    Unfortunately, the rooms were a different story. Our first room had a strong musty odor that seemed to be masked with air freshener or perfume. We didn’t stay in that room long because the entry door would not lock properly. I had to go back down from the third floor to the front desk to report the issue and get reassigned to another room. The second room also appeared to need significant remodeling. As soon as we opened the door, we were hit with an overpowering cologne or perfume smell. When a scent is that strong, it makes me wonder if it’s being used to cover up other odors. The bathroom looked like it had been partially remodeled, but the workmanship was questionable. The toilet was loose, there was missing silicone around parts of the shower, and it appeared that water could potentially get behind the walls and cause damage. Overall, while the staff was excellent and the exterior presentation was decent, the condition of the rooms and maintenance issues left a lot to be desired. I would rate this hotel around 2.5 to 3 stars.

    They are under renovations I understand that. I found that out when I got there. We had no toilet paper back up and ran out at night. Ran out of tissue also. There was not a hair dryer in the room. Did not realize it until I was ready to use one. I think the place could have been cleaner The elevator was dirty and needs sweeping then a wash.

    Great value for our short family visit to Georgia. Friendly and attentive staff. Very comfortable room, beds and bathroom. For the 3 nights we visited, we always had fresh towels and we were asked if there was anything else we needed. Hot breakfast available every morning, great coffee and good selection of teas. Airport super close. Hotel is under renovations, which should be a very positive perk for the future. But that's not really a complaint... They do need some new waffle makers because sometimes only one was working of the 2 available, or they took forever to reach temperature.

    Called 4 times from ATL Domestic Hotel Bus depot for a shuttle. Waited for 45 minutes, during which they kept saying that 1) they will call the driver, 2) hanged-up, 3) they have called the driver, 4) the shuttle is arriving shortly. After 45 minutes total waiting time I took the shuttle of another nearby hotel and paid them. Note that the hotel is less than 5 minutes from the ATL Domestic Hotel Bus depot.

Even though it was nice probably my last time, i cant see paying for parking and the room, should be included. Then i had to wait like 5-10 mins at the desk why the staff sit and do something on her phone. I provided my info and ID. then im like do you need my reservations she was line. I was in the middle of dping sonething give me a minute. Literally I hat to wait till she was done on her phone before getting checked in.

    Found a dried up and crusty dirty rag in the bathroom, the tub had a dirt ring in it, the toilet flusher was broken. Tv stand had a drawer that didn’t close it stayed open the entire time and the Tv also didn’t work. Last but certainly not least the most concerning of it all I found out that my window was clacked open all night with a closet hanger. Thank goodness I wasn’t on the first floor cause who knows what would’ve happened. Just terrible will never book here again

    Expedia needs to update the website for this property. Website says long term parking is available for purchase, but when I got there the lady told me that parking is only available thru another website, and website didn't even have the property as available. I wound up having to park at The Parking Spot 2. The hotel is pretty average and in need of updates. The exercise room was closed for remodeling. Hopefully the hotel will turn out nice. Shady location. Wouldn't recommend.

    The breakfast was good with a variety of items. Did not use a hot tub it is being renovated. The room was spacious and the shower was really nice. Could use a little cosmetic upgrades like the carpet and the furniture and the outside landscape could improve. Good location with plenty of restaurants.     Additionally, all the common areas were under renovation, so I was unable to use any of the facilities. There was also visible dirt in these areas, which made the experience even worse. The breakfast was also very poor. It was served on disposable foam plates with low-quality plastic utensils, which made it feel more like a makeshift cafeteria than a hotel service. The food, especially the eggs, tasted bad and lacked quality. Overall, this hotel has several important areas to improve. Personally, I would not stay here again.

    I love this hotel. It’s my number one go to when I come into town. We love how clean, comfortable and convenient they make everything. The breakfast is the biggest compliment, They switch it up sometimes but they never disappoint.

    The staff was very nice and friendly. That made my rating a little higher than I would have given. The bus driver was so sweet and they made transportation to and from the airport very easy. I give a lower rating because the rooms are very outdated, the furniture looked so old and it made us not want to use it. The room wasn’t very clean either. We found hairs in the shower, the air vents needed to be cleaned, stains on the curtains, stains on the tables, just overall not clean and we checked out a day early for that reason.

