    Exhausted after a cancelled flight we were greeted warmly and found an amazing room with thoughtful amenities! Clean, well/maintained and cool. Breakfast was exceptionally good!

    We chose to eat at the restaurant on site. Food was good and service was good. Room was spacious and clean and comfy beds and pillow. Extra blanket was a huge plus for me. And- even being on the top floor, the airport noise was very minimal and did not affect our sleep.

    Mark at the front desk was extremely helpful. Handled my requests with a smile. I also watched handle multiple guests, each time with a smile. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He’s a keeper! Room was lovely. Breakfast was delicious. REAL eggs! Not those fake scrambled ones!

    Room had a strong mildewed carpet odor. Omelet station was closed for the entire stay.dirty sheet on the pull out and were told “you have to come get a clean one” with no apology and a long wait at the desk met with an eye roll. Pool closed.

    I like Embassy Suites omelots and was expecting to enjoy an omelot with my breakfast. Unfortunately, the grill was broken and omelets were unavailable. During my stay, I didn't notice anyone working to resolve the grill issue and no explanation was provided when it will be repaired. Otherwise, breakfast was fine...just no omelet.

    The rooms were spacious and comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day. I also appreciated the breakfast and overall atmosphere of the hotel. The location near the airport was a huge plus, especially with how easy it was to get in and out. Overall, my stay was smooth, relaxing, and enjoyable.     I stayed in Room 106, and I found the conditions to be quite disappointing. The room felt muggy throughout my stay, and the bathroom showed signs of neglect, with rust present at the bottom of the door. Additionally, the shower didn't drain properly, causing water to accumulate during use. Given the price of over $400 for the weekend, I expected much better conditions. I'm not satisfied with my experience.

    The front desk, bar area and restaurant area. Our room is okay how it is setup but if it was cleaned very good I would have said something more and good about it. The dirty room and the refrigerator not working or the AC not working really don’t make our stay a good stay. It wasn’t a good experience. We were also on the 5th floor where they had materials laid out everywhere due to renovation. It was just very messy and dirty. Our room was dirty, hair was everywhere, refrigerator didn’t work or the AC.

    That it was an Embassy Suites. This is the only hotel I stay at. The room was old. Falling apart. Floor near walk in shower needs to be caulked. The wallpaper was coming off in the bathroom, and the railing for the toilet was gross and rusted.

    Conveniently located near ATL airport. Front desk staff was consistently disengaged, unhelpful, and appeared to despise their job. All questions were answered in abrupt yes/no responses with no apparent willingness to assist. Bar staff at happy hour was more friendly but still lacking basic service skills. Room was clean but in disrepair with broken door handles, light switches, etc. We were not advised of major construction/renovation being completed one floor above. Very disappointing experience overall.

    I like the way it looked from the outside the way it presenting itself the access control parking lot several things when you first walked in the first thing you see is the bar wasn’t the most family oriented thing First thing my son said was it smells like weed in here a bunch of people at the bar who just came in from outside we had to pass them. The other thing that bothered me is after hours which we didn’t get in until late after a long drive on the road we didn’t wanna leave the hotel so we opted to get dinner at the hotel, but the host was the bartender and he was the only one there for all the patrons for the dinner and the drinks. We had very poor service from him. We ended up not even getting dinner which we all suffered because we were starving and hadn’t 7 o’clock wake up for a tournament at eight. didn’t find out till the morning because nobody responded to my text messages that our room had no AC. It was 75 in our room but the AC was set to 68. The text message from our host at the desk, never responded to anything after he sent the initial text if we needed anything to text him.

    The stay was just not as expecting. Traveling with children, we were looking for somewhere with an indoor pool. No one even got in the pool as it was 69• in the pool room, and the water felt like an ice bucket challenge. Our room had temp set to 73•, it stayed anywhere from 82-86. No air was coming from vents. So sleeping was rough, we had to keep our door open or stay on the balcony/downstairs to be comfortable. The facility itself was nice though.

