    The breakfast was OK and I guess the location is okay with car. The bed was in good condition and there was a BBQ restro in the neighbor. The corridor was stinky and the whole hotel could get some better cleaning. The bath's sink was dripping. This place definitely saw better days.

    I liked that the staff was on top of cleaning and I saw someone often. Breakfast waffles were sour, there was an odor but I think that hotel is an older hotel so it makes sense. I went to the vending machine to get a coke and it was super hot when it came out.

    Honestly, pretty straight forward hotel. We had a festival at the center parc stadium so it was extremely convenient location wise. Staff was super friendly. Rooms are pretty standard but spacious. Beds arent the comfiest, could use a new mattress tbh. But for two nights it was good, no issues at all.

    Everything is very convenient, the staff is responsive, and the Wi-Fi is pretty good for the US) The coffee machine and the microwave both worked perfectly. The location is not central and is საკმაოდ far from the main points of interest. You most likely won’t be able to get around by public transport — only by Uber.

    to have enough amenities to be comfortable. One of the reasons we chose this hotel, it offered breakfast, as well as being downtown which we found out really wasn't what we were looking for. We were really looking for midtown. There was no place to plug in our phones as one might expect today. The bed was very hard. The pillows looked fluffy until you lay down on them when they squished down to be very hard, flat and uncomfortable. The windows were thin enough that you could hear the highway, people driving down the road next to the hotel and people coming and going from their cars. It was very noisy. It took over 2 minutes for hot water to come up when wanting to wash your face or take a shower. When trying to open up the refrigerator it would pull out and off the shelf - was not connected in any way and not easily accessible. Breakfast was mostly as expected except that supplies were low or non-existent and it was only 8:30 in the morning. They still had 2 hours to serve. Some of the supposed hot food was not hot, lukewarm They did have a variety of fruit and bread items, cereal and the waffle machine.

    They don't, which was super annoying. The websites also said they have a business center, and they do, but neither the computers or the printers are in working order. The staff stepped in and offered to print it, but their connectivity didn't have internet connection, so a guest who heard this got me online with their Hotspot. The rooms were fine, and the price was right enough. The location was very convenient. We might stay there again. If we do, it'll be because of the staff.

    Close to grocery stores It was very outdated. As soon as you walk in the door it reeked of marijuana. The front desk lady accidentally kept my drivers license then lied and said she tried to contact me to give it back. Someone left a ball of hair on a face towel in our bathroom after we checked in and went out for dinner. When we brought it up to the front desk their reaction was “I can give you another washcloth or wipe down the counter or something “. I said No I can do that myself. I was also made to sign an agreement that if you have to check out early then you will pay an early check out fee. I’ve never heard of that in my life and I’m a world traveler. There was body hair on the bathroom floor and it was sticky from too much soap and not rinsed properly. The bed mattress was so old and used that it sunk in like a hammock. The carpet was stained and ripped in several areas. The furniture was either broken, ripped, very outdated or dirty. The air conditioner in our room do not cool properly and the filters were disgusting. Breakfast ends very promptly at 9:30 am on weekdays. No warning of that at check-in. We got there at 9:32 and there was absolutely no one or no food out or still cleaning from breakfast. They had already put everything away. Luckily one of the ladies in the back said All she could offer us was a muffin and a yogurt so of course we appreciated that. The dining room was old and dirty and furniture was ripped and outdated.

    The place was not clean. Our room was very dark and some of the lamp shades were broken. The curtains didn't close completely. I had to hold them shut with one of our items and there were tiny holes in the curtains. I killed a spider in our room and a friend of ours that was staying in the same hotel at the same time killed a roach. When we arrived there was no toilet paper in our bathroom and when we walked downstairs to ask for some the front desk didn't seem surprised by this fact.

    There was only 1 elevator and it was broken. I was forced to carry my bags to and from the 4th floor. When I requested for a lower level room I was told no. The wall sockets were loose and I had a really hard time charging my phone. Only 1 lamp worked in the room.

