Drury Inn & Suites Atlanta Airport

We were looking for a hotel convenient to Atlanta to visit the aquarium-with pool and breakfast-this worked well. The price was very reasonable and our stay was comfortable.

I was surprised that there was no blackout curtains. The elevator by the pool is very run down and the buttons didn't always work. Besides those things, it was a nice stay.

The front desk staff was amazing, they were very friendly, honest, trusting and they made the visit great. The "5:30 Kick Off" and the breakfast adds a tremendous amount of value to the stay. The shuttle was behind but the driver didn't waste any time trying to make sure we made it to our flight after picking us up. Our experience was overall great and has lead to us having an interest in booking this brand on future trips.

Upon arrival the room was clean and smelled good . Even though it’s a pet friendly hotel it didn’t smell like pets , which was a plus . The staff was pleasant and they helped with whatever needs I have. I’m not a morning person but my kids enjoyed breakfast . My favorite part was like 5:30 kickback . Not having to worry about dinner when you have multiple kids is always a plus . Thank you for hosting my family and making our staycation a memorable one .

We really enjoyed our stay Shareeka and Latisha at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Chad was very nice. Anthony was very nice. Everyone was so professional. The food and drinks were excellent. The kids enjoyed the pool it was a rainy weekend so the indoor pool was very nice.

Loved the inside/outside rooftop bar & grille overlooking the river's rapids. Beautiful pool too. The best place in town!

It was an overnight stay, so still we had the best experience ever had, having dinner snack and breakfast included. To be honest we skipped both due to our bad timing, but having that option for a long travellers was a deal breaker for us here. One and only slow communication with the hotter through the booking chat. Sent them a message around 7am asking for the pickup spot of shuttle, the response was received around 11pm the same day, and looked like artificial copy and paste of some information. Had to figure out the navigation myself.

Food was nearly always cold and hotdogs were burnt

Our room was clean. I was not impressed with the cleanliness of where they serve food. When we went down for dinner the first night I didn’t notice anything too much because it was dark. However, when we went down for breakfast, it was far more noticeable, there were crumbs all over the floor along the baseboards. There was spills all over the cabinet or around the buffet that hadn’t been cleaned. The popcorn machine had crumbs all underneath of it, and that buffet was also disgusting. We elected not to eat there anymore. If the basics of around the buffet couldn’t be maintained, I didn’t have any faith that anything else could be where I couldn’t see it.

Or what cause the most outstanding part of the experience at the brewery is the service from the moment you walk in the door you agreed warmly you are processed quickly. You are made to feel extremely valued and welcomed. It is clean and biting there’s popcorn that you can smell in the background that’s complementary. It is just the only place we will stay at when we travel to Atlanta to the airport. it is wonderful. We can also park our car there while we’re gone, which is a godsend to us, especially with all the recent break hands and robberies at the international parking ATL

LaTisha was very cordial and so very helpful. She is a great asset to this hotel. I will definitely return. Free buffet style dinner and breakfast. Miquel in the dining area was great as well. He was so engaging and warm. I can't wait to come back! The plus side was the shuttle service to the airport! Loved absolutely everything!

We have found Drury hotels to be very consistent and reliable.

Stay was fine. A little noisy because of the airport across the street but didn’t bother us. There was a giant smudge of something red across our bathroom door, dust on everything, hair stuck in the sheets so that could’ve been cleaner. Our shower curtain didn’t have a plastic liner so everything got soaked when we showered. Pool area was ok, never crowded. There was a decent gym but we didn’t use it. Breakfast was good enough and then 5:30 kick back was a nice option. We only attended once. My biggest complaint was that the first night we stayed, cars in the parking lot were broken into. Thankfully not ours and they brought in security to keep an eye on the parking lot at least the next night. All in all I would try other locations.

We love the Drury - the staff have a fun and friendly vibe, and I love the way the customers actually gather for happy hour. The renovations have been great, and our room was very spacious and the bed was great. I had a little problem with the coffee maker and the manager was really responsive. :)

We didn’t use the gym - I saw a few pieces of cardio equipment. The pool area was very clean. They supplied towels. We also enjoyed the Jacuzzi.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. We really like the property and amenities. The manager’s reception was great! We are totally a fan. We normally book at Embassy Suites which offer similar amenities but we will consider this property the next time we need accommodations.

The room was amazing. The only issue that i have is, you all need to update your televisions. Smart Tvs are so important for entertainment. We wanted to hook our netflix up but couldn't due to the tvs being older.

Good place to stay near the airport. Great value considering there is an early evening reception with free food & drink including alcohol. Also included is a complimentary breakfast. Room was very comfortable. Although I didn't have a change to eat there, there is a steak restaurant right across the parking lot.

The staff were vey nice. I so appreciated that after a very long flight we were able to get a bite to eat and a drink to wine down. We did not have to drive somewhere to get a meal. Breakfast was also really good. There was also options I was able to choose as a vegan. We were able to get on the road immediately. Thanks for a great overnight experience!

