    Thermostat in the room and hallway said it was 68 degrees for both but our room felt about 10 degrees warmer at least. The location is close to places you may want to go but I would say don’t stay in the dead center of downtown.

    Nice room with a spacious bathroom. Amenities had to be paid for, but the rest was all good. Breakfast was very basic. Hotel itself needs a little upgrade and it was a bit difficult finding my room through all the corridors.

    This hotel and its cleanliness was perfect! Staff was super friendly and very helpful. My only issue was with my door knob on my room door. I had to play with the lock multiple times to get the door to close after leaving the room. Other than that issue everything was perfect!

    Our room had fruit flies all over the place, the AC did not work correctly so it was too warm to sleep through out the night. The site listed parking was available but when we pulled up, they only had valet parking for $55. We had to find our own parking at a garage we paid $25. Homeless people were around the parking structure and we were approached for money. The staff was indifferent and did not offer to help.

Smiled all the time and super professional. My wife enjoyed seeing an employee from her homeland that understood her language. She made my wife feel great. Hated how expensive parking was. 55 bucks for overnight is insane. Parking cost me a total of 70 bucks this trip and we were there one night. Hate the tiny front entry door that makes you twist sharply twice down a narrow hall to get in. Impossible with luggage and there was no luggage carts. Room was nice but small. Walked in the restaraunt anf no one greeted us or said a word and no wait staff ever came to me. We ended up getting up and leaving

    There should be and needs to be going forward, a better answer for parking as opposed to a $55 per night charge for the valet service! This place is well run, very clean, the staff is helpful and efficient and friendly and willing to go out of their way to help you, but that's valley service and that charge is absolutely unimaginable and downright doggish in terms of deterring people's reasonable expectation of a good stay starting off well at this facility. I realized from talking to the valet men, that my car was being parked three blocks away from the hotel which is absolutely intolerable! A horse race can be won or lost by a "nose". After obviously putting thought and effort and finance into achieving everything else in this facility as pretty close to excellent, they lose the race of favorability by nose, because of this valet service fiasco!

    I really like the housekeeping. I was out all day and when I got back to the room later In the evening. My room was refreshed, lights were on and TV. Making the whole stay feeling more welcoming. The whole staff worked with each other as if they were a family. I will continue to stay at this property in the future

    We had no air conditioning in our room, just a portable fan. We arrived just in time to go to a concert and arrived back at our hotel late, so we didn't have the time or energy to complain or ask for another room. But why would a hotel located in Atlanta put a guest in a room without air conditioning to begin with?

    Room took over an hour to get ready after check in time. The staff was friendly but the whole check in process took over 2 hours. There was no online check, no virtual keys no notifications regarding room on the app it was a physical line you had to wait in and it took roughly 20+ minutes per guest to check in and only 1 staff member. The restaurant was not open for lunch or dinner and had a very limited breakfast menu. Amenities for an Atlanta hotel were sub par. Took 1.5 hours to get car from vallet. Will never stay here again.

    The location was great. Close to many area amenities. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I had left some items behind and staff made sure they arrived at my home in time for another trip. DJ, Chantel and Laura made sure everything was above and beyond. I will be staying here again when in Atlanta. Thank you for making my stay enjoyable!!

    Very pleasant stay. Although one of the elevators were down there wasn't a super long wait. Staff was super friendly and helpful as needed. The room was a bit tight but overall decent. The bathroom amazing. The farmhouse sliding door was nice... privacy was just a bit skewed due to gap in door when closed. On site restaurant/ bar was a vibe and food was good.

    Nice and clean living space. Housekeeping cleans very well and are very responsive to housekeeping requests. Overall the hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. Hotel is a little dated but updated for the most part with modern features. I would definitely recommend staying at the courtyard if you’re in Atlanta. Excellent eating and entertainment options within walking distance from the hotel.

    Customer service was polite and early check in was available, however, the website stated rollaway beds were available upon request but when asked about the option I was told they do not have any. It was specifically added into the notes for a rollaway bed. If they did not have any I would have booked 2 queen beds instead. Also upon check in I was assigned a room that was not at all what I booked. I was assigned to a much cheaper room than what I booked and paid for and told the only difference was the room had a deep soaking tub and one did not. The difference of the room was majorly different and almost 200 square foot smaller. The thermostat in the room was not working and had to contact the front desk. Multiple lights did not work in the room and there was not an outlet in the bathroom for use of a hair tools. I booked this hotel for more money than the other hotel I previously stayed at when visiting Atlanta thinking this hotel was better quality. The remodel was a major inconvenience with only one very small elevator in use. Overall this hotel booking was a huge inconvenience and disappointment.

    Firstly, the location is great and conveniently situated near many attractions and dining options. The lobby is welcoming, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. First and foremost, I encountered some issues with the rooms I booked with double beds, and unfortunately, I found them quite uncomfortable. The beds seemed lower to the ground than usual, which made getting in and out a bit awkward. Additionally, the bed stands were not ideal, contributing to an overall less than pleasant sleeping experience. Another inconvenience was that only one elevator was operational during my stay. This led to longer wait times, especially during peak hours, which was frustrating. Overall, while the hotel has its strengths, I would recommend considering these factors if you're planning a stay. I hope they can address these issues for a better experience in the future.

    My mother travel with me for by business trip. As I went to a meeting, the house keeper, came in on my mother, even with a do not disturb sign on the door. Then my mother went down for breakfast and someone had checked us out of our room. Then we used valet parking and were told 6:00pm was the car check out 3 different times, but then I was told, no it’s at 2:00pm It was just not a pleasant experience. I have not reviewed my charges yet, I hope there are not surprises.