    Clean room. Pull out bed not as comfortable as the King Bed, which was great!. Black out curtains worked well. Fairly quiet at night. Pool was chilly but I liked it. Breakfast was full of great options including strong coffee (optional) and made to order omelets and pork and turkey sausage & fresh fruit. Appreciated the ceramic plates & mugs and metal utensils. A lil bit o class!

    Out of happy hour beers. Slow service at bar/restaurant. Pizza was $15 and was clearly a frozen red baron style pizza. Carpet and furniture in hotel room was torn and very dated. People above us were very noisy all night. We called front desk to file a complaint. Not sure if anything was done about it or not. Will not stay at this location again.

    The air went out so it was very hot in my room. My fridge wasn't working so my drinks didn't get cold. The gift shop was not stocked up and there wasn't really anything in there. I would not stay there again.

I have a tight schedule that morning, so I can only hang around so long. Even close to 7:00 still no food to be had, so I had to go off to my meeting without breakfast. The snacks for the evening reception came out an hour after the posted time, lots of leaves in the hallway blown in by the wind, bits and pieces of the interior falling apart, etc. etc. etc.

    One room, 240, had bed bugs. My daughter got bitten all over. My supposedly ADA room 249 was awful in terms of accessibility, breakfast was inedible. We couldn’t check out and get bill before our car for the airport arrived. On the whole, dreadful! And we paid A LOT! 2 rooms were bad in different ways—one with bedbugs, other awful for mobility.

    Check in was slow - line of people formed at well before 16:00 with rooms being allocated at the rate of about 1 every 10 minutes. Multiple pictures that I took show: a three inch cut on the vinyl headboard, damaged wallpaper next to the desk, a toilet paper holder that's detaching from the wall by a half inch, tub/wall seal that is damaged and discolored, rusty door stop on the bathroom door, shower head that's discolored by some residue, damaged bathroom mirror and tissue holder, couch with damaged cushion, bathroom sink that is clogged and a faucet that's not square to the sink. In addition, at breakfast, the cereal station was torn down at 8:45, there was no yogurt available at 8:45, the cutlery station for knives, forks, and spoons was empty except for forks, the selection of milk consisted of only two small bottles of skim milk, the line to get freshly made eggs/omelets was 8 people deep, there were no plates available to serve yourself from the station of scrambled eggs, sausage, etc. From a security standpoint - the liquor cabinets behind the bar are unsecured. All were easily opened after hours.

    The room thermostat did not work would not go past 70. The toilet in the bathroom would not stop running the telephone in the room did not have a plug in it so you could call downstairs. The plug was broken and the toilet would not stop running and the sink and the bathroom also, everything else about the hotel was just wonderful. The receptionist very nice welcoming you in but due to the weather, we had to leave the very next day.

    When I arrived in my room, the bottom drawers from the dresser in the living area and the bedroom were out and just lying on the floor. The couch in the living area was in the middle of the floor. It looked like the house keeper had vacuumed behind the couch but forgot to push it back against the wall. My room did not have an ironing board in there. I called the front desk on Saturday morning and asked for an ironing board, I didn’t receive the ironing board until 3-4 hours later.

    The staff lacked professionalism. We weren't allowed to check into our rooms until after 5PM. There was no clear communication provided as to why "just have a sit and we will let you know when your room is ready". There was a 2-hour happy included from 5PM-7PM with the stay in which was not adjusted despite the fact that we were not allowed to into our rooms until after then. This establishment came highly recommend. I am highly disappointment.

This was before she bothered to ask my name or check my reservation. A simple hello or welcome would have been nice. The duvet covers look like they hadnt been washed in years and even had ketchup packet piece stuck to one of them. The bar tender was super rude when asked if they had a restaurant. She made sure i knew there were only 2 bartenders and that i could only order food at the bar and that id need to go elsewhere to wait for it. Again. No hello or how can i help you. We were made to feel like an inconvenience the entire stay. The woman doing breakfast was amazing. I think her name was beatrice maybe? She was super sweet and kind unlike everyone else we interacted with. To top it off you had to pay to park even though they have their own parking lot which seemed ridiculous. The free happy hour was a total joke. The beer was warm and the mixed drinks were nothing but sour mix. The snacks they provide consisted of old dried out vegetables, stale chips and a dip that was essentially just sour cream. I expected better from a Hilton. Disappointing. We couldn't wait to leave.

