Courtyard by Marriott - Atlanta Executive Park/Emory

The rooms were clean. Parking is the only issue. Considering I already paid a lot to stay there, I also was charged for parking. It should be included as I am a guest at the hotel.

This is a solid hotel, clean as can be, friendly staff, quiet, and great location.

The pillows were horrendously thin. I got out of bed and went to the front desk to ask for new ones. He said it was shift change to give them 10 minutes and housekeeping would being them. I never received them, and I did not sleep.

The staff were friendly, and the hotel is clean, but the shower is extremely small. Also request a room in the front of the hotel. I stayed in the back of the hotel near the highway and you could hear the cars & trucks passing by all night long.

First time at this location and last. In the area for an appointment so this location was convenient. Online total was different than upfront. Okay cool a few dollars. So total was $400 with the damage deposit. After he said that he asked was we parking here. I mean of course we are. He said an extra $15 wow that’s not included okay. Then he proceeded to tell us our amenities. He said breakfast will be from 6:30-9:30 great! Next morning we got up for breakfast to be told that this wasn’t apart of our purchase. So the front desk associate told us we had breakfast between specific hours but didn’t tell us it was included or excluded but told us everything we had to pay for. So we’re thinking breakfast is included. So we would have paid more money for breakfast. It’s a lot of fees we wasn’t informed about. For the parking and breakfast you mines well take the extra deposit!!

The worst hotel I ever seen. We booked a room with double bed and got the confirmation email from Expedia. But we we check-in on 5/9/2026, this hotel front desk (or manager) refused to give double bed room, only a king-size room, saying Expedia only request a King-size room. We called Expedia and Expedia called the hotel and confirm it is due to this hotel overbooked. It is the worst hotel experience in US. Also, a lot of items in this hotel are overpriced.

This is our 2nd time staying at this hotel. It’s in a great location and is always clean. The staff members are always friendly and helpful.

The room, breakfast and having the bistro for dinner made it very convenient. The staff in the bistro were very sweet and hard working. Being told at check-in that they had canceled my reservation was shocking and really maddening. Then the guy at the front desk came out to our car, where I was trying to find another hotel to tell me that they found a room for us. He was very apologetic..... but that was very upsetting especially at the end of a long day of driving.

We loved the location as we were there for a procedure at Emory (1365 Clifton Rd) Liked the black out curtains. Our toilet was leaking water from around the bottom and I called the front desk. They sent someone but he didn't do anything. He said if it gets worse we may have to change you to a different room and pull the toilet up. We had just arrived and would have been willing to change rooms, but instead we just place a towel around the bottom of the toilet. We stayed two nights and when I asked why someone hadn't freshened up the room they said they only do that if you stay 3 or more nights. So I asked for a towel and they gave it to me. Very nice staff, but nothing over and beyond.

Reserved two rooms in advance but they ended up being 2 floors apart. Rooms were clean, but extremely too much road noise from the interstate.

Had King suite. Huge room on first floor with separate "living room". Very clean. Bathroom tight when closing door but no problem. John at the check in desk was awesome - friendly and gave all the information you needed with a smile. Location good too with plenty of restaurants within a mile of the hotel.

John who was at the desk was great at checkin. It was a line but he got it down quickly and was very professional. He apologized for wait and he got to us as quickly as possible. He gave all the information about parking, breakfast and dinner. Room was clean, I was comfortable and I felt safe. I definitely would book again.

There were issues with the room and overall experience that made the stay less comfortable than expected.

I liked the room size. I liked presence of security. I didn't like that I saw something like a flea jumping in the sink area. I didn't like that the shampoo was empty. I didn't like there not being a microwave. I didn't like overpriced water available instead of complimentary. I didn't like no option for continental breakfast like I thought was advertised. I didn't like that my Marriott membership was not retrievable and had to use spouse.

The service dog issue gave me concern. I'm blessed with one. They charged my girlfriend 100 dollar pet fee. Unacceptable. My girlfriend found the paperwork for service animal guidelines for hotels.

Water pressure in shower very low. There was also a water leakage from the shower to the bathroom floor. No action taken in spite of the maintenance complaint.

Host was exceptional wonderful in greeting us! Rooms were very spacious and beds were very comfortable. Shower water pressure was also amazing! Here’s the con and it’s not a big deal but cost world problem hah! Bathroom stink cold water water pressure was a little weak and so was the toilet flush. Other than those two it was a wonderful stay for 1 night!

