The gym was closed for renovations or something? Unfortunately that was why I picked this spot and wasn't notified it wouldn't be open. Front desk people were cool and the place was clean, but that really bummed me out.

Location and quality I love everything

The staff was very nice, the breakfast was good, and the suite was clean and comfortable. But I especially like the location, within easy walking distance of the Cobb Energy Center (right across the street!).

Breakfast was good Was very old, the tub had missing piece from the bottom, like the plastic was torn away in places , I was scared to shower in there because the bottom were rough and I didn't want to cut my feet. Also, the furniture was really old and worn out. And the sink was old, and looked dirty, hopefully it was just old

misleading info on web advertising. Did not mention $30 parking fee. Pets allowed but did not mention the $75 fee. Restaurant on site but the menu was limited, service was very very slow. food was poor. Left before the 6:00 a.m. breakfast. asked the front desk for a cup of coffee. I was told to wait until 6:00 a.m. Should have stayed at a Holiday Inn

Close proximity to Truist Park. Hotel offers a shuttle to the pedestrian bridge that leads right to the Battery. Having to pay $30 a night for parking, having to use room key to get in and out of the parking lot.

Rooms were super clean, staff extra sweet, parking awful!!! Had to take my shoes off and walk thru aleast 3 ft of water to get in the building.... other than that I was warm when I got inside...

Great stay. Staff was great and the shuttle service was spot on.

My room had visible damage and smelled terrible. The bathroom did not have an exhaust fan, so the shower made the entire room extra humid and stuffy, especially because there was no way to get any kind of fresh air in the room. Possibly the most frustrating part of the experience was the parking at the hotel is not included with your room and is $30 a night. Then, there is the bar downstairs. The rooms all face inward into a giant lobby and bar, which would be very cool if you couldn't hear everyone downstairs all night in your room. I really cannot overstate how loud it was both nights I was there.

The breakfast was great and lots of room to eat. Staff was amazing and so kind. The room was clean and was cleaned and refreshed everyday. My only complaint is you can see some of the wear and tear on the tub and a few fixtures. But all in all, great place and a great stay.

The breakfast was awesome, the staff was really nice and spoke everytime we saw a staff member. The sofa bed was gross and im not even sure the linens was clean because the linens was already on the bed when it was let out so needless to say my kids did not sleep on the sofa bed and the mattress on it was very old and needs to be replaced and also there needs to be a lot more towels left in the bathroom, but other than that there was no issues.

It seemed like the staff was trying to overcome a lot of deferred maintenance. Most of the outlets would not hold plugs so could not be used, the tubs enamel paint from the last "refresh" was peeling off, the wood cabinets were chipped and dented. All I. All it is something to

The pool and hot tub. I love the rooms too. The cleanest stuff left food in my refrigerator from another Residence but then they came back and gave me money back on parking so that’s why they get five stars

We booked 2 rooms, breakfasts were great, housekeeping was excellent in one room and not great in the other one, not replacing wet towels or taking out trash; only made the bed. Pool was good, clean. Elevators struggled with the booked hotel and at one point only 1 out of 3 was working. Very convenient location, though. Happy hour was great too.

Everything was great except Saturday night. We walked into our room and there was a man in our room who worked there. He said the front desk told him that called about a broken phone and he was looking at it. It was 10p and he scared us when we opened the door bc we did not expect anyone in our room. Oddly enough, our phone was broken but we never used it to know that. He was trying to get it to dial, but nobody ever fixed the phone. He apologized and left immediately but I felt very uneasy.

Overall, the hotel was very nice and was in a great location for the event we attended. The bed was not the most comfortable, but other than that the staff was friendly. Enjoyed the little happy hour and overall experience was good.

This property is very outdated! The room smelled like smoke, and everything in the room was very old! The outlets did not work, my phone charger kept falling out and would not charge! The room was very hot and musty! This entire property need remodeling! I would not stay here again!

the breakfast and room were very nice the pool was a lot smaller than it appeared on the pictures. There were 2 bday parties going on at pool and it was insanely crowded. Parents not watching kids. Kids playing in hot tub. I know you can't control much but maybe a policy to not let kids under certain age in hot tub past 8pm. They were all there literally until close at 10. Kids had zero manners. really disappointed bc that was half the reason I came there.