    Only stayed one night but could tell that things weren’t up to par maintenance-wise. Electricity outlets were wonky, loose and shot out a shock when my wife plugged in her laptop. Desk lamp light did not work properly. To top it off, we were informed upon check-in that the pool and hot tub were down for construction. Had we known about this beforehand, we would have booked somewhere else with a working pool. Close to the airport and Arby’s restaurant but we would not stay here again nor recommend this hotel. Did not have a chance to try the breakfast buffet as we flew out early on a Sunday.

    Hot tub, pool and all business center areas were closed. It was updated on the website after we booked so getting a notification would have been nice. There was someone in our room when we got there (literally a person in our room and our key card opened the door). The only room available to move us to was a king w/a pullout sofa bed (we were supposed to have 2 queens). The sofa was MISERABLE! Hotel was dirty. Breakfast was minimal. Definitely would NOT recommend to anyone.

    The room itself had some issues in regards to structure. Parts of the wall were flaking behind the bathroom sliding door. The ceiling looked like it had repeated leaks. Breakfast bar was good. Night staff seemed more friendly than daytime.

    I will never in my life staying in a place like this before. It looked like there was blood on the curtains. The smell gave me a headache and had my nose and throat burning. This was the worst experience of my 46 years of life. Due to flight cancellations and all the hotels were booked we had no choice but to stay my daughter slept in the chair the whole time after we went to the gas station and bought disinfected spray. My sheets and pillows had stains on them. My bed had hair in it. Should I say more?

    Im surprised because this is my second time staying at this hotel. It was a great experience. This time wasnt good at all. The room i was assigned to smelled like mold the AC wasnt working correctly. The fridge had old food frozen inside, there was moldnin the shower. They didnt change my room until Friday night. The second room was better and the front desknnight women was very nice and respectful to me.

    Despite calling multiple times before arrival to confirm the availability of the INDOOR POOL, the pool and fitness area were being completely renovated when we arrived. The indoor pool was the sole reason for selecting this hotel for a multiple night January stay. Somehow, between when we booked and when we arrived, a surprise, months-long renovation had begun. The hotel needs to be transparent about this and the listing on this website should be updated as well.

    Overall, the motel was fairly clean, just outdated and could use a facelift along with some repairs. My room was clean and comfortable enough for my one night stay. The pool and the gym were closed. I was not informed of that during check in and noticed it when I went to go there. The staff at the front desk were nice. Breakfast was okay. The location was close to the airport and was easily accessible from the motel.

    The property is outdated. The reason I choose this hotel was for the indoor pool. The property is under renovation and the pools was under construction, but there was nothing mentioned about this when I booked the hotel. The breakfast was horrible and the wallpaper was coming down in the room. Since I didn’t have a car I couldn’t check other hotels.

    Room smelled like smoke when we first arrived. It wasn't suffocating so I didn't have to change rooms. Front desk lady did her best to get us in a room because they canceled our previous room. I was under the impression we wouldn't be charged until we checked in , but she explained they do a pre authorization before we arrive. Guess what my card was locked. I appreciate her so much. We didn't get to eat breakfast because they start at 6am but that bacon smell was music to my nose. Beds were comfortable and would definitely return.

    Staff was very very nice! Room was very run down. They are in the middle of renovation outside. It will be beautiful when it is done! Interior needs a massive overhauling! Just very out of date. The sheets were dirty and pilled! Like dirt dirty, and hair stuck in them. The carpeting has bleach spots on it. And there was hair in the shower. The towels were very “used” but clean. Pool was being renovated while we were there. Over all the common area were clean but it just needs some massive TLC and updating. I understand this costs money but just keep up on it and at $250 a night I would hope you could do this! Overall. Wouldn’t stay again till they updated.