When I arrived at the hotel, my initial room did not have a TV that worked. I was in switched to another room and this room bathroom shower door cannot close and then I was supposed to another room and this room cannot flush the toilet and take a shower at the same time or you will have cold waterto this

Advertised with breakfast included - it was not. Asked if we wants daily maid service, responded yes. They only did every other day maid service. Seemed the listing info and the actual hotel practices did not agree.

The stay was good. My only complaint was the internet and cable was not good. I needed the internet so i could stay connected with the hospital. I wish there were microwave in the room. I really didn't want to walk to lobby just to warm my take out. Overall the stay was decent.

Michael Emory at the front desk was rude which was a bad start. The room was v cold, I couldn’t turn off the AC/ heat which was noisy. The shower too a long time to get warm and the pressure was low. We were on the fourth floor. Each aspect would have been ok but all together. It was a B minus C plus experience

Convenient to many Emory medical facilities. Numerous dining and shopping options close by.

Nice property. Loved the bed. Faced out on the pool, so it was noisy for awhile, but it didn't last late.

Staff were extremely helpful as our daughter’s flight was cancelled and she could not fly out for 24 hours and needed a place to sleep. She is under 21 and staff went out of their way to help us and accommodate her.

Property was clean and convenient to the doctor’s office we needed to go to. The lady cooking and serving the food was very nice. The bathtub was very very slippery maybe it was just painted I don’t know. I’m used to a microwave in the room and they only have them in the suites. The desk clerks didn’t give out any information about the facility when we arrived.

I was worried after reading some reviews, but was pleased when I entered it's clean, and very nice. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, the suite was better then we expected. And best thing was parking was easy, no parking garage just a private lot of the main road.

The staff is great and the food is adequate. The property is very clean. Our handicap room was on the 2nd floor, so a fire alarm would have been very difficult. A walk in shower would have been better than the tub, but there were safety bars.

The noise from the highway was brutal all night long. The bed placement versus the tv set up was odd and not comfortable to watch after a long day of being out.

I was unaware at booking that I had not reserved a room that would have a microwave. we were there to visit Emory because of my husbands health. Never knowing when he might feel like eating something, an in room microwave is essential. Charles and his associates were so kind to me, and brought one to my room. We are repeat visitors because of their splendid staff.

They went above and beyond. Mike and the other managers are to be commended for how they welcome and treat thier guests

Hotel was OK didn’t like this. There’s no housekeeping only housekeeping every other day which they need to tell you that and they didn’t even let me know that I was getting charged $10 per day for parking. They should let people know that upfront before they check in.

It was an average stay. Comfortable! Would stay there again for a quick trip. Only had an issue with the attendant accidentally charging us $280. It was rectified but still waiting on the refund. Parking is $10 not $6 a night.

Only complaint was the breakfast was advertised as free, but in reality there were only about three or four free options. All of which not very appealing, all the better options resulted in a fifty dollar breakfast.

Parking lot was well-lit and there was a police car stationed overnight. Someone was also at the front desk all the time. The lobby was clean and the cafe gave a more lively feel while staying quiet.

Wonderful stay

We had been in a hotel for the same price the previous night. The staff was dour and the room, incomplete. We were greeted happily and given clear information about the hotel room smelled and looked great. We had a door dash dinner in our room and the staff accommodated having it delivered to the room. Overall a great night.

Have stayed here 2x now. Great for a weekend or short stay. Front desk staff are super courteous. Clean rooms & bathrooms (something I’m super critical about!!) Rooms with king beds are arranged a little odd especially if you want to watch TV. But the shower makes up for everything!! Wish I had those shower heads & water pressure at home. Hands down the best shower! And last very decent prices!

My room was on the backside of the hotel, less than 50 yard to the interstate which was noisy 24 hours a day. So noisy that couldn’t open my patio door during the day and was occasionally woken up at night by the traffic noises.

Limited dining options onsite. Available dining options were expensive. Housekeeping services offered every other day and even then my room wasnt cleaned until i requested Housekeeping service

Friendly professional staff, spacious, clean, quiet. Nice hotel. The only thing...the rooms were kind of "drab." Not a picture or wall hanging on any of the walls. Also, could have used an extra blanket or two.

Only real complaint is the $8/night parking fee. This hotel is not in New York City, or Chicago, or LA. It is not even in Atlanta. It's in a suburb. In an office park area. The parking area is enormous. It was never even close to being half full. This fee was not disclosed in advance (maybe it's in the fine print somewhere) and is ridiculous under the circumstances. Come on.