    There was power when I arrived at 8:45pm. Could not find any staff at the front desk or lobby. Guests were sitting in the lobby with cell phones for lights. I went a full refund due to lack of communication and inconvenience of having to rebook at another hotel at the last minute.

    The surrounding area also felt a bit sketchy and didn’t make me feel comfortable staying there. Because of the condition of the hotel, I ended up booking a different hotel within about 20 minutes of checking in. The one positive was that the front desk employee was very nice and understanding when I explained the situation and requested a refund. I appreciated his kindness, but overall the property itself did not meet expectations.

    Shower was awful, you have to turn the knob all the way to the hot setting to get a good water pressure but it’s jot, if you turn it cooler setting the water pressure decreased and took me a while to finish bathing. The a/c unit was so loud, my son had a hard time sleeping.

    The hallway smelled of cigarette smoke in a non smoking area there was a distinctive urine odor in front of my door and a farty smell in my room as well as mystery hairs in the bathtub and under the toilet the bed springs where blown out and uncomfortable, the front desk clerk was uncomunicative and moody when i was checking in and when i tried to use my new credit card for that outrageous $150 check in deposit the desk clerk said it simply wont work so i ended up having to use my personal bank card i would not recommend this hotel to anyone

When the elevator gets to the 2nd floor, the elevator floor is lower than 2nd floor so we always tripped. The last days of our stay we decided to use stairs. I cannot believe the inspection label in the elevator expired in January 2025! Breakfast was the highlight of my stay. Very convenient and decent.

    This was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had when we checked in we went into the bathroom and there was old hair in the shower. We let them know we had left. We came back and it was still there. They told us they would change their room we changed the room and it was all urine all over the toilet.

    I arrived at hotel and checked in. Received room key and went to assigned room 3312. Once I was in room, I went to restroom to discover toilet overflowed. Contact front desk and was told there was no maintenance staff present and no plunger on premises. I was told to I would need to change rooms. I took belongs to front desk to get new keys for room 1121. It was past 1:00 a.m. Went to room unpacked and laid down. Turn lights off with light from bathroom lighting room. I felt something crawling on me, I rubbed my head and felt a bug. I looked at white pillows case and saw bugs, I jumped up and turned on lights to discover bedbugs on bed. I moved to other bed and same thing happened. I grabbed belongings and contacted front desk. I was moved to third room, which it’s passed 2:30 a.m. I had driven over 1800 miles, from Arlington Tx to ATL. I did not get any sleep, which deprived me of rest and placed me in grave danger, because I still had to drive another 8 hours. Then, drive another 19 hours back to Tx with family with minimum sleep. Totaling over 40 hours of driving. I’m requesting a full refund for the inconvenience. I spoke with hotel management and was told I should have left the premises despite not having slept since 2:00 am Wednesday morning.

    I arrived at hotel and checked in. Received room key and went to assigned room 3312. Once I was in room, I went to restroom to discover toilet overflowed. Contact front desk and was told there was no maintenance staff present and no plunger on premises. I was told to I would need to change rooms. I took belongs to front desk to get new keys for room 1121. It was past 1:00 a.m. Went to room unpacked and laid down. Turn lights off with light from bathroom lighting room. I felt something crawling on me, I rubbed my head and felt a bug. I looked at white pillows case and saw bugs, I jumped up and turned on lights to discover bedbugs on bed. I moved to other bed and same thing happened. I grabbed belongings and contacted front desk.     The hotel itself needs a lot of updating as well as our room was just not very clean. Woke up a cpupke times in the night and killed 3 roaches in the bathroom. Probably wont be back due to that. Sorry.

    Great stay — the room was spotless, the front desk was helpful, and the breakfast was genuinely good. They enforce a dress code in the breakfast area, which makes sense since the hotel hosts business meetings. The only downside was the very old elevator that definitely needs an update. Overall, a solid experience and we would definitely come back.