    Mixed feelings about this place. Room was decent, but of course the blinds never closed all the way. Asked the front desk clerk for a wake up call. He set it and no wake up call. Luckily I didn't sleep that well and was awake but still... Skipped breakfast as I had to get to the airport. Never saw one employee in the restaurant. Couldn't even tell if it was open. Ate with the extremely overwhelmed bartender and had a pizza. Mediocre at best. Would I stay again? Probably not

    Kia at the lobby bar was excellent. we certainly enjoyed her energy and wit. Unfortunately the shuttle was broken (dont know if this is an ongoing issue), but we had to pay out of pocket to get an Uber back to the Airport. Would definitely recommend.

    Carpet in my room was gross and felt gross on my bare feet. The carpet was wrinkled and warped. The only service I have a complaint about was the bartender. When I went to order food at the bar, she wasn't friensly at all. I asked for ranch with my food and she said they only have blue cheese so I said no thank you. She brought out blue cheese anyways. Also the whole time I was waiting for my food, NOT once did she ask me if I needed a drink. So I literally sat there for 15 minutes waiting for my food while she did other things and helped other guests. It was very rude.

    The next morning, Christmas Eve, I showered after breakfast to find that the shower curtain's bottom had mold. Very many molds on it. Not just a spot or two, but several molds. Another issue, the water was to be off from 11:00 am-4:00 pm. There was no housekeeping during that time. I had to get towels for the evening, which was not a big deal. I told them about the shower curtain. I was told that there is no one to change it due to no housekeeping. On Christmas Day, the food was very basic. The grits were undercooked. The tea station was not replenished. Housekeeping was off; therefore, that shower curtain had not been changed and was not going to be changed that day. The bartender was great. None of the ice machines had ice in them, and I had to get the bartender to get me some ice for my room. The day after Christmas, of course, this is the 3rd time using the shower with a moldy shower curtain. The mold had grown by then. The omette bar was closed, food was subpar the the hotel brand. Later, housekeeping changed the shower curtain; however, they did not remove the dishes in the room.

    Hotel lobby was nice but we stayed for four days not one housekeep came to clean our bedroom. Kept asking when it was going to get done, would leave for the day and still come back to dirty room.. had to chase them down for toilet paper and clean linen. One house keep didnt even speak english to even understand what i was asking. Also went to purchased snacks from store and front desk clerked claimed we couldnt use different form of payment for items we had to use credit card that on file….then i asked the a different attendant the next morning and she said we could’ve. Also claimed i couldn’t get copy of my receipt for items that were purchased. Highly disappointed

    My family and I have stayed at several Embassy Suites locations over the years, and while this particular branch was not one of our favorite places overall, what truly made a difference was the staff—especially the women and men who worked during the breakfast hours.     I was very disappointed with the upkeep of the facility. It's time for some upgrades. The carpet in my room was beyond dirty. The mirrow in the batroom was peeling up at the edges. The base boards needed repair as well. The check in was very slow because there was only 1 person at the desk. However, i enjoyed the breakfast very much.

    The beds were very small and uncomfortable. The room was not clean as rice was on the floor from previous guests. Breakfast was messy. There was a small selection for breakfast. They are out of forks and knives and seemed to have a problem with who should replace it. They were short of staff and ended up arguing with each other over responsibilities. The hotel is pretty and conveniently located near the airport but needs proper management.

    Our stay has been pretty stressful. We had to switch room when we arrive because room 520 smelled like cigarettes. We were moved to 510 and we didn't find out until after swimming that the bathtub was backed up. We had to wait on the maintenance service to come and finish fixing the issue. My whole family had to wait wet and cold to take our showers. We have always been Embassy fans. But this visit made us realize we may have to take our business elsewhere.