The worst ES we have stayed at, run down, sticky floors throughout hotel, dining area all bunched together while they had an entire empty side of the hotel not being used. Just nasty do better is all I can tell you. Definitely won’t be back

The pool area was overfilled with unattended children therefore we were not able to enjoy swimming or the hot tub. Also the breakfast area was also full of unattended children that were making messes and not cleaning it up

Hot tub floor was uncomfortable and rough on the feet & I couldn’t watch Netflix on tv because the tv was outdated. The tub paint was peeling and water was draining extremely slow. Breakfast was sub par. Ok stay. Wouldn’t come again.

There was a stain in the sheets, mirror had a chip in it, living room couch had white small stains in it and looked dirty and slept on when we walked in, ottoman wood had wood peeled back that can cause splinters on the butt when sitting on it, there was also a stain on the floor near the t.v, and food in the refrigerator when we arrived.

Also , I was 4 minutes late for the "social hour" from 530p - 7p and they denied me a glass of wine. Which would've only took less than a minute to pour into a glass. And people were still in the lounge having drinks at the time.

My tub / shower got stopped up in the middle of shower. Maintenance helped but it was the inconvenience I had to go thru! In additional, front desk clerk gave me a hard time with my hotel.com profile name vs. my legal ID and matching Id. requesting me to change it before having access to room. The hotel room was nice however I do wish they did a better job cleaning it. The phone was filthy and had coffee spills on the cord, and I don’t drink coffee 👀. The hotel also wasn’t far from my activities which was a plus, but it sucked I had to uber/ lyft to the airport because the shuttle wasn’t running.

Not enough seating for breakfast including two large seating areas that were roped off because they were broken. $27 for parking.

She went above and beyond to secure me a room during the check-in process. Also gave me tips on when to arrive at the event I was into for. The advice she gave me worked. We called a couple of times to let them know our toilet was running all day and night they never came. Sometimes it wouldn't flush so we took the top off and wiggled it handled inside the back on the toilet

leak from the ceiling in the bathroom directly above the toilet was very unconfortable. they did change our room the next day late in the afternoon

Parking lot was a little screwed up had to park in the back of the build and walk around at night….but guess that what happens when you come in late.

Staff needs to be more courteous and less rudely.

I liked all the above. The shuttle service to the ball park was a brilliant experience to navigate the area surrounding the ball park

The complimentary breakfast was good and location convenient walk to the ballpark.

My son and I attended the mlb allstar game. The hotel was the perfect location for that. The shuttle helped me tremendously. The staff were all amazing.

Overall...the property was pretty nice with a couple of hiccups. One big one for us was we arrived and wanted to use the hottub and pool and the hottub was around 70 degrees...same temp as the pool. We then figured out that the hottub had been cleaned at 4pm that afternoon. Then in the morning...fire alarms going off...have to walk down 4 flights of stairs at 630 am...just kind of left a bad taste. This was after checking in virtually and still having to wait im line at the front desk because Hilton Rewards app doesnt work well with Expedia I guess?? Just overall an average stay for a hotel that has a very above average price.

2. Enjoyed 9th floor studio room - very quiet. PROS: Bed was comfy, A/C was cool, bathroom spacious, room seemed clean. CONS: Floor a bit sticky, fridge didn't appear working & wasn't cool w/back interior wall "frost", electrical plugs by desk were loose so had to prop our phone charger to get a good connection to charge our phone. 3. My husband loves a good hotel breakfast -- yours was AMAZING with the omelet station and HUGE selection of all the yummy offerings. 4. Proximity to Braves/Truist Park wasn't "walkable" but quit convenient and easy to arrive to/from both.

I now realized we were probably going to have to pay for parking on top of the rental car for some reason. I don’t think I have ever paid for parking at a hotel. There was a scanner for our hotel room key card but that did not work. I told the front desk I had a rental car also and they made no mention of it. Breakfast was good for me - mainly the omelette - my wife thought the eggs were gross, On top of paying for parking I kid you not - on our final night I was so thirsty and needed a water bottle, came all the way down to the lobby and they were sold out of any water bottles at all. Went to bed and woke up even more thirsty - went back down at 7am and still no water of any kind. Had to pay to leave the lot before checking out - Then come back in and take another ticket and pay again when we left to checkout around 10am This process was insane I just refused to let it get to me in the moment. Also if you lose your ticket the cost is $50 so thank god I never lost mine but honestly super goofy with that process and definitely got taken for a ride there. Not to mention I took pictures of the hot tub it was green the night we got there and whole time

Front desk attendant was terrible. The room I reserved was not available and no effort was made to provide a solution. A/C in the room was terrible. Tried contacting the front desk, no one would answer. Would not stay at this property again.