    Check in was phenomenal, if I believe correctly, Angie helped us check-in. She was wonderful, gave us a ten percent discount card to Malone's, we had a great time getting set up. My room was great, clean and fresh. The complementary breakfast was wonderful as well. The staff, unfortunately was not. When my husband and I grabbed a serving of bacon and eggs as well as started to make waffles( for the both of us)The caretaker that was setting up breakfast was unsuccessfully mumbling under her breath, complaining that she just put this food out here.And insinuating that we just cleaned house? Whenever she looked my way while I was making waffles she prompted to yelled at me. Stating I can't do that. Of which I was putting a small butter square (that is offered to us) on the cast iron waffle iron for flavor and non stick. Another patreon, that was in the same room. I proposed grabbing breakfast. Stepped in between me and her to disengage the situation and she started threatening him about how her man's going to come up here.And do something. Check out there was five ladies up there.And they just told me to put my key up there.I won't be staying here again. Check in was great, my stay and check out not so much.

    we had prepaid with Expedia. on arrival at the hotel at around 9pm we were given a room but on walking into the room we realized it was being used as the bed was unmade and towels were on the floor. we quickly went back down to reception. we were then told that their was no availability at the hotel. We spent the next hour calling expedia to get a full refund, which we eventually did by this time it was around 10pm with freezing weather and hazardous roads. we have spent many vacations in the past at a Country Inn & Suites, this was the dirtiest and the most disappointing. The foyer's sofa suite was filthy and tatty, I wouldn't sit on it and the rug on the floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years - awful! the lady at reception was doing her best but was completly alone in the whole hotel. How did we know that? the lady behind us who had been given a room came down and complained that the first room she was given had no heating at all - with freezing cold weather outside - the second room she was given stunk of cigarettes - our room was already taken or at 9pm at night had not been cleaned from the previous occupants. it was a terrible experience.

    Complete misrepresentation of the amenities and in fact I have insurance on this that the menatees will be guaranteed that they would be a hot tub instead it was closed it was blocked off due to construction and due to renovation the hotel acknowledge that they knew that and they still misrepresented it on their side and on Expedia this is the only reason why I bought it also they have a hidden fee and you have to pay the additional deposit even if you're staying in the same room

    This hotel is dirty.... And I do mean dirty. From bottles and cans in the outside areas laying around. This morning there were even a couple of dirty towels out there. The the lobby having caked dirt around all of the edges. An elevator that seems to not have been swept or wiped down in at least a month. Also do t book it for the pool or hot tub.mm or the business center they are all 3 closed untill further notice. Of course you don't find that out until you arrive on location. We went I to our room to find it unclean water on the tray for the ice bucket, misty smell. No air filter in the air vent. Bathroom far from clean. Couch looked like it had been well used and done with 10 years ago. Very greasy as well. Large stains on it and the carpet and the carpet had not been vacuumed. They did switch us to a new room which at least did not smell musty. But it was not much cleaner. Also wallpaper peels at the seams everywhere and I realized this must be do to the bathrooms not having any vent fans.

    Rooms were not very updated nor well taken care of. My room was consistently cold due to a broken thermostat. Loud tenants that argued and played music all night. I do not recommend unless if you absolutely need to be closer to the airport.

    The room was in very bad shape. We checked in pretty late at night and the hotel was completely full (evident from print outs pasted on the hotel’s door). So there was no point complaining about changing our room. The floor carpet was torn at places, the sofa looked so shabby and dirty, the coffee area was oily and dirty, AC vents were dusty, the microwave was pathetically dirty, the fridge felt like it was only supported on one end. Our bedroom curtain was broken and we somehow fixed it for the night. There was no body lotion in the bathroom. The towels had hairs stuck on them. It was not worth the price paid for the room and was very distressing after a hectic day. I have taken pictures to support my grievances.