The room was spacious and comfortable, which was great. The bedding wasn't perfectly clean, but overall, it was a pleasant stay. The breakfast was also good, with a variety of hot food options.

After receiving a confirmation# through Expedia, searching for the proper airport exit, finding the appropriate zone for hotel shuttles, and finding the correct Drury Inn & Suites Atlanta Airport shuttle . . . there WERE NO ROOMS AVAILABLE when we arrived at the Drury. Ultimately, the front desk DID find us a room at a sister site in MORROW, Ga. I'd rate it Excellent in all categories.

Drury inn Atlanta Airport will always be my favorite hotel to visit. The staff service is beyond amazing and they are always so friendly and accommodating to me when I need assistance or have a issue with something. Cassandra had helped me with an issue I had with my room and was more than willing to make sure my stay there would be comfortable and I appreciate her so much for helping me with that. Keep up the amazing work Drury inn staff you are all amazing people with great service.

Room was clean and staff were lovely. We were shocked at the free happy hour and thought it was a great value. The only negatives were that the rooms felt a little outdated and weren't soundproofed very well. Overall, we would gladly stay again thanks to the value and staff.

Nice room, courteous staff, good food options. The only thing we didn’t like was the tv in room, it was not a smart tv so there were no options to watch our shows and no option to even purchase a movie. There was only live tv.

The food was good, especially breakfast. I like that the Drury has cranberry splash juice as a breakfast option, along with other drinks. The room was nice as well as the staff. Definitely will be returning.

The hotel was nice and on par with the reviews/ratings. The swimming pool/area was larger and nicer to similar quality hotels. But the big reason for the high rating was the level of service provided by the staff. I’ve never stayed at a Drury before so possibly the service is normal for this brand, but the staff were all so friendly and helpful. Their service was genuine and stood out compared to my experience at most hotels. The breakfast buffet is better than most as well.

We had a lovely time staying here as a reasonably-priced base from which to see the sights in Atlanta! The room was clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable. The evening snack and breakfast were ample and tasty. And the staff were friendly and helpful.

This hotel was a welcome respite for us. We had travelled from Rome back to the US and landed at midnight. The shuttle came for us right away. The front desk person was polite and courteous and got us checked in right away. The room was very clean, and the beds really comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was good. Again, the shuttle was on time and took us back to the airport. I would recommend this hotel if you need a room near the Atlanta airport.

Pleasantly surprised, first time at Drury properties. I took a chance with the reviews from Expedia. They were right, it was a good choice for the ATL area. I will absolutely stay there again. The price was almost economy, but the property was almost PREMIUM!

This hotel has been very recently renovated; it is spectacularly clean, and really quite beautiful. The staff are all Southerners, so, of course, they are polite, friendly, and helpful. The indoor-outdoor pool was adequately heated, and I enjoyed my swim. Only one portion of the outdoor section could be considered deep, but the shallow parts were still 3 feet deep, and therefore usable. The free drinks and food at the nightly reception were appreciated — although I prefer to stay at hotels that have a real restaurant, and a real bar, so that I can get what I need if I’m not there early enough to take advantage of the freebies. That said, there are lots of food and bev options within a (fairly safe) five to ten minute walk. The free breakfast was adequate, and helpful. Checkout was painless. I was late for the shuttle, but it was even later than I was, so it worked out fine. It takes less than 10 minutes to get to the airport on the shuttle. I was impressed with this hotel, its facilities, and its staff. I will probably stay here again; and I will also be looking for other Drury branded properties on my future travels.

Hotel was wonderful and the staff was amazing. The only suggestion I would make is better security in the parking lot. My car and several others woke up to broken car windows. Hotel refunded our room charge and cleaned up all the glass in my car.

We had just gotten off the road from the most horrific Atlanta traffic and already knew that we would take advantage of the hotel and all it offers (instead of going anywhere), which is a couple of beverages and good food. This is the one hotel chain that we always know we’re going to hunker down and just enjoy the hotel. I would definitely recommend this particular hotel, especially because of the proximity to the airport, it was very easy to get to the terminal in the morning.

The room was really clean and the beds were all comfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I didn’t use the hot tub but several other guests I was with did and had nothing negative to say about it. They said it was really hot. The pool was reasonably clean considering it was an outdoor/indoor pool I was impressed that it didn’t have bugs or leaves in it.

We were surprised to have a full supper and drinks provided as part of our stay. It was excellent. The breakfast was also very good. The stuff was friendly and accommodating. My only complaint was that the beds are not that comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!

We loved this Drury! The staff was amazing. We weren't aware they providing diner and adults got complementary beverages, that was a nice little bonus. We have picky eaters and the kids loved the dinner for the night (chicken alfredo). We will definitely be staying at more Drury- their hospitality was top notch!