Hotel was amazing. However house keeping personnel need to be reminded check out is 12pm not 11am i had the card hanging on the door but they knocked several almost entering the room i had to yell im not ready.

The lighting in room & bathroom was pretty dark but other than that we had a great stay.

Great place to stay. Very close to ballpark and shuttle that takes you over to the field!

Breakfast ends at 9:00, a little early for a full house, large groups came down at8:30, there was only one grill cook cooking one item at a time, line was 22 people long, when we got to the front of line the cook would only cook one omelet, my wife was with children at the table. Then an employee told everyone the line was cut of behind us and shut overhead door, would not even give us bacon which was already cooked in a large bowl. When we tried to get to the self serve area the employees shut doors and took remaining food away to the back. It was 9:04 not even an orange or toast left out , ended up spending $50 at Chic fil a. Never had that experience at a Hilton property before. Very disappointing. Maybe that just reflects on Atlanta as a whole?

Everything was amazing. The hotel was fantastic.

The staff was friendly and housekeeping was courteous during our multiple day stay. The breakfast buffet was welcomed addition. It’s hard to find hotels with a breakfast option. We especially enjoyed being able to get made to order omelets. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times and the room and public areas are always clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast is very good.

Everything was great for our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The door handles were a little hard to open but it wasn't to bad. There was also some road construction happening that made it hard to drive around the parking lot. The hotel overall was fantastic. I would stay again.

Everyone was great and friendly. Perks were nice. Place was nice and convenient. Our room was in a “hole” in a corner #317, King room. I understand that housekeeping have to do their job to prepare for the day. I did not expect that would start at 6:30 am outside my door with a constant slamming of the Staff Supply room door. Our room was awakened each morning with this at way earlier than we would have ever appreciated. Awful. No sleeping in here. Breakfast is way loud. You hear dishes clanking early too. The combo was too much. Will NOT be back here, and I am a member. Sorry it was this way. Unfortunate.

After visiting the location at Kennesaw Station, this hotel needs a make over. They parking fees are hidden and I just don’t trust this hotel chain anymore. PLUS there was MOLD in the ice machine on the 4th floor. Worst experience through Expedia in 5 years!

Great weekend teip

Room was clean but a bit dated and some minor repairs are needed. Power outlets are very worn and don't securely hold a plug. Inadequate lighting in the main room and bathroom. Breakfast was excellent and staff was friendly.

We were in town for a Braves game and chose to stay here due to the area being close to Truist Park. I enjoyed the complimentary shuttle to and from the game. Also it it close to a few local store for shopping and in walking distance of eateries by the game.

We stay at this property frequently and they are always on point! Friendly and knowledgeable staff, clean rooms, great breakfast buffet and conveniently located near many things (shopping, dining, concerts, etc). Shout out to Cassandra and Anita who made check-in/out super easy. I always recommend this Embassy Suites to anyone visiting this area of Atlanta.

They had a fire issue the night before which delayed an early check in. The attendant told me to give them 30 mins and they checked me in with no issues

Everything was good except the Cleaning crew starting at 6am or before would go in and out of there closet..2nd floor.. and the door would SLAM EVERY TIME. I counted around 15-20 slams before 8 am.... an it continued after I was up.

The stay was very pleasant. The staff was friendly and helpful with a couple of issues with the reservation.

Coffee pot was full of mold our room was next to the staff only room and people starting going in and out 6am letting door slam

Ideal location to attend events at Cobb Performing Arts Centre, friendly & helpful staff, mostly clean & comfortable room (small & dark with no overhead lights, only bedside lamps), bountiful breakfast offerings, okay happy hour.

Miracle was working the front desk when i got there. She was amazing. Great smile great attitude. Amazing to work with. She made the experience great from the first moment i walked in. Everything else followed suit. Free drinks for happy hour and a great breakfast.

Friendly staff

Loved the omelet from the omelet station. The breakfast staff was phenomenal. I wish the check in/front desk staff had been equally wonderful. I found some of them to be less friendly or accomodating. Usually Embassy Suites has a top notch front end staff. I missed that this time. Also, no complimentary afternoon cocktails offered. Check in at 4 pm seems later than others.

Jacuzzi water looked very dirty, I wasn’t able to enjoy it and the pool water was too strong even the kids complaint about how their eyes was irritated by the water and the breakfast layout sucks!

The stay was good. However I was unable to get any type of service at the restaurant due to the long lines for free drinks. I ended up having to leave without eating. There appeared to be only one server.