    The staff was ok, the hotel Room smells really bad. The carpet needs cleaning and the room needs airing out. My nose got really itchy I had to move to another room and it was not much better, very little bit less stuffy. The bathroom was very clean and the towels were clean, I can’t say much about the bed, because when ever I went out I made the bed because of habit, but it looked the same as when I first got there. So I don’t know about that. But the hotel was pretty quiet and convenient for what I had to do in the City.

    I travel a lot and after COVID, hotel breakfast has been a huge thumbs down but not here. They had a full hot breakfast, with a large variety of options. The biscuits and gravy were really good (I'm pretty particular with my biscuits and gravy) and the coffee was hot and always being refilled. The lady tending to breakfast was also very friendly and chipper for being up early on a Sunday!. I would definitely stay here again

    Our stay wasn't as clean as a hotel should be someone left their bra down by the bed on the floor and housekeeper didn't even bother to pick it up or even clean the room as it should be. This is my fourth time staying with the country inn and they should be ashamed of themselves this is the worst I've ever seen it. When we come to Atlanta again we would never stay there again. We stayed for 2 days I wish we wouldn't stayed the bed was hard as a rock like my butt was hurting decided to sit at the desk until it was time to go to sleep and then I still couldn't sleep because the bed was too hard and somebody was smoking weed next door. Somebody from the service was texting us the whole time we was there asked to know was I stay good and all these other things I don't do reviews or complain about anything while I'm there I'll wait until I leave and give you my honest review. The area is up & coming and i think that fresh paint and some carpet cleaning could provide a cleaner asthetic.     The room was poorly maintained and unhygienic. It did not meet basic cleanliness standards. The accommodations were far below expectations. The room was filthy/nasty—dirty feel, bugs, the works This hotel appeared to be normal, yet after check in and entering the elevator, the elevator seemed old, rickety and unclean. There was a sign in the elevator that read something to the effect of, "no food from the breakfast area in rooms under no circumstances" which immediately led me to believe that they have an infestation problem. Yes! I was correct. The hallway leading to the room was dingy, moist, and felt dirty, then as soon as we opened the room door, the room was the same and just made us feel even more uncomfortable and that nothing was sanitary. The dresser had what looked like burn marks in it, and then ROACHES! Two roaches ran from under the bed across the floor and under the dresser. That was all it took, and we were NOT staying there. I was not placing myself, my family and my belongings at risk of being infested with roaches and unsanitary conditions. This hotel was NOT sanitary and was not suitable for overnight guests. This hotel refused to refund my money, because it was a prepaid hotel from hotels.com, yet I will continue to try to seek some recoupment for SUCH unsanitary conditions!

    I would not recommend this hotel unless the location is all that matters to you. The photos are 100% misleading. As great as the city view is from the top floor, the elevators are terrifying and 6 months past due on inspections. The hallways have mismatched paint and gross carpet. The ice machine spits out ice that has something in it.....bugs? Mold? Some small floating specs where left over after the ice melted every time I used it and I did not realize until it was too late, yuck. Although the mattress was very comfortable, the bedding is cheap and scratchy, and the best part is the box spring of platform was clearly broken, rolling us into a valley in the middle of the bed. The bathroom sink drained VERY slowly and the toilet didn't flush well. Watching cable TV 90s movies were extra nostalgic on the horrible audio quality, small TV. The pool is an illusion.... it's there but it is not well kept, next to a freeway, with rotting patio furniture. The service was ok but did not act like they cared, depending who was at the desk, but most of the time they were facetiming on their phones and not even at the front desk. I had serious regret about booking this place and would not book it again. I was so relieved to checkout and leave.

    We've never been so disappointed in a hotel stay! There were blood spots on the bedding as well as the walls. Housekeeping came in to our room but never emptied the trash (even when it was overflowing) but always turned up the air conditioning, making the room stuffy. We asked for an additional blanket for our son the first night we arrived and the concierge stated they were out. The hotel was no way full and we never got another blanket during our entire three night stay. Breakfast was the exact same food every morning and was never hot (one morning it was at least warm). We will never return.