    Courtyard Marriott Downtown is a a hidden gem in Atlanta. We've stayed at the Midtown location, and this was our first time at the downton hotel. DJ, Shonda, and everyone else there (the night manager, so sorry we forgot your name, but you get a shoot-out too!) were all warm, welcoming, professional, and downright cool. Whenever we are back in the area, we look forward to hanging out with all of you again (hopefully soon)!

    Visiting family in the area, this is very convenient property in the middle of downtown Atlanta. The location is right next to Marta ( public transportation) which can be taken from Hartsfield -Jackson airport. Every staff person from check in to check out, extremely helpful.

    I found hair on the bedding it was changed quickly. The heat wasn’t working properly in my room, I was freezing cold (not to mention it was a very cold and rainy weekend in ATL) and the temperature was on 90. I was allowed to change rooms but the damage was done it was very unpleasant experience. I felt miserable upon my departure.

    This is a great hotel!!! We loved staying here and it is very convenient to most things downtown. Jamon checked us in and he was so wonderful!! He gave us great dining suggestions, as well as things to do and places to see. I hope Marriott appreciates their employees at this hotel. They were very kind and helpful.

    The refrigerator provided in the room was full of mold. Could not store our left over food or anything in it. The tv is inconveniently place on a side wall and not in front of the bed. Items missing from car after using valet because there was no free parking anywhere.

    The staff was friendly and inviting. The hotel overall was clean and safe. Only thing I would say was a negative is that the valet was a little inconsistent; sometimes they would be there and sometimes they weren’t there. Two valets would solve the issue, but it was only a minor inconvenience.

    I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family, I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Particularly Robert, sounds, Cynthia, and Veronica. Those staff helped me get acquainted with the city and helped me out when when ubereats had issues with my order and I was starving. Additionally, I loved the gym and the general area the hotel is in, the people in the area were helpful and the food in the area was amazing (Hooters wings *chef's kiss*). Lastly, the hotel was clean, washroom was amazing (Allot of mirrors, aestetically beautiful, and the shower was divine.), and the room was comfortable.

    We ordered an ADA room, arrived at the hotel almost at midnight and they did not have an accessible room for us. We waited at the lobby for almost an hour for the staff to try and rectify this issue. In the end, there was no accessible room available and my husband which is in a wheelchair couldn’t take a shower and needed to wait till the next day afternoon so they will switch the rooms and he can shower. Definitely wouldn’t go there again

    When we arrived we were greeted by the guy at the front desk. Not sure of his name but he was a taller black male. He was so friendly he checked us in made sure we knew all the details we needed to know about the hotel. We ask him about about restaurants in area he immediately gave us the information. We paid for the valet service and it was awesome the guys where so friendly and where on time getting your car within the timeframe they said they would have it. The room was very nice and clean. I would definitely stay there again.

    The room was spacious and beautiful. Only thing valet is $50 a day so we found parking just a block away for $20 a day though. Overall my experience at this hotel was good had places around to do things and to eat from.

    Bathroom semi remodel was done incorrectly. You had to lift the glass shower door to open it. Hot and cold. Water were reversed. Newer toilet had old toilet seat that was peeling. Neighborhood did not seem safe.

    There are several restaurants 5–10 minutes, walking distance, including the Hard Rock Cafe. I didn’t like any of them. They currently only clean the rooms every other day. That’s fine, but I was not told that at check-in. I got a King Size room. Since I wastraveling solo, I did not want to be wasteful and get two Queen Size beds, even though it was th same price. There was barely any room on both sides of the bed which is fine. I am a travel blogger, and have experienced that all over the world. However, the door opened inward into the bathroom. So every time I walked into the bathroom I had to decide if I wanted the door handle or the sink to press into my stomach. And the toilet was so low to the ground. I had a hard time getting down and then back up. The restaurant is more like a bar that serves a few food items. I wouldn’t bother getting dinner there unless it’s raining or you just don’t have time to go to a restaurant. They don’t serve lunch. There are several great items on the breakfast menu including oatmeal, fruit, breakfast burritos, bagels, etc. There is no sign-up that gives the restaurant hours. The sign in the elevator incorrectly states that breakfast ends at 10 AM on weekdays and 11 AM on weekends. That is not correct and management is aware of it but has not change the sign yet.

    I booked a King suite for my brother and I, which was very clean and well-appointed. I took the pull-out sofa, which was extremely uncomfortable, so the next night I tried to get it switched out, but that was probably not going to be different, so we switched to a new Double Queen room, which was nice and spacious, but did not have a proper desk and chair, or any other surface big enough to do things such as work on our laptops, or prepare meals. This is a huge oversight, which out to be corrected, unfortunately, the property manager, who was contacted, did not sound like he was at all interested in going to any lengths to resolve . No matter!! We made it work. My visit ended abruptly, when I had to call an ambulance for an emergency hospital visit. The front desk staff were very concerned and offered to help several times, including getting me some hot water. Overall, a great stay. The valet service is an added bonus, although there is alternative parking right across the street, it's nice not to have to walk the block, or so in heels. 😊

    I was able to call the front desk to send out the valet attendant. I did have one sketchy guy approach my vehicle while I was waiting. And there’s not much parking directly in front of the hotel so I had to double park. But once inside the hotel is great. Staff was friendly. You need a key card to even use the elevator so felt very safe inside.