    The hot tub was cold. The pool was freezing. They only gave us four towels and four washclothes even though I booked two rooms for 5 guests. Then they took the wash cloths when they "cleaned" the first morning they didn't replace them at all. They told us to be out at 10 for three hours for carpet sanitizing but when we came back that afternoon the guy came in then to sanitize. We bought our own batteries to replace them in the remote. The lady who checked us in was absolutely fabulous and kind. The lady the first day at breakfast was very nice and helpful. The second day the lady was rude to guests and stood and watched a disabled man struggle to get his things. We ended up helping him. Would definitely NOT recommend

    The size of the rooms in this hotel is good, the beds are comfortable but the bedroom windows cannot be opened. However, the general cleanliness of the rooms and hallways is very poor. The air vents are filthy and the showers have brown stains as well as left over hair. Breakfast was very dissapointing. The Airport Shuttle is good but be aware that it only operates to and from the domestic terminal and it is quite a long way to get to the domestic terminal from the international terminal. Easier to take a taxi if you are arriving off an international flight. Check in was incredibly slow. This hotel looks very nice from the outside and is pleasant enough in the lobby area but they really must improve on cleanliness.

    Room was good. Only minor things was missing soap and the shampoo dispenser was missing. Fridge was turned off and curtain rod was broken. But the room was very comfortable and clean. And housekeeping was very kind. Breakfast is really good. ir changes everyday but was surprised to get bacon one day and some delicious biscuits and gravy the next.

    Hotel check in process was good despite not having Tap to Pay which would have been convienent. The rooms were a bit outdated as well as the indoor pool and jacuzzi. I love the fact that the pool is right in the middle of the hotel and even that there is an indoor pool, however it could use a makeover. Also my room had been half cleaned, trash from previous guest and bed linen had not been changed, unknown hair in the sheets. The location would be ideal for travelers as it is close to the airport, but I am an Atlanta native and went for a weekend getaway and was not too pleased. Probably wont visit again. but I guess you get what you pay for as the price was reasonable.

    Room was very dirty. Vomit on sofa, trash in the couch and a plastic bag hanging inside the couch cushion. I tried to switch rooms but there were none available. Lobby couch in dining room had duck tape holding it together. Housekeeping never happened because they were short staff. I had to clean my own room. Dressers wouldn't close. This place was horrible

    The staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Carpets in the rooms were not very clean and it is probably time to replace them. Loved the lighted mirror in the bathroom. Our biggest issue was getting the airport shuttle. When I called, got a weird message. I showed employee at the front desk when I finally got there. It still wouldn't work, but her cell phone did, so I'm not sure what the problem was. I had called the hotel the day before and # worked fine. However, we just waited at the appropriate shuttle place and eventually a shuttle came. Drivers were very accommodating.

    The pool and hot tub were filthy with no towels. The hot tub was Luke warm. The room was disgusting. Heat doesn’t work at all and there was a dead cockroach on the bathroom floor. No conditioner at all and not enough towels. The dresser drawer was broken and wouldn’t stay closed. We were very disappointed in this hotel and will never stay here again. I will say the clerk that checked me in was FABULOUS and BY FAR the best part about this place.

    all the staff i met was kind, accommodating, & personable. tachaka & ms. stephanie were awesome, they’re demeanor absolutely heightened my overall experience. i had some issues (room condition) with my first room. i brought it to front desks attention they notated it & promptly switched my room. the pool here is so great! i spent a decent amount of time in there & enjoyed every minute. the bathrooms are modern & aesthetically pleasing. i had two different breakfast options over my two mornings there. once i got settled into my new room, i basked in my experience. there’s some features in the rooms that could use modernizing it, but for a staycation, i’d visit here again.

    Before booking we looked specifically for good breakfast and had gotten our hopes up reading the reviews, but we were very disappointed. It's nice with hot options but the quality was really poor. Watery pre-made eggs, the thinnest bacon we've ever seen, no flavors. And both days it looked really picker over despite us having breakfast over an hour before it ended. No refills of bread or whatever was supposed to be in the fridge.

    I absolutely loved every minute of my stay at the Country Inn & Suites. My room was clean, fresh, a sharply decorated. Facility is a block off the main street and was quiet and peaceful. Had some chairs and small tables on their front "porch" which was great ambiance and so relaxing. But come on now. The stars of the show was the staff. Ta'Cheka (Sorry if I misspelled) was the sweetest and most adorable little thing in Georgia. She was working so hard with the many phone calls coming in, never losing here balance or poise and being just as helpful to everyone on the phone as she was getting me checked in. She also recommended a fantastic restaurant within walking distance so I had to bring her a big fat slice of Gran Marn Chocolate Cake! The superstar putting the breakfast on got me started for the day, and the housekeepers and I on the third floor had ice cream bars before I reluctantly had to leave. The staff here receives my highest praise and I thank them all from the bottom of my heart.

