    The Marriott got everything right! Check in was fabulous! Those running the front desk is awesome and the manager made sure that I had a room with two beds even though Expedia made an error booking only one bed for my teenage son and I! Thank you!

    Beautiful scenery around the hotel. That was the first thing that I noticed. Staff was very professional and polite. Clean room. Very clean relaxed and quiet environment. Stayed here for the Cardi concert which is 20 minutes from the hotel. Great time great stay

    I had a horrible experience in terms of other guests. I was woke up several times due to noisy, disruptive guests in the hallway and then in the room next door to me. I had to go into the hallway and ask them to quiet down. I also had to call the front desk and have them send someone upstairs. In my short 5 hours that I had to sleep, I was work up 4-5 times by these people.

    Nice property! Due to the power outage that interrupted everything, I’d like to request a refund or partial refund for the inconvenience. Date of power outage March 7th/8th it happened that night went into the early morning. I couldn’t sleep no air circulating . I have asthma and that wasn’t a good thing.

    Very easy to find While my kids were at the pool there was a man with a gun in the lobby. A employee was disputing with the person and police was called. The safety of my family was compromised and the staff didn’t do any communication with the guess.

    The room was unclean. They offered to move us to a higher floor but we had already unpacked so I asked if they could just clean it. We we came back it was still dirty. The phone was broken and only worked on speaker. The refrigerator did'nt get cold and they charged us an extra 35 dollars per day for parking and wherever we requested our car it did'nt go through so we had to wait for our vehicle instead of it being ready. The staff was also unconcerned. Always talking amingst each other or no one was at the front desk.

    My stay here was fantastic, was greeted by mark at the front desk we had a wonderful conversation, then on the day i checked out my battery on my car died. And the staff did everything to help me get a jump and get me on my way! Will be staying again for sure. Hotel was clean and the whole staff was fantastic

    I booked for 2 rooms. At check in I paid for each room separately. The next morning I checked my bank and saw that 3 rooms were pending, causing my account to be 140$ less than expected. Due to it being a weekend, I have to wait till Monday to access those funds. A bit inconvenient. Staff was excellent. Everyone had a good attitude, and a helpful nature. Didn’t see any literature about your dining in house, and an extra blanket in the closet wouldn’t hurt. All in all a good experience except the billing process.

We asked Valet to clarify how service was paid and they were rude/dry and didnt answer the question at all. Horrible experience soon as i walk in the door. Finally got into room checked out everything tv just said no signal they said they would send someone up, nobody came and tv kept going in and out. Then valet lost our car keys made us miss out on other reservations which then caused us to be late to concert! Instead of marriott employee even trying to be helpful all she did was point the finger. Even if company is “third party” the sign says Courtyard Marriott and they made no attempts to even show empathy. Water in shower lacked pressure and even would just cut off and not work would have to turn off wait a few mins then turn back on. Nobody from maintenance ever came for tv nor water.

The low point was probably cleanliness in common areas. Since it's summertime, nats were flying around at the check-in desk and the dining areas while I was trying to eat. I think if they did an extra cleaning pass on these areas including the pool and had softer beds it would be a 10/10 hotel. At the price, I recommend giving it a shot as it's in walking distance of not only the train with a direct line to the airport, but a mall/ shopping center as well.

    They are way too pricey for a cheap hotel. There was ants and dead roaches in the pool area. We walked into our room and the shower was not clean. They charged us 50 a NIGHT for incedentals and you don’t get that back if you do valet parking. The price for valet and self parking is the same for it’s like to each their own. We stayed for 3 nights so we got charged 150 on top of the 429 for the room. I’ll never be back here

    Went to use the pool, which was cold for an indoor pool, and when exiting we found that the handrail was able to be pulled out of the floor. Reported to staff, later attempted to use pool again and it was permanently closed. The elevators squeal loudly during use, and one of them missing buttons. The on-site bistro offered menu items the didn't have, and their staff wasn't the best. The food from there also wasn't the greatest for the price as some of it came out burned or inedible. The property had a nice couryard, but the heaters weren't on and didn't have propane to use. Won't be recommending this location to others.

    My room was nice and fairly clean, located at the 8th floor; however, the cleaning staff didn’t really put effort in vacuuming or cleaning the sink or other areas. They made my bed but didn’t change the sheets. The hotel itself was not really great. It was under renovation and whoever was conducting the project did nothing to creat some sort of delimitation between the working area and the public. I had to walk under the area where a guy on a cherry picker was painting the hotel outside, I had to walk in the lobby and walk between buckets of compound and piles of materials. On top of that the Bistro bar/restaurant was not open for lunch and the dinner options were very poor. The day 3 in the hotel when I was trying to study, they were drilling something and the noise was so bad that I had to go back to one of the study rooms at GSU. Anyhow, things started to get a lot worse when costumers (probably ?) were smoking weed in the rooms or elevators. One of my friends was offered a room on the 10th floor and smell of weed was unsupportable and t she had to request another room. Overall, I’ve got what I’ve paid for. Next time I’ll go across the street to Hilton.

    Very upset with my stay. There was loud construction noise from 8:00am. Plumbing was horrible. Sinks and shower have bad drainage. Toilet overflowed. My friends and I came expecting to lounge by the pool. It was closed. That was one of the amenities we chose this hotel for. Very disappointed in my stay. Hotel staff was courteous and as accommodating as could be.

    The staff is very friendly and helpful, Miguel at the front desk was top-tier. The only con was that they still had some construction going on and the beautiful pool that is used as the hotels display picture was unavailable due to the construction. It is in walking distance from local stores and places to eat very convenient location. They were very clean as well.

    We choose this for the indoor pool. It was. It was closed. They were doing construction and super loud every day at 7am. $40 a day to park. Our room was so small the luggage cart couldn’t even fit in to unload it. The room was also laid out terrible. The TV was behind a wardrobe closet so we could not see it from the bed.

The only thing that I absolutely hate about this hotel is they only have valet parking for $40 a night unless you go park in a deck in the area which honestly was cheaper. I’m not a big fan of hotels making you pay to park on the premises & never have been. Hotels shouldn’t charge their customers to park but I understand the business.     The staff were very nice and hotel was located in the middle of everything we wanted to do. One morning we woke up and the toilet and shower were not working as the water wasn’t running.