    Check in was quick and easy. Room items were a bit dingy and outdated, but the bed was comfortable and sheets were good. I made great use of the desk in the room and gym equipment in the fotness center. Breakfast items were a bit cold, may need new warmers and some staff members were a bit dismissive and rude. But for the most part I enjoyed my stay and i loved the airport shuttle option. Would recommend for the convience and safety

    Upon arrival, we waited more than 20 mins to check and there were no luggage carts. The staff did not offer to find one for us and both of us had to take 4 trips in and out to unload the car after a grueling road trip. The staff has no information about the surrounding area or even if the hotel shuttle will take us to the airport to catch the train - and seriously, they don't put any effort to provide customer service - with the exception of Bernice in the morning. We have a dog and were put in a terrible room next to the elevator so every person on the floor walks past the door making the dog agitated; and literally above the bar where there are drunk people shouting and keeping us up every night and waking us up early in the morning. I don't think the room was cleaned before we got here - I have pics. The carpet seemed unvacuumed. There is a broken lightbulb with pieces of glass on the night table. When I went to clean it up, I found someone's long fake fingernail. Most alarming was finding a pill on the floor that ended up being a dangerous controlled drug. Had my dog found and eaten it, she would have been killed. And when we really needed it yesterday, there was no housekeeping. And again today, no housekeeping. Weve been cleaning our room with very limited supplies. All in all, not the quality we expected and not a very relaxing stay. Staff makes no effort to be cordial - they even laugh and giggle at guests behind their backs. Happened to us twice.

    Desk staff was barely courteous at check in, bar was “out of all whiskey and bourbon except house,” the room room was mostly clean but see pictures. Pros- breakfast and staff were great. Plenty of bell carts available. Check out smooth and quick except that he allowed me to turn in key… even though I needed it to get the car out of the lot. I had to come back in and get another key then go back to car.

    The first room we were assigned to absolutely reeked of marijuana, so we asked for a different room. The second room the key wouldn’t open the door. Go back to the desk and get the key reset and go back to the room number and open the door to find that room was already occupied. The third attempt we got a room that doesn’t stink and isn’t occupied. Although the black light showed scary things!

    We waited in line for over an hour to check into our room. We specifically selected this hotel because they provided pure allergy friendly room. Weren’t we finally checked no one knew what we were talking about even though there was a sign. Very unprofessional staff. They had no idea what rooms were available.     -the airport shuttle was over 45 minutes late, we sat outside in the hot humidity for even longer than that waiting. Other local hotel shuttle drivers offered to take us after seeing us still waiting after 3 of their own round trips, it was embarrassing. -multiple pieces of furniture in our room were missing handles, the overall appearance of the room is dingy and dated. Dents, scratches, scuffs, tears everywhere. Other parts of the property are also in need of maintenance or updates. -the mattress and bedding is nowhere near comfortable -the bath towels are so rough and scratchy -the breakfast spread was disappointing: no fresh fruit, the sides did not taste fresh, the omelette chef was not friendly & did not make the high quality omelette I've come to expect from my stays at Embassy Suites -they never made up our room even when we asked -we never got our drink tickets for the managers reception -the reception was a meager selection of stale snack options. The pretzels tasted like they've been put out 5 nights in a row. We could have stayed at a different hotel chain that cost much less, but didn't offer the amenities that Embassy Suites has. I wanted to splurge on a higher quality stay. But apparently, other chains have a much better overall quality than here...or this location to be exact.

    The room’s carpet was dirty, like it hasn’t been shampooed in years. There was some sticky stuff on the carpet. The gym had a piece of metal broker that could cut you. I never got the requested towels. 5 people were staying in the room. They would only bring 3 sets at a time. I walked down to the front desk at 10 AM in the morning requested towels to shower and by 12:30. I still hadn’t had any towels. I had to find a housekeeper that was cleaning another room and asked for a towel so that I can shower and get on with my day I was there for a wedding. The common areas of the hotel were clean. The morning kitchen staff one woman was really rude. Bernice was the sweetest and Monique. Jordan the front desk was also really pleasant and listened to my concerns.