    Everything was really nice, easy check in and out and convenient hot breakfast available. Most importantly was the staff. They were very helpful and kind. Luther waited for us to at the airport to shuttle us safely to the hotel. Dewayne allowed us to store our luggage hours before checking into our room. Only downside was the room was missing things like lotion, extra towels and wash cloths. But def something I’m sure we could have easily requested. Overall, great stay, highly recommend.

    My tv wasn’t working when I checked in. A staff member came up right away to reboot the TV. She also brought a bag with water and snacks. Very much appreciated. Shortly after I was unable to adjust the air conditioning. It was cold in my room. Staff unable to fix it. I was moved to a different room. Everything worked but there was no basket for brewing coffee. The staff was responsive.

    The staff at the desk was great, I wish I got the young lady’s name that checked us in. However, the hotel could use a major renovation. The carpets were a bit dirty and the “fresh” towels had hairs on them as if someone had just used them to shave. I wouldn’t stay here again.

    Very friendly staff! The property itself is old and a little outdated, but I can understand that. The bathroom was very dirty with hair in the tub and sink. The hallway was un vacuumed and it just had a grimy dirty feel to it. Very unkept. The dining room was very clean, however.

    I liked the breakfast, nice rooms for a great price, the pool was nice but the floors are uneven and VERY slippery so be careful, jacuzzi has a weird yellow tint to it.. maybe it's the light??, elevator was kinda sketchy so we just used the stairs. Overall it was a good hotel but felt like it was a little outdated. Would stay again though!

    I'll try to keep this short. I checked in around 5pm from a 6 hour drive. Walked into the room it was very nice and clean, comfortable enough to walk on the floor with bare feet. Left out to take my daughter somewhere, come back to eat and shower and relax. Get in the shower and the shower bar slipped. I immediately got out cause it looked as it would fall in on me (thick glass/plastic sliding door). I go to the front desk and show her the picture I took and she was very accommodating throughout the whole experience. She gave me another room, a few doors down and this room had a bed bug crawling on the wall. Which I am so THANKFUL that I seen UGH. I took a picture and got one of the cups and trapped it in and put a lid on. Packed my stuff so fast and made my way back down to the front. Even stuffing my freshly pressed clothes back in the bag, cause at that time I didn't care. So around 11ish, I'm on my third room and was even less desirable, different floor but this room has been neglected. This time I didn't unpack anything and left the bags on the table. Go to retrieve my daughter around 1:30 AM. Long story short, this room was not so clean and I didn't even take a shower here. I was just ready to leave at this point. I booked the room cause that's a lot of driving to do a turn around trip. With no rest, maybe 3 hours of sleep, we checkout at 6:15AM. I'm tired and frustrated, I have never felt this way leaving a hotel.

    This is the worst hotel I have seen in a long time. The rooms and furniture are old and dirty. My husband and I were very tired and needed a good night’s rest. The first room had a black spider in the bed under the top sheet. The desk clerk was very accommodating and tried to fix the problem. The second room literally had a bedbug on the wall above the bed. The second room was filthy. Large, brown stains on the curtains next to the bed and what appeared to be dried semen. Filthy carpet you did not want to walk on and thick dust on the air conditioner unit. We had to leave and requested our money back.

    The room smell like cigarette smoke from the outside cigarette smokers. The room was so dirty. The carpet had black stains. The sofa had stains in it that you were afraid to sit down you might catch something. You would never walk on that carpet without shoes on very very nasty. The bed was so uncomfortable. It should be trashed. I am very surprised that that room was rented.

    Staff was amazing, welcoming, friendly and willing to help in any way. The room we reserved by the reviews of Expedia was disgustingly gross. It looked like the sheets were all that was changed (hopefully). The rooms looked as if a 1980s room and smelled odd. The Tv was on when we entered. The bathroom had not been cleaned. The curtains had something all over them. The area was kinda rough side of town. But it worked for the time frame we got in and out.

