockroaches. Not to mention I ordered food from the restaurant and got a quesadilla with a side of fries and was charged $30 for it?

    The pool was not open for the entire time we were there except one day and it was a very strong bleach odor and once in immediately turned our jewelry black and skin to itch. The room was extremely hot to where I did not get any sleep. Very disappointed with the amount of money spent the overall experience was very very poor. Oh and I brought my concerns to the front desk and he told me “ok I made a note” no apology no effort to make the experience better. Nothing.

    The only issue we had was with the elevators. They were working on one of the three. Not sure if it is normal but one that wasn’t being worked on kept getting stuck, to the point I got off and used the stairs. Staff was amazing even helped with our luggage when our room wasn’t ready but we had an appointment to make.

    It a great experience. One of the worst embassy suites I’ve stayed at. Matress had a massive depression in it. There were no clean dishes at breakfast and we stood around waiting for a plate and bowl for about 15 minutes. When we finally got dishes, they were closing the breakfast area and removing the food. My daughter ended up not getting an omelette because of this, which she was looking forward to. Checking in was quick and pleasant. Room was sufficiently clean.

    The rooms aren’t bad and the hotel is clean. The area has a lot to do nearby in terms of conveniences. I just felt that having to wait to check in wasn’t acceptable… especially when I was more than patient waiting until the 4 pm check-in.

    Toilet would not flush. Got backed up. The floor right at the entrance fo the bathroom was wet like either there was a shower or toilet leak. The second key to the door wouldnt work. We cut the air down and it wouldnt fo below 72 so it wasnt cool in the room. There were 3 elevators in the hotel. One was broke down and plus, it took forever to get to your room. The parking situation wasnt good. I didnt feel safe when i had to go out to the car at night. There were ppl hanging out in the lot and were smoking something cause the smell was terrible. You had to walk to china to get to your car. The food in the restaurant was not good and was overly priced. A 50 dollar holding fee was placed on my card. U are charged to park. There is hardly any room to pull up and register. There were no carts available to assist with our luggage.it was quiet and no one bothered us wont stay here again.

    Hotel getting older. Many items out of service or worn. However, the kids always love their Embassy Suites stay. They love the pool and hot tub and get so excited about breakfast. Overall, a good stay even though the hotel needs some facility management focus.

    The kids loved it and I enjoyed it. Something was going on with the sewage toilet and they were out of towels and washcloths at that time. However, the kids enjoyed. Also, I wasn't too fond of the pool area

    The property was very nice. The room had a refrigerator that wouldn't even chill a water bottle, the carpet had an odor because it needed to be cleaned not vacuumed, and the toilet didn’t flush properly. The breakfast had plenty of choices and was fresh and the staff kept everythin filled and the area clean . Kids were running through the lobby and the staff put an end to it.

    Great stay for our family road trip. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I even saw them offer to help a family of a gentleman in a wheelchair to find a breakfast table and they carried his food and drinks to the table for them.

    Walls and floors and not sound proof. If you plan on getting sleep, you won’t. Floors are sticky in main areas. Floors in rooms had ground in candy in the carpet. Hot tub was foamy with body oils and debris. No towels in pool area even after asking for some. Would not stay here again. Value for money spent was poor.

    Very nice comfortable atmosphere. Pool was great , well heated. The breakfast was good, crowded but staff was excellent we never had to wait for any of the choices of food. Also, we enjoyed complementary teas, water and fruit throughout the evening , as well as our happy hour drinks. The restaurant offerings were limited but excellent. Shrimp pasta was delicious but the banana pudding disappointing . All staff members were very helpful with responding to any concerns such as, more towels, parking for our taller vehicle and lost items. Front desk gentleman were welcoming and cheerful. We really appreciated them. We had a very wonderful stay with our 3 girls We would definitely visit again .

    Our room was beautiful and spotless, with a well-maintained, stylish front room setup. The furniture was in excellent condition—no wear and tear—and the entire space smelled fresh and clean. From the moment we walked through the door, everything was immaculate and inviting. The bar serves great drinks, and the happy hour is definitely worth checking out. Plus, the breakfast, served from 6 AM to 9 AM, was delicious and convenient. If you’re looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to stay with top-notch service, I highly recommend Embassy Suites in Dunwoody. Be sure to ask for Stevie—he and the entire staff will take excellent care of you. This will definitely be my go-to hotel whenever I visit Atlanta. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

    The hotel is beautiful, but the furniture in the room was very dated and scratched up. The carpet in the room and hallway were very dirty, like it had not been vacuumed in weeks. The happy hour was very short staffed, which made a long line and irritated many of the guests. The breakfast was nice just crowded and the floor was sticky, needed to be mopped where the food was served. Stranger in lobby area asking for our room number and name, beware! Overall was quiet and pleasant.