The eating area is extremely hot. They said AC was broke but once they got it fixed it was still 82 in there every morning. I had to ask to have our room cleaned as two days went by and nothing. Not the worst hotel but not the greatest.

The eating area is extremely hot. They said AC was broke but once they got it fixed it was still 82 in there every morning. I had to ask to have our room cleaned as two days went by and nothing. Not the worst hotel but not the greatest.

    The lines and signs for handicapped parking are almost nonexistent. The room had no air conditioning. When a call was made to the attendant working, he did not seem surprised by my call.     This place looks great from the outside, but it is obviously is a motel inside. The tubs were not standard size. The floors were unclean and the elevator had chipped paint all around. The lights did not even light up. The coffee pot in the room still had dust on it and the desk with drippings from the prior guest. The room was not cleaned properly. There are a lot of rules. You cannot take food to your rooms from the restaurant. There is a 150 Deposit. There are more. Too many to name. The ONLY good thing is the convenience to Georgia State.

    Hotel is good enough, close enough to the concert downtown where I was going. Free parking was a huge plus. Nothing fancy at all, but I got the room under 100 a night, so can’t beat that deal. If you are on a budget and are able to get the room under 100, and you want to stay close to downtown and get free parking and aren’t so picky, then I would definitely recommend this hotel. Breakfast was average as well. Lots of options but nothing super delicious or special. But I’m not complaining, just stating facts. Coffee was great.

    The staff is very friendly. They're more than willing to help. The manager is at the hotel day and night. The breakfast is very varied, including eggs in various forms, hot and cold cereal, juices, water, and coffee. For the price, it exceeded my expectations; it's a very comfortable and modest place. My room has a refrigerator and microwave. The lighting isn't the best, but it's not a major problem. Follow me for more detailed reviews like these.

    Arrival I was greeted by a unfriendly associate at the front desk. Who seems to just hate life, apparently me checking in or asking a question was adding to an inconvenience to a hard troubling task job. I took that energy and I buried it smiled. And continue to take the abuse. I was, however, able to speak to a manager by the name of Eugene who conducted themselves professionally and respectfully. It must be hard to help obviously Eugene, who seems to be the manager? Conduct yourself at a more highly skilled manner.And it is not something he's easily able to pass on to his employees.I will give his service A.     I was needing an inexpensive room for a night and this was perfect. It’s right off the highway but the noise wasn’t bad, the AC drowned it out. Clean rooms and all staff were helpful and friendly. Their included breakfast had more options than most hotels, and it was very clean and well-stocked. There is ample parking, I left and returned after 11pm and still found a spot in the front lot. I would stay here again.

    This was close to the Mercedes Benz stadium which is what I wanted, but it a let down. No one was at the front desk. I waited 15 minutes before someone came to check me in. The hotel felt old. In our bathroom, the toilet paper holder is RIGHT on top of the toilet. Even my child couldn't sit on the toilet properly because there is nowhere to put your leg. How do people not think of this when they install those things? Breakfast was okay. The perk was I didn't have to pay for parking and had a free breakfast. That alone saved us $100.

    This hotel was a basic place. The beds were super worn out. The elevator was a death trap rarely working. And the elevator alarm woke people many times during the night. The food was easy to over look and walk away with indulging in. The carpets were tore up in every room. The toilet in our room ran for 2 nights wvwn tjough i brought it to the desks attention the first night. They clearly surbibe off of drunk college game attendees. And there are no signs of reinvestment in the property. Notjing seemed new or updated anywhere.

    Well my water was dirty the entire lodge. I was not able to shower or brush my teeth. I had to use my own personal water that i brought to brush my teeth and wash my face. And i had to travel to a friends to shower.( which is inconvenient). I was also shocked by the lamp to the right of the bed and the sink kept stopping up. I sent an email with photographic evidence of my situations. I only want a refund.