    We were greeted upon arrival and they stored our luggage safely until check in time. The check in was smooth but be aware of the 75.00 deposit. I have limited mobility and was traveling with my granddaughters. A wonderful experience compared to my last hotel.

    The hotel was clean they had warm food for breakfast. Not a huge variety but enough for a hot meal. I stayed with my toddlerfor the night and it was fine. I did not see any hours of operation for the shuttle but be warned it stops running at 11:30pm so if you have a late flight you will need to call an uber which is around $20.

The pool area was spotless, and the hot tub was set to the perfect temperature—exactly what I needed after a six-and-a-half-hour drive from Tampa, FL.     They slapped some cute tile on dirty,dingy, bones of a building and top it off with horrible customer service. I was charged twice, almost 400.00 and they refused to release it until I check out after a 3 night stay. Staring it was only authorized—but nonetheless the funds weren’t available for about 3 days after I checked out. They charged me the entire incidental fee, and credited me back 6 days later—for no incidentals…as there is no room service. The vending machines don’t even work. The pool is gross. The staff are rude and condescending, and lied flat out that double charging has never happened. When there was literally a young lady on my day of check in crying about how they took out funds already. I was charged before I landed in ATL, I was charged when I got there an hour early and my room wasn’t ready (and I had to wait 45 minutes past check in time), and I was charged when they asked to run my card to authorize the amount—even after I asked and said the funds are already taken. I will NEVER stay at another one of these because of this place. Dirty, dusty, and delusional are the 3 words that come to mind—the last being unsuspecting visitors who chose this place.

    The only reason I'm even giving it two stars is because staff did refund me for one night of a prepaid two-night stay, and according to their terms there weren't supposed to be any refunds for prepaid reservations. I could have pushed and argued it but staff tried to be accommodating and weren't unpleasant about my complaints. I traveled in with my 7 year old son and ended up staying the first night we were there only because it was so late in the afternoon that by the time we got there I was too exhausted after driving all day to find another hotel on such short notice. The next morning we checked out and found a location in Buckhead which was everything a hotel stay actually should have been. This place has a terrible vibe, very unclean, nothing like the pics and reviews I read at booking. Huge NO! 🙂‍↔️

    The property was very nice and we enjoyed the old but mostly clean environment. The carpets and the pool unfortunately lacked in cleanliness but the breakfast area and our room was nice and clean and the mirror in the washroom was a highlight for us. Overall we liked it a lot but it could have been a little cleaner. A very nice stay and worth the money:)

    Me and daughter stayed at the Country Inns and Suites for 3 days. The room was clean, the staff were very nice especially housekeeping, front desk and the shuttle drive Mr. D. The breakfast is your typical American breakfast, there a few restaurants in the area within walking distance. The shuttle will take you to the get the MARTA to explore the downtown Atlanta about a 20 minutes ride. Getting to the State farm arena, Georgia World Convention center and the Mercedes center is a 15 minutes Uber ride. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again.

    Cons: the room was awful. Smelled like smoke upon entry. My duvet cover reaked of cologne. There were holes in the couches. The toilet base wasn't clean. And someone elses bar of soap was left in the shower. I would never stay here again.

    The breakfast experience was above average (excellent coffee by the way!). The room was just ok. The level of cleanliness was below par (just run the vacuum cleaners in the rooms and hallways). The room furniture merits an upgrade soon. The bed was good. For the price and location though it was it was not a bad deal! Would stay there again under some circumstances!

    We arrived to a room that had not been cleaned. The beds were just pulled back up with dirty linens in both the master bed and the pull-out sofa. I contacted the front desk and there were no other rooms available. It was super late and no time to find another place to stay, so we opted for clean sheets and we cleaned our own room for the night. Tne next morning we gave pictures to the hotel management of the conditions and promptly left.

    I’ve stayed here several times. It’s always been good, but this last time I stayed. There was dirty sheets in the hide a bed sofa. They were pretty good about switching me rooms.