This was my second stay here after I was pleasantly surprised the first time. The hotel is cleaner than I expected and conveniently close to the airport.

Staff is friendly and professional. Hotel and room appears recently updated and very clean. Hotel is next to airport but do not hear any plane noise. In addition to breakfast, free drinks and evening food was excellent bonus. Will definitely return when in the area.

Stay was good, but the second night we came back from being gone all day, and room smelled like weed. They changed our room to only come to blood on a blanket for the sofa bed. Not the greatest stay for us.

The staff was so sweet and accommodating!! The room was clean and the bedsheets were so soft! The beds are comfortable and the pillows are amazing! The shower was clean and all toiletries were stocked and of good quality too!

Typical airport hotel, one plus is that it is within walking distance to the Delta museum of flight.

Check in was very efficient. Shuttle from airport was timely and easy. It was late, they went into the kitchen and made us a plate of hot food. They were so caring and kind.

The Drury Inn and Suites in Atlanta, Georgia was amazing. Updated and super clean rooms, delicious dinner and breakfast (with real eggs). But the best part of the Drury Inn was the people who work there. From Nicole, the manager, down to the people who prepared the meals, everyone was super friendly and went out of their way to make sure you felt comfortable.

We were looking for an affordable place to stay when our overnight flight was canceled, and Drury Hotel seemed, based on reviews, to be the best option. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and they offered a generous breakfast buffet with some healthy options (oatmeal, hard-boiled eggs, etc.) Atlanta is a driving city, but there are two good restaurant options within walking distance: Chilos Taqueria and Your Pie Pizza. Would we stay here if we were going on vacation? No, but it was perfect for what we needed.

I really loved the front desk ladies for the morning and evening check in shifts, i didn’t get a chance to meet the late night worker. They were so nice and helpful, breakfast was great and dinner was great, and convenient bc we didn’t have to leave the hotel and you get three free alcoholic drinks if you are 21+. I loved parking bc it was an enclosed space and you can only get in if you have your room card key. The hot tub probably needs a cleaning but other than that it was amazing ! I’d recommend this hotel if you want somewhere safe convenient and comfortable to stay. They also had washer and dryer and gym ! Can’t wait to stay here again. This is definitely gonna be my go to spot.

Bathroom was clean but we had to ask for new bedsheets for one of the beds because it had stains on it. Carpets were tired and had stains on them. Room size was good for 4 people but the bathroom had an unlockable sliding door which is not very convenient if you have young kids who may decide to just wonder into the bathroom while you are getting dressed.

It was a last minute stay due to a missed flight and the place was packed even at midnight. But the front desk person was super friendly and helpful. The room was good sized and comfortable. Large bathroom as well.

I was charged the wrong amount. The front desk was completely overwhelmed. The desk clerk started off by telling the line of people that if they booked with third party sites their reservation likely wouldn’t be honored. There was weather in Atlanta and they didn’t have enough rooms. The airport shuttle wasn’t running on time and the staff was generally rude. The room was very clean but the A/C was turned off in July in Atlanta. It took 90 minutes to cool down and I was only in the room for 5 hours to try to sleep. Bad circumstances led to a bad stay.

Soft bed, quiet room, clean and comfortable. Breakfast had boiled eggs, waffle machine, & prepared oatmeal on addition to the usual sausage/scrambled egg/yogurt/pastry fare.

My grandbabies wanted to go to jewelry Inn for their birthday. That’s what we did. Had a great time! The price was different than what I paid online but the extra $20, I’m not going to worry about.

The hotel had been quite oversold, but they held our reservation and made the check in quick and easy, even at 3:30 AM. Rooms have lots of charging outlets, which is much appreciated. The free breakfast was well above average, with an attentive staff, clean and constantly refreshed supplies, and management on hand ensuring everyone was happy with all aspects of the hotel

We told the lady at the front desk who told us to press harder in which we explained we pressed as hard as we could without breaking it. Her response was “I’m sorry I don’t know what to tell you”. Sweet customer service, right? After about 30 minutes from arrival, we made it to our rooms only to find them outdated, muggy, and run down. One room had a very loud AC unit that couldn’t cool down the room. One room had a very large gap in the door and the “privacy lock” did not work making the room feel unsafe and feeling exposed. However, outside of the rooms (lobby area, pool, dining area, even hallways, etc) were NIGHT and DAY. The hotel clearly prefers to put money into the looks/design of the hotel versus their actual rooms and safety measures. DO NOT STAY HERE; I booked based off the overall reviews and they were not accurate whatsoever. Best thing about this hotel was their pool area!

Enjoyed our stay. Breakfast, evening reception and drinks were all great. The only thing that was a negative was the loudness of the elevator. We were on the second floor, closest room to the elevator. Seems to need maintenance to minimize the loudness and grinding noise. Other than that, everything was great.