    Do not stay here! We had our room changed three times due to no air. And the third room still had no air. The hotel staff was very rude. Its no way you should be working the front desk with a distasteful attitude. There were NO MANAGERS on duty. We were told they won't be there until Monday morning. From the front desk to the bar tender all were rude! Four people traveling with us had their belongings stolen!!!!! Police were called and the hotel staff still had horrible attitudes. Again no manager on duty. Do not stay here! Oh and no over night maintenance.

    This property was nice! Even as big hotel, it was very quiet. Close to shops and restaurants. We had an ongoing issue with the air conditioning system not functioning properly in our room and the hotels lack of response to our constant requests for someone to come fix. We were told the maintenance personnel was “on break” after 24 hours of waiting for someone to come to our room who never showed. They finally changed our rooms the last night of our stay, which was a complete hassle, having to pack up everything with a child and move to another room and no compensation was given for the inconvenience. One of the front staff personnel was very nasty and short tempered with our party as well as another party that was inside of the hotel checking in at the same time front desk customer service definitely needs a lot of work and training. I was told our complaint would be taken to the manager regarding some type of compensation for the inconvenience of having to stay in a hot room, but I have yet to hear from the hotel or any management. The lack of follow up to our issue and disregard would be the only reason I would not stay at this hotel again.

    I didn't appreciate the check out, the person was not at the front desk and I waited at 5 minutes(recorded) for her to come from wherever she was. This is same person that a little nasty when I needed to get my room key fixed because it was working, when I provided her with my ID she asked did I had a vehicle I said no, she continued you not parking I said no, had she paid attention to my ID she would've noticed that it was a non-driver's ID as I walked away she wanted to be sarcastic and I just didn't have the time for her, so I walked away

    They did not have my room ready until 7:15 pm!! i had booked this months in advance. I had to be at a conference so I had no where to change. The staff that night was so rude and said “i guess you could find somewhere else to stay if you need the room right now” which is ridiculous in Atlanta because rooms were expensive and full other places. The morning staff was nicer and refunded my parking fee for the issue (parking lot IS NOT SECURE FROM WALKERS and right on the road if someone wanted to walk up and steal something). The room had door frames at the bottom rotting and flaking off rust every time the door closed. All around a frustrating experience.

    The place is clean but poorly maintained. The waiter sink was not draining, there were damage things like a missing doorknob and I paid extra to be check in early in a room that later on when I connected my charger a little current issue happened and smoke happened. That had us moving at 2 am and got me scared all night, can’t charge phone, can’t sleep.

    This Embassy property is conveniently located 5 minutes from the ATL airport if you are looking for a hotel with that amenity. However, that was the only amenity that my husband and I appreciated. This Embassy is quite old with dated faucets, and rusted bathtubs. I believe the cleaning crew did their best to freshen up the room, but it doesn’t work if furniture and facilities are rusted and broken. For example, the microwave didn’t have a plate holder for food? For future stays in GA, this hotel will not be considered.

    Perfect place to stay near the Airport. The outdoor decor will fool you as the furniture inside, bathroom TV’s and Channels are outdated. Imagine rust in the bathroom and face bowl in the bathroom. No Premium Channel (HBO, Showtme Starz) and no Live Streaming on the TV’s. If you only plan to sleep and awaken to a great free Breakfast, this place is for you.

    The shuttle was supposed to run every 30 minutes but were waiting for over an hour at the airport. Finally Arrived at 4pm. Check in began at 3. Room was not ready until 5:30pm. Then after a long flight, transportation to the hotel and waiting in the lobby for almost 2 hours I just wanted to shower. There were NO TOWELS in the room. That took another hour to receive SOME towels not all. The bartender was very rude and moved at a snails pace. Took several bathroom breaks leaving guests waiting until it was time to close the bar. While not every stay at this hotel again. Don’t waste your money. Go somewhere else. Literally anywhere but here.

    Not what I expected from Embassy Suites. Property was dated and warn looking. Accessible room barely met standards for accessibility and placed far away from elevator’s making it difficult to access. Staff directed me to a parking and an entry door claiming closer access to my room that was actually farther from my room. Property was dark.

