The staff was was friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel was very clean and well maintained.

Took a long time check in since there was issues with their internet. Staff was nice. I was disappointed that we had a room on the ground floor. I had a view of a courtyard with tables right outside my window. Literally right outside my window. If I had a sliding glass door I could of at least used the patio! Had to keep my curtains closed the whole time. Not happy. And the refrigerator was a waste of space. I had to turn my food container on it's side to make it fit.

Outside of them not Having enough wash clothes, our stay was outstanding! Clean, friendly staff, Starbucks downstairs , bar and pool, smell good walking through lobby!

Front desk staff unprofessional and unwilling to accommodate simple request to avoid having to change rooms for a 2 night stay. Ultimately paid for upgrade and opted not to upgrade after seeing the room and staff refused to refund the upgrade charge. Won’t be back!

There should be better notation of the rooms with balconies. The TV cut on and off and changed channels on its own, without prompt, at random times of the day and night. The shower has a partial glass door.

Did not eat at the facility. Two of the five nights were horrible. The A/C was broken in one room and the water was broken in the other room. I spoke with the manager regarding reimbursement and he offered points. That was unacceptable. I requested a reimbursement and that was not done even though he agreed to that. I feed that the facility was a horrible experience.

Billed my credit card after I left for over $1800. Managers were non-responsive. Moved my room with no notice. Hotel staff canceled my reservation while I was there so I had to make a new one. Staff stole my personal toiletries. Could not get any compensation. Billed my credit card everyday for 3 weeks after trip. No callback from management. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Had to call customer seeking 25x.

The hotel is super nice, I love my room and the location is perfect. Definitely enjoyed the stay. One comment is the parking lot is small and gets full at night during my weekend experience. Could be challenging parking late at night.

We had a nice balcony, the location is perfect! Large room with high ceilings. The floors were stained with yellow. The balcony door and adjoining room doors didn't lock, which they couldn't fix so we had to rig them to keep them shut, not the safest feeling. The room was facing a road, which was a little loud, but okay. The pool is mostly clean but needs a lot of repairs around the tiling. Breakfast is not included and was pretty pricey for a very small selection. We have stayed 2 years in a row but will likely stay at another nearby hotel next year. The location is in a beautiful area! The TV remote didnt work half the time and the TV was hung crooked.

This is my fav staycation hotel. When I want to get away, relax, take a swim indoors, chill out with friends and family on the patio or the lobby, this is my absolute first choice. Biggest issues - when I entered my room, the liquid soap dispenser was on the shower floor with a large exposed nail. We stayed here for the Conan Gray concert and the location is perfect. The cutest shops and restaurants and still close enough to have lunch downtown. We will be staying here again!

The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. The room and common areas were clean and comfortable, clean, and very modern. The mattress, pillows, sheets... super comfortable. I slept very well. My only concern was the low water pressure in the shower

It was good stay. The hotel is very modern, especially for a Courtyard. Seems to be new or newly renovated. Had booked a room with a pull-out sofa and even called a few days in advance but got a King only. It was fine but a little disappointed in that.

We booked this hotel because we were attending a concert at the ballpark. The hotel was very clean and modern and tucked away in.a quiet business park. The room was huge, bed was super comfy and the bathroom was large and very modern. Although proximity is close to the ballpark (@ 2 miles), I wouldn't recommend walking there as you do go through dark area with no sidewalks. We ended up catching sn uber.

The rooms were excellently appointed and attended. Front desk staff were professional and welcoming! Parking needs improvement; it's limited and many spaces are far from the entrance. I would definitely recommend this location and stay again!

Only thing is the credit card machine was declining my card when there was plenty of money. I called my credit card company and they said I have no restrictions. The card should work. The person at the desk ran my card manually and my card worked.

Place is clean and smells clean. Place is in a nice area. Bed is good. People are very nice and mean well. However, some significant annoyances were present. Internet on floor 5 where I was never worked despite 2 front desk complaints and an email to managers Lindsay and Rashad. No one followed up! The A/C/Heater is annoyingly loud, they only cleaned my room once in 4 days, 5 nights despite the room being unoccupied without signs on the handle, pillows are garbage, and the neighbors heater/A/C is loud enough to creat a constant low frequency sound at night. When I bought some food from the hotel store, they couldn't print a receipt for me to get reimbursed by my company. Hotel was built in 2019 so it is up-to-date and modern. Was extremely clean, must have room key to access upper floors so it felt very secure, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. It was not really walkable to Truist Park but Uber was a quick ride! Loved this hotel and the surrounding community was beautiful!

I recommend booking queen beds if you need space. The king rooms are really small. I liked the room with the balcony, I was able to get fresh air, which I appreciated. Thank you.

Hotel was decent. Staff was nice. They always said hello and have a nuce day as we came and went. Room was clean and quiet for the most part (fire alarm went off a couple of times). There was ample parking. Eating places were nearby. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

The staff seemed to be very confused as to whether they offered complimentary coffee in the lobby or you could only purchase it from the cafe. It was nearly impossible to order breakfast from the cafe as there was only one person working who took and cooked the order. The hotel was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Overall, a clean facility. The floors in our room had red stains. My OCD would not let me get too comfortable as the stains were at our bedside. Other than that, the stay was pleasant.

1st room had a broken shower so we had to change a room right before we were going to rest. We wish we checked all right after checked in/before we left for a dinner. The room was very clean and nice, so I thought all were fine. 2nd room they assign was not clean like the first room. so I requested to change the room, 3rd room was good.

I love the location, cleanliness, accessibility to shops and dining. The property's gym is excellent. It has everything you would need for an effective workout and it is very clean.

Then he said members were in the room we had booked and they could not tell us when they would be checking out. Big problem. No way you can let anyone check out later than check in begins. He originally told us there was no difference in price between balcony and no balcony. We told him there was he didn't agree then we proved there was on the website and finally we took a non balcony room and got a refund for extra we had paid. No manager was on duty in hotel or main Marriott number. Clean hotel but didn't receive great customer service

The staff is fantastic at the hotel. The photo indicated a balcony. There are no balconies at this location. Reached out to Marriott and no response. Super disappointing.

We only stayed 1 night at this hotel. The room was clean, modern, and a/c was cold. It was overall good experience. It's not far from braves stadium and would recommend this hotel to others.

Breakfast is worst than what you can expect. Overall it was mediocre and will not be staying there again