The hot tub was terrible it was brown water the pool was not clear and to many kids in it there was a show that took place across the street from the hotel and when we returned to the hotel all those people that was seeing the show they used the hotel parking to parked they cars and there’s was not parking for the hotel guests which wasn’t not fair they have to better accommodate for they hotel guest

The entire process wirh check in was unprofessional. Even though i received confirmation, they couldn't find reservation. They found a room, not like the one i requested including the price. Checkout was just as bad. No receipt!

Hotel was extremely loud. Teenagers running and playing on the elevator all night. The next night there was a party downstairs. The music was so loud that it vibrated the room floor. The hotels response was that it wasn't quiet hours so we had to endure the noise. The worst stay that I have had at an Embassy Suites.

Property was very quiet and clean and safe. Look forward to staying again soon.

I love the food there

Nice newer Embassy Suites. Many Dining options within walking distance. Truist Park is a nice 25 minute walk however the hotel does have shuttle service to/from walking bridge on Braves game days. Downside was did not get maid service first night. Had noisy guests above me but can’t fault the staff for that.

Since it is atrium style I was concerned about the noise carrying into the rooms. The insulation must be amazing because I could not hear the bar/social area in my bedroom. Great hotel and lots of selection at breakfast.

Great hotel, will always recommend here when we go to Braves games.

Our room was in at the end of a hall in a "corner" and was not oddly laid out. Lots of empty space which could have been better used. Hardly any surface space (unless you counted the king bed). Sink in bathroom had about 6 inches of counter space on each side, and the right side had the tissue box and soap dish, so no place to put much in the way of toiletries or makeup. Due to how the room was set-up, had to be careful not to run into the TV (which hung from the ceiling). Since we were at the end of the hall, it was quiet and it was a clean room, just difficult to maneuver around and very limited counter space. Also, couldn't get the door to open - took 3 tries upon check-in and 6-7 when we can in for the night. When I told the front desk at check-out, was told some of the door locks/handles were put on wrong and it had to be lifted up instead of pushed down. Think that would be an important thing to know at check in.

This hotel does not honor Hotels.com bookings. We had to beg, plead, fight and make many phone calls to finally be assigned a room for only one night not the 2 I had booked!!!. In total it was a three hour ordeal after driving 7 hours in Atlanta traffic. We didn't get the room requested so we were not as comfortable as we wanted to be. There were no drink vouchers given! We found the room to be noisy from children running around the hotel halls. Also the housekeeping bothered us multiple times despite the Do Not Disturb sign. I have taken my complaints to Hyatt, because this was the worst hotel I have ever booked through Hotels.com.

The staff did respond immediately when I showed her, came back with a fresh dish of french toast but had the same pieces that were in the dish with the hair, on top. You can tell the hotel is dated… there were white spots on the sofa in the room and the condition of the tub was worn looking. The staff were all very nice and helpful.

Very nice! The inside looked like a high end apartment complex, the staff was friendly and the views were great.

The property was nice overall. It could use some updates but it’s nice.

Had a wonderful stay at Embassy. Great staff and hotel was close to so much dining and stores. Very convenient.

First off was not happy about your hidden fees!! The pillows had no support whatsoever, bathroom floor was dirty and what’s up with all the dim lights throughout the whole room and especially in the bathroom!! Oh and this was the worse breakfast I’ve ever had from any hotel!! And all this from the Hilton name!! I’ve stayed in much better hotels for half the cost!! I won’t stay at a Hilton ever again!!

It was not a bad stay. I would stay here again. There was construction underway to update areas which was great. I did not like that the bedding appears to be old and worn and breakfast was not "embassy" level. It was a great spread but did not taste like other Embassy hotels I've visited. Staff are amazing though!!!

My stay was amazing . Everything was nice and clean and everyone was so nice and friendly. I can’t remember the young lady’s name but she actually referred to me by my name and that was definitely a plus!

However I'm highly disappointed with the breakfast time! I assumed it wouldnt be over until around 10 or 11 AM (since I saw nothing in my email about it). When i came downstairs at 855 i asked one of tne workers in the serving area and she rudely said "now!". Then shut the doors whilst i was hastily preparing my plate. I told her i needed to come back and get me a juice and even then she had a nasty attitude about it. My family are still asleep so they didnt even have the opportunity to enjoy the breakfast at all! Ending it at 9AM is WAY too early, and was never adequately communicated!!! And co-workers handling the food were immensely rude! So unfortunately we will not be coming back to this location at all!

The staff members that took care of our convention lunch on the property were great. The check in took 35 minutes. The facility was clean and comfortable.

Surprisingly large room for the price. Was very quiet and had nice amenities.