    My husband and I stayed at the hotel for two nights. From the moment we arrived at the hotel at 1:30 a.m., the front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. At breakfast in the morning, the entire staff was very friendly, including the kitchen staff who prepared a delicious omelet. The room was clean and spacious.

    The room that we checked into, the refrigerator was not working and the air wasn't either. So we ended up having to change room after coming back later in the evening from visiting family. After that our stay was up to the good quality we're used to getting staying at an Embassy suites. The breakfast was really good every day!!

    Found myself with an unplanned overnight stay in Atlanta after flight cancellations, and was able to book a room at this Embassy Suites. It was a short stay, but was very clean and comfortable, and I would book there again for a longer stay.

    Overall good, I would stay again, the only thing I would suggest is to change the “mattress” on the sofa bad, or provide a memory foam pad or so. Couch also was outdated, maybe comfy pillows for the couch. Besides that no complaint about anything else, the kiddos and myself enjoyed it.

    The hotel is close to lots of dining and the freeway. The free breakfast is pretty good. What I didn’t like was the customer service was bad. The women at the front desk was rude. We stayed there for 4 nights. They never cleaned our room, even though we requested for it to be cleaned. They would just take the towels and leave us with one towel for a family of four. When I would go and ask for more towels the women would give me attitude. Our toilet kept running and was leaking water. I just expected better service and a nicer room from the Hilton brand.

    Check in was at 3pm we got to the hotel around 5pm I had booked a double room because when I booked I was not sure if my husband would be coming or not. There were no double rooms available at check in so we could either wait or get a room with a king bed. I got the room with the king because I just wanted a place to chill. Both sets of curtains had weird white stains on them and something in the bathroom smelled like cat pee. The cable where the couch was didn't work and the batteries were taped into the remote. Also one of curtain pulls was missing. The breakfast which is the only reason I stayed there was lackluster at best. I am glad it was it just me and my kid because I was bringing my husband to talk him into a staycation at our local Embassy Suites and he would have been disappointed.

    The bathroom was dirty with hair in the shower and on the ceiling. The shower has broken parts and very poor patch work on damaged area. The carpet, blanket and curtains was stained. Carpet was not vacuumed. The front desk was rude and inattentive.

    We arrived around 7PM and I was asked to wait to see if they had any rooms available. I made the reservation earlier in the day. Upon entering the room they had an air purifier which we soon found out the reason. My daughter took a bath and 15 minutes later the carpet started to feel wet. It began making its way across the room. We called the front desk and they sent maintenance. He said that they would see if they could move us rooms, but we never heard back. I called back to the front desk and was told that they could move us but at this time it was almost 11PM so we didn’t want to wake our girls. I understand things happen but this seems to be an issue that has happened before due to the air purifier being right by the spot that flooded. The other issue is that the air was absolutely horrible. We were up all night due to the fact that the room was hot and we couldn’t get it to cool. I know it’s the dead of summer but keeping things cool is key.

    My room was on the 4th floor. The bathroom was infested with baby roaches and the room smelt of mold. There were chip crombs on the floor when we walked in and the carpet was very worn and torn in some areas. Not the quality I would expect for a Hilton property.

    The room air wasn't working properly, the shower, was holding standing water in it, phone in room wasn't working, so couldnt call the front desk. Bartender was very rude, and dry with me. It was my birthday, and i didnt enjoy my day due to theses problems, so i wont be coming back to this location, unless i get better treatment or a better room.

    The staff was nice, Maria, the bartender was amazing and personable. The food was great and seasoned, I’ve had the fried red snapper and the Cajun seafood pasta! I enjoyed The complimentary drinks and snacks provided in the evening. The work out area could use some new equipment, but it was clean. I enjoy the free breakfast, the man that makes the omelettes makes them exactly how you want them! The free breakfast is great as well. 9/10 hotel.

    The bartenders were rude and unprepared to serve guests in the lobby bar. Guests were incredibly loud in the bar area until 12:30am. The room air conditioning quit working so we had to switch rooms. In the new room, it would not cool past 72 degrees and upwards of 73 after showering. It was an awful experience.
